해수 2단 공급에 따른 해수식 기화기(ORV)의 LNG 기화 특성 연구 (Study on the LNG Vaporization Characteristics of Open Rack Vaporizer(ORV) with Two-way Seawater Supplying System)

  • LNG는 주된 기화기인 해수를 이용하는 해수식 기화기를 이용하여 가스 상태로 소비자에 공급되고 있다. 그러나 겨울철 해수 온도가 $5^{\circ}C$이하로 저하되면 수중 연소식 기화기를 사용하게 되며 이 때 막대한 LNG 기화 소요 비용이 발생하게 된다. 이를 절감하기 위하여 현재의 해수식 기화기의 1단 해수공급을 2단으로 공급하는 공정을 고안하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 해석 결과, 6m 전열관의 외부에 해수를 2단으로 3m씩 가열할 때 온도가 $1.8^{\circ}C$가 저하되어 해수 온도 $2.5^{\circ}C$까지도 LNG의 기화온도를 $0^{\circ}C$이상으로 배출할 수 있는 것으로 해석되었다. 인천 생산기지에 이 공정이 적용된다면 연간 동계 운전비용 절감량은 LNG 11,770 Ton, 절감액은 117.6억 원으로 분석되었다. LNG를 전량 수입하는 국내 여건에서는 해수 2단 공급 공정을 적용한다면 막대한 에너지와 비용을 절감할 수 있는 매우 효과적인 공정이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • We have frequently felt it inconvenient to collect fare drawing the card in transportation system. Especially, for subway the fares of mass transportation at rush hours of the days, it's important to find a way to collect fares without unnecessarily delaying passengers. In this paper, we proposed a system for the gateless fare collection passing through the booth in only carrying the card. In this system that RF-ID system and Bluetooth are applied. We designed two wireless communication channels. One is the 125kHz communication channel by FSK and PSK for power supplying on the card and identification and the other is 2.4GHz channel for the collection.

  • 스마트 그리드는 기존의 전력망에 디지털 정보망을 결합한 지능형 전력망으로 전력공급자와 사용자간에 양방향 통신을 통해서 전력을 공급 및 제어함으로써 전기 에너지 이용 효율을 극대화한다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 그리드를 지원하기 위해 스마트 수용가를 위한 컴퓨터 기반의 병렬 통신을 이용한 3상 전력 데이터 수집 솔루션을 설계하고 그 시작품을 제작하는 것을 연구목표로 한다.

  • In recent years, there has been a demand for a residential supply model that can actively and flexibly cope with various housing demands in the changing paradigm of public rental housing. This study focuses on the two-step supply system that has been studied in Japan. It was used to examine and analyze cases to recommend a supply plan that can be used for domestic public rental housing. In more detail, the literature review of the two-step supply system discloses that four types by supply methods (A-1, A-2, B-2, and C-2) and four types of relationship (construction and management combine entities type, management entity type, construction entity type, a separated entity type) can be categorized. In addition, from the actual case study, it revealed that the way of linking and supplying activities among the entity can have a great influence on "ease of supply (supply)", "diversity of housing demand (diversity)," and "quality of construction (construction)". "Ease of supply (supply)" refers to whether the construction entity is separated, and the owner is a manager. "Diversity" refers to whether the management subject is separated, and if the owner is also the constructor or the manager. "Construction" is whether the management entity is connected and managed by the management entity and can be evaluated in "Good", "Middle", and "Bad" level. As a summary, even if the existing public rental housing in Korea can be separated into a skeleton and infill system, the result suggested that it has a limitation on response to residential demand. In addition, the paper was able to propose an improved plan to make the infill as a secondary operator.

수리해석(水理解析) 모형(模型)을 이용한 다수원(多水源) 송수계통(送水系統)의 연계(連繫) 운영(運營) 방안(方案) 경제성(經濟性) 평가(評價) - 거제시(市)를 대상(對象)으로 - (Feasibility Study on the Conjunctive Operation of Water Transmission Systems from Multiple Source with Applying EPAnet)

  • The objective of this paper is to evaluate the feasibility of conjunctive Operation between Multi-regional water supply networks from multiple source as a effective way to meet two conditions: to minimize the electric cost for providing water demanded and meet the water flow rate for satisfying customers. EPAnet Model is used to calculate a hydraulic water distribution condition based on an integrated operation of water supply systems located in short distance. The modeling was conducted on several simulation cases including the individual operation by existing inter-regional water supply networks within short distance, the conjunctive operation of more than two existing networks with valve fully closed and full open constraint. As a study distribution system, water supplying systems of the Geojae-city in the Geongsang Namdo Province was selected and investigated. It was found that a well-allocated water supply scheme based on a conjunctive operation promises to save the electric cost and satisfy all operational goals such as stability and revenues during the period. The result such as unit district costs, pareto optimum pump combination sets will be applied to the optimization for a conjunctive operation of existing inter-regional water supply networks within short distance.

관정연계이용 기술 적용을 위한 상습가뭄지역 지하수 수요-공급량 평가 (Estimation on an Amount of the Groundwater Demand and Supply for Applying the Well-network System (WNS) to a Frequent-drought Area)

  • This study was conducted to estimate groundwater demand and supply for agricultural activities in a frequent-drought area that requires implementation of optimal distribution plan utilizing the well-network system (WNS). The WNS has been considered as a viable strategic way of supplying groundwater to farmlands by connecting groundwater wells physically or virtually. The study area heavily relied on groundwater resources for irrigation up to 53% due to a lack of surface water resources. Two kinds of methods, HOMWRS software and FAO approach, were used for estimating irrigation water requirements for paddy and upland fields, respectively. During the latest 10 years (2010~2019), the water requirements was estimated to be 1,106 m3/day. The requirements notably increased to 1,121~4,004 m3/day during active farming season (May to September), which exceeded the total yield capacity of pre-existing groundwater wells (2,356 m3/day) in the area. Detailed and definite determination for groundwater demand and supply helped to determine optimal scale parameters of WNS. The WNS has achieved more balanced distribution of groundwater resources for irrigation over the study area.

KModSim 모형(模型)에 의한 도시지역(都市地域) 다중수원(多衆水源) 송수관망간(送水管網間) 최적(最適) 연계(連繫) 운영(運營) 연구(硏究) (An Optimal Conjunctive Operation of Water Transmission Systems from Multiple Sources with applying EPAnet and KModSim Model)

  • The objective of this paper is to evaluate the feasibility of using an optimization model as a effective way to search conjunctive operation scheme to meet two conditions; one is to minimize the electric cost for pumping and another is to meet the water demand for satisfying customers. The feasibility is confirmed as comparing the best combinations of pumps between multi-regional water supply networks from multiple sources which are obtained through an optimization modeling and EPAnet modeling. KModsim model, a network optimization model, was used to determine conjunctive operation scheme in the pipe system. KModsim, based on Lagrangian Relaxation algorithm, is useful for modeling network system and obtaining simultaneously pump combination and water allocation with given input option such as energy unit cost supplying from a source into a consumer, operating pumping combination. This study develops the procedure of determining optimal conjunctive operation scheme with using KModsim model. As a study region, the water supplying systems of the Geojae-city in the Geongsang Namdo Province was selected and investigated. The EPAnet hydraulic simulation result(Ryu et al, 2007, KSWW) gave input data for optimization model; energy unit price(won/$m^3$), water service available area etc.. It was assured that the combination of pump operation through optimum conjunctive operation is to be optimum scheme to obtain the best economic water allocation with comparison to the hydraulic simulation result such as electric cost and pump combination cases. The results obtained through the study are as follows. First, It was found that a well-allocated water supply scheme, the best combination of pump operation through optimum joint operation, promises to save the electric cost and satisfy all operational goals such as stability and revenues during the period. Second, an application of KModSim, a network model, gave the amount of water allocation from each source to a consumer with consideration of economic supply. Finally, in a service area available to supply through conjunctive operation of existing inter-regional water supply networks within short distance, a conjunctive operation is useful for determining each transmission pipeline's service area and maximizing the effectiveness of optimizations in pumping operation time.

기업용 마이크로블로그의 사용행태에 대한 사례연구: 지식경영전략을 중심으로 (Case Study on the Enterprise Microblog Usage: Focusing on Knowledge Management Strategy)

  • 지식경영전략은 코드화(Codification) 전략과 대인화(Personalization) 전략으로 대별할 수 있으며(Hansen et al., 1999), 성공적인 지식경영의 도입과 활용을 위한 두 전략의 운영 방안에 대한 연구가 계속되어 왔다. 그리고 지식경영 시스템에 대한 기존 연구는 주로 대기업의 일부 조직에서 활용한 사례를 대상으로 하고 있어, 중소 규모의 기업 전체를 대상으로 하는 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문은 중소 규모의 기업에 적합한 지식경영 시스템으로 기업용 마이크로블로그를 특정하고, 기업용 마이크로블로그를 활용한 중소기업의 지식경영전략을 코드화 전략과 대인화 전략의 관점에서 검토한다. 지식경영전략과 기업용 마이크로블로그에 대한 선행연구를 통하여 "기업의 성장에 따라 기업용 마이크로블로그의 활용은 코드화 전략에서 대인화 전략 중심으로 변화한다"는 가설을 설정하였다. 이 가설을 확인하기 위하여 창업 초기부터 현재까지 '야머'(Yammer)라는 기업용 마이크로블로그를 사용하고 있는 소규모 기업을 대상으로 사례연구를 진행하였다. 사례연구는 기업용 마이크로블로그의 사용 기간을 창업 '초기', 현재의 조직 형태를 갖추게 된 '중기', 그리고 연구가 진행된 '현재' 등 세 시점으로 나누고 콘텐츠를 분석하는 종단 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 각 시점별 야머에 등록된 콘텐츠의 커뮤니케이션 유형을 분석하여 사례기업의 기업용 마이크로블로그 사용행태를 분석하고, 지식경영전략의 변화를 확인하는 방법을 사용하였다. 연구의 결과로 소규모 기업에서 지식경영전략의 운영과 그에 적합한 지식경영 시스템의 활용에 대한 실질적인 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
