Purpose - Over recent years, we have concerned about safety and quality on food products because of delivery complexity. The dependence of foreign food products escalate supply of products. And there are often negligent accident of marine and agricultural products. Therefore, the complexity increases the importance of safety on food and information quality for consumers. In spite of the interest augmentation of various interested parties, there is decrease in reliability and effectiveness, if it would be established without the right directivity. For the study, we tried to examine the first considerations the point of - view in service environment and information quality with accepting and diffusing the Traceability System. Then, we tried to verify the relationships between the factors of TS and the determinants of behavior decision. Next, we made efforts to find the mutual relationship among distributors, producers, consumers and the other prerequisite factors from the point of view in service environment and information quality in order to operate effectively the information perspective and system. Research design, data, and methodology - For the purpose of this study, the samples of consumers were targeted to Traceability System, and 661 people have been investigated. Through theoretical discussion of previous research, nine hypotheses were established, the influence of Continuous User Intention in TS. In order to test the hypotheses, a survey had conducted for 661 consumers as opinion leaders in their 20s-60s as data, and structural equation modeling was used. The difference analysis between Agricultural and Marine Products in TS; SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used for statistical analysis. Results - The major findings from this study were as follow; all factors of information quality excluding completeness and a social-impact had effects on the ease of use; all factors excluding understand ability in information quality and a social-impact had effects on the usefulness; completeness and social-impact had effects on perceived value; the ease of use had effects on usefulness and perceived value; usefulness had effects on perceived value and the intention of continuous use. From the results of different analysis, the CPLT(Completeness) factor has positive effects on Easy of USE and PV(Perceived Value) strongly in agricultural products. On the other hand, Social Duty has positive effects on Easy of Use strongly in marine products. Conclusion - In the age of information overflowing, TS will be a burden for users if it places too much emphasis upon accessibility. To accept and diffuse TS safely, therefore, Information System should be settled first into initial market formation. In addition, if TS elements are considered in conjunction with information factors and user environment, the acceptance and diffusion of TS would make synergy effect, even better. That is, this study contributes to the acceptance and diffusion of Traceability System. Accordingly, information quality will be settled into initial market formation. Also, social-impact element will be considered in conjunction with information quality's factors, and it will make synergy effect.

This study analyzed the meanings and other details of the provisions in line with the free use of public works introduced through the Copyright Act of Korea in Dec. 2013 in the aspect of archival information services and indicated the limitations as follows. First, not all institutions shall follow the provisions because it does not cover all institutions under the Law of Records Management in Korea. Second, even though most of works made for hire in state institutions, local governments, and public institutions are not yet made public, to enable a work to be made public is a requisite for public works to be used for free. This is to limit the scope of public works. To solve the problems, this study suggested the revision directions of the Copyright Act of Korea that every school, which creates works made for hire, are covered in the institutions that enable the free use of works and change the requisite to make a work public for the disclosure the information. This study also suggested that the element for copyright information shall be created in the records schedule for public institutions and metadata standard for records management. The copyright information shall also be described when the records are registered.

Young adults bear a higher risk of reproductive health problems than adults. Cases of unwanted pregnancies and their attendant complications reportedly rank among the highest in Africa. This study therefore investigates reproductive health and use of health information among university undergraduates in Nigeria. Correlational research design was adopted using descriptive survey method. Questionnaire was designed and used as survey instrument. The study used 25% of 6,978 undergraduate students from government and private universities in Abeokuta, Ogun State between 16-24 years old from each of the 35 departments that made up 8 colleges in the two universities. A total number of 1,745 copies of questionnaire were administered to the respondents out of which 1,500 copies were filled completely and retrieved making the response rate to be 86.95%. The findings of this study show that friends, parents and relatives were the closest sources of health information the respondents have used for reproductive health purposes. Utilisation of health information through information resources was effective. The study also concludes that cultural value, level of education and unfriendly attitude of health officials were parts of the major problems confronting effective utilization of reproductive health information among young adults in Nigeria.

This study examined the effects of information volume and distribution on learners' cognitive load and recall in a mobile augmented reality (AR) environment. Information volume refers to the degree of information users are provided in a learning task, while information distribution indicates the way in which information is distributed, either in a virtual or real format. Sixteen undergraduate students participated in the study, which employed a 2 × 3 randomized block factorial design with repeated measures. Information volume and distribution were independent variables, and factors in learners' cognitive load (mental effort, perceived ease of use, and perceived task difficulty) and recall test scores were the dependent variables. Information volume had significant main effects on perceived ease of use and task difficulty, and recall test scores, while information distribution had significant main effects on perceived task difficulty and test scores. A detailed discussion and implications are provided.
This research aims to shed a light on the benefits and perceived risks to the willingness to use perceived by consumers, centering on design-customizing service catering to individuals' tastes and needs, and to study their impacts on the use of a design-customizing service. The validation of how benefits and perceived risks affect the intention to use showed that only aesthetic and self-expressive benefits had significant impacts on the willingness to use. However, only time/economic loss and self-design risks had negative impacts on the willingness to use a service. By gender, there was no difference in benefits and perceived risks to willingness to use for the benefit factors, whereas in terms of perceived risks to willingness to use factors. By age, there were also differences in the effects of benefits and perceived risks to purchase on the willingness to use a rash guard customizing service. There were variations in the perceived risks to the willingness to use and benefits depending on age. In particular, it was found that there were no perceived risks to the willingness to use for the age group of 10s. As design-customizing services based on individual tastes have drawn more attention recently, this research on the benefits and perceived risks to purchasing a rash guard design customizing service, as well as their effects on service use (particularly backed up by comparative analysis by gender and age), is expected to provide insights into design-customizing service strategy development.

The lack of an understanding of the characteristics and searching abilities of a specific user group in computer-based information systems in libraries hinders library and information science professionals in making the best decisions when designing, acquiring, and managing information systems. The objective of this study was to provide information on the characteristics and searching abilities of specific groups such as Korean college students & ones who study abroad, male & female, undergraduate & graduate students, etc. This study also has focused on the methods of loaming to use OPACs and non-user study. Questionnaire was administered to both Korean college students in the city of Taegu, Korea and students who study abroad in the state of Texas, US.A. 345 usable questionnaires were obtained and analyzed. These were analyzed using descriptive, inferential statistics, multiple correlation, and SPSS software. The. major findings of this study are: (1) There was a significant difference among specific student user groups except undergraduate and artiste-athlete students in the distribution of their knowledge about how to use OPACs: (2) There was a significant difference among specific groups in the means of their knowledge: (3) There was no significant difference among un. groups in the distribution of loaming method to use OPAC systems : (4) The correlation between the number of searching methods that the respondents knew in using OPACS and the amount of using computers (0.6635) is comparatively higher than my other correlation to the searching methods. Also, years of experience using computers, frequencies of computer use, and frequencies of OPAC use are comparatively higher than frequencies of library use and frequencies of manual card catalog un: (5) Frequencies of manual card catalog use have low negative correlations with the number of searching methods that the respondents knew in using OPACs: (6) Frequencies of manual card catalog use have little if any negative negative with OPAC and computer use. Conclusions are drawn from the findings in this paper, and recommendations an proposed when designing, adopting, or managing a new system. Topics fur future studies on the characteristics of OPAC systems and their use are also suggested.
Purpose - The study was AI as exploratory study on artificial intelligence (AI) shopping information services, to explore the possibility of a new business of the distribution industry. For research, we compare to IBM of consumer awareness surveys an AI shopping information service for retailing channel and target goods group. Finally, we present to service scenario for distribution service using AI. Research design, data, and methodology - First, to identify possible the success of the information service shopping using AI, AI technology for the consumer is very important for the acceptance of judgement. Therefore, we explored the possibility of AI information service for business as a shopping. The experimental data were used to interpret the meaning of the relevant literature and the IBM Institute of Business Value (IBV) Report 2015. This research is based on the use of a technical acceptance model (TAM) to determine whether the consumer would adopt the 'AI shopping information service' technology. Step 1 of the process assumes that the consumer adopts AI technology. In step 2, consumers find their preference channels and goods targeted at them as per their preferences. Finally Step 3, we present scenario for 'AI shopping information service' based on the results of Step 1 and 2. Results - Consumers have expressed their high interests in the new shopping information services, especially the on/off line distribution channels can use shopping information to increase the efficiency in provision of goods. Digital channel (such as SNS, online shopping etc.) is especially high value goods such as cars, furniture, and home appliances by displaying it to an appropriate product group. Conclusions - The study reveals the potential for the use of new business models such as 'AI shopping information service' by the distribution industry. We present seven scenario related AI application refer from IBM suggestion, and the findings would enable the distribution industry to approach target consumers with their products, especially high value goods. 'Shopping advisor' is considered to the most effective. In order to apply to the other field of the distribution industry business, which utilizes AI technology, it should be accompanied by additional empirical data analysis should be undertaken.

Past research linking information technology and organizational structure has been inconclusive and contradictory. The purpose of this study is to resolve some of this confusion by taking into consideration one theoretical issue and three methodological problems. The one theoretical issue is an assessment of the importance of environment as a key external variable constraining both organizational structure and the use of information technology. To date, there has been no systematic, empirical research on the conceptual linkage among all three of these variables. The three methodological issues concern measurement problems associated with (1) controlling for different levels of analysis, (2) establishing a clear operationalization of information technology, and (3) differentiating institutional and questionnaire approaches to data collection. The research results in four conclusions. First, data confirm the environment as a key external variable in the linkage between information technology and organizational structure. Second, three central dimensions of information technology are identified: Growth of Capacity, extensiveness of information technology use, and information technology sophistication. Third, in order to maximize the explanatory power of information technology on other organizational constructs, it is necessary to differentiate between the actual use of information technology as opposed to the mere presence of information technology. Fourth, carefully designed questionnaire measures reveal no significant differences from institutional measures in the assessment of key organizational constructs.
Generally, people act to use Information Technology on the premise of their experience in using various Information Technology. Namely, users perceive Information Technology through their User Experience, and these User Experiences can be said to impact Continuous Use Intention of the Information Technology. Based on this condition, the present study was proceeded to investigate the User Satisfaction's Mediating effect in the relationship between User Experience and Continuous Use Intention of the OTT services. For this purpose, 195 male and female college students' survey data were used for analysis, verified through the SPSS Process Macro. As a result of the analysis, not only the Reliability experience for the OTT services but also the Usability, Convenience, and Pleasurable experiences' User Experiences were verified that Use Satisfaction was Fully Mediating in relation to Continuous Use Intention. This result gives an implication that the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in maintaining customers through continuous use of OTT services are worth noting. Overall, the present study increased the customer utility for OTT services and confirmed the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in order to increase the competitiveness of the company. Also, it proposed a direction for an in-depth future research to develop this study.
