본 연구에서는 상업적인 지식정보유통업체(지식거래소)들의 지식정보유통구조를 분석하고자 하였으며, 다음과 같이 크게 네 가지로 나누어 지식거래소의 지식정보유통현황을 분석하고자 하였다. 첫째, 지식거래소에서 거래되는 지식정보의 유형, 지식정보량, 그리고 사이트 이용자의 규모 등을 분석하였다. 둘째, 지식거래소들의 지식정보유통구조를 분석하였다. 넷째, 저작권 침해가 발생할 수 있는 소지를 구체적으로 발견해 내고 설문조사를 통해 저작권 해결 현황을 파악하고자 하였다. 넷째, DRM의 적용 여부는 물론 DRM 적용시 부여되는 사용권한 제어방법에 대해서도 알아보고자 하였다.

저작권법은 저작권 소유자의 권리와 이용자의 권리 간에 균형을 유지함으로써 지식정보에 대한 접근을 촉진하는 최선의 법적 도구이다. 이러한 측면에서 도서관을 위한 저작권의 제한 및 예외는 학습과 연구를 지원하고 정보의 흐름을 촉진하며, 대중에게 공정한 정보접근을 제공하고 지적 문화유산을 보존하는 데 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 저작권법의 도서관관련 권리제한조항을 축조분석하여 도서관 보관자료의 보존 및 제공용 복제, 도서관에서 인터넷 정보의 출력과 송신, 재생수단의 입수가 곤란한 자료 및 정부간행물의 보존용 복제와 제공, 장애인을 위한 도서관의 복제와 공중송신에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고 공정이용을 위한 일반규정의 도입방안을 제안하였다.

디지털 이미지의 저작권에서 저작권자는 본인의 창작물에 대한 저작권을 보호하고, 저작권법의 정확한 이해를 통한 개선 방안이 필요하며, 또한 저작권의 개념 정립을 기반으로 한 저작권자의 권리와 이용자들의 권한의 효율성을 향상시키는 방안을 연구하였다. 우선, 연구의 범위를 동일성 범위의 인정에 대한 사례와 디지털 이미지의 저작권법에 관한 판례를 중심으로 하여, 이용자의 용도에 적합한 이미지 저작권 분류체계를 기반으로 한 이미지 저작물의 등록 절차와 이미지 저작물의 활용 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

With the development of the 4th industry, big data using AI is being used in many areas of our lives, and the importance of data is increasing accordingly. In particular, as various services using personal information appear and hacking attacks that exploit them appear in various ways, the importance of personal information management is increasing. Personal information must be managed safely even when collecting, retaining, using, providing, and destroying personal information, and the rights of information subjects must be protected. In this paper, an analysis was performed on the notification of usage history during the protection of the rights of information subjects using the MyData model. According to the Personal Information Protection Act, users must be periodically notified of the use of personal information, so we notify each individual of the use of personal information through e-mail or SNS once a year. It is difficult to understand and manage which company use my personal information. Therefore, in this paper, a personal information usage history notification system model was proposed, and as a result of performance analysis, it is possible to provide the controllability, availability, integrity, source authentication, and personal information self-determination rights.

The goals of healthcare design based on the human rights to manage physically, psychologically, and emotionally healthy life. The healthcare designs, however, have been criticized not to reflect their primary users, patients' and families' needs, under the management strategy centered by the functional efficiency. The study focused on the patients' room design on the users' perspective. The design criteria for the patients' room in Japan, Germany, Australia, U.S. and Korea were examined and compared. The subjects of analysis are the floor plans of general hospital recently planned and built in Korea and Japan and the standard floor plan models proposed by prior studies in Korea and AusHFG in Australia. Results and conclusions are as follows: (1) the patients' room has developed as a place where the users manage their living during inpatient period and has become a private room. (2) The guidelines for patients' room size in Korea and Japan are not enough considering the users' diverse activities compare to those in U.S. and Australia. (3) The guidelines of Korea should be reconsidered for the users' comfortable lives. It must include the specific criteria of the enough space between beds, the storages, and other assistant tools and facilities. (4) The desirable types of patients' rooms by the numbers of users in Korea are proposed as a one-bed room type and a four-bed room type.

User authentication scheme is a method for controlling unauthorized users' access to securely share the services and resources provided by the server and for verifying users with access rights. Initial user authentication scheme was based on passwords. Nowadays, various authentication schemes such as ID based, smart-card based, and attribute based are being researched. The study of Lee et al. suggested a user authentication scheme that provides forward secrecy and protects anonymity of users. However, it is vulnerable to attacks by outsiders and attackers who have acquired smart-cards. In this paper, we propose a modified smart-card authentication scheme to complement the weakness of the previous studies. The proposed user authentication scheme provides the security for the ID guessing attack and the password guessing attacks of the attacker who obtained the login request message and the user's smart-card.

디지털 기술의 급속한 발달로 인하여 저작권은 새로운 도전을 받고 있다. 전자복제, 디지털 전송, 멀티미디어 저작물의 법적 분류, 저작인격권, 저작권 관리 등의 문제점을 조사하였다. 저작물을 이용하기 위해서는 저작자의 허락을 얻어야 한다. 원저작자와 출판자와의 허락내용을 검토하였고, 분배자 및 이용자와의 관계도 검토하였다. 끝으로 저작권을 보호하고 저작물을 원활하게 이용하기 위하여 저작권집중관리제도의 저작권관리정보시스템의 구축을 제안하였다.

Internet의 발달로 사람들은 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교환하고 유통할 수 있게 됨에 따라 컨텐츠 불법복제 문제를 야기 시키고 이로 인해 저작권 보호에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. VOD(Video On Demand)와 인터넷 방송과 같은 멀티미디어 상거래 또한 사용 권리를 가진 사용자만이 컨텐츠에 접근하고 이용할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 MP4 기반 스트리밍 서비스 모델에 적용할 수 있는 DRM(Digital Rights Management) 시스템을 제시하여 이 DRM 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 MP4 암호화 알고리즘을 제안한다.

Android Things는 구글에서 발표한 IoT 환경에서 동작하는 안드로이드 기반 플랫폼이다. 이전 버전과는 다르게 자바 언어, 안드로이드 API, 구글 서비스 등 기존 서비스를 제공하며 더욱 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하였다. 안드로이드 스마트폰의 경우 특정 기능을 사용하기 위해 애플리케이션 사용자에게 권한을 요청하지만 Android Things의 경우 사용자에게 요청 알림을 보낼 수 있는 디스플레이가 존재하지 않은 경우도 있어 애플리케이션 개발시 특정 권한을 애플리케이션 내에 선언하지만 사용자에게 권한 사용에 대한 요청을 하지 않으며 시스템에서 권한을 자동 수락한다. 권한이 무분별하게 사용될 경우 본래 기능과 상관없는 기능으로 시스템 장애나 개인정보 유출 등의 악성행위를 수행할 수 있다. 따라서 안드로이드 기반 IoT 시스템에서 디바이스가 사용하는 권한을 사용자가 모니터링함으로써 IoT 시스템에서 무분별한 권한 사용을 통해 발생할 수 있는 보안위협에 대해 사전에 대응할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Android Things 기반 IoT 환경에서 IoT 디바이스가 현재 사용 중인 권한을 관리하는 시스템을 제안하여 안드로이드 기반 IoT 디바이스가 무분별한 권한 사용에 대해 대응할 수 있도록 한다.

본 연구는 이용자가 자신의 콘텐츠를 제공하는 형식의 참여형 디지털 아카이브에서 저작권에 관련하여 어떻게 이용자들을 안내하고, 적법하게 기록물을 수집, 이용하게 해야 하는지를 탐구한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 디지털 아카이브에서 고려해야하는 저작권 및 여러 법규의 내용과 적용 범위 등을 살펴보고 선행연구에서 논의한 법규의 해석, 침해 방식 등을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 기존의 디지털 아카이브에서 어떠한 방식으로 법률적인 규정을 다루고 있는지 구체적인 사례들을 조사하였다. 이렇게 연구된 내용을 통해, 참여형 디지털 아카이브에서 기록물의 원활한 수집과 이용을 위해 할 수 있는 여러 가지 저작권 관련 활동을 모색하였다. 이용자들이 제공하는 콘텐츠를 받아서 활용하는 디지털 아카이브는 분명한 기증과 이용약관을 만들어 공지해야하고, 콘텐츠 기여자들이 확실히 인지할 수 있도록 간략하고 명확한 이용허락동의서를 제시해야하며, 저작권에 위배되지 않는 각 콘텐츠의 이용 범위, 인용방식에 대한 예시 등을 제공해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 아카이브 측의 입장을 표명하고 저작권을 소개, 적용하는 방법에 관하여 안내하는 방법을 제안한다.
