화병의 간호학적 개념 (The Concept of Hwa-Byung in Nursing)

  • The purpose of this study was to study how nurses interpreted the meaning of Hwa-Byung. It was carried through a review of literature, and the result is expected to explore ways that nursing intervention can promote the understanding of Hwa-Byung. The literature review focused on cultural psychology and psychiatrists' views toward Hwa-Byung. After that, it was reconfirmed concept of Hwa-Byung in nursing devived from historical analysis of the examples of Hwa-Byung from a true record of the Cho-Sun Dynasty(CD ROM, 1997). Characteristics of patients with Hwa-Byung include 'Hwa', an aspect of somatization, and self-diagnosing. It also could find that Hwa-Byung is characterized as 'Hwa', 'somatization' and 'self-diagnosis(subjectiveness)' according to a true record of the Cho-Sun Dynasty(CD ROM, 1997). The conceptual definition of 'Hwa', 'somatization' and 'self-diagnosing (subjectiveness)' are as follows. The core concept of Hwa-Byung, 'Hwa,' has the property of 'fire', and equals the feeling of injustice. Hwa-Byung means congestion of 'Hwa'. Therefore Hwa-Byung is the accumulation of being mistreated and mortified. The feeling of mistreatment comes from subjective experiences, which cannot be in harmony with the values, beliefs and rights of the patients. The situations that they have to endure again and again, though they are the sufferers, connote suppressed aggression and powerlessness endured over time. Suppressed aggression subordinated hostility, hatred and revengeful thoughts; powerlessness subordinates frustration, resignation, and fatalism. Somatization is another form of expressing 'Hwa' through physical symptoms. The somatization of clients with Hwa-Byung plays a role in expressing non-verbalized and suppressed emotions within themselves. The clients who experiences Hwa-Byung think that they know the cause of their illness and self-diagnose their problem as Hwa-Byung. Therefore, the feeling of unfairness which is the premise of Hwa-Byung infers 'subjectiveness' In conclusion, nursing's concept of Hwa-Byung is the accumulation of feelings of being mistreated and mortified. Hwa-Byung is the internalized 'Hwa' from enduring again and again. The feeling of being mistreated comes from subjective judgements about unfairness that cannot be harmonized with the clients' values, beliefs and rights. Those who can express their 'Hwa' only through their bodies imply suppressed aggression and powerlessness.

  • A psychological experiment is conducted by using the method of selected description to find out appropriate terms for expressing the attributes of sounds. It is true that the term is an important clue to estimate the sensation or emotion of sounds even though it does not directly express them. On the basis of the results, it is found in the subjective impression that adjectives are classified into 8 types of group: "pleasant and bright", "weak", "mild and beautiful", "shocking", "unpleasant", powerful", "dark", and "dull" feeling. Also, it is found that "loud", "noisy" and "annoying" terms have the meaning of "strong, powerful and magnificant", "metallic and clamorous", and "unpleasant and unpleasing" feeling as a meaning Korean language respectively.ot;, "metallic and clamorous", and "unpleasant and unpleasing" feeling as a meaning Korean language respectively.nguage respectively.

한국만화에서 느끼는 '재미'와 '현실'의 연관연구 (Related Study which feeling "Fun" & "Reality" in Korean Cartoon)

  • 이 글의 목적은 만화에서 느끼는 '재미'는 '현실'과 연관되어 있음을 밝하는 데 있다. 궁극적으로는 독자의 현실인식이 확장되는 결과와 맞닿아 발생한다는 것이다. 서론에서는 문제점을 지적했다. '재미'는 현실적 삶의 동력임에도 불구하고, 만화의 '재미'는 주로 현실과 상관없는 상상적 결과로 인식한다. 결과적으로 '재미'가 '현실'을 인식하는 과정과 맞물려 있다는 것을 간과한 것이다. 만화이야기에 관한 창작방법 이론 역시 '개성'과 '본성'을 주로 강조한다. 이런 결과로 '현실'을 소홀히 다루는 한계를 갖는다. 본론에서는 한국만화에서 느끼는 '재미'와 '현실'의 관계를 조명했다. 첫 번째, '재미'의 이론적 배경을 둘러보았다. 그리고 만화의 여러 장르에서 '재미'의 다양한 특징을 살펴보고, 공통적으로 '현실인식의 확장'이란 결과와 맞닿아 발생하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 두 번째로는, 역사적으로 한국만화의 주된 소재가 '현실'을 그려왔다는 것이다. 하지만 '만화에 묘사된 현실'은 '실제의 현실'과 다르다. 작가의 '상상적 현실'이다. 일반사람보다 뛰어난 사람을 그려냄으로써, 신화적 기능을 하며 '재미'를 낳는다. 세 번째로, 한국만화에 묘사된 '만화에 묘사된 현실'은 주로 정서적으로 '감정적 현실성'으로써 독자들과 공감대를 형성하고, '재미'를 낳는다. 한편 작가의 '현실인식'의 한계로 인해 지배이데올로기에 순응하는 결과를 보여준다. 네 번째로, '실제적 현실'을 묘사한 한국만화를 살펴보았다. 일본제국주의시대의 신문만화, 80년대 민중만화, 그리고 2천년대 생활기록만화, 세 영역으로 구분하고, 각각 성격을 살펴보았다. 주요특징으로, 실제적 현실의 주요 모순을 다루고 있다. 이런 결과, 독자의 현실인식을 확장시키고, '실제적 현실'을 인식하는 '재미'를 준다.

COVID-19 상황에서 간호대학생들의 온라인실습 경험 (Online Practice Experience of Nursing Students in COVID-19 Situations)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인실습 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 마련하기 위해 가상시뮬레이션을 통한 간호대학생들의 온라인실습 경험을 이해하는 것이다. 간호학과에 재학중인 16명의 학생을 대상으로 질적주제분석 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 온라인실습 경험의 특성은 '온라인실습에 대한 양가감정을 느낌', '온라인실습 효과에 대한 의구심이 듦', '온라인실습의 한계에 부딪힘', '가상시뮬레이션을 대안으로 느낌', '진정한 간호에 다가섬' 등의 5가지 주제로 나타났다. 가상시뮬레이션은 매우 효과적인 온라인실습 프로그램으로 확인되었으나, 다양한 시나리오와 사례의 부족이 온라인실습의 한계점으로 나타나 향후 연구에서는 보다 다양하고 체계적인 실습 프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 필요가 있다.

여성노인의 차(茶)문화치료 융합프로그램 경험 현상 연구: 주간보호센터 이용 노인대상으로 (A Study on Elderly Women's Experience of the Convergent Tea Culture Therapy Program: Focusing on female elders who use the day care center)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 주간보호센터 이용 여성노인을 대상으로 차(茶)문화치료 융합프로그램 경험을 탐색하고 그 융합프로그램 경험을 이해하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 P시 H주간보호센터를 중심으로 차(茶)문화치료 융합프로그램 경험을 마지막 회기까지 참여 한 여성노인 4명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 수행하였으며 자료 분석은 Colaizzi의 현상학적 분석 방법으로 하였다. 분석결과 주간보호센터 이용 여성노인을 대상으로 차(茶)문화치료 융합프로그램 경험의 4개의 범주인 되돌림의 일상, 차와 함께 나는 대비마마, 차와 함께 젊은 그대, 차와 함께 행복의 나라로 분석하였다. 차(茶)문화치료 융합프로그램 경험에 대한 분석 결과를 토대로 노인복지실천 영역에서 코비드 19로 인한 노인 여가활동에 관심과 개입이 시급함을 제시하였다.

기혼자 '결혼' 인식에 대한 질적 연구 - '싱글'과 대비한 '결혼' 인식 - (Qualitative study on perceptions of marriage among married people - In comparison with single life -)

  • 본 연구에서는 기혼자 22명을 대상으로 심층면접을 통하여 기혼자의 '결혼'에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 심층 면접 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 기혼자들은 결혼을 통해 얻는 것이 있으면 잃는 것이 있다는 양면을 잘 인식하고 있었다. 즉 결혼을 하면서 잃어버린 자신의 세계에 대한 동경이 있고, 자유로웠던 싱글 시기를 그리워하고 아쉬워하지만, 반면에 결혼을 통해 안정감과 소속감을 얻게 되었고 외롭지 않다고 한다. 2. 기혼자들은 결혼은 경험하지 않으면 모르는 세계라고 인식한다. 싱글은 인생의 간만 보는 것이라면 결혼은 인생의 맛을 보는 것이라고 인식한다. 기혼자들이 결혼의 삶에서 찾아나가는 '맛'은 '가족과 자식의 힘', '인생 고비 뒤의 나를 찾아가는 길', '함께 하는 삶의 즐거움과 편안함', '넓어지는 삶의 폭, 높아지는 삶의 질'이다.

宋代 女子服飾에 대한 考察 (A Study on Women′s Dress of Song Dynasty)

  • Costumes of Song Dynasty developed after the patterns of the Tang. The rise of idealist philosophy in the Song Dynasty had a great impact on the life of the people, Under the influence of this ideology, people's views on aesthetics changed considerable. In architecture, for example, white washed walls and black tiles came into fashion. balustrades, pillars and roof beams were left unpainted so as to retain the true colour of he wood. In painting, also, simplicity and delicacy were valued, and the preferred medium was ink or light colours. The desire for simplicity was even more evidently reflected in clothing and related adornment, as public opinion was against excessive display in dress. Consequently, the clothing of the Song Dynasty was quite reserved and conservative, with fewer variations and quieter colours, thus conveying a feeling of simplicity and naturalness. Compared with the dress of Tang, the dress of the Song Dynasty had other variations. Therefore women's dress of Song was also reserved and conservative, with fewer variations and quieter colours, simplicity and naturaliness.

여대생의 성(性)인식 (Sexual Perception of Female College Students)

  • This study confirms and describes the meaning of the true experience on sexual perception of female college students as it is. Thus this study, revealing the structure of the meaning, tried to use phenomenal study tool as qualitative research design in order to seek nursing intervention for them. The method of data collection of this study was achieved February, 2000$\sim$August, 2000 through systematic interview, participation and observation from a focus group. The number of each focus group was 3 to 4, and the study analyzed with Giorgi method after selecting total 3 groups with 10 to saturate data, considering of the closeness among group members. The results are as follow; 1) Feeling psychological uneasy : feeling special mood, mysterious thing, tense thing, curious thing, concealing thing 2) Being to someone : receiving unilaterally, giving ahead, attracting attention, being to, being selected unilaterally 3) Feeling like to do together : relying, contacting, being together 4) Accepting another one's self : understanding the partner, taking responsibility for each other, enduring, trusting each other 5) Trying to be best to the partner : physically being pure, mentally being pure, being only one person to the partner, being open to each other, feeling free 6) Harmonizing conditions with conditions : considering appearance, one's family, economic support and so on 7) Making a love without premise of marriage : making a difference between marriage and love 8) Being a difference between men and women : being a different position, being shameful (because of not having a boyfriend), indecent thing 9) Being for a new life : conceiving a new life 10) Being able to have body touch : being able to kiss, being able to sleep together, being able to touch body 11) Being able to make homosexual love : being able to do homosexual love From the above results, right sexual education should deliver the value of sex which exists for life. So we need to develop the Korean-typed sexual education, according to the social and cultural background and reasonable demand level of education subjects. Furthermore we should give systematically connected education through the development of sexual education program by a developmental stage on the sex with broad and dynamic features, revealing different shapes each period of life. Since the members' value by culture is very different, reasonable and healthy sexual education cannot be done through a education program from foreign cultures. Consequently, the development of the study and program on sexual perception of Korean female college students suitable for the Korean cultural situation will be done.

서양복식에 나타난 양적과장의 미의식에 관한 연구 (II) - 현대패션을 중심으로 - (The Aesthtics Consciousness of Voluminous Enlargement in the Western Costume - In the 20th Century -)

  • This Studies on 20th century fashion was carried out according to the classification of the times as made up Belle Epoque, New Look, Big Look, and Body-Consciousness. Aside from research in literatures, research into 20th fashion also include the analysis of photo had been taken from various collection. The enlargement beauty of costume had been place under the aesthetic category and, by interpreting the analogies of presented in aesthetic consciousness. the true nature of the voluminous enlargement in costume had been traced. To conclude, this study finds there are between the aesthetic characteristic differences in the aesthetic consciousness of the costumes in history and the present-day fashion. The aesthetic consciousness of the voluminous enlargement of the present-day was found to have the following characteristic ; (1) History-oriented tradition (2) Metaphorica autonomous (3) Freedom of breaking with restriction (4) Dismantling the irregularity (5) Hedonistic play instinct (6) Psychological compensation (7) Sexual sensuality (8) Ideal of the times (9) Aesthetic ornament (10) Feeling of satisfaction through self-enlargement. From list above. metaphorical sensuality, aesthetic ornament and the feeling of satisfaction driven by Self-Enlargement are the same characteristics found in the aesthetics consciousness of the voluminous enlargement of the costume In history in that they are the aesthetic consciousness above time and space. It is metaphorical sensuality which transform woman's body in to distorted images as influenced by both capitalism and materialism in the last 20 years. These are represented by the sadomasochistic and fetish images as the woman's metaphorical voluminous enlargement is apparently becoming more positive, radical and obscene especially in terms of expression.
