The purpose of this study was to investigate studesnts' attitudes toward computers and science subject using CAI(Computer-Assisted Instruction) as an instructional strategy in the elementary school level of science and computer literacy course. The influence of CAI programs on learner's attitudes toward computers and science varied according to the variables of,(l)sex (2)experience by computer learning, (3)learner's attitudes toward computers and science. Eighty nine samples were divided into the two groups. One group(48 studesnts)which is in the experimental group took a science instruction using CAI programs and computer literacy course, another group which is in the control group took only a science instruction using CAI programs. Data were collected and compared the experimental group with the control group. The results indicate as follows:(l) studesnts took science instruction using the CAI programs appeared a positive attitudes toward science. (2) the science attitudes of science instruction using the CAI programs was more effective in the lower group than in the upper group. (3) computer literacy course produced the positive attitude toward computers regardless of the experience by computer learning. (4) students using CAI programs with computer literacy course were more effective than students using CAI program only. (5) science instruction using the CAI programs was not found a meaningful difference by sex.
This study aims to investigate the effects of ankle foot orthosis(AFO) on the activities of tibialis anterior(TA), soleus(Sol), rectus femoris(RF) and biceps femoris(BF) during stairs descending. The activities of TA, Sol, RF and BF were initially measured while descending 4 stairs without using AFO. The activities of the same muscles were then measured again while descending 4 stairs while using AFO. Wilcoxon signed-rank tests were used to analyze the results in order to examine the differences between the with using AFO and without using AFO. Although the activities of TA, Sol and RF were relatively lower while using AFO than without using AFO, only the differences in Sol and RF activities were significant(p<0.05). The activity of BF was relatively higher while using AFO compared to the activity of BF observed without using AFO. However, difference was not significant(p>0.05). Conclusion of this study was observed since AFO's ground reaction force absorption during stairs descending reduced the need to use So and RF that is related to shock absorption. BF activity was increased with AFO than without during standing forward to correct the trunk stability.

The purpose of this study was to investigate on the characteristics of the use of a fine dining restaurant using NVivo 11 qualitative analysis. As a result, customers using the fine dining restaurant were aware that the fine dining restaurant was a special and expensive restaurant, serving a variety of food with luxurious food, service and ingredients. The result of motivation for using the fine dining restaurant was food, specialty, atmosphere, luxury, service. Basically, it is natural to visit restaurant to eat, but it is special in using fine dining restaurant, we were able to find that it was to visit, to eat atmosphere and luxurious service and delicious food. The results of using the benefits of using a fine dinning restaurant show that the benefits of food, dining atmosphere, specialty, service, variety, and meals are high, specialty, service, variety of meals, price, delicious, newness, and timely benefits. The result of customers' use loss when using the fine dining restaurant shows the loss of food, specialty, service, price, atmosphere, variety, and luxurious. In this regard, it is estimated that customers often see losses as a result of lower than expected customers when using fine dinning restaurants. Therefore, it is thought that this research will help the establishment of differentiated marketing information for the restaurant company through continuous research on the fine dining restaurant which is recognized by the users.
In this paper, we propose a parallel optimization method of Aho-Corasick (AC) algorithm and Parallel Failureless Aho-Corasick (PFAC) algorithm using Open Computing Language (OpenCL) on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). The low throughput of string matching engine causes the performance degradation of network process. Recently, many researchers have studied the string matching engine using parallel computing. FPGA's vendors offer a parallel computing platform using OpenCL. In this paper, we apply the AC and PFAC algorithm on DE1-SoC board with Cyclone V FPGA, where the optimization that considers FPGA architecture is performed. Experiments are performed considering global id, local id, local memory, and loop unrolling optimizations using PFAC algorithm. The performance improvement using loop unrolling is 129 times greater than AC algorithm that not adopt loop unrolling. The performance improvements using loop unrolling are 1.1, 0.2, and 1.5 times greater than those using global id, local id, and local memory optimizations mentioned above.
In this study, multilayered graphene was easily transferred to the target substrate in one step using thermal release tape. The transmittance of the transferred graphene according to the number of layers was measured using a spectrophotometer. The sheet resistance was measured using a four-point probe system. Graphene formed using this transfer method showed almost the same electrical and optical properties as that formed using the conventional poly (methyl methacrylate) transfer method. This method is suitable for the mass production of graphene because of the short process time and easy large-area transfer. In addition, multilayered graphene can be transferred on various substrates without wetting problem using the one-step dry transfer method. In this work, this easy transfer method was used for dielectric substrates such as glass, paper and polyethylene terephthalate, and a sheet resistance of ~240 ohm/sq was obtained with three-layer graphene. By fabricating organic solar cells, we verified the feasibility of using this method for optoelectronic devices.
In this study, in order to determine the validity and accuracy of MR imaging of 3D gradient dual echo 2-point DIXON technique for measuring abdominal adipose tissue volume and distribution, the measurements obtained by CT were set as a reference for comparison and their correlations were evaluated. CT and MRI scans were performed on each subject (17 healthy male volunteers who were fully informed about this study) to measure abdominal adipose tissue volume. Two skilled investigators individually observed the images acquired by CT and MRI in an independent environment, and directly separated the total volume using region-based thresholding segmentation method, and based on this, the total adipose tissue volume, subcutaneous adipose tissue volume and visceral adipose tissue volume were respectively measured. The correlation of the adipose tissue volume measurements with respect to the observer was examined using the Spearman test and the inter-observer agreement was evaluated using the intra-class correlation test. The correlation of the adipose tissue volume measurements by CT and MRI imaging methods was examined by simple regression analysis. In addition, using the Bland-Altman plot, the degree of agreement between the two imaging methods was evaluated. All of the statistical analysis results showed highly statistically significant correlation (p<0.05) respectively from the results of each adipose tissue volume measurements. In conclusion, MR abdominal adipose volumetry using the technique of 3D gradient dual echo 2-point DIXON showed a very high level of concordance even when compared with the adipose tissue measuring method using CT as reference.
Despite the growing use of SNS and the increasing number of recruitment related to SNS, little research has been conducted between career preparation activities and relationship with SNS. Therefore, this study investigates the relationships among purpose of using instagram, flow of instagram and career preparation behavior using structural equation model, and by investigating the adjustment effect of the personal characteristic among them. To this end an online survey was conducted for students who want to be cabin crew. The results of this study show that motivation of using instagram had a positive and significant effect on flow of instagram, which in turn positively influenced career preparation behavior. Furthermore, it could be confirmed that there was a adjustment moderating effect on personal characteristic between purpose of using instagram and flow of using instagram. The results of this study suggest that the likelihood of recruitment for being cabin crew can be achieved by identifying mutual relationships among motivation of using instagram, flow of instagram, career preparation behavior, and personal characteristics.
Objective: Density gradient centrifugation (DGC) is frequently used to isolate high-motility fractions of spermatozoa. We compared the efficacy of four DGC media in terms of the percentage of morphologically normal spermatozoa, DNA fragmentation level, and hyaluronic acid (HA) binding ability. Methods: Thirty men with a total motile spermatozoa count > 80 million participated. Semen samples were divided into four aliquots, which were processed using PureSperm, PureCeption, Sidney, and SpermGrad media, respectively. The DNA fragmentation level was measured using the Halosperm assay kit and HA binding ability was measured using the HBA assay kit. Results: The mean percentage of morphologically normal spermatozoa was significantly enhanced after DGC using all four media (10.3%, 9.9%, 9.8%, and 10.7%, respectively; p< 0.05 for each when compared with 6.9% in raw semen). The DNA fragmentation level was significantly reduced after DGC using PureSperm, PureCeption, and SpermGrad media (6.0%, 6.5%, and 4.9%, respectively; p< 0.05 for each when compared with 11.2% in raw semen), but not after DGC using Sidney media (8.5%, p> 0.05). HA binding ability did not change after DGC using any of the four media. Conclusion: The four media were equally effective for obtaining a sperm fraction with highly motile, morphologically normal sperm. PureSperm, PureCeption, and SpermGrad media were equally effective for acquiring a sperm fraction with less DNA fragmentation.
Background: This study demonstrate the effect of bridge exercise using sling device on the improvement of gluteal maximus and elector Spine EMG (electromyogram) in college student. Methods: 30 college students participated in this experiment and received bridge exercise using sling device for 30 minutes a day for four weeks. Results: The effects of bridge exercise using sling device were evaluated by measuring the muscle activation on gluteal maximus and elector spine. The differences between pre-test and post-test in G-max (p<.05) and right elector spine (p<.05) were significant. The difference between in G-max left and right side was not significant both before (p<.05) and after (p<.05) bridge exercise using sling. The difference between in elector spine left and right side was not significant before bridge exercise using sling (p<.05) but after bridge exercise using sling (p<.05). Conclusion: The results indicated that bridge exercise using sling device improved gluteal maximus and elector spine EMG. This study demonstrated the effectiveness of this new approach and provided a good guide to improve gluteal maximus and elector spine EMG.
