서비스 가치 관점에서의 e-정보서비스 사용 의도에 관한 연구 (Determinants of the intention to use information services)

  • Recently, many e-business companies started to charge fees to the use of information contents service. However, little is known about how users evaluate and determine to purchase information services. Past technology adoption research has focused primarily on the positive utility gains side, focusing on usefulness and ease of use. Purchase of e-service, however, involves not only the position utilities but also negative utilities. This research uses the service value model(SVM) and explains user's intention of purchasing a new information service. Based on the Perceived Value Framework, this research investigates the impacts of the service quality and the fee charge on the user's perceived service value and further on user's intention of adopting the e-service. One of the most important postulations of this research is that both service quality and the fee charge influence user's intention through affecting the user's perceived service value. This research presences a conceptual model of users' e-service evaluation process. The conceptual framework provides a basis for understanding how perceptions of quality and sacrifice influence value perceptions and purchase intentions. The results of an empirical research suggest that the both service quality and fee charge have influences on the perceived service value. However, they do not directly affect user's intention to purchase the e-service. They affect user's intention to purchase through affecting the perceived service value. In conclusion, this research provides a base to build on for other research studying use intention model of new e-service.

  • The data is a key catalyst for the development of the fourth industry, and has been viewed as an essential element of the new industry, with technology convergence such as artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, self-driving and 5 G. This will determine the price and value of the data as the user uses data in which the data is based on the context of the situation, rather than the data itself of the past supplier-centric data. This study began with, what factors will increase the value of data from a user perspective not a supplier perspective The study was limited to public data and users conducted research on users using data, such as analysis or development based on data. The study was designed to gauge the value of data that was not studied in the user's perspective, and was instrumental in raising the value of data in the jurisdiction of supplying and managing data.

정보탐색에 있어서 이용자/사서의 최적화 접속에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal User/Librarian Interface in Information Searching)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the optimal user/librarian interface in information searching. In order to achive the purpose, the 150 unskilled students as subjects have participated in the study. According to the change of the subjects' psychological information states by the access points within the library system, the subjects have been classified into the five types of model: the initial information state, the accepted identification information state, the bibliographic information state, the stack information state, and the location information state. Librarian's searching support is done for 10 minutes at the each access points. To develop the optimal user/librarian interface, the expected values of the models are calculated. The resultants are as follows: 1) The expected value of the initial information states model is 18.94: 2) The expected value of the accepted identification information model is 27.06: 3) The expected value of the bibliographic information state model is 27.06: 4) The expected value of the stack information state model is 22.38: 5) The expected value of the location information state model is 22.38. Those expected values are compared with each other. The model with the lowest expected value is chosen as the optimal user/librarian interface model. In the result, the user's initial information state model of the optimal user/librarian interface in information searching is developed. In order to search the information with the most effect, user must be interfaced with the librarian at his/her own initial information state.

온라인 쇼핑몰 이용가치와 플로우 및 고객 충성도의 관계: 다양성 추구 성향을 중심으로 (Effects of Online Shopping Mall Using Value on User Attitude and Customer Loyalty: Focus on A Comparison Between A Variety Seeking)

  • 본 연구는 선행연구의 주장을 근거로 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용 가치에 대해 쾌락적, 실용적 가치로 분류한 다음 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용가치가 플로우, 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 또한 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용가치와 플로우의 관계는 다양성 추구 성향에 따라 어떠한 차이가 나는지 밝혀보고자 하였다. 연구의 주요결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용 가치 중 쾌락적 가치와 실용적 가치는 플로우에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 쇼핑몰의 플로우는 고객 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용가치(쾌락적, 실용적)가 플로우와 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향은 다양성 추구성향에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구를 통하여 소비자의 다양성 추구 성향에 따라 차별적 접근의 필요성을 마케팅 실무자에게 제안하였다. 이와 더불어 연구의 결론 부분에는 향후 연구 방향에 대해서도 기술하였다.

A Comparative Study on the Innovation Strategy of User Experience and Life Satisfaction between Korea and China

  • The purpose of this paper is to study renovation plan of value chain from a user's viewpoint by making practical application of digital technology in Korea and China. And it is surely meaningful to investigate the important motivation factors of continuous using smart-phone in two countries, and to analyze the improving effect toward to the quality of life in continuous using smart-phone. By this study we can expect the value improving effect of user experience. The results of hypothesis testing can be summarized as follows: First, the hypothesis that positive affect has a plus effect on pragmatic value is accepted in Korea and China. Secondly, the hypothesis that positive affect has a plus effect on hedonic value is accepted in two countries. Thirdly, the hypothesis that negative affect has a minus effect on pragmatic value is accepted in Korea, but rejected in China. Fourthly, the hypothesis that negative affect has a minus effect on hedonic value is accepted in two countries. Fifthly, the hypothesis that pragmatic value has a plus effect on life satisfaction is rejected in two countries. Sixthly, the hypothesis that hedonic value has a plus effect on life satisfaction is accepted in Korea, but rejected in China. Seventhly, the hypothesis that there is a difference in positive affect, negative affect, pragmatic value, hedonic value and life satisfaction between Korea and China is rejected in positive affect and negative affect, but accepted in pragmatic value, hedonic value and life satisfaction. In the competition among enterprises, user experience instead of goods themselves became influential as a differential factor. And many advanced enterprises began taking a serious view of customer's happiness and user experience improvement.

SNS 관광정보 서비스품질이 사용자 만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향: 가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 (An Effect of SNS Tourism Information Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Reuse Intention: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Value)

  • Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among tourism information service quality, value, user satisfaction, and reuse intention in social network service(SNS). Also, we intended to testify the mediating role of value in causal model. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, questionnaire has obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 272 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 were employed and structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Two factors(ease of understanding and structure) have an effect on user satisfaction and reuse intention, and we found that value played a significant and important role in causal relationship. Therefore, value was empirically confirmed as t he import ant fact or preceding user satisfaction and reuse intention. Conclusion: Present study shows that two factors(ease of understanding and structure) in via of value, were important factors that related business companies have to emphasize to raise performance. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.

웹 접근성 사용자 평가를 통한 가치체계 분석 : 저 시력 장애인 대상으로 (Analyses of Value System through Web Accessibility User Evaluation : For People with Low Vision)

  • Current web accessibility checks and automatic assessments have been pointed out that the assessment items and scores are evaluated from the developer's point of view rather than from the user's one. In addition, although most of the grades of an automatic assessment on the public web sites are excellent because they are built in accordance with the web accessibility development guidelines, not a few web sites shows relatively low grades in evaluating their usability test made by those users. Taking into account the inadequacy of these web accessibility assessments, this study has identified the differences between the grades of usability evaluations and automatic evaluations for people with low vision and analyzed the major factors affecting web accessibility usability evaluations using Repertory Grid Techniques. Also, the Hard Laddering method of the Means-End Chain theory was adopted to visualize the relationship between Attributes-Conferences-Value and a hierarchical value system analysis based on FGI(Focused Group Interview) to people with the low vision. This study proposed the measures to improve the current web accessibility automatic assessment allocation, expert evaluation criteria, and user task assessment. In particular, it is a web accessibility user evaluation model that can consider the web accessibility quality certification criteria and user review assessment by directly analyzing the user cognitive structure and value system. This study is expected to be useful as a research to enhance the quality of web accessibility assessment.

스마트폰 기반 모바일거래 이용의 지각된 이용자 가치와 이의 결정요인 : 서비스 편재성과 이용자 통제성을 중심으로 (Determinants of User Perceived Value and Its Influence on the Usage of Smartphone-based Mobile Commerce : Focusing on Service Ubiquity and User Control)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 기반 모바일거래를 통해 이용자가 추구하는 핵심 가치가 무엇인지 파악하고, 이러한 가치가 이용행위에 미치는 효과를 검증한다. 구체적으로, 본 연구는 이용자의 지각된 가치를 시간적 가치, 기능적 가치, 경제적 가치의 세 가지 차원으로 개념화하고 모바일거래 이용에 미치는 개별적인 효과를 검증한다. 이와 더불어, 본 연구는 스마트폰 기반 모바일거래의 핵심특성으로 서비스 편재성과 이용자 통제성을 제시하고, 어떻게 이들 특성들이 이용자의 핵심 가치 창출과 관련되어 있는지를 규명하고자 한다. 스마트폰 기반 모바일거래 이용자를 대상으로 수집한 164개의 데이터를 가지고 PLS 분석을 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트폰 기반 모바일거래 이용은 시간적, 기능적, 경제적 가치들에 의해 결정되며 특히, 시간적 가치의 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스 편재성은 시간적 가치에 유의적이지만 기능적 가치에는 비유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 이용자 통제성은 시간적 가치 및 기능적 가치에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 종합적으로, 본 연구결과는 모바일거래의 이용이 시간적 가치에 의해 상당히 영향을 받으며, 시간적 가치는 서비스 편재성과 이용자 통제성에 의해 증가함을 제시한다.

  • 혁신제품의 하나인 전자책(e-Book)은 기존도서와 기술적 특성을 결합한 혁신적인 컨버전스 제품으로 매우 빠른 성장이 기대되고 있다. 그러나 향후 전자책의 지속 성장을 위해서는 사용자 저항감을 최대한 감소시키는 것이 매우 중요한 요소가 된다. 사용자 저항은 신기술에 대한 사용자들의 지속적 성장의 장애요소로서 제시되어 왔으며 다양한 제품과 관련된 사용자 저항 연구들이 제시되어 왔다. 그러나 전자책과 관련된 사용자 저항 형성 과정과 선행 요인에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 본연구의 목적은 전자책에 대한 사용자 저항감을 혁신기술 특성과 사용자 특성의 관점으로 구분하여 사용자 저항감에 미치는 요인들을 확인하고 사용자 저항감의 형성과정을 확인하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는, 혁신특성에 대한 요인으로 시용성, 불확실성, 복잡성, 적합성을 도출하였으며 사용자 특성으로 사회적 규범과 자기효능감을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 시용성, 불확실성, 복잡성은 각각 지각된 가치와 전환비용에 영향을 미치는 변수로 제시되었으며 사회적 규범, 지각적 가치, 자기효능감의 관계를 확인하였다. 또한 자기효능감, 지각된 가치는 사용자 저항의 감소에 영향을 주었다.
