DPW를 이용한 UAV 자료 처리의 정확도 분석 (Accuracy Analysis of UAV Data Processing Using DPW)

  • 최근 무인항공기(UAV : Unmaned Aerial Vehicle)는 신속하고 정확하게 3차원 공간정보를 구축하는 새로운 기술로 다양한 분야에서 연구와 활용이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 무인항공기는 위성측량이나 기존 항공측량에 비해 경제적이며 5cm급 이하의 고해상도 영상을 편리하게 취득할 수 있다는 장점을 지니고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무인항공기와 비측량용 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 3차원 공간정보의 제작 가능성과 기존 수치사진측량 시스템과의 호환성 분석을 위하여 무인항공기 전용 S/W 및 DPW(Digital Photogrammetry Workstation)를 이용해 성과품인 수치표고모델과 정사영상을 제작하고 정확도 분석을 수행하였다. UAV 전용 S/W와 DPW로 제작된 수치표고모델과 정사영상의 정확도 분석 결과 UAV 자료와 기존 수치사진측량 시스템과의 호환성은 낮은 것으로 판단된다.

영상지도제작을 위한 항공 비디오 영상 등록 (Registration of Aerial Video Frames for Generating Image Map)

  • 휴대가 간편하고 해상도가 높은 저가의 비디오 캠코더가 출시되면서 비디오 영상이 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 이러한 비디오 장치는 휴대용 장치, 모바일용 장비, 소형 헬기, 비행선이나 무인항공기(UAV) 등에 탑재될 수 있다. 본 연구는 무인헬기에서 촬영된 비디오 동영상을 전처리하여 영상프레임을 추출하고, KLT연산자를 사용하여 추출된 특징점을 인접한 프레임에서 추적한 후 이를 이용하여 영상정합을 수행하여 영상지도 제작의 가능성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 항공 비디오 인접영상프레임을 자동으로 등록할 경우 기준영상에서 등록할 프레임간 이동량이 커지면서 자동 특징점 정합률이 다소 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 자동 영상등록시 픽셀 이동량에 비해 안정된 촬영조건이 매우 중요함을 알 수 있었다.

Estimating the Amount of Nitrogen in Hairy Vetch on Paddy Fields using Unmaned Aerial Vehicle Imagery

  • Remote sensing can be used to provide information about the monitoring of crop situation. This study was conducted to estimate the amount of nitrogen present in paddy fields by measuring the amount of nitrogen in hairy vetch using an UAV (Unmaned Aerial Vehicle). NDVIs (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) were calculated using UAV images obtained from paddy fields in Seocheon on May $14^{th}$ 2015. There was strong relationship between UAV NDVI and the amount of nitrogen in hairy vetch ($R^2=0.79$). Spatial distribution maps of green manure nitrogen were generated on each paddy field using the nitrogen-vegetation index relations to help farmers determine the amount of N fertilizers added to their rice fields after the application of green manure such as hairy vetch.

  • The increased availability of portable, low-cost, high resolution video devices has resulted in a rapid growth of the applications for video sequences. These video devices can be mounted in handhold unit, mobile unit and airborne platforms like maned or unmaned helicopter, plane, airship, etc. A core technique in use of video sequences is to align neighborhood video frames to each other or to reference images. For video sequences registration, we extracted interested points from aerial video sequences using Harris, $F{\square}rstner$, and KLT operators and implemented image matching using these points. As the result, we analysed image matching results for each operators and evaluated accuracy of aerial video registration.

  • In this paper, we have proposed a design and verification methods of electrical system and power loads for unmaned aeriel vehicles(UAVs) through electrical load analysis. In order to meet a UAV system requirement and electrical system specifications, we have designed an electrical power system for efficient power supply and distribution and have theoretically analyzed the power loads according to the power consumption and power bus design of UAV. Using electrical system rig, the designed electrical power system has been experimentally verified. Also, we have performed several flight tests to verify the UAV electrical system and power loads. It is concluded that the proposed design and verification method of electrical system for UAV system.

  • In this paper, a method to apply the simulated annealing method to three dimensional layout design problem which has multiple constraint conditions and evaluation criteria, was suggested. A program to support three dimensional layout design was developed according to the suggested method. This program was applied to the layout design of the wireless unmaned ocean space submergible boat. The layout result was improved 19.0% for the result of layout design expert. By this, it was verified that the suggested method has validity in supporting three dimensional layout design problem.

  • Research about tool condition monitoring has been done until now for product automation and unmaned system. But it is hard to apply it to the industrial field due to its cost and reliability. This paper presents the new method of tool wear measurement using Marpos gauge. This is a kind of touch sensor, so its cost is lower than vision system. And it is not affected by dust and illumination, which are important in vision system. This proposed method use tool clearance angle to measure flank wear. Experimental results compared with vision system shows that this method is available for tool condition monitoring system.

  • It considered the population decrease and becoming older in age of the Rural area and operates by unmaned-non power which self-controlled gate developed. The operational principal used a buoyancy and when water level in the canal arrived to the set water level, in order for gate to be opened. The plate in order to fix to the shape in the canal which begs, it did in the quadrilateral and the rainfall it is sour intensively, canal bank comfort plate in order to ascend completely, it designed. The result which establishes Self-controlled gate, the gate upstream 1km until degree there was water level synergistic effect. It developed 4 as the research project and it established in Ah San city, and it establishes the Self-controlled gate of $B3.2m{\times}H2.4m$ size in Damyang and 100ha it does water supply in the rice field.

  • Mine countermeasure missions(MCMs) may induce the loss of human and ship because of the covert of mine. In recent years, unmanned underwater vehicles(UUVs) have emerged as viable technical solution for conductimg underwater search, surveillance, and clearance operations in support of mine countermeasure missions because of her autonomy and long time endurance capability. This paper introduces a technical approach to mine countermeasure mission effectiveness analysis and presents some simulation-based analysis results for engineering of the UUV system definition which could be support analysis of alternatives for system definition and design.

  • The sway motion of the spreader during and after movement causes an efficiency problem of position control in unmaned gantry crane. The objective of this research is to investigate the phenomenon that the load is taken by the sway motion of crane. For deriving the dynamic equations related to the swing motion of crane, we introduced a conception of spring and damper in the upper part of the crane. During the crane and trolley is driving along the velocity profile, the swing motion of the spreader and crane will be simulated. The simulation result of the equation of motion using the Runge-Kutta method is presented in this paper. And we will show an effect of the swing of the crane in this research.
