Two new records of marine nematodes, belonging to the family Ironidae de Man, 1876, are reported based on the specimens collected from intertidal sediments from the west coast of Korea. Conilia sinensis is characterized by a relatively long body length, a well-developed buccal cavity with three claw-like teeth, the presence of a single spicule with transverse striations, the presence of rib-shaped telamons, and single precloacal supplement. Pheronous donghaiensis is distinguished from other species of the genus by a well-developed buccal cavity with four claw-like solid teeth and minute denticles, relatively short and thick spicules with the central septum, the presence of 8-9 curved tubular-shaped precloacal supplements, and a sharp pointed tail with three small tubular supplements arranged into two rows in males. In this report, we provide a taxonomic description and illustrations of two unrecorded species of the family Ironidae by differential interference contrast microscopy. This is the first taxonomic report on the species of the family Ironidae from Korea.

1948년 대한민국 정부 수립 이후부터 현재까지 국가기록관리제도에서 가장 큰 변화를 가져온 시기는 1999년 "공공기관의 기록물관리에 관한 법률" 제정 이후이며, 특히 참여정부(2003~2008년)가 기록관리혁신 정책을 펴던 시기이다. 이 글은 참여정부의 기록관리정책에서 특징적 현상을 언급한 글이다. 참여정부의 기록관리정책의 추진주체는 노무현대통령을 비롯한 대통령비서실 특히 기록관리비서관실, 정부혁신지방분권위원회 산하 '기록관리혁신전문위원회', 국가기록원 기록관리혁신단이다. 이 세 주체는 정책의 주도권을 둘러싸고 경쟁을 벌이기도 하였지만, 서로 협력하면서 기록관리의 혁신을 주도해갔다. 참여정부의 기록관리정책의 집행에서 주요한 특징은 거버넌스를 적극적으로 구현하고자 하였다는 점이다. 즉 기록관리를 둘러싼 이해관계 단체들의 의견을 적극적으로 수렴하여 정책을 입안하고 추진하고자 하였다는 점이다. 참여정부는 시민단체와 언론의 문제제기를 적극적으로 수용하고, 학계의 전문가를 참여시켜 기록관리혁신전문위원회와 혁신분권평가위원회를 구성하여 "국가기록관리혁신 로드맵"을 입안하고 점검해가도록 하였다. 다음으로 중요한 특징은 공공기관에 기록물관리 전문요원을 배치하였다는 점이다. 2005년 연구직 공무원에 기록연구직렬을 신설하고 중앙부처에 기록연구사를 배치하여 공공기관에 기록물관리 전문요원을 본격적으로 배치함으로써, 공공기록관리의 체계를 마련하고 기록관리의 전문성을 제고하였다. 이후 기록물관리 전문요원은 지방자치단체뿐 아니라 민간기록관에도 채용됨으로써 한국기록관리의 새로운 단계를 열어가게 되었다. 끝으로 "공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률"(전부 개정) "대통령기록물 관리에 관한 법률"을 제정함으로써 한국의 기록관리를 한 단계 발전시키는 계기가 되었다. "공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률"은 전자정부시대에 알맞게 이전 법률을 전부 개정하였으며, "대통령 기록물 관리에 관한 법률"은 대통령기록물을 체계적으로 관리하는 발판을 마련하였다. 한 나라의 기록관리제도의 정착 정도는 그 사회의 민주주의 발전의 정도를 나타낸다. 다음 정부에서는 참여정부의 기록관리정책을 극복하면서 '새 거버넌스 기록관리체계'를 구축해야 한다. 먼저 기록관리 주체가 정부뿐 아니라 시민사회, 지역자치, 중소기업 및 학계 전문가가 참여하는 거버넌스형이 되어야 한다. 기록관리의 대상은 업무의 입안과 집행뿐 아니라 결과 및 영향까지 기록화하는 민주형이 되어야 한다. 기록화의 방법은 관계되는 주체들이 기록의 중요성을 인식하고 같이 참여하는 형태가 되어야 한다.

Most known species in the Physalacriaceae are saprotrophs that grow on decaying leaves and wood, and approximately 21 genera in the Physalacriaceae have been reported worldwide. During an ongoing survey of indigenous fungi in Korea, four specimens belonging to the Physalacriaceae were collected on Ulleung Island. These specimens were identified as three species based on morphological characteristics and molecular analysis of rDNA-internal transcribed spacer sequences. Three species in three genera were shown to be new records in Korea: Hymenopellis orientalis, Paraxerula hongoi, and Ponticulomyces orientalis. The latter two are the first records of these genera in Korea. In this study, we provide detailed morphological descriptions of these species and describe their phylogenetic position within the Physalacriaceae.

남한의 8개 지역에서 채취한 토양시료에서 Acerentomidae 과에 속하는 낫발이목(곤충강) 8종이 동정되었다. 이 가운데에는 2개의 신종으로 Filientomon bipartitei n. sp.와 F. imadtei n.sp . 그리고 2개의 한국미기록종으로 Kenyentulus japonicus (Imad, 1961)와 Baculentulus nipponicus Nakamura, 1985 가 포함되어 있다. 따라서 한국산 낫발이는 모두 3과 10속 20종이 되는데 거의가 일본과 한국에 모두 서식하거나 두나라 사이에 최근연종을 공유하고 있다는 점에서 두나라는 생물지리학적으로 매우 가까운 관계에 있음을 나타내고 있다.

Some physonect and cystonect siphonophores were collected from the East Sea ($36^{\circ}30'124'N$ and $130^{\circ}06'446'E$) with horizontal plankton net on May and Oct. 2001. Among them the following two species were turned out to be new to the Korean fauna: Bathyphysa grimaldii Bedot, 1893; Agalma okenii Eschscholtz, 1825.

From the central East China Sea, a solenocerid shrimp (Haliporoides sibogae sibogae) and a nephropid lobster (Metanephrops armatus) are newly recorded into the Korean fauna. The former is the only member of the genus recorded in Korea. The latter extends its range from Tai Nan, northward to the central East China Sea. Brief comments on to fisheries interests and coloration are given for the two species.

Two diastylid species, Dimorphostylis manazuruensis Gamo(1960) and Dimorphostylis longicauda Gamo(1962), are recorded as new to Korea cumacean fauna. The subadult male of D. longicauda is described for the first time. As a result, the genus Dimorphostylis found in Korean waters now consists of eight species.

2000년부터 2002년까지 제주도 조간대에서 채집한 해면류를 동정·분류한 결과 원추봉상해면(Strongylacidon conulosa Bergquist and Fromont, 1988)과 브론스테이보라해면(Haliclona brøndste야 Bergquist and Warne, 1980)이 한국 미기록종으로 밝혀졌다.

제주도에서 채집된 게붙이류 2종. 가시등붉은게붙이 (Petrolisthes militaris) 와 검붉은게붙이 (P.coccineus)가 한국 미기록종으로 판명되어 재기재하고 보고한다. 지금까지 기록된 한국산 게붙이류는 모두 7속 9종이 되며 갯가게붙이속 (Petrolisthes)은 이제 3종이 기재되었다.

To find unrecorded diatom species in the Nakdong River Estuary and Yeongil Bay, bottom sediments in the estuary, and seagrasses in the bay were collected from 12 sampling sites. Eighteen species and four genera are added to the national flora of diatom as newly recorded one. In the Nakdong River Estuary, twelve species are new records to Korea, Martyana atomus (Hustedt) Snoeijs, Pseudostaurosira perminuta (Grunow) Sabbe & Vyverman, Trachysphenia acuminata M. Peragallo, Trachysphenia australis Petit, Fallacia clipeiformis ($K{\ddot{o}}nig$) D.G. Mann, Amphora graeffeana Hendey, Amphora jostesorum Witkowski, Metzeltin & Lange-Bertalot, Amphora ostrearia var. vitrea (Cleve) Cleve, Amphora wisei (Salah) Simonsen, Halamphora eunotia (Cleve) Levkov, Halamphora lineata (Gregory) Levkov, Nitzschia littorea Grunow. In Yeongil Bay, four species are added as new, Licmophora gracilis var. anglica ($K{\ddot{u}}tzing$) H. Peragallo & M. Peragallo, Tabularia investiens (W. Smith) Williams & Round, Nitzschia composita Giffen, Nagumoea neritica Witkowski & Kociolek. Two species occurred simultaneously in both regions, Fragilaria cassubica Witkowski & Lange-Bertalot and Hyalinella lateripunctata Witkowski et al.
