  • Context aware environment u-health service is to provide health service with recognition of a computer. The computer recognizes that a patient can contact real life in many context. Context aware environment service for recommend have to definition of context data and service recommendations related to factors shall be identified. In this paper, Context aware environment of u-health service will be provide context data related to identifies recommendations factors using multivariate analysis method and recommendations factors creation to decision tree, association rule based decision model. health service recommend for significantly context data can be distinguish through recommendation factors of identify. Also, context data of patient can know preference factors through preference decision model.

  • u-Health refers to "Always, ubiquitously" prevention against disease, diagnosis, medical treatment service that can receive treatment even if patient does not visit hospital as abbreviated word of ubiquitous and health. U-Health transmits in individual's living body sign and measuring of health information and health information system that is consisted of process of analysis and feedback transmiting and measure individual's living body signal and health information and health proprietary company or medical institution operates. If analyze pattern to information that health information system is transmited, health care officer or chief physician means that offer healthcare and medical treatment service to remote about target customer. Wish to present authoritativeness model for u-Health's inside and outside of the country same native place and u-Health's BMT in this research.

  • It is essential to guarantee a smooth communication and data exchange in a PHD(Personal Healthcare Device) network for applications providing U-health services. In spite of that, most of PHDs are heterogeneous, so the heterogeneity of their protocols makes it difficult to develop an integrated gateway sending sensed healthcare data to U-health service providers. To solve this problem, we suggest the design and implementation of a device adapter model based on dynamic managed module in this paper. Our model were implemented to work on the OSGi-based gateway middleware and to have interoperability in connection with the HL7 system that is the standard of the Healthcare Information systems. In addition, our model has an architecture supporting a communication based on the object serialization in order to provide extensibility in the functional aspect of applications. Through the experiment on a test-bed which is an implementation of the device adapter module for electrocardiogram and blood-pressure/blood-sugar device having one channel, we have confirmed the accuracy of sensing and sending data.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 시대의 도래와 삶의 질 향상을 위한 개개인의 건강 유지와 증진에 대한 욕구는 유비쿼터스 라이프캐어(u-LifeCare)산업의 발전을 촉진시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 헬스캐어(HealthCare) 시스템에 관련된 연구들의 문제점을 분석하고 이를 해결하기위한 새로운 u-LifeCare 서비스 시스템의 구조를 제안한다. 기존 헬스캐어 시스템의 구조는 대부분 중앙집중형 Client/Server의 구조를 가진다. 이런 구조는 서비스 제공을 위한 모든 처리와 Data가 중앙 서버에 집중되므로 서버의 오버헤드 현상을 발생 시킬 수 있으며 이는 사용자에 대한 서비스 응답시간(Response time)을 증대시키고 심할 경우 서버다운 현상을 초래 할 수 있다. 제안하는 구조에서는 Surrogate를 동적으로 발견하고 Computing resource로 이용함으로써 이러한 문제점들을 해결하고 효율적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

  • Our society is rapidly ageing and income level is rising. With the development of IT-based convergence technology and the construction of infrastructure for the u-healthcare services, the importance of the hand acupuncture prescription has known as the folk remedies is being spotlighted. In this paper, we proposed the hand acupuncture prescription using the personalized symptom according to context in the u-healthcare. The proposed method defined the context and environment of the users and predicted the profited hand acupuncture prescription service according to the personalized symptom using the collaborative filtering. The user gets the accurate hand acupuncture prescription as the personalized symptom to input only the name of a disease in the proposed system. We developed GUI for this purpose, and experimented with it to verify the logical validity and effectiveness. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the quality of services will be improved the hand acupuncture prescription by supporting the context information as well as the personalized symptom.

  • With the advancement of ubiquitous computing technology, u-Healthcare (i.e. ubiquitous health care), is regarded as a key application for information society, which provides health management service at anytime in anywhere. To implement U-Healthcare system, it is essential to monitor stable biological information in daily life. In this paper, we proposed a small size, light weight, patch type real time temperature monitoring system based on wireless sensor network (WSN) technology to monitor patients' body temperature without any inconvenience of activity.

  • 유비쿼터스 환경에 대한 기술적 발전에 따라 다양한 u-Health 서비스 시스템이 개발되어 시행되고 있다. u-Health 시스템은 서비스 인프라인 병원, 의료기관의 의료정보시스템 연동을 통한 의료정보활용이 불가피하다. 그러나 HL7 의료정보 표준안은 헬스케어 시스템에서 활용하는 의료정보에 대한 명세를 제시하지 못하고 있다. 즉 의료정보시스템으로부터 정보를 요청/제공 받기 위한 HL7 표준 메시지가 명시되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 헬스케어 시스템에서 필요로 하는 병원 내 의료정보를 분석하고 적합한 HL7 표준 메시지 구조를 설계하였다.

  • 최근 헬쓰케어 장비나 웨어러블 컴퓨터 등에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 환경은 이러한 다양한 센서와 휴대용 의료 장치들에 의해 구성된다. PAN은 인간 주변의 디바이스들을 무선으로 연결하여 하나의 네트워크를 구성하는 핵심 기술로서, 차세대 무선 네트워크로 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안전한 u-헬스케어 서비스를 위한 PAN 환경을 정의하고, 발생 가능한 보안 요구사항을 도출한다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 개인 건강 정보를 보호하기 위한 보안프레임워크를 정의한다. 마지막으로 PAN의 이종(異種) 네트워크 환경을 고려한 새로운 보안 프로토콜을 제안한다.

  • According to the rapid population aging and the increase of the number of people with chronic diseases, the digital healthcare services are getting more and more attention. Recent improvement in information technology has expanded the consumers of digital healthcare service from the patients to the general population. Therefore, there is a growing need for studies on the status and needs of digital healthcare users in general. This study conducted a survey of 1,000 people on their perception and attitude about four areas of digital healthcare: internet health information service, smartphone healthcare application, wearable device, and u-health. The questionnaire asked the respondents about their past experience of using digital healthcare services, the purpose of use and point to be improved. The respondents were also asked about new type and contents of digital healthcare service which they would like to use. The survey results will help developers of digital healthcare service by improving their understanding and identifying unmet needs from the general population.

  • 최근 고령화 인구 증가에 따라 u-헬스케어가 주목을 받고 있으며 다양한 분야의 기술을 융합한 새로운 제품 및 서비스 시장을 창출할 것으로 전망된다. 또한 '언제 어디서나'라는 유비쿼터스의 사상에 기초하여 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 위치인식 서비스의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 거주자의 위치 탐색 및 추적을 위한 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이 시스템은 센서와 RFID를 통해 사용자의 움직임을 데이터화 하고 우너격지에서 모니터링 할 수 있는 실내위치인식 시스템으로 현재 홈네트워크 미들웨어 중 가장 큰 주목을 받고 있는 OSGi(Open Service Gateway initiative) Alliance의 플랫폼을 사용하여 재사용성과 확장성이 높도록 설계 및 구현한다.
