현재 우리나라는 중앙정부와 지자체를 막론하고 매우 경쟁적으로 u-City 관련 개발계획을 수립 시행하고 있다. 그러나 u-City 관련 계획, 건설 및 관리 운영을 위한 관련 법제 및 정책이 뒷받침되지 않은 상황임을 고려해 볼 때, 도시건설 및 관리의 부실 그리고 중복투자 및 난개발 등의 문제로 이어질 가능성이 크다. 따라서 본 연구는 성공적인 u-City 실현을 위한 현안 정책과제를 도출하고 그에 따른 추진전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 유비쿼터스 시대의 도시변화상을 살펴보고, 둘째, 유비쿼터스 관련 전문가를 대상으로 심층면접조사를 수행하여 u-City 구현을 위한 u-인프라, u-서비스 및 정책 등 각 부문별 현안과제를 도출하였다. 셋째, u-City 구현을 위해 필요한 추진전략을 인프라, 서비스, 및 제도 부문으로 나누어 제시하였으며, 이를 수행단계에 따라 기획, 구축, 운영단계로 구분하여 단계별 구현전략을 제시하였다. 그리고 이 연구를 원활히 추진하기 위하여 문헌조사와 전문가 의견조사 등을 수행하였다.

최근 각광받고 있는 무선 데이터 통신 인프라는 유선에서의 한계점을 넘어 빠른 속도로 발전 하고 있다. 특히, 이를 이용한 u-Healthcare 서비스에 대한 이슈가 증가하고 있으며, 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해서는 무선 데이터망의 품질 보장에 대한 연구가 중요하다. 그러나 기존 연구는 유선망에 대한 종단간 품질관리만을 집중 수행하고 있기 때문에 무선망에 대한 품질관리 연구가 미비하다. 본 논문은 이에 대한 연구로 u-Healthcare 서비스를 제공받는 무선 데이터 망 사용자의 품질 보장 및 사용자 요구를 만족시키기 위한 방안인 무선 환경을 고려한 무선서비스 품질측정 기준을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 무선데이터 품질 측정 지표 및 기준을 선정하였고, 품질 측정 평가 방안을 서비스별로 제시하였으며, 각각의 서비스 별로 품질지표를 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 u-City 건설에 따른 도시 기반시설물의 관리 중 특히 교통시설물의 관리를 위한 센서 기반 서비스 모델을 구축하기 위하여 관련 현황을 분석하고 이에 대한 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국 내외의 ITS(Intelligent Transport System)의 추진현황을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 제공되는 교통시설물 관련 서비스를 교통흐름관리, 교통정보제공, 도로 구조 형성 3개 부문으로 나누어 분석하였다. 또한 USN 기술의 발전 동향을 살펴보아 미래의 u-City 건설 지역에 교통시설의 이용효율을 극대화하고, 교통 이용편의와 교통안전을 제고하기 위한 센서기반의 교통시설물 관련 서비스 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

세계 각국은 새로운 유비쿼터스 환경변화에 맞추어 전략적 차원에서 u-IT에 대한 연구와 다양한 프로젝트를 추진 중이다. 특히 유비쿼터스를 지역수준으로 적용 시 지역 구성원들의 삶의 질이 향상되고 편익을 직접적으로 체감할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 유비쿼터스 환경의 중심 기술 중 하나인 RFID는 대역별로 다른 특징을 가지고 있어 단일 대역 RFID는 제약조건이 있으며, 이를 극복하고 보다 입체적인 정보와 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 여러 대역의 RFID를 통합하는 기술이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새로운 u-City 서비스 모델로써 u-Zone 서비스 구축 시에 필요한 13.56MHz와 2.45GHz 주파수 대역의 듀얼밴드 RFID Manager를 개발한다. RFID Manager는 u-Zone 서비스의 임베디드 하드웨어인 Base Station에 탑재하는 응용 소프트웨어로서 리더에서 입력되는 정보를 u-Zone 통합 서버 시스템에 전달하는 역할을 한다.

The u-Healthcare system, a new paradigm, provides healthcare and medical service anytime, anywhere in daily life using wired and wireless networks. It only doesn't reach u-Hospital at home, to manage efficient personal health in fitness space, it is essential to feedback process through measuring and analyzing a personal vital signs. MBAN(Medical Body Area Network) is a core of this technology. MBAN, a new paradigm of the u-Healthcare system, can provide healthcare and medical service anytime, anywhere on real time in daily life using u-sensor networks. In this paper, an ontology-based context-awareness in MBAN proposed system development methodology. Accordingly, ontology-based context awareness system on MBAN to Elderly/severe patients/aged/, with measured respiratory rate/temperature/pulse and vital signs having small variables through u-sensor network in real-time, discovered abnormal signs and emergency situations which may happen to people at sleep or activity, alarmed and connected with members of a family or medical emergency alarm(Emergency Call) and 119 system to avoid sudden accidents for early detection. Therefore, We have proposed that accuracy of biological signal sensing and the confidence of ontology should be inspected.

본 연구는 도시 지상시설물에 첨단 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크 기술을 적용하기 위한 수행 절차와 방법을 다루고 있다. 최근 들어 정부는 u-City 구축사업을 추진함에 있어 그 절차와 방법을 참고할 있는 "u-City IT 인프라 가이드 V1.0"을 제시하였다. 그러나 이는 u-City구축 기본골격에 관한 전반적인 추진 절차를 다루고 있어 u-City 기반시설물의 지능화 과정으로 볼 수 있는 대상시설물별 센서 및 서비스의 제공에 관한 세부적인 절차와 방법을 참고하기가 쉽지 않다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 도시 지상시설물을 보다 지능적이고 능동적으로 관리할 수 있는 USN기반 지상시설물의 세부적인 구축절차와 그에 따른 서비스 모델을 제시함으로써 향후 추진되는 u-City 구축 사업의 수행에 기여하고자 한다.

본 연구는 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 기반의 비즈니스 카드를 활용한 유비쿼터스 사회 연결망 서비스모델을 설계하고 분석한다. 웹 환경에서 제공되는 있는 사회 연결망 서비스는 인맥 관리, 고용관련 비즈니스 분야에서 새롭게 활용되고 있으나, 오프라인과 온라인의 이음매 없는 연결이 어렵고, 정보의 신뢰성이 부족하다는 점에 그 한계를 드러내고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 사회적 제스처의 미디어 기능이 어떻게 변화할 것인지를 제시하고, 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 카드를 활용한 사회 연결망 서비스 모델을 설계한다. 이를 위하여 발생할 수 있는 시나리오를 제시하고, 서비스 모델 참여자들의 역할 및 제공 가치와 그들의 잠재적 이익을 검토한다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제안하고자 하는 'u-비즈니스 카드'를 활용한 서비스 모델과 관련 유사 연구 또는 제품들을 비교함으로써, 본 연구에서 제시하고자 하는 모델의 우수성을 입증하고자 한다.

The information technology intensive society rapidly moves from manufacturing industry to information technology industry. This paradigm of Robot is depending on intelligent Robot instead of labor. The conventional Robot worked through environmental variation and shift of job. This Robot is unactively response to men's mandate. And, this Robot have had iterative jobs through manipulation of men. But, this intelligent Robot have new technology through society paradigm shift. The outstanding feature of this Robot is perception function and cognition, mobility and manipulation. The definition of original Robot means forceful and tedious, slavery job. This is from robota, robotnick of the Czech Republic. Karel Capek, a playwriter of the Czech Republic use of this letter at 'Rossum's Universal Robots. The service of U-Health is the fusion of Information Technology and Medical Service. The U-Health provides for doing about household's medical behavior. Conclusionally, the Chungbuk has merit on establishment of national consilience complex such as Medical Robot and U-Health.

"The Act on Ubiquitous City Construction and etc." stipulates the regulations on the planning, construction and management of the u-City. As its national-level law system is about to take its effects, future new city developments are expected to have its legal basis to be built to meet u-City requirements. Also, it is anticipated that such needs would require much more planning techniques and strategies. In reaction to those upcoming needs, this study is to search for new IT infrastructure construction process of the u-City in reality. It is also to supply with the each step framework to execute the u-City projects in more structuralize and systemize manner. Therefore, with the u-City IT infra construction guide line v1.0, purpose of the establishment of comprehensive IT infrastructure construction process.

In the ubiquitous which is rapidly developing with ultra speed thes days, constructing the u-Campus which is using the sensor-network as its base is keep developing. Also, any information related equipments like PC and mobile, computing is possible whenever and wherever you want and due to the development of the wireless network, the service environment is continually developing. In this article, I'd like to suggest the u-Campus which is very suitable to the user's environment which had used application of mobile. In u-Campus, various techniques are adopted and applied along with development of info-communication related technidques. Especially, the new type of campus which is constructed by adopting the ubiquitous computing net-work technique to the campus of university is the u-Campus. In this article, by suggesting u-Yuhan designing methods, more effective and advanced school activities of students to make possible.
