Generally high-tech ventures have few resources with which to withstand unpredictable environmental jolts. Therefore environmental changes may have severe effects on the performance of high-tech ventures. Unfortunately previous empirical studies for predicting the performance of ventures hardly deal with such dynamic changes of performance. We try to examine the performance changes of ventures through a longitudinal study before and after severe environmental changes, namely IMF Bailout Memorandum. For the empirical study, we classified venture firms into four types based on entrepreneur's assessment of their performance changes and investigated how these four types differ in characteristics of entrepreneurs, environment, strategy, and organizational features. We found that differentiation strategies, fit between strategy and environmental changes, entrepreneur's trust and activities such as networking and knowledge accumulation about customers, and decentralized organizational structure were important to the performance changes of high-tech ventures.

The Institute of Medicine in its report "Clinical Practice Guidelines we can trust" defined standards for clinical practice guidelines. However, many guidelines continue to rely on expert opinion and lack a formal framework for moving from evidence to recommendations. These guidelines may or may not be labeled as "consensus statements" and do not meet contemporary standards for guideline documents we would refer to as "evidence-based". Therefore, the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation working group developed a novel, rigorous and transparent approach to grading certainty (quality) of evidence. In addition, it created a system for "moving from evidence to decisions", for example for the development of evidence-based guidelines. In this article, we aim to introduce this approach to appraising the certainty of relevant evidence and estimate the benefits and detriments of health care interventions within the larger context of evidence-based medicine.

Blockchain is a technology designed to prevent tampering with digital documents or information, safeguarding transaction data and managing it in a structured manner. This proves beneficial in addressing issues of trust and data protection in B2B, B2C, and C2B transactions. Blockchain finds utility not only in financial transactions but also across diverse industrial sectors. This study outlines significant cases and responses that jeopardize the security of blockchain networks and cryptocurrency technology. Additionally, it analyzes safety and risk factors related to blockchain and proposes effective testing methods to preemptively counter these challenges. Furthermore, this study presents key security evaluation metrics for blockchain to ensure a balanced assessment. Additionally, it provides evaluation methods and various test case models for validating the security of blockchain and cryptocurrency transaction services, making them easily applicable to the testing process.

오늘날 스마트 스피커는 점차 개인화되어 사용자들을 위해 특정 제품을 추천하는 추천 에이전트의 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 스마트 스피커의 대화형 에이전트 맥락에서 '설명 기능'이 투명성, 인지된 신뢰, 사용자 만족도, 재사용 행동 의도, 프라이버시 위협, 추천 품질에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 또한 개인의 프라이버시 염려 수준이 평가에 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 염려 수준을 사용자 구분을 위한 척도로 활용하였다. 연구결과, 설명이 있는 조건이 없는 조건 보다 모든 측정 변인에서 높게 평가되었음을 확인하였고, 프라이버시 염려 수준이 인지된 신뢰, 프라이버시 위협에 미치는 정적인 영향을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 스마트 스피커 맥락에서 설명 기능이 적용될 수 있다는 시사점과 프라이버시 역설 현상을 발견하였으며, 프라이버시 염려 수준에 따른 인지부조화의 가능성을 제시하였다.

수입식품 안전관리 확보와 효율성 제고를 위한 목적으로 국가식품안전관리체계 평가도구를 활용하여 수출국의 국가식품안전관리체계 현황을 평가하고 이를 자국의 수입식품안전관리에 활용하는 방안에 대한 논의가 미국을 중심으로 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 미국의 평가도구와 도구를 활용한 평가사례를 비교조사하고, 관계 전문가의 의견을 검토하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 미국 FDA가 개발한 식품안전관리체계 평가도구는 외국의 식품안전 전문성을 이용하여 수입식품 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 마련되었으며, 평가도구는 10개 기준으로 구성되어 외국의 전반적인 식품안전관리 수준을 판단할 수 있도록 고안되어 있다. FDA는 평가도구를 활용하여 뉴질랜드와 캐나다를 대상으로 평가를 실시하였으며 두나라 모두 미국의 식품안전관리체계와 동등한 것으로 인정하였다. 전문가 인터뷰에서는 국가식품안전관리체계 평가를 통해 수입 전 위생평가와 수입식품의 국경검사 빈도관리에 활용함으로써 수입식품 안전관리에 있어 국가예산의 효율적인 배분과 대국민 신뢰도 향상에 기여할 것이며, 향후 국가식품안전관리체계 평가에 대한 활용도 제고를 위해서는 국제적인 조화와 전문가 예산의 확보도 중요하다는 의견을 제시하였다. 미국의 평가도구 조사 분석과 전문가 인터뷰를 토대로 도출한 시사점으로는 국가식품안전관리체계 평가 논의의 국제적 흐름에 능동적으로 대응할 필요가 있으며, 국가식품안전관리체계 평가도구를 활용하여 국내 식품안전관리체계를 검토하는 것이 가능할 것이다. 아울러 식품안전관리체계 평가결과는 수출입 안전관리에도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보이며, 이러한 국제흐름에 따라 향후에는 우리나라 자체 국가식품안전관리체계 평가도구를 개발하는 방안도 고려할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 대중들이 '심신장애를 사유로 하는 형량 감경 비율'에 대해 어떻게 생각하고 있는지 분석하고, 여론의 방향과 실제 법원의 판단이 합치되는지 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 대법원 코트넷 판결문 검색시스템과 기관별 정신감정 의뢰 건수, 네이버 뉴스에서 '심신장애'를 키워드로 하는 기사의 개수와 댓글 개수, 댓글 내용을 크롤링한 결과를 활용하였다. 데이터 분석 결과, 여론은 심신장애에 따른 형량 감경에 대해 부정적이었으며 그 기준의 모호성에 대해 불만을 나타냈다. 그러나 실제 판결문 분석과 기관별 정신감정 의뢰 건수 분석 결과 법원은 「형법」제10조(심신장애)에 규정된 정신장애인의 책임 조각 및 책임 감경에 대해 엄격하게 판단하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 가해자의 정신장애에 대한 인정 사례는 줄어들고 있지만 여론은 이를 인지하지 못하고 있다. 공권력이 국민 수호의 의무를 충분히 수행하고 있지 못하다는 여론의 형성은 국가기관에 대한 국민의 신뢰를 떨어뜨리는 부정적 효과를 갖고 있다. 따라서 국민의 안전을 보장하는 경찰과 검찰은 국민의 신뢰를 얻기 위해 명확한 기준에 따라 법집행을 할 필요가 있으며 사법부도 심신장애에 대한 감형 기준에 대해 엄중한 판단은 물론 그 적용 결과를 국민들에게 인식시켜줄 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 현장 적용 2년차를 맞이하는 2015 개정 과학과 교육과정 운영 모니터링 연구의 일부분으로, 중학교 1, 2학년 수업을 담당하는 과학교사를 대상으로 과정중심평가 적용 실태와 어려움 및 효과성 등을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 과학교육 선도학교와 일반학교 과학교사들의 인식을 비교하기 위해 선도학교 교사 44명(41.9%), 일반학교 교사 61명(58.1%)을 표집하였으며, 최종적으로 전국으로부터 105명의 과학교사들이 설문에 참여하였다. 설문조사 후 교사 초점집단을 구성하는 16명의 중학교 과학교사들과 심층면담을 통해 과정중심평가에 대한 적용 실태와 어려움 등에 대한 의견을 수렴하였다. 주요 연구결과를 교육과정 개정에 따른 교사의 평가 방식 변화, 과정중심평가 현장 적용의 어려움, 과정중심평가의 효과에 대한 인식으로 제시하였다. 교사들은 교육과정에서 과정중심평가를 강조함에 따라 본인의 수업에서도 과정중심평가의 요소들을 반영하게 되었다고 인식하였다. 또한 기존의 평가방법에 비해 다양한 과정중심평가를 활용하는 빈도도 증가하였다고 응답하였다. 이와 같은 응답은 선도학교 교사들이 일반학교 교사들보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 면담결과 중학교 과학교사들은 과정중심평가 적용의 어려움으로 과정중심평가 개념의 모호성, 과정중심평가와 순위를 정해야 하는 학교평가체제와의 충돌, 평가의 객관성과 신뢰도의 확보의 부담감, 개개인을 평가해야 하는 현실적인 업무 부담 등을 지적하였다. 그러나 과정중심평가를 적극적으로 활용한 교사들은 학생들의 성장을 관찰할 수 있다는 점에서 교육적으로 매우 효과적이라는 만족감을 나타내었다.

기계번역 품질 평가는 중대한 문제이다. 기계번역의 품질이 사용자 요구와 거리가 상당히 있는 현재의 상황에서 기계번역 시스템의 객관적 평가는 기계번역 소프트웨어 사용자와 판매자 간의 신뢰를 구축하고 개발자들 간에 생산적인 경쟁관계를 조성하게 하여 결과적으로 기계번역 품질의 고급화를 지속적으로 유도하는 역할을 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 특히 언어학적 측면과 자료처리 측면에서 개선이 계속되고 있는지를 확인할 수 있도록 기계번역 시스템의 품질을 평가할 수 있는 연구가 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이런 정들을 고려해 넣은 영한 기계번역의 언어학적 평가 방법을 제시하고 이를 몇 개의 상용 기계번역 시스템을 대상으로 실험하여 실험결과를 보고한다. 이 방법은 기본적으로 언어현상과 학습수준으로 분류된 3.373 영어 문장으로 구성된 평가자료에 기반하고 있다.

Background: Pain with neuropathic characteristics is generally more severe and associated with a lower quality of life compared to nociceptive pain (NcP). Short form of the Douleur Neuropathique en 4 Questions (S-DN4) is one of the most used and reliable screening questionnaires and is reported to have good diagnostic properties. This study was aimed to cross-culturally validate the Hindi version of the S-DN4 in patients with various chronic pain conditions. Methods: The S-DN4 is already translated into the Hindi language by Mapi Research Trust. This study assessed the psychometric properties of the Hindi version of the S-DN4 including internal consistency and test-retest reliability after 3 days' post-baseline assessment. Diagnostic performance was also assessed. Results: One hundred sixty patients with chronic pain, 80 each in the neuropathic pain (NeP) present and NeP absent groups, were recruited. Patients with NeP present reported significantly higher S-DN4 scores in comparison to patients in the NeP absent group (mean (SD), 4.7 (1.7) vs. 1.8 (1.6), P < 0.01). The S-DN4 was found to have an AUC of 0.88 with adequate internal consistency (Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.80$) and a test-retest reliability (ICC = 0.92) with an optimal cut-off value of 3 (Youden's index = 0.66, sensitivity and specificity of 88.7% and 77.5%). The diagnostic concordance rate between clinician diagnosis and the S-DN4 questionnaire was 83.1% (kappa = 0.66). Conclusions: Overall, the Hindi version of the S-DN4 has good internal consistency and test-retest reliability along with good diagnostic accuracy.

Velopharyngeal incompetence(VPI) is that soft palate and muscle of posterolateral pharyngeal wall can not close velopharyngeal port properly. Thing that prior to treatment for patient with VPI is to evaluation about nasopharyngeal closing function. This data is important for making a treatment plan and assesment of treatment effect to improve nasopharyngeal closing function. There are two ways of VPI assessment. The one is subjective method by auditory finding, the other is objective method by using equipment for language test. Using only subjective way is not adequate for evaluation of VPI because of low trust, so doing both two methods simultaneously help to make a diagnosis and assessment exactly. CPAP is effective method to treat hypernasality. This new treatment technique intensify oropharyngeal muscle for nasopharyngeal closing by direct resistance training. Becase conventional treatments have limitation, so many research about treatment effectiveness of CPAP are being studied. This study aims that we compare our result from Korean VPI patients with result about treatment effect in other advanced country, to make CPAP Treatment Questionares and to find ways that improve oropharyngeal closing function an[1 maximally increase language treatment effect.
