도시침수 시 도로네트워크가 도시회복도에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Effect of Road Networks on Urban Resilience in Flooding)

  • 홍수는 전 세계적으로 가장 빈번한 자연재해 중 하나로, 국내의 경우 지구온난화의 진행, 불투수면적의 증가, 기존 시가지 내 치수시설 확충의 한계 등 복합적인 요인으로 인하여 도시침수 발생 확률은 크게 증가하고 있다. 하지만 도시침수 방지를 위한 설계홍수량의 상향 및 대규모 토목공사는 사회·경제적으로 전 국민적인 동의를 받기 어렵다. 따라서 자연재해에 대해 지역공동체가 사회·경제적으로 감당 가능한 수준으로 대비를 하되, 신속한 복구를 통해 재해 이후 원래의 상태로 되돌아가는 능력인 회복도의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 도시회복도에 관한 다양한 연구가 수행되어지고 있지만 도시의 필수적인 서비스를 제공하는 라이프라인과 연관된 회복도 측정법은 미비한 상황이다. 특히 라이프라인 중 도로네트워크는 자연재해 발생 시 복구자원 수송과 신속한 복구를 진행하기 위한 중요한 시설인 만큼 도로네트워크는 도시의 회복도를 측정할 때 반드시 고려해야하는 주요 요소이다. 따라서 본 연구는 회복도 특성 및 도로네트워크 기반의 회복도 평가법을 제시하고 도로네트워크가 도시회복도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다.

도시공원 이용만족도에 기초한 도시공원의 개발방향에 관한 연구 - 부산시 대신자연공원을 사례로- (A Study on the Developmental Direction with Reference to User's Satisfaction of Urban Park -Cases study of Daeshin Natural Park in Pusan City-)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to investigate factors and variables which have significant effects on user's satisfaction with recreational activities in Daeshin Natural Park, thereby establishing directions of development of urban parks. To test the causal models of this research, the data were gathered by self-administered questionnaires form 627 households in Pusan City which were selected by the multi-stage probability sampling method. The analysis of the data primarily consists of two-phase: The first analysis dealt exploratory factor analysis which identified major factors involved in satisfaction with recreational activities in Daeshin Natural Park and the second analysis tested the fit of the causal models of this research by employing LISREL methodology. The factor analysis identified that three factors are involved in satisfaction with recreational actitives. The three factors of satisfaction with recreational activities are facilities for health and phisical exercise, group recreational activity, maintenance activity. The second phase analysis tested the fit of the causal models for satisfaction with recreational activity to the data and identified statistically significant causal linkage among overall satisfaction with Daeshin Natural Park, other endogenous factors and exogenous variables.

  • In Korea, the top priority of the exterior space in the urban commercial street has been put on the road and parking for cars, not on the street for pedestrians, because of the lack of institutional urban planning, the land use of high density, the pursuit of maximum commercial profit, etc. Also, it is true that the form and facade of the street buildings which form the characteristics of the commercial street are regarded as the consumption-stimulating tool and, subsequently, are symbolized for commercial profit. This study starts from the recognition of reality, and, with the perspective of general plan for urban exterior space, tries to improve the environmental design of street space. Also, this study searches the ways to enhance the cultural, art, aesthetic and functional values of a city, as well as the ways to promote commercial activities and to perform commercial symbolism and pedestrian functions. This study aims at exploring the importance of street environmental design and the information of environmental design, so that the problems of current street environment, which generates the disorder and chaos of information, may be solved. Also, this study aims at promoting the continuous development for the future street environmental design and design plan.

GIS 기반의 물순환 면적률을 활용한 창원시 도심지역의 물순환성 평가 (An Assessment of Urban Water Cycle in Changwon-si Using GIS-based Water Cycle Area Ratio)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze water cycle area ratio and spatial evaluation of water cycle in urban area of Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do. Water cycle area ratio are analyzed by using spatial data of land-cover and land-use, and Hot spot analysis of GIS program was used for spatial evaluation of water cycle. The results are as below. Firstly, the high water cycle area ratio areas were forests, parks, and rivers, but urban areas covered asphalt and concrete were low under 40%. Public institutions and co-residential of urban areas were higher than others because of high area ratio of pervious land-cover. Spatial evaluation of water cycle was analyzed to vulnerable areas there are dense residential and commercial area. These areas are really occurring frequently flooding and immersion, therefore, is required water management facilities and improvement of land-cover from impervious to pervious. In the future, it will require additionally analysis of water cycle area ratio supplemented data of water management facility and ground water.

교방천 복원을 위한 분산형 유지유량 확보 방안 연구 (I): 수량.수질 타당성 검토를 위한 도시 물순환 모형 적용 (Study on decentralized options of the in-stream flow for restoring the Gyobang cheon: application of the Urban Volume and Quality (UVQ) model to examine feasibilities in water quantity and quality)

  • This study has a purpose of examining technical feasibility of supplying the in-stream flow for the Gyobang cheon by using treated water from small wastewater treatment facilities as a decentralized option. To do this, the water and contaminant flow in study areas of the Gyobang cheon are defined from the context of the integrated urban water cycle, and analyzed by using the Urban Volume and Quality (UVQ) model. First, the UVQ model was built for the study areas of the Gyobang cheon and calibrated with observation data. Second, the decentralized options of the in-stream flow was explored with consideration of availability of water sources. The UVQ simulation then led to selecting the best option which would meet the criteria of water quantity and quality. It was finally concluded that using water sources out of study areas 1 and 2, adjoining the upper part of the Gyobang cheon, in the decentralized manner can be a feasible option for in-stream flow. It also seems that the UVQ model is useful to understand the water cycle in study areas of the Gyobang cheon.

The Consciousness and Current use of Residents for Community Spaces of Rental Housing by Post-Occupancy Evaluation

  • This study aims to POE(Post-Occupancy Evaluation) analyze the characteristics of residents and their demands on community facilities by types of supplying housing, which can be the basis for making the housing regulations. The following five types of housing are considered in this study ; 1) National Rental Housing(L), 2) Public Rental Housing(L), 3) Permanent Rental Housing(S), 4) Public Rental Housing(S), 5) Private Rental Housing. We surveyed 527 residents from 20 housing complexes in those four housing types. First, each housing type has different household characteristics. Second, the criteria for housing selection are different. Third, local community activities and satisfaction are different in each housing type. Lastly, residents are generally satisfied with service facilities, but their satisfaction level and the facilities they need are different depending on housing type, accordingly. The housing community space plan be should be improved to the amount of areas of community facilities.

Text Mining 기법을 활용한 농촌마을 긴급구호서비스 접근 취약성 평가 (Evaluation of Vulnerability on Rural Emergency Relief Service using Text Mining)

  • The rural areas are large residential space with fewer people than urban areas. That is why they are vulnerable to social services such as health care and security. This research analyzed the vulnerability of emergency relief service in rural village through text mining and the weighting value have been calculated. Based on the calculated statistics data, the police facilities are the most important, While the fire fighting and hospital facilities are important as well. In addition, the distance from the emergency relief service facility to the rural village was confirmed by using Open API. By combining these results, The vulnerable areas of the rural villages and the emergency relief service facilities were calculated and classified into 5 levels. For rural areas, the 1st class will have 33 places, following by 1,179 in 2nd class, 199 in 3rd class, 17 in 4th class and 8 in 5th class. Hence in order to further supplement the vulnerable areas to emergency relief service in villages, geographical relocation and policy approach of emergency relief service facilities are necessary.

Energy Saving Potentials of Ventilation Controls Based on Real-time Vehicle Detection in Underground Parking Facilities

  • The main topic of this paper is to show a possibility of indoor air quality enhancement and the fan energy savings in underground parking facilities by applying the demand-controlled ventilation (DCV) strategy based on the real-time variation of the traffic load. The established ventilation rate is estimated by considering the passing distance, CO emission rate, idling time of a vehicle, and the floor area of the parking facility. However, they are hard to be integrated into the real-time DCV control. As a solution to this problem, the minimum ventilation rate per a single vehicle is derived in this research based on the actual ventilation data acquired from several existing underground parking facilities. And then its applicability to the DCV based on the real-time variation of the traffic load is verified by simulating the real-time carbon monoxide concentration variation. The energy saving potentials of the proposed DCV strategy is also checked by comparing it with those for the current underground parking facility ventilation systems found in the open literature.

포용적 생활 SOC 정책 추진을 위한 공원결핍지수 개발 연구 (Development of Index of Park Derivation to Promote Inclusive Living SOC Policy)

  • 지역 및 인구집단의 사회경제적 지위에 따른 생활 SOC 공급의 불균형 문제를 해결하기 위해 포용도시 정책에 대한 논의가 확장하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 포용적 도시공원 정책 추진을 위한 대안적 지표로 공원결핍지수(Index of Park Derivation, IPD)를 제안하고, 이를 7대 광역시에 적용해 공원 정책 필요도가 상대적으로 높은 지역을 선정하는 것이다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 포용도시와 공원기능에 대한 관련 이론 및 선행연구 검토를 통해 포용적 도시공원 정책 개념을 "노인, 어린이, 저소득층, 폭염 미세먼지 등의 환경 재난 재해 취약계층 등 사회경제 및 환경적 지위가 낮은 지역 및 인구집단을 우선적으로 고려해 양질의 공원서비스를 공급 관리하는 정책"이라고 조작적으로 정의했다. 둘째, 공원서비스 수준, 인구구조 특성, 경제 및 교육 수준, 건강 수준, 환경적 취약성 등 5개 부문의 17개 변수를 종합하여 공원결핍지수(Index of Park Derivation, IPD)를 개발했다. 공원결핍지수를 구성하는 변수들은 체육시설, 어린이집, 유치원, 공공도서관 등 공원 외의 생활 SOC 정책에도 적용 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 7대 광역시 1,148개 읍면동 지역에 공원결핍지수를 적용한 결과 광역시별 공원서비스 필요도가 상대적으로 높은 지역들이 도출되었다. 서울특별시 강북구 삼각산동, 부산광역시 강서구 대저1동, 대구광역시 동구 안심1동, 인천광역시 부평구 삼산1동, 광주광역시 광산구 신창동, 대전광역시 대덕구 회덕동, 울산광역시 북구 농소3동이 지역별 공원 정책필요도 1순위로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 정부 및 지자체가 쉽게 접근 활용할 수 있는 통계 및 지리정보 데이터에 기반해 포용적 도시 공원 정책을 추진할 수 있는 대안적 지표를 제안했다는 의의를 갖는다.

On the Needs of Vertical and Horizontal Transportation Machines for Freight Transportation Standard Containers to Derive Design Requirements Optimized for the Urban Railway Platform Environment

  • Recently, the number of consumers using digital online distribution platforms is increasing. This caused the rapid growth of the e-commerce market and increased delivery volume in urban areas. The logistics system, designed ar006Fund the city center to handle the delivery volume, operates a delivery system from the outskirts of the city to the urban area using cargo trucks. This maintains an ecosystem of high-cost and inefficient structures that increase social costs such as road traffic congestion and environmental problems. To solve this problem, research is being conducted worldwide to establish a high-efficiency urban joint logistics system using urban railway facilities and underground space infrastructure existing in existing cities. The joint logistics system begins with linking unmanned delivery automation services that link terminal delivery such as cargo classification and stacking, infrastructure construction that performs cargo transfer function by separating from passengers such as using cargo platform. To this end, it is necessary to apply the device to the vertical and horizontal transportation machine supporting the vertical transfer in the flat space of the joint logistics terminal, which is the base technology for transporting cargo using the transfer robot to the destination designated as a freight-only urban railway vehicle. Therefore, this paper aims to derive holistic viewpoints needs for design requirements for vertical and vertical transportation machines and freight transportation standard containers, which are underground railway logistics transport devices to be constructed by urban logistics ecosystem changes.
