Experiencing with Splunk, a Platform for Analyzing Machine Data, for Improving Recruitment Support Services in WorldJob+ (머신 데이터 분석용 플랫폼 스플렁크를 이용한 취업지원 서비스 개선에 관한 연구 : 월드잡플러스 사례를 중심으로)

  • WorldJob+, being operated by The Human Resources Development Service of Korea, provides a recruitment support services to overseas companies wanting to hire talented Korean applicants and interns, and support the entire course from overseas advancement information check to enrollment, interview, and learning for young job-seekers. More than 300,000 young people have registered in WorldJob+, an overseas united information network, for job placement. To innovate WorldJob+'s services for young job-seekers, Splunk, a powerful platform for analyzing machine data, was introduced to collate and view system log files collected from its website. Leveraging Splunk's built-in data visualization and analytical features, WorldJob+ has built custom tools to gain insight into the operation of the recruitment supporting service system and to increase its integrity. Use cases include descriptive and predictive analytics for matching up services to allow employers and job seekers to be matched based on their respective needs and profiles, and connect jobseekers with the best recruiters and employers on the market, helping job seekers secure the best jobs fast. This paper will cover the numerous ways WorldJob+ has leveraged Splunk to improve its recruitment supporting services.

Case Study of Using Facebook of Each Type of Internal and External Sports and SPA Fashion Brands (소비자 활동 지표를 통한 국내외 스포츠, SPA 패션 브랜드의 페이스북 활용 사례연구)

  • This study selected a case study method conforming to qualitative research in order to analyzed how each type of fashion enterprises uses SNS in-side of fashion marketing based on content the researcher monitored and selected from the Facebook website for each enterprise. The standard to select fashion brands in this study is a graded list made based on ranking 5 analysis sites on social media (Socialbakers, socialDigm, Pulse K, BigFoot9, L2). The researcher sorted and then analyzed 2 brands that have many fan joiners and followers among fashion brands that were ranked top of the graded list, work in Facebook animatedly, and had representativeness in each type (SPA, Sports Brands). The study was conducted from January 2013 to March 2013, and the index of Facebook consisted of 3 kinds of elements (comment, like, and share). Each numerical value was counted to decide the monthly ranking. Content analysis was divided into public relations about brand, public relations about products, and customer participation and activities; consequently, the researcher investigated which content was post conforming to the ranking. The study analyzed the analysis results of each brand derived through the method of study compared to other brands. The results are as follows. In case of SPA brands, the category accounting for high rank in index analysis are public relation events to attract customer attention and products and offering information. The results of the monthly trend about whole post category were also similarly analyzed so the promotion goal that the brand wants to seek in priority coincides with the customer compliance rate. Next, in the case of sports brand, public relations for products offering information, event for arousing customer concern, and participation activities accounted for a high rank in the index analysis and posted the most in the analysis of the monthly trend for whole post category. The researcher came to understand that the direction of content for brands shown through Facebook coincides with customer sympathy.

  • 휴대폰 산업의 발전과 더불어 발전해온 휴대폰 서비스는 최근 단순한 정보 제공을 넘어 생활에 중요한 도구로 활용되는 모습을 보인다. 최근 등장하는 휴대폰 서비스는 종류가 다양하고 최신 휴대폰과 결합되어 복잡해져 사용자로 하여금 필요한 서비스를 선택하여 조작하는 것까지 전반적인 사용 과정의 어려움을 가져왔다. 더군다나 휴대폰 서비스는 무형의 상품이기 때문에 직접 조작해보지 못하고 사용해야 하며, 이것은 사람들로 하여금 불안감을 갖도록 한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 휴대폰 서비스에 대한 불안감을 줄이고 사용을 확장시키는 방법으로 서비스를 직접 만지고 조작해볼 수 있는 사전 체험을 제안하며, 이를 위한 도구로 웹사이트를 활용하는 방안을 제안한다. 웹사이트는 상호작용적인 매체로써 자연스럽게 사용자가 참여하고 개입하도록 유도하는 매체이며, 다양한 시각적, 청각적 미디어를 활용할 수 있어 감각적 체험을 제공하는데 유리하다. 또한 다른 매체와 비교해 웹사이트는 공간적, 시간적 제약이 적어 많은 사람들이 원하는 시간에 접근하도록 한다. 또한 이성과 감성적인 정보를 통합적으로 처리하는 인간의 특성을 고려해 볼 때, 정보와 재미를 함께 제공할 수 있는 웹사이트의 특성은 효과적이라 볼 수 있다. 마케팅 측면에서 보더라도 저렴한 비용으로 많은 사람들에게 정보를 전달할 수 있고, 사용자들의 행동을 측정해 데이터베이스화 한 후 후에 활용할 수 있다. 이러한 점들을 통합해보면 웹사이트는 휴대폰 서비스를 체험해보도록 하는 공간으로 적합하다고 볼 수 있다. 웹사이트에서 가상 체험을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서 사용자들의 체험 과정에 어떠한 요인이 영향을 미치는지 알 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 현재 휴대폰 서비스 체험 사이트들의 체험 제공 방식을 분석해 유형을 나눈 후에 사용자 조사를 통해 사용자들에게 선호되는 방식과 체험 과정에 영향을 미친 요인을 고찰한다. 그리고 최종적으로 이러한 요인이 실제 휴대폰 서비스에 대한 호감과 어떤 관계를 갖는지 알아본다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 최근 가장 높은 이용률을 보이고 있는 20,30대 휴대폰 서비스 사용자 100명을 대상으로 2005년 10월 20일~30일에 설문조사와 간단한 인터뷰를 실시하여 선호 유형과 체험에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하였으며, 서비스 호감과의 관계를 알기 위해 이 중 가장 관여도가 높았던 17명을 대상으로 2005년 11월 10일~15일에 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 사용자 조사 결과, 분류된 유형 중 체험방식에서는 개입의 정도가 클수록, 사용상황 안내방식에서는 가상공간과 메뉴로 제공하는 방식을, 사용방법 안내형식에서는 휴대폰 전체 이미지를, 마지막으로 표현형식에서는 일러스트레이션과 영상을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 체험에 영향을 미치는 요인은 체험적 측면,정보제공 측면,웹사이트의 측면으로 구분되었으며 휴대폰 서비스의 호감과의 관계에서는 체험적 측면과 정보제공 측면은 서비스에 대한 호감과 깊은 관계를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타난 반면에 웹사이트의 측면은 서비스와 직접적인 관련을 짓지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

A Critical Examination of Public Sphere Communication in the Decision-making Process in Relation to Seoul City Hall Plaza (서울시청 앞 광장조성 관련 공론장에서의 의사소통에 대한 비판적 검토)

  • A few years ago, many people proposed that a plaza be added to Seoul City Hall. The proposal, however, did not materialize because of traffic confusion. The June 2002 World Cup cheering in front of Seoul City Hall has prodded the public to reconsider the plaza. Even though the exercise failed to gain support, many democratic procedures, opening a Web page and design competitions, and so on were attempted while the design and management of Seoul City Hall Plaza was being deliberated. In the future, the need for proper communication and democratic procedures in the process of making decisions regarding public spaces is expected to increase because of the strengthening of the requirement of participatory and deliberative democracy. An examination of the nature and extent of the communication that has been carried out in relation to the plan to add a plaza to Seoul City Hall will be very helpful in gathering feedback to guide decision-making in regards to the use of other public spaces. Thus, this study has a three-fold purpose. : (1) to examine the theories that may justify the need for public input in relation to decisions made regarding the use of public spaces, and to propose the criteria to be used for the methods of communication (2) to examine the contents and conflicts of communication in relation to the decision made regarding the design and management of Seoul City Hall Plaza and (3) to examine the potential distortion of that communication by analyzing the communication according to the criteria previously proposed. The study method that is used herein is the analysis of articles about the subject matter, which have been posted on the Seoul City Hall Plaza Website and which have been published in newspapers such as the Chosun ilbo, Donga ilbo, the Jungang ilbo, and the Hankyoreh. Diverse article contents are also discussed. As result, there are many differences in the contents and viewpoints of the newspapers that are included in this study. In addition, the related Internet bulletin board has not been used actively, but has contributed to forming public opinion on this issue. Finally, the public demanded to be given acceptable reasons for the results of the design competition, and for the decision to make the grass plaza, which ignores the chosen design in the newspapers or on the Web page. However, their demand was rejected. The communication therefore became distorted and consequently did not become successful in bringing about its intended result.

Medico-Legal Consideration of Hemopneumothorax - Closing Claim Study- (${\cdot}$기흉과 관련된 의료법학적 문제에 대한 고찰 -종결된 사건을 중심으로-)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of malpractice claims related to hemopneumothorax and to identify the causes and potential preventability of such claims. Material and Method: A retrospective study was performed by reviewing the records in the Lawnb website and Lx CD-rom: the records on closed malpractice claims involving hemopneumothorax were abstracted from the files available for analysis. The records were reviewed and were analysed to determine the etiology of hemopneumothorax, patient age, results of lawsuit and indemnity payment, underlying diseases, cause of death or complications, and the factors associated with a successful defense. Result: Seven closed claim involving hemopneumothorax were founded in the data for malpractice. Three claims were supreme court decision, one was a high court decision and three claims were district court decision. The most common cause of death was tension pneumothorax. Four of which resulted in indemnity payments. Conclusion: While malpractice claims involving hemopneumothorax were uncommon, they resulted in a high rate and amount of indemnity payments. Claims are more common in pediatric patients. In case of iatrogenic hemopneumothorax, post-procedural X-ray can improve patient outcome and is also associated with decreased indemnity risks. Informed consent is also important.

  • 디지털 컨버전스와 유비쿼터스 시대의 시작은 디지털 미디어 기술의 발전과 방송 통신 사업의 컨버전스를 가속화 시켰으며, 그 결과로DMB, WCDHA, Wibro, IP-TV, HSDPA 등의 새로운 형태의 차세대 제품과 서비스들이 뉴미디어 매체의 핵심으로 등장하고 있다. 국내에서 방송 통신의 컨버전스의 빠른 진행은 세계 최초로 디지털 멀티미디어 방송(DMB) 서비스 시작을 가능하게 하였다. DMB 서비스는 멀티미디어 서비스가 핵심이다. DMB 데이터 서비스인 Broadcasting Website Service(BWS)는 현재 지상파 DMB방송 사업자인 KBS, MBC, SBS, YTNDMB가 본방송 준비 막바지 단계이며, 삼성 전자와 LG전자를 비롯한 단말기 개발사들도 데이터 서비스를 위한 제품 출시에 서두르고 있는 등 DMB 산업의 활성화의 주역이 될 것으로 예상된다. DMB의 데이터 서비스는 뉴스, 날씨, 프로그램 정보 등의 단순 정보보기 수준에 그치지 않고, 리턴 채널을 이용한 양방향 서비스와, SMS, 전화걸기 등 휴대전화 단말의 고유기능과의 연계를 통한 다양한 서비스도 선보일 것이다. 더 나아가 향후 T-Commerce와 개인 광고 등 새로운 비즈니스 모델과 사업영역으로 확산시켜 나갈 수 있을 것이다. 그러나, 아직까지 DMB와 데이터 서비스는 초기단계로서, 표준 기술의 규격 작업, 이론적 논의들, 관련 사업자들의 비즈니스 준비 등에서 검토되어, 실제 사용자들을 대상으로한 연구 분석이 이루어 지지 않았다는 연구의 한계를 가지고 있다. 본격적으로 방송, 통신 컨버전스 데이터 서비스가 시작되면서, 사용자들에 초점을 맞춘 많은 연구가 이루어지길 바라며, 이러한 연구의 분석를 통해 또 다른 새로운 서비스와 비즈니스 기회의 창출을 기대해 본다.여 RD(Rate Distortion) 최적화 기반 모드 결정을 빨리 완료함으로써 고속 프레임간 모드 결정을 가능하게 한다. 제안된 방법은 프레임 간 모드 결정을 고속화함으로써 스케일러블 비디오 부호화기의 연산량과 복잡도를 최대 57%감소시킨다. 그러나 연산량 감소에 따른 비트율의 증가나 화질의 열화는 최대 1.74% 비트율 증가 및 0.08dB PSNR 감소로 무시할 정도로 작다., 반드시 이에 대한 검증이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 현지관측에 비해 막대한 비용과 시간을 절약할 수 있는 위성영상해석방법을 이용한 방법은 해양수질파악이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, GIS를 이용하여 다양하고 복잡한 자료를 데이터베이스화함으로써 가시화하고, 이를 기초로 공간분석을 실시함으로써 환경요소별 공간분포에 대한 파악을 통해 수치모형실험을 이용한 각종 환경영향의 평가 및 예측을 위한 기초자료로 이용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.염총량관리 기본계획 시 구축된 모형 매개변수를 바탕으로 분석을 수행하였다. 일차오차분석을 이용하여 수리매개변수와 수질매개변수의 수질항목별 상대적 기여도를 파악해 본 결과, 수리매개변수는 DO, BOD, 유기질소, 유기인 모든 항목에 일정 정도의 상대적 기여도를 가지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이로부터 수질 모형의 적용 시 수리 매개변수 또한 수질 매개변수의 추정 시와 같이 보다 세심한 주의를 기울여 추정할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에

  • This paper aimed to research the brand personality, brand equity, and brand value of Taobao and Jindong (JD) as well as the difference between the two brands. Chinese consumers receive the questionnaire survey in groups. A total of 321 questionnaires were distributed, of which, 162 for Taobao and 159 for JD. The findings, first, determine the brand personalities of Taobao(sincerity, sophistication, competence and excitement) and JD(competence, sophistication, and excitement). Second, find the influential relationship between brand personality and brand equity. For Taobao, the sincerity of personality has a positive impact on brand loyalty, image and perceived quality. The competence impact on brand loyalty, awareness, and image. The sophistication impact on brand image and perceived quality. Competence and sophistication of the JD personality impact on the brand equity. Excitement of JD impact on the perceived quality. Third, the brand loyalty and perceived quality of Taobao have a positive influence on the brand value; and brand loyalty, image, and perceived quality of JD have a positive influence on the brand value. In the future research, the findings of the research provide a theory basis for the brand management, and can take more consideration into the relations among other variables in the context of online shopping environment.

Evaluation of Visual Perception in Smoking Cessation Websites and Construction of Antismoking Website

  • Tobacco use is the most readily preventable cause of premature death; it is a worldwide problem, with a significant impact on heath and well-being. In order to design an effective tobacco education program, it is important to understand smoking patterns and the underlying factors associated with smoking in different generations such as adults or young people. Despite a general decline in the prevalence of regular smoking among adults, recent surveys commissioned by the Ministry Heath & Welfare for the Republic of Korea have shown no evidence of any decline in smoking rates among young women and adolescents. The Republic of Korea has the highest adult male smoking percentage (65.1%) in the world and smoking in adolescents is still an increasing trend. Smoking in adolescents and young women is especially more dangerous, thus health education of anti-smoking directed at these groups is an important area that will benefit from using internet content that they can easily access. The purpose of this study is the evaluation of visual perception and effectiveness analysis in smoking cessation websites in promoting smoking cessation in adolescents and young women through Internet content. As a result of this project, at first we evaluated the Internet content of cyber smoking cessation programs by the evaluation criteria of web design interface. The Internet site of http://nosmokeguide.or.kr received the most superior evaluation in the domestic Internet content for smoking cessation and the Internet site of the National Center for Tobacco-Free Kids received the most superior evaluation in the foreign Internet content for smoking cessation. This evaluation was surveyed by an expert in Internet content and user. Secondly, we developed the Internet content for cyber smoking cessation program, namely, "Dr. Smoking" that contained several menus and a database regarding anti-smoking designed in accordance with the results of this evaluation. The domain address of Dr. Smoking is http://www.dmosmoking.com and our webpage has assorted kinds of news, information, self-diagnosis, prescription, consulting, a no-smoking mall etc. In conclusion, this project is designed to develop Internet content for the most effective smoking cessation program and to contribute to eliminating smoking from our society. We also will try to develop and upgrade this web-site in order to help a smoker who want to quit smoking and diminish the physical and socioeconomic harm from smoking.m smoking.

Relationships Among Participation Motives in Virtual Community, Sense of Community, Loyalty and Purchase Intention (가상공동체 참여동기와 공동체의식, 충성도 및 구매의도간의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • Virtual communities have been suggested to play important roles such as attracting customers, building customer loyalty, and leading to commercial transactions. Little research in marketing has focused on virtual communities in spite of its importance indicated by many practitioners and conceptual studies. More specifically, little research has empirically examined factors of customer participation and its consequences. This research investigate if customers' participation motives in virtual communities affect their sense of community and if sense of community affects customers' loyalty towards and purchase intentions from the website offering the community service. One hundred ninety six questionnaires were collected from individuals who have participated in and have been involved in online activities in various virtual communities. Major results of this research can be summarized as follows. First, participation motives employed significantly affected customers' sense of community and more specifically, perceived ease of use and perceived playfulness had a large influence on the customers' sense of community. Second, customers' sense of community positively affected their loyalty toward the community and more specifically, membership and emotional connection had a large influence on loyalty. Third, customers' sense of community did not affect directly their purchase intentions. Fourth, customers' loyalty toward virtual communities had a significant, positive, although marginal, influence on their purchase intentions.

  • The purpose of this study is mainly to provide theoretical basis of private security industry by analyzing the perception and flow of private security from the press-released materials according to periodic classification and duties through 'Big Kinds', a website of analyzing news big data. The research method has been changed to structured data to allow an analysis of various scattered unstructured data, and the keywords trend and related words by duties of private security were analyzed in growth period of private security. The perception of private security based on the results of the study was exposed a lot by the media through various crimes, accidents and incidents, and the issues related permanent position. Also, it tended to be perceived as a simple security guard, not recognized as the area of private security, and judging from the high correlation between private security and police, it was recognized not only as a role to assist the police force, but also as a common agent in charge of the public peace. Therefore, it should objectively judge the perception of private security, and through this, it is believed that it should be a foundation for recognizing private security as a main agent responsible for the safety of the nation and maintaining social orders.
