패밀리레스토랑 조리사의 조직공정성인지가 직무만족 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of a Cook's Understanding of Organizational Fairness on Job Satisfaction and Business Performance at Family Restaurants)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of a cook's understanding about organizational fairness on job satisfaction and business performance at family restaurants in Seoul. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and SEM were applied to analyze the data. First, a confirmatory reliability analysis indicated that organizational fairness, job satisfaction, and business performance were sufficient to be used in this investigation. Organizational fairness, job satisfaction and business performance had generally significant relationships by implementing SEM. According to the results, distributive fairness (p< 0.001), procedural fairness (p< 0.05) and interactive fairness (p< 0.05) had positive influence on cook's job satisfaction. Job satisfaction had a positive influence on financial (p< 0.05) and non-financial performance (p< 0.001). Therefore, for the purposes of food-service companies' continuous increases in business performance and competition are generally necessary to suitably manage the fairness of various policies such as job stability, promotions, impartial distribution of salary, bonus and welfare work, and internal marketing.

  • The World Customs Organization (WCO) has designed standards to secure and to facilitate the ever-growing flow of goods in international commerce since 9.11 terrorism in U.S.A. These standards are set forth in the SAFE Framework of Standards, which was adopted by the WCO Council at its 2005 Sessions and the SAFE Framework incorporates the concept of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), and the Council directed the WCO to develop more detailed implementing provisions for the AEO concept. It is considered to be reliable in customs-related operations and ensures an equivalent level of protection in customs controls for goods brought into or out of the customs territory, whereas it is difficult for many Korean companies to make a decision of introducing the AEO certification programs because of a lack of cost and benefit information. In this article, We have reviewed the definition and the developing status of an AEO programmes and have studied the benefit and expected effect through documentary research methods. Therefore, it is essential for Korean companies to be certified the AEO programmes from Korea customs service for increasing security in international supply chains through risk management and customs compliance, in addition, the key-driver in the future will be expectations from the business community to work with AEO partners.

A Study on Strategies of Smart Green City - The Priority Analysis and Application of Planning Technique -

  • Purpose: The goal of this research is to identify the planning techniques of Smart Green City with Ubiquitous method and carbon-neutral city planning techniques and to induce the main planning techniques through the analysis of relative importance and practical adaptation. Method: First of all, eighteen planning techniques were derived and categorized into three organization systems and six sectors through literature review and FGI analysis considering the applicability of Ubiquitous service for carbon-neutral city planning techniques. Secondly, based on expert surveys and AHP analysis, the importance of Smart Green City planning techniques was evaluated. Thirdly, using case study, six cases related to Smart Green City were analyzed for the current status of application of planning techniques. Lastly, considering the importance of planning techniques and practical aspects, the characteristics of Smart Green City and its implication were estimated. Result: Energy, Resource and Waste and Transportation sector were identified as important sectors for Smart Green City. In addition, 'Construction of Smart Grid', 'System for Utilization of New & Renewable Energy', 'Smart Resource Circulation Management System', 'Establishment of Public Transportation Information System basis', 'Construction of Pedestrian / Bicycle oriented Road Environment' are essential planning techniques to create Smart Green City.

  • 최근 한국은 고령화 사회에 접어들면서 독거노인의 사회적 관계들이 단절로 인한 위험이 높아지고 있으며, 이에 따른 사회적 관계 회복과 일상생활 능력을 보조할 수 있는 건강검진, 간병서비스, 가사서비스, 필요한 정보 제공을 위한 콘텐츠 구성 등의 대안 마련이 필요로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고령자 및 돌봄이 필요한 휴먼케어 시스템으로 건강상태 모니터링를 위한 IoT 환경에서의 스마트폰 애플리케이션으로 다양한 콘텐츠를 결합한 상황인식, 체감, 센서 모듈을 결합한 소형화, 휴대성이 가능한 휴먼케어 시스템을 제안한다.

  • 정보통신기술과 의료기술의 발전으로 국민들의 삶의 질이 향상되면서 인터넷 환경에서의 의료서비스에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 이러한 인터넷 환경에서의 의료정보화는 환자의 개인정보를 침해할 수 있다. 우리나라의 상당수 의료기관은 인터넷 환경에서의 환자개인정보보호에 소극적이다. 의료정보의 유출을 방지하기 위한 법령과 표준안 및 체계적인 지침이 개발되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 환경에서의 환자 개인정보 침해유형을 사례를 통해 살펴보고, 법제도적 측면 기술적 측면 관리적 측면에서 인터넷 환경에서의 환자 개인정보를 보호할 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

정보통신산업(ICT)의 글로벌 가치사슬구조분석 (Global Value Chain Structure Analysis for ICT Industry)

  • This study describes the accounting approach of separating the value chain components that occur between the origin and destination of a country's total exports, and applied this analysis to the nation's information and communication industry. As a result of this study, the analysis results of ICT's global value chain for the United States and China, focusing on Korea, are as follows: First of all, the value added standard was relatively lower than the export amount standard for the information and communication industry. In particular, the gap was starkly visible in the information and communication manufacturing sector, where global vertical specialization was developed relatively. As a representative sector, the computer-related equipment sector exported to China became more specialized vertically than other information and communication industries. Next, the method of participating in vertical specialization of Korea's information and communication sector and its relative position in the global value chain came from domestic products (0.25/35.16) whose total exports, which were double calculated in the case of the U.S. market, returned home. On the other hand, about 32.68 percent returned to the Chinese market. Finally, in the global value chain level, the SW sector occupied a medium vertical culture location for the information and communication equipment sector and the information and communication service sector.

상이점을 이용한 GeoContents의 효율적인 관리 방법 (Effective Management Method of the GeoContents using Differences)

  • 컴퓨터와 정보통신기술의 발전에 따라 디지털 콘텐츠의 생산과 네트워크를 통한 유통이 자유롭게 되었고 여러 분야에서 디지털 콘텐츠의 수요가 급증하여 콘텐츠 시장이 급성장하고 있으며 지리정보 데이터와 같은 대용량의 데이터를 저장하고 이를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이전 지리정보 데이터와 업데이트된 지리정보 데이터를 비교하여 그 둘 사이에 상이점들을 고압축 표현하고 효율적으로 관리하고자 한다. 업데이트된 지리정보 데이터 전체가 전송되는 것이 아니라 고압축된 상이점만 전송되기 때문에 네트워크 트래픽이 감소하고 대용량 GeoContents의 유통 및 온라인 서비스 시 다운로드 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.

  • This study was intended to analysis about quantity and quality aspects of speciality coffee industry in korea. All date was analysed by statistics package program spss 10.0. All market of coffee In korea, the market share of speciailty coffee have been maintained about 10 percent since it was analysed statically about coffee market in korea. The rest market is soluble coffee market. But by comparison with developed country case, korea's coffee market is being unbalanced between soluble coffee and speciality coffee market. This study was analyze actual consumer's consulnption styles of the speciality coffee as well as its industry. According to the qualitative analysis results from peter's model was analysed that made a high growth potentiality and profitability in the future. According to the quantitative analysis results, sampling unit's 87.6 percent made a recognize about the speciality coffee. Sensory evaluation results was researched that factors impacted on the overall speciality coffee quality was shown a significant diffrrence on the two dimension such as the body factor, acidity factor. This study has limit which can not represent overall recognition because of analysis based on limited data. It is thought that steady study should be continued hereafter through more systematic and reliable study method.

유산균과 Bifidobacterium longum을 혼합균으로 사용한 Flour Sourdough의 발효 특성 (Fermentation Characteristics of Flour Sourdough using Mixed Lactic Acid Bacteria and Bifidobacterium longum as Starters)

  • The influence of various fermenting conditions using Saccharomyces cerevisiae, alone (Control, Single) and in combination with mixed lactic acid-producing bacteria (Combined 1, Mixed, Combined 2), including Bifidobacterium longum, Enterococcus faecium, and Lactobacillus acidophilus on flour sourdough preparation was examined. For the Combined 2 method, starters were incubated separately for 15 h, combined, and then further incubated for 10 h. Fermentation using Combined 2 improved the growth of mixed lactic acid-producing bacteria, but inhibited that of S. cerevisiae. This was also reflected in the extent of the pH reduction in sourdough produced in the Combined 2 step by these organisms. Among biochemical activities, $CO_2$ production and titratable acidity were increased by Combined 2, although the viable yeast counts were decreased. Aroma compounds in sourdough markedly varied according to fermentation conditions.

스마트 기기를 활용한 응급 지원 시스템 (Emergency Support System using Smart Device)

  • 최근 스마트폰과 웨어러블 디바이스를 이용한 스마트 헬스케어에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 스마트 헬스케어란 다양한 종류의 생체신호 측정 센서와 스마트 디바이스를 이용하여 개인화된 건강관리서비스를 제공받는 서비스를 말한다. 스마트 디바이스를 이용한 스마트 헬스케어를 위해서는 스마트 웨어러블 디바이스를 이용한 개인 건강관리 모니터링 서비스 중심의 연구뿐만 아니라 응급 상황 이후의 응급조치 방안을 위한 서비스에 대한 연구 또한 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 디바이스를 이용하여 그룹관리 기법을 이용하여 응급 상황을 모니터링 하고 상황을 전파하는 응급환자 지원 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 응급 상황을 판단했을 때 위치 정보를 기반으로 응급처치 지원자에게 연락을 취한다. 또한 스마트 디바이스를 이용하여 환자의 사진을 서버로 전송하면 환자의 정보를 화면에 제공하는 응급 지원 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
