본 논문은 조선철도에 대한 만주철도의 위탁경영에 대한 연구로서, 위탁경영 당시 조선철도는 조선총독부 관할하의 철도와는 다른 형태의 경영형태로 관리되었고, 약 8년후에 위탁이 해제되어 다시 조선철도가 직영되는 과정을 겪게 되었다. 이러한 국경을 넘어선 위탁경영의 방식은 매우 드문 형식이며 특히 사철 성격을 띤 만주철도의 운영으로 새로운 변화도 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 조선철도의 만주철도위탁 특징은 우리나라 철도 최초의 건설과 운영이 분리된 상하 분리모델이었으며, 국가적으로 교통과 행정이 분리된 사례였다. 또한 철도관련 영업영역이 확대되었고 사설철도가 많이 건설되고 운영 되었다. 마지막으로는 대륙과의 연계운송이 더욱 확대되었다. 이러한 분석을 통해 향후 동아시아의 철도운영에 관한 비교 연구와 조선철도의 성격을 분석하는데 주요한 자료로 활용될 것이다.

Means-Ends Network model was used to identify factors of means objective(means supplied by vendor) and fundamental objectives(purchasing motivations) for purchasing decision-making structure and dimensions of customer values on purchasers of internet shopping mall in Korea and China. In Means-Ends Network 6 factors(shopping travel, shipping assurance, vendor trust, online payment, product choice, and recommender systems) were found as a means objectives and 3 factors(shopping convenience, internet environment, customer support) as a fundamental objectives of shopping. However the results of hypotheses test for Means-Ends Network show some important differences between two countries. Something important to notice here is that Chinese customers shopping in China recognize shipping assurance factor and vendor trust factor as important factors satisfying all fundamental objectives unlike as in the case of our country. As these two factors are attribution factors responsible to the sellers, it is identified that customers do not trust the sellers and sellers have not met the expectations of customers. Therefore, these results show that the seller efforts assuring the reliability of the seller themselves, such as conducting its own compensation scheme are more important rather than the establishment of the guarantee institution to guarantee reliability and delivery assurance of sellers and implementation of legal and institutional apparatus such as the settlement of e-commerce licence system. Though this study presents such an important marketing implications, it can be pointed out that the limits are this research was done on the general Internet shopping malls without considering the Internet shopping mall types of diversity, the survey was designed around the student samples for convenience of the investigation because it was an international survey and the collected data has been limited to the western coast cities, such as China's Beijing, Shanghai, and Dalian.

This study considers an approach for subregional fisheries organization in Northeast Asia. The fishery resources in the Northeast Asian waters surrounding Korea are among the most productive in the world because of their extremely high biological productivity and the natural features of the sea. However, the fishery resources of the region have long been subject to heavy fishing pressures, and many stocks are now believed to be seriously depleted or even in danger of extinction because of overfishing. To move to a run sustainable fishery in Northeast Asia waters area, cooperative fisheries management between Korea, China and Japan for common resource is probably necessary. Cooperative fisheries management is likely to be more effective in fishery resources management than individual fisheries management by countries. The effects of fisheries management by regional cooperation can be divided into resource management and economical performance. Cooperative fisheries management as RFO will bring satisfactory results. Currently these jurisdictional extensions and resulting disputes over maritime space and resources were thrust upon an already transitional and unstable political environment. However, They have to have a strategic approach for RFO establishment step by step. Cooperative fisheries management using the RFO can mitigate these disputes, and cooperative bilateral fisheries arrangements have been proliferating over the past 10 years and may provide the basis for possible trust-building multilateral agreements.

본 연구는 그동안 가맹본부 중심의 연구추세에서 벗어나 실질적으로 가맹사업을 운영하고 있는 가맹점주의 신뢰 및 경영성과를 이뤄낼 수 있는 전략을 수립하고자 기존의 연구들을 고찰하여 선행변수로 가맹본부의 프로모션 활동 요소인 구전 커뮤니케이션, 광고 & 퍼블리시티와 최근에 많이 활용되어지는 모집대행 아웃소싱, 플래그십 스토어 등을 추가하여 가맹점주의 신뢰 및 가맹점의 경영성과 간에 인과 관계를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 건전한 가맹점의 유치를 위한 관권은 가맹점의 신뢰를 높이고 구전 마케팅 등을 통한 노력에 강력하게 투자, 관리하여 지속적인 가맹점의 유치 및 시장진출이 가능할 것이라는 결론을 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 프랜차이즈 본사의 신규 가맹점 모집전략은 물론 지속적인 관계를 맺을 수 있는 경영전략 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A questionary survey was conducted to investigate citizen's attitude to treatment facilities of municipal solid waste in Miryang during 8. June of 1998 and 22 June of 1988. Collection effiencies was 86.7%, as 260 individuals of the 300 individuals. The survey showed that 43.0% of answers recognized seriousness of problem of the waste treatment and 33.1% of respondents concerned about recycle of organic waste. 40.8% of total answers said that they most hated landfill site among waste treatment facilities, and most citizens wanted as much distant as possible from waste treatment facilities. It was investigated that the greater part of respondents wanted the greatest compensation. About 58% of respondents was opposed to complete waste treatment facilities. 36.2$ among answers wanted establishment of waste treatment facilities in an industrial complex or an industrial area. The majority of respondents was willing to increase recycle rate and recognized seriousness of landfill site security. The majority of citizens do not trust environmental administration of Miryang City and they think that democracy and open of administration need for overcome MINBY.

KOSHBA is composed of over 280 regional groups; over 5,700 enterprises are participating in the association. To become a dynamic and vital association, it is necessary to share, learn, and discuss their managerial problems based on mutual trust and respect at the regular monthly meeting.

Ten years have passed since the establishment of KOSHBA (Korea Small and medium enterprises Hybrid Business Association). KOSHBA is composed of over 400 regional groups; over 4,000 enterprises are participating in the association. This paper deals with a survey on the present status of the participating companies in HBA of Kangwon province including the motivation of participation, participating period, and the purpose of participation. The survey results show that they are participating in HBA for manpower interchange, information gathering, mutual utilization of management resources, and their company's growth. To become a dynamic and vital association, it is necessary to share, learn, and discuss their managerial problems based on mutual trust and respect at the regular monthly meeting.

The unity of korean peninsula have traditionally been established as major policy in korea government. Present government also set Trust Process on the Korean Peninsula as national high-level strategies for unity, and construction field related directly to living of north korean as major industry which would be implemented in early stage. Deterioration level of architectural facilities in north korea is known as very high, so a huge budget would be required to improve aging architectural facilities for stability of social and living of north korean. Therefore the purpose of this study deduct financing plan for improving aging architectural facilities in north korea and selection of optimal alternative securing effectiveness. The results of this study could be utilized as preliminary data for establishment of master plan and policy for improving deteriorated facilities in situation of united korean peninsula.

Concept about health is rapidly changed into 21C. thinking logic of customer about food is changed from just food to safety food by disposition of consumption about foodsafety. But government, manufacturer, distribution trader and seller which have different recognitions about foodsafety lose trust of customer. Because they did't focus on thinking changed of customer about foodsafety. Our thinking about rapidly changed food safety being intergrated with IT technology is helping to expand and supply into market. In this article, We'll study Traceability System about cattle and pig related to food. this system was developed in livestock market. In this study, we problems from these systems after studying present construction positions of these systems and purpose of this study is investigation of actual use condition. Also purpose of this study abstracts problems which will be developed and researched.
