본 u-웰니스는 병원 등 의료서비스 공급자 측과 개인에게 광범위하게 적용하는 개념으로, 공급 측의 u-피트니스, 화상 건강 상담 서비스 등과 함께 개인 측면의 스트레스 관리, 비만 관리, 운동량 체크 등을 포함하는 개념이다. 본 논문에서는 개인을 식별하는 인증장치로 사용자의 스마트폰을 사용하고 이 장치를 통해 체지방 분석, 건강관리 전문가의 처방기록을 받은 기록을 바탕으로 운동기구들과 Wi-Fi 통신을 통하여 운동량을 측정 및 관리하는 u-헬스케어 시스템을 설계하고 구현 하였다. 본 시스템은 건강관리 전문가의 처방을 통해 사용자의 최적화된 운동량을 처방 받아 효율적인 운동을 할 수 있도록 해준다. 또한 본 시스템은 체지방 측정기계와 전문가의 측정 결과를 수치화 하고 운동기구들의 이용 횟수 등을 데이터베이스로 구축하고 자동 스케줄 관리를 해준다.

인구의 고령화와 과학기술의 발전은 헬스케어 산업을 질병 예방을 위한 건강관리에 중점을 두도록 변화시키고 있다. 국내에서는 유헬스와 원격의료 등의 서비스가 효과성 측면에서 사회적 동의를 얻지 못하고 있으나 해외에서는 이에 대한 이용이 확대되고 있다. 특히 인지 컴퓨팅으로 인한 사용자경험 혁신은 헬스케어 정보 서비스와 융합하여 일반인의 건강관리 효과를 높일 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 인지컴퓨팅과 헬스케어 정보서비스를 융합한 인지컴퓨팅 융합 헬스케어 정보서비스의 개념과 모델을 확립하고 일반인을 대상으로 본 융합서비스에 대한 수용요인을 연구하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 신뢰도 및 타당성 분석을 수행하였고, 구조방정식 모델을 이용하여 가설 검증 및 성별에 따른 조절 효과를 검증하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 서비스 제공자(개발자)와 서비스 수혜자(고객)집단 간에 느끼는 디자인 컨셉 가치에 대한 비교연구로서 양압기(CPAP)를 중심으로 진행된 IoT기반 U-헬스케어 및 사용자 환경기반 서비스모델을 제시하여 사례연구로 진행하였다. 더블다이아몬드(Double Diamond)연구방법을 활용하여 울산에 소재한 U병원 이비인후과와 공동으로 사례 연구를 진행하였으며, 수면 무호흡 수면 환자들을 대상으로 진단부터 구매 후 사용까지 다양한 의미 있는 경험을 발췌하고 고객 유형별 차이점을 분류 하였다. 최종적으로 제시한 13개의 서비스 시나리오 모델을 대상으로 고객은 카노(Kano)만족도와 잠재적 고객만족 개선 지수(PCSI)평가를 진행하였고 개발에 참여한 서비스제공자 집단을 대상으로 스코어모델(+-)평가와 컨셉포지션(Concept Position)평가를 진행하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출한 결과는 총 12가지 문항에서 7가지 문항은 수혜자와 공급자 사이에서의 가치적 견해의 일치가 나타났으며 이는 사용자 환경기반 서비스모델 속성 이었으며, 반대로 가치적 견해가 상의한 결과인 5가지 문항은 IoT기반 U-헬스케어 서비스 모델 속성에 포함 되어 있었다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

e-Health/u-Health has generally been considered as an expansion of current medical and medical relevant segments. However. as e-Health/u-Health has been known to have typical attributes and characteristics of services supporting a physically and mentally well-balanced life of its users, we can rationally assume that e-Health/u-Health can be not only an expansion of the existing medical field but also a result of the complex and sophisticated convergence among diverse industries such as the ICT industry. traditional care-relevant segments, etc. Thus, in this study, we carefully and cautiously consider e-Health/u-Health in accordance with both possible scenarios: 1) an expansion of a typical industry, and 2) a result of a convergence among various industries. The advent of new technologies, rapid development of current technologies, and convergence trends in various fields are creating dramatic innovations in the next generation health services market. Consumerism as a characteristic of c-Health/u-Health can be expected to find a solution of the existing healthcare service problems. In the initial phase. mainly due to the absence of a vanguard, as well as to various legalistic and regulative limitations, the role of the government would be immensely critical for the successful early settlement of the e-Health/u-Health industry. Both the government and private sector need to practice continuous and effective public education and publicity mainly to increase the overall recognition and usability of e-Health/u-Health services. Nursing as a unique professional discipline should be well aware of the new paradigm shift of the healthcare market, and make maximum use of the possibility of this trend to the advent of the professional nursing's new role.

In consideration of the rapid changes in the so-called information society of the $21^{st}$ century, about 80% of a total population in Korea has used the Internet. However, the social effect of the Internet and related devices has not been yet systematically studied in the literature. In healthcare as well, consumers' efficient use of the Internet for their positive health outcomes is becoming an issue. The purpose of this study was to analyze the medical subject headings keywords of the selected studies on consumers' use of Internet and mobile health information. For the analysis, social network analysis was used to provide basic information to present directions for future research on the field of interest.

원격의료에 있어서 의사와의 상담은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 의사가 환자의 상태를 보다 정확히 판단하기 위해서는 최소한의 청진이 필요하다. 최근에 인터넷을 기반으로 화상 상담시스템이 개발되었으나 심장질환의 경우에는 원격으로 심음을 청진할 수 없어 원격의료 상담에 활용할 수 없었다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하려면 의사와 환자가 상담도중에 심음을 측정하고 이를 실시간으로 전송할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 의사가 인터넷을 통해 전송된 심음을 듣고 청진할 수 있는 실시간 심음 전송용 원격의료 화상청진 시스템을 제시하였다. 또한 u-헬스케어 환경에 적합하도록 모니터링 요원을 통해 주치의를 연결시켜줄 수 있도록 기능을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 환자와 의사의 이동성을 지원하기 위해 서버에이전트를 두어 사용자 인증과정에서 네트워크 주소정보를 제공하도록 기능구현을 하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 향후 심장질환자의 원격진료에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

건강증진과 고령화 사회를 대비하기 위한 효과적인 문제 해결 방안으로 유헬스 서비스가 주목받고 있다. 현재의 유헬스 서비스는 질병 치료를 목적으로 개발되고 서비스되고 있지만, 더 근본적인 질병 예방과 건강증진을 위해서는 건강과 관련된 환경정보의 제공이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 상황인식 정보를 반영하는 유헬스 환경정보 서비스를 제안한다. 제안하는 서비스는 사용자 지역의 기상 및 보건 정보를 이용하여 환경정보를 도출하고 건강관리에 이용하여 유헬스 서비스의 수준을 향상시킨다. 상황인식 기반의 유헬스 환경정보 서비스에서는 건강 및 생활 날씨 지수 기반의 식단, 운동 서비스뿐만 아니라 사용자 위치기반의 위험지역에 대한 경고메시지와 원격 응급 서비스를 제공한다. 즉 상황인식을 통하여 사용자에게 일어날 수 있는 이벤트를 감지하고 적절한 서비스를 제공하므로 유헬스 서비스의 만족도와 질을 향상시킬 수 있다.

WBAN(Wireless Body Area Network) 기술은 인체 내부 및 외부에 부착한 디바이스들을 무선으로 연결하여 통신할 수 있는 근거리 무선 통신 기술로서 IEEE 802.15.6 TG BAN을 중심으로 물리 계층, 데이터 링크 계층, 네트워크 계층 및 응용계층 등에서 표준화가 진행되고 있다. WBAN 환경을 지원하기 위해서는 센서 노드 디바이스 뿐만 아니라 WBAN 미들웨어 및 WBAN 응용 서비스 등의 WBAN 핵심 기술의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 3G, 4G, WiFi를 통하여 환자의 생체 정보를 정확하고 신속하게 전달하기 위한 목적으로 WBAN 환경을 위한 의료용 메시지 구조를 설계하고 WBAN 게이트웨이 관리 엔진을 통하여 BN으로부터 들어온 환자의 생체 정보를 스마트폰에서 확인할 수 있는 의료용 애플리케이션을 구현하였다.

Consumers who use mobile applications for their skin care are increasing due to increasing interest in skin care and smart phone use. A survey was conducted to select popular skin care mobile applications to be installed in the smart phone targeting 1,000 men and women in South Korea who are interested in their skin care. Questioned items included skin care awareness and recognition, skin care type, and the intention of using skin health care mobile services. The respondents thought the best skin as 'Flawless skin (52.3%)'. Also, 'Skin trouble' and 'Skin aging' were their major concerns. 47.1% of the respondents used mobile skin care applications, and 56.6% intended to try new mobile skin care services. The results on interesting field of skin care showed significant difference depending on gender, marital status, and annual average household income. Moreover, the results on effort made for skin care showed significant difference depending on age, gender, and marital status. They wanted the functions such as 'Review on cosmetic products by brand (23.8%)', 'Self skincare method (16.8%)', 'Continuous monitoring service (16.2%)', 'Information on cosmetic products (13.4%)'. The result of this study would be reliable as basic material for skincare mobile service area. Further studies could be focused on developing application in accordance with needs and how it should be applied.

Content services for silver users on the ubiquitous technologies are getting attention as a new business model, monitoring users in real-time on the real-world and/or cyber-world. A lot of business and service model have been developed to apply silver or elder user. This study explained a state-of-the-art silver IT service to innovative services for users, ranging from home and finance to support for healthcare and living. Due to the variation of subtle terminologies, this study was conducted to restructure an adaptive terminology including some definitions. Current silver IT service model has been evaluated from the technical, functional, and business analyst, and its suitability has also been expressed in a proposed model and service. The purpose of this study was to propose a systematic approach of new IT service business model for silver users. A proposed model was described to explain the feasibility of the silver IT industry.
