지리정보분석시스템을 활용한 공공서비스로서의 도시공원 입지특성 평가 - 충북 청주시를 대상으로 - (Assessment on Location Characteristics of Urban Park as Public Service Using Geographic Information Analysis System: Focused on Cheongju City)

  • The Purpose of this research was to propose positioning strategies of urban park (UP) based on the assessment of location characteristics at cheongju city. To do that, this research found out urban park service area (UPSA) using GIS network analysis and built socio-economic attribute database, UP map, and other public service thematic maps such as public transportation, education, child-care, and convenience services. And this research analyzed spatial and attribute data using Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, and binary logistic regression methods. As a result of this analysis, 1) the nearer neighborhood park and children's park, the higher land price and assumption income level (AIL). 2) children's parks were closed to living convenience facilities such as bank, hospital, and convenience store. 3) land price, AIL, population, and other public services level (PSL) in UPSA were higher than that of non-UPSA. 4) The higher land price, AIL, population, and other PSL, the higher urban park service level. The results of this research may contribute to resolve the regional UP unbalance and to improve UP service level as public service.

농촌지역 이재민 임시주거시설 지정 현황 및 개선 방안 (Analysis of Temporary Housing for the Displaced People in Rural Area Emergencies)

  • 본 연구에서는 전국 실제 이재민 임시주거시설 지정 현황에 대한 면밀한 조사와 분석을 통하여 농촌지역과 도시지역의 이재민 임시주거시설의 격차를 해소하고자, 전국의 이재민 임시주거시설의 현황을 파악하였다. 분석결과, 도시지역의 지정된 이재민 임시주거시설이 농촌지역보다 시설면적이 크고 수용능력이 높은 시설 위주임을 추정 할 수 있으므로 농촌지역 역시 많은 인원을 수용할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 새로운 시설 지정이 필요하다고 판단된다. 또한 농촌지역 대표지역 이재민 임시주거시설 분석결과 지자체마다 이재민 임시주거시설 종류가 상이하게 지정 되었으며, 개소수 역시 지자체별 편차가 크게 나타났다. 이에 지자체에서 이재민 임시주거시설을 지정하는 절차와 체계의 개선이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

대도시지역 어린이의 실외 놀이시설 선호와 시설도입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preference and Introduction of the Outdoor Play Facilities for Children in a Metropolitan Area)

  • 부산은 타 대도시에 비해 어린이들을 위한 상징적 여가공간이 상대적으로 부족하며, 시역내 산재한 어린이 놀이시설의 경우에도 노후화로 인해 유지관리가 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 부산시역내 어린이들이 부담 없이 찾을 수 있는 어린이 여가공간을 조성하는 것으로서 어린이 유희시설의 새로운 트렌드에 부합하는 공공형 실외 어린이 시설을 도입하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 외 다양한 어린이 유희시설 개발사례를 검토하여 도입 가능한 기능 및 시설을 선정하고 사업계획 수립을 통해 실행 가능한 사업계획을 수립하였다. 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 어린이 선호도에 기반한 권역별 어린이 테마공원 조성을 위한 선도사업 추진을 제안한다. 둘째, 향후 시설도입시 교육청과 연계한 체험학습 활동 프로그램을 운영할 것을 제안한다.

일산신도시의 중심상권 활성화를 위한 상권 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Trade Area Analysis of the Ilsan Subway Area for the Regeneration of Main Street)

  • This article assumes that the first newtown has declined in Korea. Urban regeneration projects should be implemented for regeneration for CBD in Newtown as well as small local cities. The purpose of this article is to analyze the character of the subway area and to suggest the key issues for regeneartion in the subway area. Especially focussing on the local important commercial function in 5 subway areas. As a result of analyzing 5 subway areas according to basic statistical data, field interviews, and legal decline diagnostic index, all five commercial districts showed decline. In particular, the decline of Baekseok Station area appears to be serious, and there is a key factor that attracts the decline of the commercial area such as the long - term building or the closure rate of each commercial area. In addition, the vacancy rate is increasing due to large distribution facilities in new cities, the entry of new floating facilities on the outskirts, and unsold new stores, and the recession is accelerating. In this way, the signs of decline in the core of the new city are enriched, but the current Urban Regeneration Act is a legal system with a policy goal of regeneration of small and medium cities in the provinces as a system to promote the function of core bases rather than the overall redevelopment of new cities. Therefore, preemptive response is needed for the regeneration in those areas.

소도시 재래시장의 공간분석 - 충남 홍성읍 재래시장을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Space characteristics of Conventional Market in Small Town)

  • Activation of conventional market in small town is important in the reinvigoration of local economy as an economical center. The revitalization of local economy is closely related to the fosterage of conventional market. So the local government is trying to activate the market. However, the projects for the activation of conventional market are mostly centered on the modernization of facilities which is carried out at urban districts. Those facilities-centered plans, being carried out at urban district, lack the consideration of the peculiarities of rural districts and the regional conditions of the conventional market in small towns. And some projects for the modernization of facilities produce negative results. Especially the conventional market in small town shows a spatial structure of a five-day market and a market place and it was influenced by the spatial relationship between the permanent market and periodic market. So analyses on the spatial lay-out and form, store facilities, spatial distribution of types of business, spatial utilization on market place are needed to improve the physical environment of the conventional market. In this context, the study analyzed systematically the space of an old and lagged Hongseong conventional market located in central district of a small town. And It is expected that the results use as a basic data to establish effective space improvement plan for conventional market in small town.

  • This study aimed at providing suggestions in designing open space so that parks and bordering facilities are well related to each other in terms of the visual access and human activities. The design survey was conducted in the center of Osaka City, using parks there as the study material. The relation between parks and their bordering facilities was evaluated in terms of the visual access and human activities. Through the results of this study, as the design methods for improving relations between parks and their bordering facilities, unified design and creation of square in the boundary area between them, placing access paths to facilities in parks, and planting trees to create Vista, Screen, and Framework landscapes are of great importance.

U-City기반시설물의 관리운영절차 및 적용기술에 관한 연구 : 교량 관리운영을 중심으로 (A Study on the Process of U-City Based Facilities for Management : Case of Bridge)

  • 본 연구는 U-City기반시설을 효율적으로 관리운영할 수 있는 절차와 적용 가능한 기술 제시를 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해서 기존 도시기반시설물의 관리운영 절차를 분석하고 이를 토대로 U-City기반시설의 관리운영의 절차를 제시하였으며, U-City기반시설의 관리운영 절차는 정기점검, 정밀 및 긴급점검, 정밀안전진단 그리고 일상업무와 긴급업무로 구분하였다. 또한 이러한 U-City기반의 시설물 관리운영에 필요한 기술들을 분석하고 적용 가능한 기술들을 제시하였다. 향후 본 연구를 토대로 U-City기반시설에 대한 관리운영 절차가 확립된다면 시설물 관리운영의 효율성과 안전성이 크게 개선될 것이다. U-City기반의 시설물의 관리는 결과적으로 대시민 서비스의 질 향상과 도시경쟁력 제고로 이어질 것이며, 이는 시민들이 안전하고 편리한 생활을 영위할 수 있는 환경 구축의 토대가 될 것이다.

The Urban Parks and Rivers Contribute to the Citizen Satisfaction and Utilization in Uijeongbu City

  • This research aimed at measuring Park and Green Satisfaction (PGS) using subjective indicators of 'surface, line and spot' green evaluated by citizens. Also frequency of visits to park and green measured using objective indicators (number of visits) to find the relationship with PGS. A conceptual model of PGS was developed to relate evaluation to satisfaction and finally to utilization of open spaces. A sample of 500 questionnaire survey was employed for Uijeongbu City in Korea. A Structual Equation Modeling (AMOS) techniques was used to test the hypothesized relationship among factors (construct). As a result, first, PGS was explained by three latent factors of 'urban park' (${\gamma}=0.54$), 'linear facilities' (${\gamma}=0.25$), and 'surface green' (${\gamma}=0.15$) respectively. These three exogenous construct was found very useful classification system for open spaces of cities. Second, PGS (${\gamma}=0.34$) was found as a mediating variable to utilization of open spaces and also PGS was closely related to citizens Environmental Quality Satisfaction (EQS), such concept as, 'livability' and 'aesthetic quality'. The more satisfied with park and green the more people use the space. The PGS was an important QOL indicator together with the subjective indicator of 'livability'. Third, jogging and walking trails and bike ways along the river corridor was the most important green facilities contribute to the PGS and EQS. The near the distance (within 500m) the more number of visit to river corridor (green way). The river corridor promote accessibility to nature and other parks.

도시공원 벤치색상의 시각적 선호 결정 모형 (A Model to Determine the Visual Preference for the Color of Benches Located in Urban Parks)

  • In this paper it is investigated that the visual elements of preference which influence the visual preference for bench. "What color of bench is preferred when the location is the same\ulcorner" Started from those questions, the elements of preference which influence the visual preference for bench is investigated. In this research, a equal standard mark system is applied for the evaluation of visual elements of preference and then the relationship between the visual preference and the elements of preference are examined by the method of multiple regression analysis. The result of primary factor analysis from the visual evaluation in this paper will affect visual preference of the bench in urban park. Thus, the result of this study will contribute to development of urban parks for the maximum satisfaction of park visitors supplying necessary information for a resting place planning and design. It will provide a useful management guide of urban park facilities to prepare a strategic management plan of the benches from the users point of view. Especially, to know the correct preference of people, which will be provided by the evaluation of visual preference to bench will be the key to rest place planning.

수출입 물류거점 이전에 따른 공항물류단지의 기능 변화 -김포공항 물류단지를 사례로- (A Study on the Functional Recession of Conventional Airport Logistics Complex and Its Revitalization as an Urban Logistics Distribution Center: The Case of Kimpo International Airport Logistics Complex)

  • 2001년 인천국제공항의 개장과 함께 과거 우리나라 항공 수출입 관문 역할을 담당하던 김포공항의 항공물류 거점 기능은 급격히 쇠퇴하였다. 그러나 김포공항 지역의 입지적 이점에 힘입어 김포공항 물류단지는 오늘날 수도권의 중요한 도시물류 거점시설로 기능하고 있다. 분석결과 인천공항의 배후물류단지, 수입화물 중심의 부가가치 물류활동 그리고 수도권 지역의 도시물류 배송센터 역할 등은 현재 김포공항 물류단지에서 수행되는 대표적인 기능으로 파악된다. 하지만 도시물류 거점시설로서 공항물류단지의 기능은 향후 운영주체(공항공사)의 수익성 제고 전략에 따라 축소될 우려가 있다. 김포공항 물류단지가 공공 기능을 수행하는 도시물류 거점시설로 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 국가 및 지역 단위 물류거점(시설) 개발전략과 체계적으로 연계되어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 관련 법령 및 기본계획의 종합적인 정비가 수반되어야 할 것이다.
