Inmarsat Mini-m 시스템의 하향 링크 수신기를 위한 Timing Recovery 루프 설계 (Design of a Timing Recovery Loop for Inmarsat Mini-m System Downlink Receiver)

  • 본 논문에서는 Inmarsat (International Marine Satellite) mini-m 시스템의 하향 링크 수신기를 위한 timing recovery 루프를 제안한다. Inmarsat mini-m 시스템 규격에서 요구하는 frequency tolerance는 ${\pm}924$ Hz (signal bandwidth: 2.4 kHz) 이며, timing acquisition 시간은 하나의 UW (Unique Word) 신호 구간인 15ms 이기 때문에 주파수 옵셋에 강인하고 UW 신호 구간에서의 빠른 aquisition 이 가능한 루프 설계가 요구된다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 주파수 옵셋에 강인하고 빠른 aquisition 이 가능한 timing recovery 루프를 제안하였으며, 제안된 timing recovery 루프는 UW detector와 UW detector에 의해 검출된 UW 신호를 이용한 timing recovery 루프를 연동한 구조이다. UW detector는 주파수 옵셋 환경에서 안정적인 성능을 위해 차동 기반의 noncoherent detector 방식을 적용하였으며, TED (Timing Error Detector) 알고리즘은 기존의 GAD (Gardner Detector) 알고리즘 대신 본 논문에서 제안하는 UW 신호를 이용한 차동 기반의 ELD (Early Late Detector) 알고리즘 적용하였다. 제안된 방식과 기존의 GAD와의 성능 비교를 통해 제안된 방식이 만족스러운 성능과 신뢰성 있는 동작이 가능함을 입증하였다.

의복이미지와 화장이미지에 관한 기존 연구 분석 (An Analysis of Previous Researches on Clothing Image and Make-up Image)

  • The purpose of this study was to review the previous researches, analyze the clothing image, the make-up image and compare the analyses of clothing image and make-up image. The previous researches of clothing image and make-up image were reviewed in 6 kinds of Journal. The results of previous research review and analysis were followed as : Measuring mean of image are used to similarly that semantic differential technique and summated rating technique. Attention to proposed researcher abstraction image in make-up image, but there is problem that this hard to explain objectivity of image abstraction. There are a lot of occasions that 4 or 5 image factors were extracted by factor analysis. The make-up image researches that presented image stimulus were more than study that do not present. Image words were classified which were compiled words have similar sub image. Grace, activeness, lively. unique, modernity attractive, feminine. sexy and ripeness clothing images were classified factors. which were representative clothing image. Elegance, Sophisticate. romantic, natural, modern and youthfulness make-up image for factor were representative make-up image factors. However the problems were found that some representative image factor included the sub images which were different from some factor image. Compared with representation image words, same image words were used to not agree what clothing image and make-up image. Standardization of word should be made that show that clothing image and make-up image.

Designing a large recording script for open-domain English speech synthesis

  • This paper proposes a method for designing a large recording script for open domain English speech synthesis. For read-aloud style text, 12 domains and 294 sub-domains were designed using text contained in five different news media publications. For conversational style text, 4 domains and 36 sub-domains were designed using movie subtitles. The final script consists of 43,013 sentences, 27,085 read-aloud style sentences, and 15,928 conversational style sentences, consisting of 549,683 tokens and 38,356 types. The completed script is analyzed using four criteria: word coverage (type coverage and token coverage), high-frequency vocabulary coverage, phonetic coverage (diphone coverage and triphone coverage), and readability. The type coverage of our script reaches 36.86% despite its low token coverage of 2.97%. The high-frequency vocabulary coverage of the script is 73.82%, and the diphone coverage and triphone coverage of the whole script is 86.70% and 38.92%, respectively. The average readability of whole sentences is 9.03. The results of analysis show that the proposed method is effective in producing a large recording script for English speech synthesis, demonstrating good coverage in terms of unique words, high-frequency vocabulary, phonetic units, and readability.

  • Named Entity Recognition (NER) is used to identify entity nouns in the corpus such as Location, Person and Organization, etc. NER is also an important basic of research in various natural language fields. The processing of Chinese NER has some unique difficulties, for example, there is no obvious segmentation boundary between each Chinese character in a Chinese sentence. The Chinese NER task is often combined with Chinese word segmentation, and so on. In response to these problems, we summarize the recognition methods of Chinese NER. In this review, we first introduce the sequence labeling system and evaluation metrics of NER. Then, we divide Chinese NER methods into rule-based methods, statistics-based machine learning methods and deep learning-based methods. Subsequently, we analyze in detail the model framework based on deep learning and the typical Chinese NER methods. Finally, we put forward the current challenges and future research directions of Chinese NER technology.

  • 본 논문은 ITU-T 권고안 J-38 부록 B에 명시된 전송방식의 분석 및 시뮬레이션을 토대로 성능을 분석 하였으며 FPGA 구현시 야기되는 문제점을 나타내고, 해결방안을 제시하였다. 구현상의 문제점으로는 크게 두 가지로 분류되는데, 첫째로 다양한 부호화 방식과 변조방식 그리고 심볼 단위 및 비트 단위의 처리로 인해 많은 클럭수를 요구하는데 본 논문에서는 읽기/쓰기 메모리를 이용하여 필요한 클럭수를 줄였다. 둘째로는 펑쳐링 부호화된 TCM 복호기에 펑처링 패턴에 정확한 동기를 얻지 못하면 프레임 동기 심볼인 UW(Unique sync-Word)를 획득하지 못하여 모든 데이터가 에러 처리되기 때문에 본 논문에서는 펑처링 패턴과 UW 심볼의 동기를 맞추는 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 이러한 알고리즘 분석 및 구현상의 문제점 해결을 토대로 본 논문에서는 ITU-T J38 annex B의 하향 스트림 채널 부호화 시스템을 VHDL 언어를 사용하여 FPGA 칩에 직접 구현하였다.

The impact of Marketing Communication Content Distributed on Social Networks on Electronic Word-of-Mouth

  • Purpose: This paper evaluates which characteristics of marketing communication content distributed on social networks impact electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM). Research design, data, and methodology: Quantitative research was carried out on 637 Vietnamese people aged from 18, who were exposed to marketing communication programs of fashion brands. Preliminary data were analyzed by the reliability of the scale, multivariate regression analysis, and analysis of variance. Results: The research findings have identified the four characteristics of social media content that positively impact e-WOM, including entertainment, interaction, trendiness, and customization. Participants aged 30 and under have a higher appreciation for media content and e-WOM than those from 31 and over. Conclusion: To promote e-WOM, marketing communication content distributed on social networks should focus on the following characteristics: (1) The entertainment of marketing communication content should involve positive emotions, fun, and enjoyment; (2) With interactive content, focus should be placed on discussion and exchange content, content that encourages sharing, and two-way interactive content; (3) For trending marketing communication content, marketers consider communicating brand-related latest information, up-to-date information, and hot discussion topics; and (4) When creating customized content, brands should be interesting, customized (information, product, price), and unique.

럭셔리 패션 브랜드 팝업매장에서의 소비자 체험, 이미지 인식, 구전의도 간의 관계에 관한 연구 - 독립형과 백화점 입점형 팝업매장을 중심으로 - (The relationship between consumer experience, image perception, and word-of-mouth intention in standalone pop-up stores and pop-ups within department stores)

  • This study investigates consumer experiences and word-of-mouth (WOM) intentions in luxury brand pop-up stores, including standalone and department store setups. Grounded in experience economy theory, this study examines the experiential elements based on the types of pop-up stores and the relationships among consumer experience, pop-up store image, and WOM intentions for each type. Data were collected from 300 visitors to luxury brand pop-up stores between January and July 2023 and analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The findings reveal several key insights. First, standalone pop-up stores offer educational and escapist experiences, while pop-ups within department stores have a single identified factor of consumer experience. Second, regardless of the store type, luxury pop-up store experiences significantly influence pop-up image perceptions. Third, luxury pop-up store image drives WOM intentions for both standalone and department store pop-ups. Notably, the unique image significantly impacts solely department store pop-ups and does not influence standalone pop-ups. Moreover, image perceptions in both pop-up store types do not significantly affect brand WOM intentions. Finally, WOM intentions for pop-up stores significantly influence WOM intentions for brands. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of consumer experiences in luxury pop-up stores, providing practical insights for stakeholders in the luxury brand industry to enhance pop-up store image perceptions and WOM intentions.

대안교육의 국내외 사례를 통한 발전방안 연구: 가정교과 교육의 관점에서 (A Study on Alternative Education Improvement Plan based on Domestic and Overseas Cases: In the Perspective of Home Economics Curriculum)

  • This study collects and analyzes data on educational philosophy and method for domestic and overseas alternative schools. This information is then applied to educational purpose and curriculum for a home economics curriculum that develops unique characteristics for Korean alternative education.This study collected and analyzed the characteristics of educational content and educational elements from two renowned alternative schools: Waldorf School in Germany and Summer Hill in the United Kingdom. The research results were as follows. First, it is necessary to create new word instead of using the term 'alternative education'. Second, among characteristics of Korean home economics curriculum, 'practical problem-solving ability', 'independent living ability', and 'relation forming ability' should be utilized to create a school with an independent curriculum and to establish a unique brand value. Third, time investment on instructor education should be made to cultivate competent and charming instructors as the center of a school. Lastly, school education should manage student's life at school and after graduation. The school and instructor should provide alternative education while thinking they are responsible for 50 years of a student's future life. This study helps show that alternative education is not perceived as a superficial and generalized education and that Korean alternative education can find similar characteristic to those of overseas cases.

약선음식의 온라인 구전, 가치, 만족, 애호도 및 대중화 간의 구조관계 분석 (The Structural Relationship between On-line Word of Mouth, Value, Satisfaction, Loyalty and Popularization of Yaksun Food)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 구전커뮤니케이션 특성(전문성, 적시성, 정확성)이 약선 음식에 대한 가치, 만족, 애호도, 대중화 간에 어느 정도의 영향관계가 있는 지를 알아보고, 온라인을 통한 약선 음식 대중화에 기여하고자 하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 약선 음식 온라인 구전 커뮤니케이션 특성 중 전문성, 적시성이 약선 음식 가치와 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 약선 음식 가치는 만족, 대중화에는 영향을 미쳤고, 애호도는 대중화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 종합해 보면 약선 음식에 대한 온라인 구전 커뮤니케이션의 전문성과 적시성이 강조될 때 가치와 만족에 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 판단되며, 가치 있는 정보야말로 고객이 만족하고 애호도가 높아짐으로써 대중화가 이루어질 수 있다고 판단된다. 특히 약선 음식 조리인이 식자재의 성질과 음용방법을 잘 알고 있어야 함으로, 블로그 운영자들이나 약선 음식 전문점에서는 약선 음식 대한 내용을 게시할 때 식재료의 효능에 대한 전문적인 내용을 기술하여야만 대중화가 이루어질 것이라 사료되며, 향후 건강한 식생활을 정착하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 약선에 대한 전문적인 지식에 대한 다양한 교육과 홍보 및 적극적인 관심이 요구된다고 판단된다. 특히 본 연구 결과, 음식의 기능을 살린 약선 음식 전문적인 내용은 온라인 구전으로 인하여 소비자들로 하여금 약선에 대한 정보를 좀 더 정확하게 알 수 있을 것이며, 건강에 대한 생각과 함께 대중에게 널리 알려질 것이라 여겨진다. 이상의 연구의 요약 및 결과에서 이미 제시되어 있는 바와 같이 본 연구에 적용되고 있는 투입변수들 간의 상관관계는 매우 높은 것으로 분석되어졌다.

XML 링크정보를 이용한 정보 검색 색인 기법의 설계 (Design of an Information Retrieval Indexing Method using XML Links)

  • The hypertext document is used for information exchange in the Web environments. Its structure is considered as having graph structures with links, which makes nonlinear processing of documents possible. This paper proposes an indexing method for information retrieval system using XML links. We define new attributes that control links of a remote document and assign an unique identifier for the attribute of each link. Each identifier has a different weight according to its occurrence position that is local or remote documents. We index a word not only from a local document but a remote document based on the given weight. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms conventional retrieval systems that ignore links.
