RFM을 활용한 추천시스템 효율화 연구 (A Study on Improving Efficiency of Recommendation System Using RFM)

  • User-based collaborative filtering is a method of recommending an item to a user based on the preference of the neighbor users who have similar purchasing history to the target user. User-based collaborative filtering is based on the fact that users are strongly influenced by the opinions of other users with similar interests. Item-based collaborative filtering is a method of recommending an item by comparing the similarity of the user's previously preferred items. In this study, we create a recommendation model using user-based collaborative filtering and item-based collaborative filtering with consumer's consumption data. Collaborative filtering is performed by using RFM (recency, frequency, and monetary) technique with purchasing data to recommend items with high purchase potential. We compared the performance of the recommendation system with the purchase amount and the performance when applying the RFM method. The performance of recommendation system using RFM technique is better.

  • The purpose of this research is to identify a mediating effect of change management activity(CMA) on the relationships between the role of participants of ERP implementation and system performance. In this paper the role of participants are composed of top's management, user's participation, project manager's skill. Also this research organized ERP system performance into the three dimensions(adaptation to the end-user's ERP system, system usage, individual's performance). The major results of this research can be summarized as follow; project manager's role, top management's involvement, and users' participation in ERP project directly affect CMA of system implementation process and have influence system performance through CMA too. CMA also has a positive effect on a series of system performance, that is, adaptation to the end-user's ERP system, system usage, and individual's performance. In conclusion, the role of participants have an considerable influence upon system performance through CMA. This research makes certain that a mediating effect of CMA between the role of participants and system performance exists. Therefore, the companies implementing ERP must consider CMA.

  • 사회 경제적인 환경변화로 인해 사용자의 요구조건이 다양해지고 있지만 설계 시 다양해진 사용자의 요구조건을 제대로 반영하지 못하여 잦은 설계변경이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 사용자의 요구조건을 파악하고, 파악된 각각의 요구조건을 성능항목으로 전환한 뒤, 사용자와 실무자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 얻은 자료를 바탕으로 각각의 중요도를 측정하였다. 이렇게 측정된 각각의 중요도를 비교 분석하여 향후 설계 시 고려하여야 할 사항을 제시하였다.

생산정보시스템에 대한 품질인식이 사용자 성과와 기업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Quality toward User Performance and Corporate Performance in Production Information Systems)

  • 본 연구는 생산정보시스템에 대한 품질인식이 사용자 성과와 기업성과에 미치는 영향관계를 파악해 보는 것을 주목적으로 하였다. 연구목적의 효과적인 달성을 위하여 관련 선행연구에 관한 고찰결과를 토대로 연구모형과 가설을 수립하였다. 생산정보시스템을 도입 활용 중인 132개 기업을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 이용하여 공분산 구조모델 분석을 통한 연구가설 검정을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생산정보시스템의 생산정보품질과 지원서비스품질은 사용자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 시스템품질은 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생산정보시스템의 품질요인, 즉 생산정보품질, 시스템품질, 지원서비스품질은 모두 시스템 활용도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 생산정보시스템에 대한 사용자의 만족도, 시스템 활용도, 성과개선 간에는 모두 긍정적인 관계성이 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 분석 결과를 토대로 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

DS-CDMA 시스템을 위한 직접 결정 블라인드 적응 간섭 억제에 관한 연구 (A Study on Direct Decision Blind Adaptive Interference Suppression for DS-CDMA Systems)

  • In the mobile communication using DS-CDMA systems the problem of multiple user interference which reduce the performance is generated by multiple user access. In this paper to solve this problem we proposed the direct decision blind adaptive receiver with knowledge of only the desired user's spreading sequence. Simulation result present that the total user's power has equal gain The gain of signal to interference ratio for the proposed blind DD-LMS receiver has about 6[dB] than conventional receiver at additive white Gaussian noise and large gain at multipath channels. And when interference user's power has more large gain than desired user's power the gain of SIR for the proposed receiver has large value. And simulation result of bit error rate present that DD-LMS receiver has higher performance than LCCMA receiver. Thus the proposed blind DD-LMS receiver has robustness against interference of high power user and multipath channels.

한정 자연어 방식의 데이터베이스 사용자 접속에 있어서 구조적인 피드백의 효과 (Can Structured Feedback in a Restricted Natural Language Database Interface Improve Casual User Performance?)

  • A feedback echo is a structured restatement of the user's query and informs the user what the system intends to do for the query. This provides backtracking of the user's query so that the user knows how the system has interpreted the query. This study scrutinizes whether the feedback echo, as currently available in the INTELLECT commercial system, can improve the performance of a casual user using a restricted natural language database interface. This study concludes that the particular type of feedback echo available in this commercial system was not effective in terms of overall performance for casual users. It is worth mentioning, however, that the feedback echo was effective for the specific type of error: using wrong conditions for data retrieval.

생태학습장 이용객의 지각된 성과에 의한 만족도 연구 (A Study on User Satisfaction by Perceived Performance of Ecological Learning Center)

  • An ecological learning center is defined as a place which can establish the correct relationship between human and environment. Human can learn ecosystem and importance of environment throughout observation of nature and participation in program of ecological learning center. The most important aspects of ecological learning center planning are to reflect on user's demand and preservation of ecosystem. The prime goals of this study is to analyze user's characteristics in the Young Wheol Mulmurigol Ecological Learning Center. The second goal of this study is to find out the satisfaction model based on user's perceived performance of each program and facility in the center. For this study, questionnaire survey with 204 individuals was completed. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed statistical method by SPSS. There are several significant results from the study as following First, this ecological learning center as a newly operating facility is used not for educational purpose but for resting and relaxation purpose. It is due to that the most of users in this center are package tourists with historic scenes. Second, user's perceived performance evaluated by 23 attributions of programs and facilities, and these attributions could be classified by 5 factors such as environment friendly design, educational function, preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top and provision of resting area. Third, the user satisfaction model indicates that user satisfaction is depended on various factors such as preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top, provision of resting area. Among these factor affecting the satisfaction, provision of various bio-top is the most influence on user satisfaction.

기업의 관계적 성과로서 기업소셜네트워크 이용자의 자발행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on User's Voluntary Behavior in Company Social Networks(CSN))

  • Company Social Networks (CSN) has emerged as a commonly used marketing channel. One of the most important advantages in CSN is the user's voluntary behavior as a relational performance. We classified level of voluntary behavior, as 'consumption', 'active participation', and 'creative contribution' to comprehend different relational performance of CSN. Moreover, we proposed research model to compare positive attitude and negative attitude. This study aims to investigate 'the process of user's voluntary behavior in CSN' which is causal relationship between benefits of CSN, user's attitude and voluntary behavior. Empirical results with 175 valid questionnaire data revealed that CSN benefit factors played a significant role in trust and distrust. Based on these effects, trust and distrust have different influences as level of voluntary behavior, just as proposed. For practitioners, it is crucial finding that users are more active behavior based on strong trust.

Influence of User's Behavior about Delay on Media Server

  • At present multimedia service composed of voice, data, and video service is prevalent in the Internet. As such, wide-scale penetration of Internet service imposes tremendous pressure to the network infrastructure such as the media servers and links as well as the nodes. In addition, users from a large-scale population require broad bandwidth and high level of QoS. This requires a network with reliable and scalable services to customers, which also necessitates a realistic method for the design of the a media server. In this work, we explore the influence of user's behavior about delay on the performance of media server that takes into account the system and user attributes in a realistic manner. By incorporating user's behavior about the delay-sensitivity, we present an analytic framework for the evaluation of the performance of the media server, via which we illustrate a meaningful intuition in the provision of Internet multimedia service.

SaaS(Software as a Service) 품질이 서비스 성과 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (An Analysis of the SaaS Quality Impact on the Service Performance and Loyalty)

  • Business organizations today have sought management effectiveness and efficiency utilizing information technologies. In particular, small and medium-sized enterprises short of information resources tend to rely more on outsourcing for accomplishing their own information strategies. SaaS(Software as a Service) has recently become one of the powerful outsourcing alternatives. This study tries to identify the influence of the SaaS quality on the service performance and loyalty. A SaaS quality model is developed including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Then they are hypothesized to have influence on the service performance defined as user satisfaction, individual performance, and organizational performance. Service performance is considered to have an impact on the loyalty to service. Findings from a survey to test hypotheses on the relationship among SaaS quality, performance and loyalty show these variables are significantly important to widespread adoption of SaaS.
