Purpose: This study was conducted to determine factors that influence overactive bladder (OAB) symptom severity in community residents. Methods: The participants of the study were 115 adults who participated in the health lectures for patients with OAB between March 1 and June 30, 2013. The overactive bladder-questionnaire (OAB-q) was used to assess the OAB symptom severity. Results: The mean score of OAB symptom severity was 35.48 out of 100. Participants showed the highest score of urgency among OAB symptoms. The significant predictors were the monthly income, operation history of urogynecology, and body mass index accounting for 23% of the variance of OAB symptom severity. The OAB symptom severity was higher in subjects who had lower monthly income, urogynecology operation history and higher BMI (>$25kg/m^2$). Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate that it should be considered to recommend weight loss as a component of nursing intervention for alleviating OAB symptom severity in overweight OAB patients.

Analysis data of basics which are used for LCC(Life Cycle Cost) analysis of buildings and maintenance plan, are demanded to secure according as replacement cycle of repairs of apartment houses has come. However, investigation techniques and systems for investigating condition of deterioration of apartment houses, have not been made yet in Korea. For this reason, this study was wanted to make investigation techniques and systems, so the process for maintenance of apartment houses was researched and the required quality and deterioration factors of interior/exterior materials were investigated. As a result Check-List for investigating condition of deterioration, was made. if this is used during a nonscheduled, a routine, a regular and a urgency check, the methodical investigation will be achieved. Furthermore, if this is used for maintenance of apartment houses, it will be helped to select the repair cycle and the long-term repair plan.

It is well known that urgency resulted from time stress can be a great cause to industrial accidents. Therefore, time stress has been studied in the aspect of macroscopic view, namely industrial safety management, but has not been studied in microscopic view such as psychophysiological approach. Among diverse psychophysiological indices, Electroencephalogram(EEG) would be on of the most objective psychophysiological research technique on human errors though few research has been taken yet. This study aimed to get characteristics of human error while committing a simple arithmetic addition task by utilizing the power spectrum technique of EEG data. Each experiment was composed of 2 tasks under different condition - with and without time stress. As subjects, 5 young undergraduate students in their early twenties participated in this study. The results advocated a well-known fact that time stress downgrades the performance of human workers. However, correct answer rate and response time were not significantly influenced by time stress factor which might be explained by the constructural factor adopted in the present study. As in the previous studies, among various EEG-related measures, relative band power ratios of ${\alpha}$ and ${\beta}$ waves to sum of ${\alpha}$,${\beta}$,${\theta}$ wave powers, namely $P_{{\alpha}/({\alpha}+{\beta}+{\theta})}$ and $P_{{\beta}/({\alpha}+{\beta}+{\theta})}$ seemed to be the most effective measures to grasp variation of brain activities in time-stressed situation so that discussions were expanded about their variations.

Since the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, concern and worry about multiunit accidents have been increasing. Korea has a higher urgency to evaluate its site risk because its number of nuclear power plants (NPPs) and population density are higher than those in other countries. Since the 1980s, technical documents have been published on multiunit probabilistic safety assessment (PSA), but the Fukushima accident accelerated research on multiunit PSA. It is therefore necessary to summarize the present situation and draw implications for further research. This article reviews journal and conference papers on multiunit or site risk evaluation published between 2011 and 2016. The contents of the reviewed literature are classified as research status, initiators, and methodologies representing dependencies, and the insights and conclusions are consolidated. As of 2017, the regulatory authority and nuclear power utility have launched a full-scale project to assess multiunit risk in Korea. This article provides comprehensive reference materials on the necessary enabling technology for subsequent studies of multiunit or site risk assessment.

Patients with neurogenic bladder undergo morphometric and functional changes of their bladder and urethra. As a result, voiding symptoms such as frequency, nocturia, urgency and incontinence appear. We experienced two cases of the urinary incontinence treated with Samboo-tang(Sanfu-tang). In the point of Differentiation of Syndrome, two cases were diagnosed as Deficiency Syndrome of Yang of the kidneys. After Samboo-tang(Sanfu-tang) administration, the frequency of the urinary incontinence were decreased and the accompanied symptoms also improved. So, we report two cases with a brief view of related literatures.

Cells show various stress signs when they are challenged with severe physiological problems. Majority of such cellular stresses are conveyed to endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and unfolded protein response (UPR) serves as typical defense mechanism against ER stress. This study investigated an interaction between ER stress agents using macropage cell line Raw 264.7. When activated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), the cell lines showed typical indicators of ER stress. Along with molecular chaperones, the activation process leads to the production of additional inflammatory mediators. Following activation, the macrophage cell line was further treated with TUN and characterized in terms of chaperone expression and cytokine secretion. When treated with TUN, the activated macrophage cell leads to increased secretion of IL-6 although expression of ER stress markers, GRP94 and GRP78 increased. The secretion of cytokines continued until the addition of BFA which inhibits protein targeting from ER to Golgi. However, secretion of cytokines was ceased upon dual treatments with BFA and TG. This result strongly implies that cells may differently deal with various polypeptides depending on the urgency in cellular function under ER stress. Considering IL-6 is one of the most important signal molecules in macrophage, the molecule might be able to circumvent ER stress and UPR to reach its targeting site.

It is necessary to recognize the urgency and importance of administrative information dataset management and study effective management measures and specific procedures applicable in practice. Particularly, identify dataset records and developing records schedule for records management needs to be presented in detail and specific. This study designed and verified an identification method and appraisal procedure of dataset records in public administrative information systems dataset operating in public institutions. In addition, this study presented the role of the participants including the records center in the appraisal process. Through this, useful implications are derived for the development of specific and practical processes and tools for dataset management in the records center.

Non-contact judgment and evaluation for products are increasingly needed along with a rapid environmental change in fashion that sows urgency in the need to implement services that allows users to judge and experience a tactile sense in a fashion product without actual contact. Technological development is required to provide users with syn-aesthetic experiences that integrate the visual, tactile and the auditory. There is also a need to conduct research to increase immersion that provides users with ICT-related experiences communicated through fashion images. The study analyzed demands for haptic communication technology by Korean users in immersive VR fashion product shopping. Accordingly, it defined haptic communication through literature research, investigated immersion in the VR environment and conducted in-depth interviews for haptic communication applicable to VR shopping. Findings show that hedonic reactions by fantasy, emotion and fun function are an important motive in selecting VR shopping. VR fashion product shopping steps were divided into 4: move to store, search in store, search of product and purchase based on offline store shopping experience. It defined the haptic communication by steps and analyzed the types of the haptic feedback to be implemented. The study results provide basic data for developing haptic communication technology that can enhance e a sense of the presence and immersion experiences that can help lay a groundwork for pilot studies on the convergence of the virtual and the real.

As the spectrum demand increases, securing spectrum resources in a timely manner becomes necessary. This paper proposes a spectrum-band prioritization scheme for establishing an efficient spectrum-use policy. The criteria for spectrum-band prioritization are derived from articles of the Radio Waves Act, and a four-level matrix for priority evaluation is proposed, considering both demand urgency and supply ease. The prioritization processes and items to consider for measuring each criteria are also proposed in order to implement the proposed prioritization scheme. It is expected that the proposed scheme can help secure the spectrum in a timely manner, protect incumbent users properly, and promote new spectrum-based businesses.

This study emphasizes the necessity of implementing political supports for artists and suggests several details to develop related industries. For these objectives this study analyzes the trend in related researches and overhauls the aid system. It then comes up with results about how artists are aware of the supporting system by conducting a survey of 140 artists. The result of summarize as follows. First, most of the artists have severely limited access to government-funded or private aid programs. This signals the urgency of establishing an integrated portal site since the artists aren't evenly offered the information they need. Along with this, artists should note that the main purpose of this portal site is focused on providing information related to livelihoods. Secondly, the analysis shows the lack of infrastructure for supporting artists. Both governmental and private sectors should take charge of establishing art consulting agencies which can bring efforts to improve rights and interests of many artists via a number of channels. Supporting artists also presents its necessity about solving social problems besides the one suggested by previous studies. This study has its significance by implying the actual perspectives of artists while most of the related studies are rather theoretical.
