치과보철물 제작시 Sprue 부착 형태가 주조성에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Sprue joint Forms on Castability in dental Restorations)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of sprue joint form on castability in dental prosthetics. The researcher carried out experimental study according to the type was divided by sprue joint form. Therefore type A was made thicken than sprue diameter of type B and type C was made it conversely. The results were as follows: 1. In the order of castability, type C(87.8%) was first and then type A(87.0%) and type B(79.2%) was last. However there was no significant difference statistically. 2. If reservior was located at the correct position and in sufficient size, internal shrinkage porosity in the casting bodies were not generated in the type of all. 3. At the reservoir, internal shrinkage porosity was generated first in type A, followed by type Band type C in the order named. Although it gives no impact on casting body, porosity seems to appear the least when it's produced in the form of type C.

중국 상해지역 20대 전반 여성의 체형연구 (A Study on the Body Types of Women in the 20's Residing in Shanghai, China)

  • As an attempt to improve the seaming of clothes exported to China, this study is intended to strengthen the clothing industry in Korea by providing data on the body figures of Chinese women. Direct measurement was conducted on 193 women aged 19-24 residing in Shanghai, China. Then we classified and identified the body types and characteristics of Chinese women based on the drop values suggested by the National Standard of the People's Republic of China(GB/T 1335.2-1997). The following is a summary and conclusion of this study. 1. The following results were obtained by measuring the body sizes of women aged 19-24 living in Shanghai, China. 2. After having conducted a factor analysis on 111 body measurement items, 15 index items, and 11 calculation items, we were able to deduce a total of 6 factors. 3. We categorized the body types of 19-24 year-old women living in Shanghai, China according to the drop values suggested by GB/T 1335.2-1997 where D-type was added to Y, A, B, and C-types for a total of 5 categories. The characteristics of each body type following the body type structure factor are Y-type for slender type, A-type for standard type, B-type for slightly large type, and C-type for obese type.

AtHAP3b Plays a Crucial Role in the Regulation of Flowering Time in Arabidopsis during Osmotic Stress

  • The HAP complex has been found in many eukaryotic organisms. HAP recognizes the CCAAT box present in the promoters of 30% of all eukaryotic genes. The HAP complex consists of three subunits - HAP2, HAP3 and HAP5. In this paper, we report the biological function of the AtHAP3b gene that encodes one of the HAP3 subunits in Arabidopsis. Compared with wild-type plants, hap3b-1 and hap3b-2 mutants exhibited a delayed flowering time under long-day photoperiod conditions. Moreover, the transcription levels of FT were substantially lower in the mutants than in the wild-type plants. These results imply that AtHAP3b may function in the control of flowering time by regulating the expression of FT in Arabidopsis. In a subsequent study, AtHAP3b was found to be induced by osmotic stress. Under osmotic stress conditions, the hap3b- 1 and hap3b-2 mutants flowered considerably later than the wild-type plants. These results suggest that the AtHAP3b gene plays more important roles in the control of flowering under osmotic stress in Arabidopsis.

  • 페이스북 광고 메시지에서 메시지 구성요소의 세 가지 형태인 A문자, B문자+사진, C문자+사진+동영상의 융합형태는 SNS의 주요 속성들에서 어떤 영향의 차이를 보이는가를 연구문제로 설정하였다. 연구절차는 A, B, C 세 가지 Type으로서 모바일에 적용가능한 광고샘플을 제작하여 230명의 피험자들에게 노출시키고, 제1가설에서 SNS의 주요 속성인 정보성, 신뢰성, 유희성, 상호작용성에서 각각 다른 차이를 보일 것인가를 ANOVA, Scheffe 사후분석으로 검증하였다. 제2가설은 SNS 주요 속성요소는 A, B, C 세 가지 광고메시지 융합유형에서 주요 영향력 요소가 무엇인지를 회귀분석으로써 확인하였다. 연구결과 제1가설에서는 A, B, C 세 가지 광고메시지 융합형태에서 유희성과 상호작용성은 A

  • 1. 전국 각지(全國 各地)에서 수집한 100여종의 국자에서 선발한 우수한 능력의 효모 2주(株)(A-27. A-21)와 aflatoxin을 전혀 생산하지 않으며 당화력 산생성력이 우수한Aspergillus 2주(株)(A-32, A-11)를 이용(利用)하여 새로운 고성능 국자를 만들었다. 2. 개량(改良)국자와 여러가지 재래식(在來式) 국자의 능력(能力)을 비교(比較)한 바 다음과 같다. (1) 당화력(糖化力) 개량(改良)국자 B.C.D가 8% 이상(以上)으로서 가장 우수했고 밀조국자는 매우 능력이 낮았다. (2) 알코올발효능력 계량곡자 C.D만 12% 이상(以上)이였고 밀조곡자 K-12, K-161은 10% 이하였다. (3) 산생성력(酸生成力)재래식 공장곡자 K-26, K-156은 개량곡자 C,D보다 약간 우수했다. (4) Fusel oil 생성력(生成力) 일반(一般) 공장(工場)국자 K-23 K-26과 밀조(密造)국자 K-12는 생성력(生成力)이 크고 개량(改良) B,C,D는 가장 낮았다(0.04%) 3. 개량(改良)국자 제조(製造)에 있어서 원료의 증자(蒸煮)나 세균억제제의 첨가(添加)는 개량(改良)국자 능력(能力)에 영향이 없는 듯했다.

양생조건(養生條件)이 인공경량골재(人工輕量骨材)콘크리트의 알카리-실리카 반응(反應)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effect of Curing Conditions on the Alkali-Silica Reaction of Synthetic Lightweight Aggregate Concrete)

  • 이 논문(論文)은 양생조건(養生條件)에 따른 알카리 실리카 반응(反應)이 인공경량골재 콘크리트의 공학적(工學的) 성질(性質)에 미치는 영향에 관한 것으로서, 이 연구(硏究)에 의하여 얻어진 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1 각 콘크리트의 팽창은 재령이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으며, 재령 90일에서 Type A, B, C 및 D 콘크리트의 팽창율은 각각 0.173%, 0.575%, 0.230% 및 0.680%로 되었다. 특히, Type D는 Type A 콘크리트 보다 3.93 배(倍)의 팽창율을 보였고, 팽창이 증가함에 따라 균열폭도 증가되었으며 팽창율 0.680%에서 균열의 최대폭은 0.5 mm를 나타냈다. 2. 각 콘크리트의 동탄성 계수는 재령이 증가할수록 증가하여, 재령 30일에서 최대치를 나타냈고, 그 이후부터는 점차 감소하였다. 또한, 재령 90일에서 Type A, B, C 및 D 콘크리트의 동탄성 계수 손실율은 각각 24.3%, 33.7%, 28.1% 및 37.0% 로 되었으며, Type D는 Type A 콘크리트 보다 1.52 배(倍)의 손실율을 보였다. 3. 각 콘크리트의 초음파 진동속도는 재령이 증가할수록 증가하여 재령 30일에서 최대치를 나타냈고, 그 이후부터는 점차 감소하였다. 또한, 재령 90일에서 Type A, B, C 및 D 콘크리트의 초음파 진동속도 손실율은 각각 6.4%, 8.7%, 8.5% 및 14.2% 증가하였으며, 손실율은 Type D가 Type A 콘크리트 보다 2.21 배(倍) 크게 나타났다. 4. 동탄성 계수와 초음파 진동속도와의 상관관계(相關關係)는 고도(高度)의 유의성이 인정되었으며, 동탄성 계수는 초음파 진동속도가 증가할수록 증가되었고, 감소할수록 감소하였다. 또한, 동탄성 계수의 감소율은 각 재령에서 초음파 진동속도 감소율 보다 2-7배 이상 크게 나타났다. 5 동탄성 계수와 초음파 진동속도는 팽창이 증가함에 따라 감소하였고, 그 감소율은 재령이 증가함에 따라 증가되었으며, 팽창의 증가율은 동탄성 계수와 초음파 진동속도의 감소율 보다 더 크게 나타났다.

주조연결된 니켈-크롬-베릴리움 주조체의 굽힘강도에 관한 비교연구 (FLEXURE STRENGTH OF CAST-JOINED CONNECTOR WITH Ni-Cr-Be ALLOY)

  • Soldering is the usual method used to correct an unstable fixed partial denture framework at patient's try-in; However, presoldering base metal alloys is technique-sensitve and results are unstable because it is difficult to maintain uniform heat distribution and to prevent oxidation of an alloy. A cast-joining technique has been developed by Weiss and Munyon for repair, correction and addition to base metal framework. This joining technique eliminates the problem with presoldering of non-precious frameworks. The object of this study was to 1) compare the relative flexure strength and the joining effectiveness of Ni-Cr-Be cast in two pieces and 'pre-soldered' versus in two pieces and 'cast-joined'. 2) determine the effect of increasing the number of retentive grooves on the face of the cast and 3) determine the effect of the relative matched position of groove patterns on flexure strength. The joining effectiveness can be expressed by the ratio of the mean flexure stress of soldered or cast-joined specimens to that of one-piece cast. Resin rods 3mm in diameter were used as pattern of specimens for one-piece casted, presoldered, and cast-joined groups. Cast-joined specimens had two different patterns of retentive grooves on the joined faces. Type A had cross-shaped grooves 1mm in depth. 0.6mm in width. Type B was the same except for the addition of one more retentive groove. In the experiment connecting cast-joined specimens, half of specimens with type A pattern had their patterns on the faces of paired casts matched with each other as mirror image. With the rest pairs, it was proceeded that one of paired casts turned 45 degrees so that the patterns crossed. Half of specimens with type B pattern also had the patterns matched as mirror image; However, here, one of paired casts turned 90 degrees with the other pairs. Retentive groove in this study lacked the intentional undercuts, in contrast with the suggestion of Weiss and Munyon. The specimens were subjected to four-point flexural loading in an Instron testing machine. The midspan flexural stress was calculated at the point of initial plastic strain as determined from a strip-chart recorder or at the point of failure if this occured at a lower stress level. Within the scope of this study, the following results were obtained. 1. The presoldered group showed flexural strength at least 2 times higher than the cast-joined groups. Its joining effectiveness was 82%. 2. In cast-joined groups, the flexural strength of joints with type B patterns exhibited 1.5 times that of joints with type A patterns. Joining effectivenesses were 38% for type B patterns, 25-26% for type A patterns. 3. The relative matched position of groove patterns did not have any significant effect on flexural strength of the cast-joined specimens with either type A patterns or type B patterns(p>.05).

$TiS_2$ Composite/SPE/Li Cell의 충방전에 따른 AC 임피던스의 변화 (Variation of AC Impedance of the $TiS_2$ Composite/SPE/Li Cell with Cycling)

  • The purpose of this study is to research and develop $TiS_2$ composite cathode for lithium polymer battery(LPB). $TiS_2$ electrode represent a class of insertion positive electrode used in Li secondary batteries. In this study, we investigated preparation of $TiS_2$ composite cathode and AC impedance response of $TiS_2$ composite/SPE/Li cells as a function of state of charge(SOC) and cycling. The resistance of B type cell using $TiS_2PEO_8LiClO_4PC_5EC_5$ composite cathode was lower than that of A type cell using $TiS_2PEO$ composite cathode. The cell resistance of B type cell is high for the first few percent discharge, decreases for midium discharge and then increases again toward the end of discharge. We believe the magnitude of the cell resistance is dominated by passivation layer impedance and small cathode resistance. AC impedance results indicate that the cell internal resistance increase with cycling, and this is attributed to change of passivation layer impedance with cycling. The passivation layer resistance($R_f$) of B type cell decreases for the 2nd cycling and then increases again with cycling. Redox coulombic efficiency of B type cell was about 141% at 1st cycle and 100% at 12th cycle. Also, $TiS_2$ specific capacity was 115 mAh/g at 12 cycle.

IMO Type B 탱크 상부 Rolling Chock에 대한 시간영역 피로해석 (Time Domain Fatigue Analysis on the Upper Rolling Chock of IMO Type B Tank)

  • Present research target to develop the procedure of long-term fatigue analysis of the structural details near the upper rolling chock of IMO type B tank by using the time domain modal analysis technique where both the contact and friction behavior can be accurately simulated. In order to perform the time domain analysis focused on the contact and friction, the entire model of the hull and tank was condensed with DOF reduction technique, which is obtained by transforming the global finite element model into its quasi-static modal coordinate. Modal analysis using the quasi-static deformation modes is chosen as a cost effective time domain simulation method and this is based on the fact that the structural response of the tank is quasi-static. Based on the developed cost effective time domain simulation method, the long-term fatigue analysis procedure for the structural details near the rolling chock and key of independent type tank is targeted to be established. The developed fatigue assessment procedure takes into account, wave induced stress and both contact and friction induced stress without loss of accuracy.

LP-BM5 Leukemia Retrovirus 감염으로 유발된 Murine AIDS에서 Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulfate의 Th1/Th2 Cytokines의 발현 조절 및 산화적 스트레스 억제 효과 연구 (Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulfate Inhibited Immune Dysfunction Induced by LP-BM5 Leukemia Retrovirus Infection through Regulating Th1/Th2 Type Cytokine mRNA Expression and Oxidative Stress in Murine AIDS Model)

  • AIDS로의 진행과정은 단순히 몇몇 기작에 의한 것이 아니라 여러 경로를 거쳐 발생하며 그 진행속도도 개개인에 따라 다양하게 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 쥐 AIDS 모델을 이용하여 항산화호르몬으로 알려진 DHEAS의 면역조절 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. DHEAS의 투여는 LP-BM5 retrovirus 감염으로 인한 T와 B 임파구의 mitogenesis를 증가시켰으며 Th1/Th2 type cytokines의 발현에도 영향을 미쳤는데 주로 전사수준에서 작용한 것으로 생각된다/ 또한 retrovirus 감염으로 인한 간조직의 지질과산화 유발을 억제하여 조직 내의 항산화제인 vitamin E의 함량을 유지시킴으로 NF-kB의 활성화를 통한 retrovirus의 복제를 억제시켜 Th1/Th2 type cytokines의 불균형적인 발현을 저해하였을 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서 쥐 AIDS모델에 있어서 DHEAS의 면역조절 효과를 확인한 본 연구는 향후 HIV감염 이후 AIDS로의 진행 과정 시 항산화제의 역할과 기작 규명에 대한 가능성을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
