G-ASPOO-L: The Technopreneurship-Based Supply Chain Management Model for Souvenirs MSMEs to Reach Customer Value Creation

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify and design a model for the integration between marketing and supply chain management (SCM) of technopreneurship-based souvenirs MSMEs to fulfil customer value creation. Research design, data and methodology: This research method uses the system development life cycle method. This study draws its insights and conclusions from a literature review in several fields followed by an interactive research approach that helps identify, validate, and implement a theoretical framework so that the modelling results can be adopted in applicative manner for souvenir MSMEs. Result: Implementing the "G-ASPOO-L" supply chain management integration model based on technopreneruship to fulfil value creation in the 5.0 society era created three perspectives: an inter-functional perspective, a process perspective, and an integrated business concept perspective. The supply chain management involves enterprise integration, strategic customer integration, strategic supplier integration, and marketing strategy integration. Conclusion: The proposed model framework leads to managerial problems of supply chain management strategy, which urgently requires an interaction approach that challenges the traditional view of demand creation and implementation of supply chain management to fulfil value creation. This research leverages existing knowledge and advances our understanding of the strategic integration issues companies face in digital-based competition.

UCC 가치사슬의 건강성 제고방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on How to Enhance the Healthiness of UCC Value Chain)

  • UCC(User Created Content, UCC)는 인터넷에서 사용자들이 정보 지식 등의 콘텐츠를 생산, 분배, 접근 및 재사용하는 방식에 있어서 커다란 변화를 야기하였다. 즉, 정보 지식의 생산 및 공유에 있어서 사용자들의 자발적인 참여가 증가되고, 자기표현 및 사회적 실재감 등 사회 심리적 욕구 충족을 위해 UCC 이용자간의 상호작용이 더욱 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 것이다. 또한 UCC의 등장으로 인해 콘텐츠 생산 및 유통에 대한 진입장벽이 사라지고, 저렴한 비용으로 다양한 종류의 콘텐츠를 생산 유통할 수 있게 되어 인터넷에서의 콘텐츠 다양성(variety)과 양(volume)이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 상태이다. 이러한 상황으로 인해 UCC 가치사슬의 복잡성과 불확실성이 매우 높아짐에 따라 UCC 가치사슬의 생산성, 견고성, 니치생성능력 및 안정성 등의 건강성이 낮게 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 UCC 가치사슬의 현황을 살펴봄으로써 UCC 가치사슬의 건강성과 관련된 문제점을 제시하는 동시에, 나아가 UCC 가치사슬의 건강성 확보 및 창조적 UCC 가치사슬을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 가치사슬 분석은 기존의 정량적 산업분석과는 다르게 분석의 초점이 단순 제조에서부터 제품과 서비스를 소비자에 공급하는 활동에까지 맞추어지기 때문에, 오늘날과 같이 경제의 서비스화가 심화되고 있는 상황 하에서 제조업과 서비스업의 경계가 불분명한 문화산업을 분석하는데 매우 유용한 분석틀이다. 본 연구는 경북 문화산업의 가치사슬을 분석하여 경북 문화산업의 강점과 약점을 파악하고, 나아가 가치사슬내 활동을 통한 혁신창출메카니즘의 이해를 통해 문화산업역랑을 강화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 고부가가치단계이자 상대적으로 저학력 인력을 필요로 하는 유통 배급 및 홍보 마케팅 업체의 창업 및 유치를 도모하고 전문화를 강화시킨다. 둘째, 기업간 네트워크를 강화하여 장비의 공동 구입 및 이용 지원, 인력 및 기술 정보 교류를 활성화시킨다. 셋째, 이원화된 인력 양성 시스템을 구축하고 개방된 기업문화를 육성한다.

리빙랩을 통한 6차산업 가치사슬 활성화 방안 (A Study to Activate the Value Chain in the 6th Industrialization of Agriculture by the Living Lab)

  • In recent years, various policies have been conducted for the activation of the value chain for 6th industrialization of agriculture, which is aligned with creating job opportunities and start-up as well as value added enhancement. For this reason, this study seeks measures to kick-start application and development of a model to raise the success rate of startups and reduce the risk of market throughout surveying 168 6th industrialization management bodies about their start-up and business, and benchmarking of best practices, a case consistent with the value chain system of 6th industrialization of agriculture. Main findings are three-folds: First, it is necessary to raise the success rate of startups by means of the compatibility of the capital scale, low cost and life cycle of ideas. Second, the living lab for sharing ideas and collaboration is needed in the value chain system. Third, the living lab model is promoting rural community development and farm household income.

  • Large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises businesses have tried finding cooperative partner models through win-win activity. In this study, certain factors were researched, which affect on the achievements by win-win activity of large corporative and SMEs from a standpoint of development by SMEs, the establishment of confidence, technical innovation and competence of value chain competence in order to enforce supplying value under the win-win activity. The result of this research presents that the achievement of win-win activity by large corporations and SMEs is related positively to developmental capability, cooperative culture, developmental innovation, innovation of process, outer technological innovation and value chain.

  • 본 연구는 대구문화콘텐츠산업 클러스터를 대상으로 가치사슬 변화가 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이에 대한 정책대안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 가치사슬의 부가가치 창출구조의 변화와 가치사슬의 변화에 영향을 미치는 제도적 환경과 혁신 주체들의 네트워크 변화를 분석하였다. 그 결과 대구문화콘텐츠산업 클러스터의 가치사슬은 직간접적 부가가치 창출 활동의 범위가 확대되었고 지역 내 혁신주체들과의 네트워크도 증가하였다. 이러한 가치사슬의 변화는 지역경제에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 평가된다. 그러나 지역 문화콘텐츠 산업클러스터가 지속적인 경쟁력을 갖기 위해서는 기업의 역량 강화뿐만 아니라 문화콘텐츠산업을 둘러싼 제도적 문화적 환경의 창출과 혁신주체들 간의 트리플 힐릭스체제의 강화가 요구된다.

  • Our agriculture and rural villages have faced negative conditions in many reasons. To overcome this situation, a new change is needed by the 6th industrialization. Many agriculture and rural villages in Korea are pursuing the 6th industrialization through the convergence of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries to vitalize agriculture and rural villages. But there are several problems with the 6th industrialization. There is a limit to the capacity building of the members of the rural organization and Korean agricultural base primary, secondary, and tertiary industries are weak all. In addition, it has been insufficient research for value chain management of the region as a whole; there has been no study of information sharing across the region for the 6th industrialization. This study is about value chain management model for successful the 6th industry with Quick Response System and the big data technology. In this study to provide the efficiency of 6th industry value chain management with customer's needs analysis using big data and research for the information share between the industries in the region through the information pipeline theory of the QR System. We hope that our study is helped to proceed successfully on the 6th industrialization in Korea.

정보기술 발전에 따른 패션산업 프로세스 혁신과 경쟁력 강화에 관한 연구 -ZARA의 패스트 패션 사례를 중심으로- (The Impact of Information Technology on the Process Innovation and Competitiveness in the Fashion Industry -Case Study of Fast Fashion: ZARA-)

  • This study analyzes the innovation process of the value chain in the fashion industry. It examines the differences between traditional and FF-based methods that include value chain processes such as design, production, and distribution-sales process. In the literature review and case studies, general propositions were drawn from each innovative stage by a comparison analysis. First, design speed is the main factor to explain the impact of IT in the design process. Second, small quantity batch production becomes main stream by the adoption of a computer-integrated manufacturing system in the production process. Third, cost reduction and speedup improvement are results of innovation in the distribution process. Last, a customized interface provides important information that can integrate the value chain and make useful customer relationships in the sales process. Fast fashion is the best product of these procedural innovations in the overall value chain. Consequently, this study confirmed that the general propositions referred above were acceptable and adaptable in the case of ZARA in terms of fast fashion strategy.

THE FIT BETWEEN NEW PRODUCT STRATEGY AND VALUE CHAIN STRATEGY : A SYSTEM DYNAMICS PERSPECTIVE

  • New product development has been a key element fur organizational evolution. The bulk of research about new product strategy has focused solely on new product development function itself. This paper investigates cross-functional elements in new product development. More specifically, we suggest that there must exist a fit between new product strategy and value chain strategy. It means that, in order to support new product development activity, there must exist a relevant value chain strategy. We consider three types of integration - internal integration, customer integration, and supplier integration - as strategic elements of value chain strategy. For the case of new product strategy, we consider market newness and product technology unfamiliarity as strategic elements. We also consider two types of learning characteristic, i.e., \\\"fast-adaptive learning\\\" and \\\"slow-adaptive leaning\\\" as control factor. Learning characteristic represents firms organizational capability related with organizational learning. For example, fur fast-adaptive learning case, the effect of integration appears early in time. System dynamics simulation is employed to verify our research framework. The results exhibit that there must exist cross-functional relationships between value chain strategy and new product strategy in order to shorten total development time.al development time.
