  • The purpose of this study, the trend of renewable energy, domestic and foreign renewable energy policies, and the flow of the legal system related to renewable energy location were identified, and a location analysis using public data was studied when solar energy was located. First, renewable energy is leading to energy conversion by reducing the proportion of existing fossil fuel-centered energy sources in the global trend and increasing the proportion of renewable energy, an eco-friendly energy source, and changing the institutional and market structure. Second, large-scale solar energy power plants are installed and operated in rural areas where there is no change in insolation and land prices are cheaper than in urban areas where there are many changes in insolation due to surrounding high-rise buildings and street trees. Third, if a preliminary location review is conducted using public data at this time, it will be easy to identify the optimal location for area and size calculation. Fourth, the solar energy location functional area was studied in area A, and the total area of the target area was 624.5km2, with 392.7km2 and 62.9% of the avoidance area where solar power cannot be located.

  • Nowadays, the trend in lunar exploration missions is shifting from prospecting lunar surface to utilizing in-situ resources and establishing sustainable bridgehead. In the past, experiments were mainly focused on rover maneuvers and equipment operations. But the current shift in trend requires more complex experiments that includes preparations for resource extraction, space construction and even space agriculture. To achieve that, the experiment requires a sophisticated simulation of the lunar environment, but we are not yet prepared for this. Particularly, in the case of lunar regolith simulants, precise physical and chemical composition with a rapid development speed rate that allows different terrains to be simulated is required. However, existing lunar regolith simulants, designed for 20th-century exploration paradigms, are not sufficient to meet the requirements of modern space exploration. In order to prepare for the latest trends in space exploration, it is necessary to innovate the methodology for producing simulants. In this study, the basic framework for lunar regolith simulant development was established to realize this goal. The framework not only has a sample database and a database of potential simulation target compositions, but also has a built-in function to automatically calculate the optimal material mixing ratio through the particle swarm optimization algorithm to reproduce the target simulation, enabling fast and accurate simulant development. Using this framework, we anticipate a more agile response to the evolving needs toward simulants for space exploration.

  • Drug Utilization Review (DUR) is known to play an important role to improve appropriateness of drug prescriptions. This retrospective, observational study was conducted to compare prescription patterns after installation of Computerized DUR Program (Drug Information Framework-$Korea^{TM}$) (Jan-Mar 2008; After) to before DUR program (Jan-Mar 2007: Before). 8 physicians affiliated in the S University Hospital were enrolled in the study and their 3 months' prescription data were analysed for drug prescription trends and DUR conflict events per 7 DUR screening modules (drugdrug interaction, therapeutic duplication, allergy, dosing, disease contra-indication, geriatric contra-indication, pediatric contra-indication). Average rate of DUR modules usage in 2008 (After) were 0.72. Average number of prescription drug per patient were reduced from 5.6 (Before) to 3.8 (After), and DUR program seemed to effect positively on physician's prescription related decision process. Overall DUR conflict events occurred by 8 physicians for 3 months were 17,923 Before and 20,057 After DUR program, and DUR conflict events per prescription were 2.8 Before and 2.9 After, respectively. Therapeutic duplication (37%), geriatric contra-indication (34%) and dosing (18%) were high ranked DUR conflicts. As the study was not sufficient to show a consistent trend to reduce DUR conflicts After, another study to confirm it's effectiveness would be recommended. This study would be of help to develop awareness of DUR program to healthcare providers.

  • Purpose : Many studies showed that having a usual source of care improved the efficient access of healthcare service. However in Korea there have been few studies on the usual source of care. So this study aims to find whether having a usual source of care affect the medical utilization and expense. Methodology/Approach : We used the Korean Health Panel data in 2012, 2013 to examine the change of utilization and expenses in ambulatory care affected by having a usual source of care. We selected 1,215 hypertension patients without usual source of care in 2012 and performed linear regression analysis to identify the difference between treatment group(with usual source of care in 2013) and control group(without usual source of care in 2013). Then we performed analysis again separated by the age group. Findings : Among study population, 711(58.5%) reported that they have a usual source of care in 2013. Treatment group reported 1.85 less increase in outpatient visits and 69,234 won less increase in expense than control group with weak significance(visit ${\beta}$ -1.85 p-value 0.0807, expense ${\beta}$ -69,234 p-value 0.0541). People under the age of 65 showed significant change in outpatient visits for tertiary hospital (visit ${\beta}$ -0.78 p-value 0.0154, expense ${\beta}$ -91,462 p-value 0.0168). The analysis which focused outpatient for mild disease showed similar trend. Practical Implications : This study supports the positive effect of having usual source of care which decrease inefficient outpatient utilization. Promoting physician-patient relationships is important for efficiency of healthcare service.

  • Smart classrooms have been set up nationwide to utilize smart devices for teaching and learning in the knowledge- based society, As this trend might quickly spread, we have investigated the utilization levels, and issues around the facilities from the experienced teachers. In order to study the impact of easy access to smart devices, the teacher sampling groups were divided into two: one teacher group responsible for smart classrooms and the other group teaching in ordinary classrooms. Survey questions dealt with teacher needs analyses, their expectation of their students' attitude changes, their satisfaction and utilization levels of smart devices currently built in classrooms. The results showed us that teachers have vague expectation about the smart devices and want more highly applicable devices for instruction, improvement of their compatibility with other multimedia devices or applications as well as to improve the resolution of electronic boards. and basic functions of information search and videos that they use everyday.

  • The standards of demand, diversity and load density are necessary to create the design of a transformer capacity that is seldom presented in terms for academic study. At the moment, both legal and institutional standards for such a transformer are insufficient both at home and abroad. The works described in this thesis strongly support more reasonable standards for calculating transformer capacity by correlating the analysis between the maximum utilization factors of a given transformer with those of a transformer capacity whose power consumption has been investigated within a lease apartment. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyze the key features and general trend from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum, minimun and thus it was carried by the linear and nonlinear regression analysis.

  • This project is planned to grasp the present situation of traditional medicine part in our country and to study protection method about this by the intellectual property which is the international concerning point recently. Through this, we will be able to devise means to deal with protection method of traditional medicine being developed by WIPO now. Traditional medicine field In our country Is organized with specific condition separated into the part of institution and the part of non-institution. So, because of the closed peculiarity, we have experienced the difficulties to understand the real facts about traditional medicine. We cannot be indifferent to the matter anymore. Because the expectation of object people is high, we could expect the realization of research content. In 1 detail project, we investigated the situation of traditional medicine in our country through various collecting methods for excavation of oriental treatment technique and herb medicine which is worth protecting. With it, we sorted again into 56 kinds of 11 parts through analysis of validity in the way of oriental medicine. And we tried to link this up 2 detail project which is about legal and institutional guarantee concerning protection. furthermore, we tried to find approach ways for security of objectivity into 4 steps with the example of model disease. we could complete practical classification of traditional medicine in our country. In 2 detail project, we studied the protection method by the intellectual property through research result in 1 detail project. For this, we observed an outline of the intellectual property including a patent application analysis in folk traditional medicine part, and problems of traditional medicine protection and world trend by traditional knowledge protection tendency and the patent law In domestic traditional medicines, the aspects unprotectable with the patent law now were remained. So, we suggested supplementary plan. And we also suggested the freedom of utilization between traditional medicine possession countries (in-situ utilization) and the demand compensation payment for a third country (ex-situ utilization) in connection with international movement.
