This study aimed to guide the practice of group art therapy among Korean college students through a systematic review. Therefore, 164 studies relevant to group art therapy for Korean undergraduate students published in Korea from January 2001 to June 2021 were selected. This systematic review included 46 publications based on the PICO standards. The author systematically reviewed the included studies, summarized the characteristics and therapy effectiveness, and analyzed the overall research trends. The primary findings were as follows: First, the number of publications on group art therapy among Korean college students has significantly increased. According to a review of group art therapy characteristics, the majority of studies enrolled 6-10 participants (32 studies, 66.7%), applied 6-10 sessions (23 studies, 47.9%), and had an intervention time for each session of 90 minutes (25 studies, 53.2%). Second, research outcomes of group art therapy among Korean college students were grouped into self-related, society-related, emotion-related, and career-related outcomes. Regarding career-related outcomes, all studies found that group art therapy had a statistically significant impact on career-related outcomes, particularly on the levels of career decision-making and maturity. Most studies suggested that group art therapy had a positive effect on self-related, society-related, and emotion-related outcomes, with 6 studies finding no statistically significant effect of group art therapy on college students. Third, the most effective intervention for college students was the media-based group art therapy. In particular, college students had the most effective performance in career-related outcomes. This study is significant in that it uses a systematic review to integrate and summarize research results on group art therapy among college students over the last 20 years. This study revealed that group art therapy could positively and effectively affect Korean college students. Based on this systematic review, we expect to practice and develop group art therapy in Chinese college students with comprehensive guidance and convincing data.

This study examined the effects of work values and the career decision level on the major commitment of the university students majoring in social welfare. For this purpose, a survey of 351 undergraduate students majoring in social welfare at 4 universities located in Kangwon-do was conducted and the data were analyzed. The work values consisted of intrinsic values and extrinsic values. The career decision level was measured by the career decision scale (CDS) and the major commitment was measured by the flow state scale (FSS). The research findings are as follows. First, the career decision level (3.43) and major commitment (3.58) of the university students majoring in social welfare were slightly higher than the mid-point on the 5 point Likert scale. In addition, the intrinsic work value (4.05) were higher than the extrinsic work value (3.34). Second, the intrinsic work values and career decision level were positively correlated with the major commitment. Third, the extrinsic work value had a negative effect on the major commitment (${\beta}=-.34$, p<.001); however, the intrinsic work value (${\beta}=.31$, p<.001) and career decision level (${\beta}=.18$, p<.001) had a positive effects on the major commitment. This paper also discusses the theoretical and practical implications for university student's work values, career decision level, and major commitment based on the research findings.
The study examines whether there is support for undergraduate students of Department of NCOs leadership needs and self-perceived any casualty, the purpose being placed to identify the cause-and effect relationship between student's behavior and these self-appointed leadership needs parameters. To study this end, the men and women college students Military major in Busan district using the convenience of the student sample extraction to extract the 362 students. Setting the model to achieve the object of the study, and then through a structural equation model (SEM) were studies a causal relationship among variables. Result on the basis of the research study model verification method as described above what is derived from this study were as follows. First, self-leadership is confirmed in the career planning of clarity on the impact of career beliefs centered strategies(+) target-oriented strategy(+), and independent self-reliance, check-centered strategies(+), constructive thinking strategies(+), ERA=centric strategy(+), in the natural course flexibility, compensation strategies(+), constructive thinking strategies(+) improve professional skills appeared to affect the check-centered strategies(+), ERA-centered strategies(+). Second, self-leadership is general satisfaction at the impact of major satisfaction natural reward strategies(+), the curriculum meets the natural reward strategies(+) target-oriented strategy(+) recognition satisfy the natural reward strategies(+) target-oriented strategy(+) appeared to affect this. What are the critical factors in deciding future career to the gifted and talented students? The present study started with this question, and was to develop a career decision-making scale for scientifically gifted undergraduates. For this, literatures related to the scientifically gifted/talent and scientists' career decision-making were reviewed and examined in depth. Based on the review of the related literature, the developed scale of career decision-making was comprised of 26 items in 6 factors, such as individual aptitude & self-realization, economic aspect, work & leisure, familial influence, parents/teachers' recommendation, and experience of science activity during the school days. For the preliminary exploratory factor analysis, 153 undergraduate students who were majoring in natural sciences and engineer participated in the study. For the confirmatory factor analysis, 264 undergraduates who were awarded the presidential scholarships and 93 undergraduates who completed a university-affiliated gifted education center participated. The results of the study are as follows. The fit of measurement model was found to be $x^{2}$=645.157 (df=279, p=.00), TLI=.924, CFI= .935, RMSEA=.061, indicating most of fit indexes were acceptable. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ in each sub-factor was quite high, .82 for individual aptitude & self-realization, .94 for economic aspect, .84 for work and leisure, .88 for familial influence, .79 for patents/ teachers' recommendation, and .79 for experience of science activity during the school days. The results of the study were discussed whether the developed scale could be used as a valid and reliable tool for measuring career decision-making factors of the scientifically gifted undergraduates in our country.

Secondly, Social Support among College Students was found to have a positive impact on Career Adaptability. Thirdly, Career Adaptability among College Students was found to have a positive impact on Entrepreneurial Intention. Based on these analytical findings, this study provides theoretical and practical implications as well as fundamental information for entrepreneurship education and Career Adaptability at the university level.

As the reason of this phenomenon, the career choice attract attention. Traditionally, job is classified female-dominated job from male-dominated job, and most women still avoid male-dominated job. If this unequal concentrated phenomenon is relieved, diversity using of human resource will be available. For the purpose, this study try to determine the experience structure and the career decision-making process of the female undergraduate who want the male-dominated job through the qualitative study method, and to determine factors that work negative or positive on the process to use for the career consult. Grounded theory based data analyses resulted in 61 concepts, 27 sub-categories, and 12 categories from the recorded data of 8 female undergraduates who want the male-dominated job. The core category was "For the special life, keeping challenging with the will". A paradigm model consist of the casual condition, central phenomenon, contextual condition, intervening condition, actions/reactions and the result was proposed. And the participants went through five stages with time in their career decision-making process: the stage of awareness about the trait and aspiration, the stage of internal determination, the stage of support and accept, the stage of challenge and overcome, and the stage of affirmation and confidence. Implications of the findings and suggestions for the future research are discussed.
