클라우드 사용자들에게 책임 있는 서비스를 제공하는 클라우드 서비스의 책임 추적성(accountability)은 서비스 정책 준수, 모니터링 및 감사(auditing), 로그 정보 기록(logging) 등과 같은 여러 가지 기술을 적용한다. 궁극적으로 데이터 처리, 서비스 제공 과정에서 발생되는 여러 가지 문제들에 대해 누가 책임이 있는지를 판단함으로써 신뢰되는 클라우드 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 먼저, 부가가치가 높은 콘텐츠 서비스 제공 시에 안전하고 신뢰되는 DRM 클라우드 서비스를 제공하기 위해 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 및 DRM 클라우드 서비스 체인을 이루는 클라우드 에코 시스템을 제시한다. 또한 콘텐츠 소유자와 콘텐츠 사용자의 DRM 클라우드 서비스에 대한 요구사항을 분석하고, 책임 추적을 위해 기록해야 할 로그 정보 및 모니터링 툴 구조를 제안한다.

소셜 네트워크를 통해 생산 유통되는 정보들은 신뢰할 수 없는 불분명한 정보들이 많고 그런 정보들이 무분별하게 확산되기 때문에 사용자들은 정보에 대한 신뢰성 여부를 판단하기가 힘들다. 특히 정보의 신뢰성에 대한 평가가 전적으로 사용자들의 판단에 맡겨지고 있는 상황에서, 온라인 정보의 신뢰도에 대한 체계적인 평가 방안의 마련이 절실하다. 본 논문에서는 소셜네트워크서비스의 신뢰도 평가 지표로서 KTI (Korean Trust Index for SNS)를 설계하여, 서비스 사용자들이 정보의 신뢰성을 판단할 수 있는 기준을 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 사회적 신뢰 수준을 분석할 수 있도록 하였다. SNS의 서비스 특성을 고려하여, 신뢰도에 영향을 주는 요인을 정의하였고 이를 바탕으로 온라인에서 유통되는 정보에 대한 신뢰도를 평가할 수 있는 신뢰모델을 설계하고 신뢰지수 KTI를 제시하였다. 신뢰지수 KTI의 개발은 SNS에 대한 신뢰 수준을 측정하여 이를 정량화함으로써, SNS 연결망을 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 신뢰 확보가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

4차 산업혁명의 초연결사회에서 악성코드 공격은 더욱 기승을 부리고 있다. 이러한 악성코드 대응을 위해 인공지능기술을 이용한 악성코드 탐지 자동화는 새로운 대안으로 주목받고 있다. 그러나, 인공지능의 신뢰성에 대한 담보없이 인공지능을 활용하는 것은 더 큰 위험과 부작용을 초래한다. EU와 미국 등은 인공지능의 신뢰성 확보방안을 강구하고 있으며, 2021년 정부에서는 신뢰할 수 있는 인공지능 실현 전략을 발표했다. 정부의 인공지능 신뢰성에는 안전과 설명가능, 투명, 견고, 공정의 5가지 속성이 있다. 우리는 악성코드 탐지 모델에 견고를 제외한 안전과, 설명가능, 투명, 공정의 4가지 요소를 구현하였다. 특히 외부 기관의 검증을 통해 모델 정확도인 일반화 성능의 안정성을 입증하였고 투명을 포함한 설명가능에 중점을 두어 개발하였다. 변화무쌍한 데이터에 의해 학습이 결정되는 인공지능 모델은 생명주기 관리가 필요하다. 이에 인공지능 모델을 구성하는 데이터와 개발, 서비스 운영을 통합하는 MLOps 프레임워크에 대한 수요가 늘고 있다. EXE 실행형 악성코드와 문서형 악성코드 대응 서비스는 서비스 운영과 동시에 데이터 수집원이 되고, 외부 API를 통해 라벨링과 정제를 위한 정보를 가져오는 데이터 파이프라인과 연계하도록 구성하였다. 클라우드 SaaS 방식과 표준 API를 사용하여 다른 보안 서비스 연계나 인프라 확장을 용이하게 하였다.

분산된 환경에서 유사한 기능을 제공하는 서비스들의 수가 증가함에 따라, 웹서비스의 신뢰성은 매우 중요한 서비스 선택 요인이 되고 있다. 기업 간 협업과 같은 개방적 비즈니스 모델을 충족시키기 위해, 여러 단위 웹서비스들이 상호 연동하여 상위 수준의 비즈니스 트랜잭션을 형성하는 웹서비스 조합에서 신뢰성의 문제는 더욱 중요해진다. 그러나 단위 웹서비스 각각의 신뢰성이 보장된다고 해도, 조합된 서비스의 신뢰성은 보장되지 않는다. 따라서, 조합된 서비스의 신뢰성에 대한 평가 및 서비스 결정을 위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 웹서비스의 신뢰성을 평가하기 위한 신뢰도 평가 메트릭스를 정의하고, 이를 통해 조합된 웹 서비스의 신뢰수준을 추측하기 위한 평가 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 신뢰성 평가 모델을 기반으로 웹서비스 조합에서 신뢰할 수 있는 웹서비스 선택을 지원하기 위한 프레임워크를 정의한다. 서비스 사용자의 직관적인 선택이 아니라 정량적인 평가를 통한 선택이 이루어짐으로써, 사용자가 기능적 요구사항뿐만 아니라 품질 요구사항에서도 보다 만족할만한 선택 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

소셜 네트워크 서비스는 생산자와 소비자의 구분 없이 모든 사용자가 직접 정보를 생산, 가공, 유통할 수 있는 양방향 미디어이다. 이용자 수가 빠르게 증가하면서 사용자들이 다양한 정보를 획득하고 공유할 수 있게 되었지만 서비스 상에서 신뢰할 수 없는 정보들의 확산으로 인한 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 또한, 개방적 환경이라는 점을 악용하여 사용자의 프라이버시를 침해하고 서비스 및 사용자의 신뢰도를 낮추는 문제가 확산되고 있다. 따라서 민감한 정보는 정보 생산자가 신뢰할 수 있는 사람에게만 전달될 수 있어야하고, 신뢰할 수 있는 사람으로부터 정보를 제공받아야한다. 이러한 필요성으로 인해 사용자의 신뢰도를 평가할 수 있는 효율적인 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 서비스에서의 신뢰를 정의하며, 서비스의 기능을 활용하여 Trust Parameter를 만들고 사용자의 신뢰도를 평가할 수 있는 동적 사용자 신뢰도 평가 스킴을 제안한다. 그리고 제안한 신뢰도 평가 스킴에 대한 분석을 통해 사용자들의 신뢰도에 대한 신뢰 범위를 도출한다.

In this study, the Commission proposed the mitigation of remedies by improving the role of medical disputes and preventing medical disputes. Medical disputes include a comprehensive description of medical malpractice, medical negligence, medical malpractice, and medical malpractice. Medical negligence refers to the neglect of medical care due to careless medical care in the treatment of patients, leading to patient injury and death. An inappropriate response in the process of international treatment could result in international trials and a decline in international credibility. In cases where medical disputes arise, health care is strictly necessary to determine the truth or absence of medical malpractice, and these expertise and experience are usually provided by emotion. With the neutral and objective emotions provided fairly and impartially, medical care expertise and experience can be fair, and the medical disputes can be resolved peacefully if the parties are trustworthy. The Health Care Dispute Mediation Committee should focus on enhancing the professionalism, objectivity, and reliability of medical care.

The research was carried out at the electronic Gw-mart located at Gangwon province. The secondary data and the various other reference materials were used for the research. This research brings forth the concrete activation plan for the activation of an electronic market in the Gangwon province. So, the activation plan for an e-market at Gang won can be done in six ways, first result of the undertaken research achieved in six ways- first, concentration has to be laid on the internet portal sites, second, the local sites should be well connected with the shopping mall facilities, third, a trustworthy shopping mall has to be established by maintains the product quality and quantity, fourth, a visible distinction should be made between the various products, fifth, the division of labor must be specified and a provisions should be made for a efficient after service.

Cyber counseling, one of the most compatible type of consultation for the information society, enables people to reveal their mental agonies and private problems anonymously, since it does not require face-to-face interview between a counsellor and a client. However, there are few cyber counseling centers which provide high quality and trustworthy service, although the number of cyber counseling center has highly increased. Therefore, this paper is intended to enable an appropriate consultation for each client by analyzing client propensity using Bayesian variable selection. Bayesian variable selection is superior to stepwise regression analysis method in finding out a regression model. Stepwise regression analysis method, which has been generally used to analyze individual propensity in linear regression model, is not efficient since it is hard to select a proper model for its own defects. In this paper, based on the case database of current cyber counseling centers in the web, we will analyze clients' propensities using Bayesian variable selection to enable individually target counseling and to activate cyber counseling programs.

Modern society has achieved rapid growth in economy and materials whereas it caused such problems as municipal extension and high density of population, Due to rapid change of social environment, it became more complicated and multifarious than ever it before. Helping the people all kinds of routine affairs police box is giving a negative image to the citizens, for its environment doesn't have got rid of its old fashion . It's being an unharmonious factor to its surroundings, a solution is needed. So, this study is focused on recognizing the change of value system with the flow of time, planning a new image of police box for the change and in consequence recovering the trustworthy between people and the nation. For this , by grasping the characteristics of each space and through space-dividing and design corresponding to it, the plan is provided to make a pleasant interior environment of police box and to make it a symbol of local society. As a result of this study, we will have the police box not only as an office providing the locals with security and service but also as eyes of the country which watches the municipal environment.

포털사이트는 검색엔진을 넘어 사이버스페이스 자체를 의미할 정도로 개념과 영역이 확대되었다. 일반인들뿐만 아니라, 필요로 하는 학술정보가 서비스되기 때문에 연구자도 포털사이트를 많이 이용한다. 그동안 포털의 검색은 얼마나 많은 정보를 검색하게 해 줄 것인가 하는 양적인 면에 관심을 두었다. 그러나 최근에는 검색의 질에 보다 관심이 많아지고 있다. 이 논문은 포털이 제공하는 학술정보검색의 문제점을 분석하고, 비교적 신뢰성을 인정받는 사전 서비스와 학술정보를 연계함으로써 학술정보검색의 질을 향상하기 위한 시범적인 시도이다. 즉, 검증되고 압축적으로 정리된 사전의 표제어와 해당 표제어를 키워드로 하는 권위 있는 연구 성과를 연계시킴으로써, 사전을 검색할 때 주제어 관련 연구 성과까지 검색할 수 있게 하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
