  • 지능형국토정보는 소방방재분야의 홍수, 해일, 태풍, 산불 등의 재난 재해 피해의 예측과, 국토개발이나 모니터링의 기반자료로 사용이 되고 있으며 유비쿼터스, U-city, 기업/혁신도시 등의 각종 국책사업 분야에 다목적, 다용도 데이터로써 활용이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국토균형발전에 목적을 두고 있는 기업도시의 건설에 지능형국토정보 데이터를 활용하여 친환경 생태학적 설계가 가능토록 하고, 설계데이터를 기반으로 한 개발후의 모습을 3차원 데이터로 구축하여 각각 지역에 대한 개발 전 후의 양상을 분석하고, 문제의 소지가 될 수 있는 설계변경요인들을 사전에 탐색할 수 있도록 대상지 전체에 대한 시뮬레이션 작업을 수행하였다.

Design of Integrated Urban Management System and its Applications Based on RoF and PON Technologies (RoF 및 PON 기술 기반 통합 도심 관리 시스템 (IUMS)의 설계와 그 응용)

  • A variety of systems have been attempted for effective urban management. In this paper we introduce the Integrated Urban Management System (IUMS), which consists mainly of an optical line terminal (OLT), optical network terminals (ONTs) and wireless access points (APs), by combining passive optical network (PON) and radio over fiber (RoF) technologies so as to take advantage of both systems. Further, several IUMS services such as a disaster detection and prevention system (DDPS), a bus information system (BIS) and a real time location system (RTLS) we demonstrated in order to verify the employment of IUMS for the realization of a future ubiquitous city (U-city).

  • The Spatial Image contents of Geomorphology 3-D environment is focused by the requirement and importance in the fields such as, national land development plan, telecommunication facility management, railway construction, general construction engineering, Ubiquitous city development, safety and disaster prevention engineering. The currently used DEM system using contour lines, which embodies geographic information based on the 2-D digital maps and facility information has limitation in implementation in reproducing the 3-D spatial city. Moreover, this method often neglects the altitude of the rail way infrastructure which has narrow width and long length. This As the results, We confirmed the solutions of varieties application for railway facilities management using 3-D spatial image contents and database design. Also, I suggested that U-city using railway modeling about matching methods of high density elevation value using 3-D aerial photo with laser data are best approach for detail stereo modeling and simulation.

  • While the use of large scale underground complex space is increasing currently, this research suggests the methodology of servicing advanced service for civilian and constructing active disaster protection system in order to be free from danger problem of underground complex space by applying new ubiquitous technology. Synchronization between virtual space and real space and construction of ubiquitous disaster protection system arc the core technology. Based on RFID, USN technology, usually, user centered spatial information services are presented. it can be convert to disaster protection system on emergency situation without delay. Through these technology. we can ensure the safety of underground space where the floating population is concentrated in, moreover, utilize for infrastructure that presents various civilian services. Then we can satisfy the increasing civilians desire for safety and welfare and finally, it will contribute to construction of productive city and creation of new conceptual market.

  • 현대사회에서는 도시민의 삶의 질 향상과 관련하여 어메니티의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 특히 도시의 위생 및 안전과 관련된 환경, 방범 방재, 교통, 치안 등 공공부문의 경우 효율성과 안정성이 담보되어야 한다. 그러나 기존 도시들의 경우 각 부문의 운영이 독립적으로 이루어짐에 따라 도시 운영상의 비효율적 요소들이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 최근 활발히 논의되고 있는 U-City 구성요소 중 도시통합운영센터의 체계적인 관리 및 운영을 통해 해결될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 도시통합운영센터를 위해서는 도시전체를 통합운영, 관리하는 운영방안을 통해 도시의 분산 운영 및 관리에 따른 경제적 손실을 최소화하고, 각 유관기관의 운영체계를 유기적으로 운영할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 도시통합 운영업무에 있어 이해관계를 갖는 유관기관, 조직, 부서 등을 도출하고 각각의 역할과 업무에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 그러나 도시통합운영센터는 도시별 조건이 상이하여 기본적인 공공 분야에서는 기능적인 공통점을 가지고 있지만, 운영기관이 다르고 분야 및 책임, 이해관계로 인해 통합모델로서의 제시가 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 이에 이 연구에서는 기존 도시통합운영센터 및 유사기능수행조직의 운영 사례를 분석하고 이를 중심으로 도시통합운영센터 운영조직의 구성과 기능에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 기존 도시통합운영센터 운영 사례분석에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 U-City 도시통합운영센터를 대상으로 현황 파악 및 문제점을 도출하고, 유사기능수행조직의 운영지침 또는 운영사례 분석을 바탕으로 도시통합운영센터 운영방안을 위한 운영조직의 구성과 기능을 제시한다.

  • The disabled and elderly people have a wide variety of functional impairments. By disability and elderly user group definition identification of users needs and specification of emergency support system were studied. Existing technologies including location navigation and information exchange devise and communication systems were analyzed to design proper integrated system for emergency situations. There are two types of services considered in the project: assisted living services(ALS) including health and emergency needs and assisted mobility services(AMS) with transportation needs. To develop emergency support system, functional identification and requirements was studied through the analysis of existing emergency system and organization. The 4-step emergency management scheme was developed to preactive emergency service which include emergency detection identification, response and follow-up steps.
