의상 피혁 가공용 수용성 폴리우레탄-에폭시 하이브리드 수지의 합성 및 물성에 관한 연구 (Study on Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane-Epoxy Hybrid Resin for Leather Garment Coationgs)

  • In this study, we experimented that how to synthesis waterborne urethane-epoxy hybrid resin for leather garment coatings. First of all, We had analyzed datas by FT-IR, SEM and TGA for the machanical properties. By instruments analysis measurement we confirmed that synthesis of urethane and epoxy. In this experiment we knew that polyurethane and urethane-epoxy hybrid resin have 4~5 grades of solvent resistance. Tensile strength measured in the urethane-epoxy resin(epoxy 12%, 2.033$kg_f/mm^2$) had the most strong strength than polyurethane(1.833 $kg_f/mm^2$) emulsion samples. Also urethane-epoxy hybrid resin had better result than polyurethane in acid resistance and abrasion test. As hight proportion of epoxy in hybid resin, we obtained low elongation and low flexibility. In this result, the mechanical properties of waterborne polyurethane-epoxy hybrid resin showed that how effect in leather coating by ratio of epoxy emulsion.

유/무기 하이브리드 코팅액에 의한 냉간압연강판의 내식특성 (Improving the Corrosion Resistance of Cold-Rolled Carbon Steel by Treatment with a Hybrid Organic/Inorganic Coating Solution)

  • 종래 아연의 부식 속도를 줄이는 가장 일반적인 방법은 $Cr^{+6}$를 도포하여 화학적으로 개조하는 것이었다. 그러나 $Cr^{+6}$는 현재 환경 보호법 때문에 사용이 제한되어 있다. 따라서 자자들은 Si를 가지는 유/무기 용액에 대한 아연도금강판의 최적 조건을 연구하였다. 최적 내식성은 $190^{\circ}C$에서 5분간 열처리한 조건으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 내식성 평가를 위하여 우레탄 용액(Urethane 20 wt.% ; S-700), Si를 가지는 유/무기 용액(Si polysilicate 10 wt.% + Urethane 10 wt.% LR-0317) 및 Si와 Ti를 가지는 2종류의 유/무기 용액(Si polysilicate 7 wt.% + Urethane 13 wt.% + Ti amorphous 0.5 wt.% ; LR-0727(1), Si polysilicate 7 wt.% + Urethane 7 wt.% + Ti amorphous 0.5 wt.% + epoxy 6wt.% ; LR-0727(2))을 사용하였다. 내식성 평가는 냉간압연 강판을 사용하여 염수분무 시험으로 실시하였다. 7시간의 염수 분무 시험에서 LR-0727(1)과 LR-0727(2) 용액이 냉간 압연 강판에 대하여 우수한 내식성을 나타내었다.

UV 챔버 내부 온도 및 체류시간이 Urethane Acrylate의 경화속도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Temperature and Exposure Time on UV-curing of Urethane Acrylate)

  • 소형 UV 챔버 내부온도 및 챔버 내 체류시간이 Urethane Acrylate 의 경화속도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. UV 램프에 가해지는 Power를 60, 80, 100% 로 조절하여 UV 조사량 (UV dose)를 변경하였고 필름이 지나가는 챔버 내부의 가이드롤 (또는 패턴롤)에 냉각수를 투입하여 롤 자체의 온도에 변화를 주었다. 또한 코팅속도를 조절하여 챔버 내부에서의 체류 시간을 변경시켰는데 이들 조건들이 Urethane Acrylate 의 경화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 경화된 필름의 gel 분율을 측정, 비교하였다. 본 연구를 통해 Power가 증가 할수록 경화기 내부의 온도는 상승 하였으며 냉각수 투입에 따라 경화기 내부의 온도는 감소하였는데 이러한 경화기 내부의 온도변화는 UV 경화에 큰 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 반면에 코팅속도가 증가할수록 경화필름의 gel 분율은 감소하였는데 이는 충분한 경화를 위해서는 경화기내부에서의 체류시간이 일정 이상이 되어야 함을 의미하였다. 한편, 체류시간에 따른 UV dose 측정 및 UV 램프주변의 열유동 해석을 통하여 램프주변의 온도분포 해석을 시도하였는데 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 UV 경화기 구조 및 운전 조건이 UV 경화된 제품의 특성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알 수 있었다.

Urethane으로 유발된 생쥐 폐샘암종 발생과정에서 세포주기 관련인자(Cyclin D1, p21, and p27)에 대한 비소의 효과 (Effects of Arsenic Trioxide on Cell Cycle Related Proteins (Cyclin D1, p21, p27) Expression During Urethane-induced Lung Carcinogenesis in Mice)

  • The present study investigated an effect of arsenic trioxide on the urethane-induced lung carcinogenesis in mice. To understand its carcinogenesis, we examined proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), apoptotic index as well as cell cycle-related proteins (cyclin D1, p21, and p27). Urethane was injected intraperitoneally in ICR mice, and then they were sacrificed at 5, 15, or 25 weeks following treatment of arsenic trioxide. Arsenic trioxide was given with tap water at a concentration of 1 mg/l (low-dose) and 5mg/1 (high-dose) for 25 weeks. During the carcinogenesis, sequential histological changes from hyperplasia to adenomas, and ultimately to overt carcinomas were noted. The development of hyperplasias, adenomas, and carcinomas in the lung were slightly increased by the treatment of low-dose arsenic trioxide. However, there is no correlation between dose and tumor multiplicity. The administration of low-dose arsenic trioxide, significantly increased the tumor size. The proliferative index observed on 5 weeks after significantly increased. Cyclin D1 and p21 protein, cell cycle related proteins, were more significantly increased in hyperplasia and adenoma in low dose arsenic treated group than urethane alone group. The p27 protein expression did not show any significantly changes with arsenic treated or untreated group. Low dose exposure to arsenic trioxide resulted in increased expression of cyclin D1 and p21 protein. The present results indicate that low-dose treatment of arsenic trioxide, but not high dose of it, partly modulate the cellular proliferation, cyclin D1, and p21 protein expression, and that this effect may contribute to accelerated development of lung adenocarcinomas in urethane-induced mice.

가역성이 우수한 도자기 복원용 Urethane resin의 개발 및 물성에 대한 연구 (Study on the Development and Properties of Ceramics Restoration Purpose Urethane resin with Excellent Reversibility)

  • 현재 토기 및 도자기를 보존처리 할 때 사용되고 있는 접착 복원제의 경우 크게 Epoxy계, Cellulose계, Cyanoacrylate계 등이 사용되고 있으나 재료에 따라 심한 수축으로 인한 재탈락, 황변 현상으로 인한 색상 변화, 사용시 도구와 손에 묻어나오는 불편한 작업성, 비가역성 등 다양한 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도자기 복원용으로 사용되고 있는 Epoxy resin의 황변 현상과 비가역성의 문제점 해결을 목적으로 저황변, 가역성이 우수한 Urethane계 합성수지를 개발하였다. 개발된 Urethane resin의 접착력은 원액 2.07MPa로 기존 재료인 $EPO-TEK301^{(R)}$ 1.21MPa로 1.5배 이상의 우수한 물성을 지니고 있다. 가공성 측정 결과 Urethane resin(in Talc 50wt%)의 마모율이 1.09%로 기존 재료인 Quick $Wood^{(R)}$(1.02%)의 마모율 보다는 다소 높게 측정되었으며, EPO-$TEK301^{(R)}$(0.41%)와 $L30^{(R)}$ (0.39%)보다 는 2배 이상의 마모율을 보이고 있어 기존의 재료보다 쉽게 성형 과정이 이루어질 수 있는 장점을 지니고 있다. Urethane resin의 장점인 가역성 실험은 Acetone, Ethyl Alcohol 침적 후 12시간 경과 후 Urethane resin과 충전제인 Talc가 분말화 현상을 나타내며 100% 용해되었으며, 기존 Epoxy resin의 가역성이 0%인 것에 비해 매우 우수한 가역성을 지니고 있다. 내구성 평가를 위한 자외선 실험 결과 Urethane resin의 원액 기준 ${\Delta}E^*ab$ 색상 변화 값이 자외선 노출 전 후 2.76로 기존의 Epoxy resin보다 약 7~20배 정도 줄어 황변 현상으로 인한 이질감의 문제점을 최소화하였다.

유한요소해석을 이용한 유압브레이커용 우레탄 패킹의 성능분석 (Performance Analysis of Urethane Packing in the Hydraulic Breaker by a Finite Element Method)

  • Performances of urethane packing in the hydraulic breaker were analyzed using a finite element method. Because of high temperature and high pressure in the hydraulic breaker, it is better to use urethane rather than rubber as a packing material. We obtained the physical properties of urethane at elevated temperature by the tensile test. We analyzed buffer seal and U-packing maintaining the pressure and preventing oil leakage. Deformation, stress distribution, contact length, contact pressure of packing at each pressure step were obtained using finite element analysis. As the temperature increases, stress and contact force tend to decrease at low pressure. As the gap between piston and cylinder increases, contact length and contact forces decrease. Consequently, it is possible to design the packing section using these analyses, and construct a system to predict the possibility of oil leakage in the hydraulic breaker.

플랜지 플렉시블 우레탄카 커플링 개발 (Development of Flange Flexible Urethane-key Coupling)

  • The study was aimed at developing a power transmission coupling that is possible to transfer power without any trouble even if the two rotating shafts are making minute misalignment. The coupling that has been developed is Flange Flexible Urethane-key Coupling that connects two shafts by flanges with Urethane-key. A model coupling for use in transmitting power of 10hp was made and undergone performance evaluation and tests. Property and usefulness was proved through the test. The performance evaluation has demonstrated a property of $11.25Kgf{\cdot}m$ of allowable torque and 28.25hp of power at 1,80Orpm, which was found to be superior compared to the performance of similar couplings. Based on the performance test, study was made also for improving the shape of the Urethane-key and was successful to make the flange in smaller outside diameter. Further application test at site has proved that the product is easy to install and maintain, and has property of absorbing minute misalignment between two shafts and vibration caused there from.

단삼(丹蔘) 추출액이 Urethan으로 유발된 생쥐의 폐암에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Extract in Urethane-induced Lung Tumorigenesis in A/J Mice)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) extract in urethane-induced lung tumorigenesis in A/J mice. Methods : We examined change of body weight, histological, apoptosis, immunohistochemical and gene expression of cyclooxygenase (COX-2) in lung tumors. Mice were divided into 3 groups: normal, saline, and experimental group administered SM extract after injection with urethane. Results : Histological observation showed shrunken alveoli in the control group, but recovered from damage in the SM extract administered group. The COX-2 positive materials were observed in the smooth muscle of terminal bronchiole and alveoli from the control group, but these positive materials decreased in the SM extract treatment group. The results of electron microscopical observation, dilated capillary and degenerated endothelia were observed in the control group. The apoptotic nuclei increased more in the control group compared with the normal and SM extract administered groups. Serial sections of the whole lung showed solid and papillary tumors. The size and number of tumors decreased in the SM groups compared with the control groups. Conclusions : These results suggest the possibility that SM may exert an anti-tumor effect on urethane-induced lung tumorigenesis.

  • The simulation and experiments were conducted to anlayzed the vaiation of the temperature and humicity in the wintering beehouses which had two kinds of the insulator materials of urethane foam and sandwich panel individually . It was found that inside temperature of sandwich panel beehouse was similar to the urethane foam at the same outside temperature by the simulation results. The variation of the inside temperature and humidity for the urethane foam was less than the sandwich panel.

  • It is necessary for the new material and construction concept to make up for weak point which related to high durability and finish ability to solve exposure limit of exist construction method. This paper is deal with performance test(tier load, anti abrasion, anti impact, permeability, bond test) compositive using for water reacting soft urethane and rigid urethane to improve the exist problem which are crack movement, adhesive on the wet surface, impact and abrasion by tier load. It is getting decreasing demage compare with other exist materials after test by transfer load, movement and impact.
