Our platform introduced in this paper is based on DAVIC specifications which define high quality multimedia services with some extensions to provide user friendly and uniform interface to its users. We designed and implemented an integrated service platform for high quality interactive multimedia services, swithed digital broadcasting, and Internet services. The integration in terms of a service provider system, a delivery system, and a service user system is taken into account. Our research results in the development of integrated high quality interactive and digital broadcasting multimedia services with web-based common user interface and its experience will be feedback to the field trial service which will be launched from next year.

Domestic on-line game market is growing quickly, but game company doesn't grasp trial of users, and it is bent on to the contents service supply that it was lumped together only. If cannot reflect mind of a user to game contents service, decrease of the existing customer and influx of a new customer is difficult as a loyalty duty of company is decreasingly market share drops, and this is large to company sales will beat it. I will present marketing strategy regarding game contents service of game companys in this study as detecting factors to affect to reuse intention of on-line game users.

The realization of u-City is coming near in some local governments by applying various city services, namely, u-City services to the city construction field to improve competitiveness of the city. But it is a reality that some local governments are experiencing many trial and errors in application of the u-City service in addition to the problem posing that the u-City service is not considering characteristics of development or application environment of an individual city. The present research proposes a service model for on-site application of the u-City service to solve this problem. The proposed model suggests a method for specifically conceptualizing and objectifying the on-site application that the existing concept-oriented model or an architecture-oriented model, etc. didn't provide. The verification system on effectiveness or effects of the u-City service model to remove ambiguity on the u-City service especially. The verification system of the u-City service model grasps the technology, function, procedure and target, etc. that the u-City service contains, evaluates whether the model satisfies conditions that the model should have, and secures objectivity and predictability of the u-City service model through confirmation on propriety, implementation and effectiveness, etc.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to confirm the efficacy and safety of the treatment of gastritis with 'Hwangryunhaedok-tang'. Methods : Total 20 people, between 19 and 65 years old, will be recruited to participate in a comparative clinical trial. All subjects will take 2 capsules of Hwangryunhaedok-tang (Redoxin Cap.), 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals, for 8 weeks. Outcomes will be measured at the baseline, 4th week, and 8th week. Primary outcomes is the improvement rates of gastritis symptoms, such as heartburn, nausea/vomiting, abdominal bloating, anorexia, heartburn, and trim. Results : This trial was approved by institutional review board of Pusan National University Korean Medicine Hospital (registry number: 2018011), and registered in Clinical Research information Service, one of WHO. Recruitment opened in April 2019 and is supposed to be completed by December 2019. Conclusions : This trial will provide clinical information to determine the efficacy and safety of treatment of gastritis with 'Hwangryunhaedok-tang'.

This paper presents the analysis of the speed-power performance in the real sea using a large container vessel data provided as a test bed from a shipping company. To perform a speed trial of the vessel during a commercial voyage, the on-board measuring device and various operation data acquisition systems were mounted on the vessel for long-term performance monitoring and the voyage operated under the container loading condition close to the design draft was adopted. The content of this paper consists of Part I and Part II. Part I, such as this paper, contains the speed trial method and analysis results of the operating vessel. Part II contains the analysis of the speed-power characteristics change over time and before and after hull cleaning using operation data measured from the voyage operated under a condition similar to the speed trial.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to compare a treatment focusing on the physical function to an intervention focusing on a cognitive strategy in stroke patients which improves their performance skills of daily activities. Methods : This study design was a randomized control trial selecting 43 people with stroke patients. This study consisted of a control group, which received conventional occupational therapy focusing on physical function, and an experimental group which was trained to develop a cognitive strategy by themselves. Both groups each received 10 sessions of the treatment. This study compared the skills for performing daily activities before and after the intervention and analyzed the data with SPSS Ver. 18.0. Results : This study showed a significant improvement in all performance skills in the experimental group (p<.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the performance skills before and after the intervention in the control group (p>.05). Conclusions : It was verified that stroke patients to develop a cognitive strategy by themselves is more effective than to improve the physical function in performance skills for daily activities.

A field trial of norfloxacin on bovine 206, swine 222 and poultry 205 with respiratory diseases and diarrhea was conducted from Sept 1, 1990 to Jan 30, 1991 in Inchon and Kyonggi-do. The results are as follows. 1. Guinea pigs and rabbits were dosages 10 and 20 times normal. Ten days of observation saw no side effect. 2. Oral treatment on bovine, swine and poultry showed a curing rate of 82.00∼89.06%(Mean 86.00%), compared with 87.27∼96.36%(Mean 92.24%) by Injection. 3. The curing rate was 81.92% by the fourth treatment. 4. The curing rate with and without the use of adjuvant was 80.00∼100% and 83.60∼93. 10%, respectively, for swine, and 81.82∼100% and 82.00∼97.14% for bovine. 5. The curing rate was more dependent on seriousness of illness, environment and time than age. 6. The main disease causing bacteria of bovine respiratory diseases： Haemolytic Sta 27.62%, Haemolytic Str 33.33%, sum of this bacteria is 60.95%, diarrhea: Haemolytic coliform 80.20%, swine respiratory diseases； Haemophilus Spp 20.95%, Haemolytic Sta 72%, Haemolytic Str 21.90%, Sum of these bacteria is 68.57％, diarrhea; Haemolytic coliform 57.26%, poultry respiratory diseases； mycoplasma Spp 29.52%, Haemolytic Sta 13.33％, Sum of this bacteria is 42.85%, diarrhea； Haemolytic coliform 53.00%. 7. The curing rate of norfloxacin by species of strain, the unidentified bacteria on bovine respiratory diseases was the lowest with 77.78％, the others ranged from 84.21％ to 100％ with most of them over 90%. 8. The loss of clinical sign on bovine and swine was the highest when after 2∼4 application. 9. In terms of antibiotic sensitivity test, norfloxacin was the highest with 84.62∼100％ (mean 90.09％) among eight bacterias, only 5 of 15 antibiotics had a sensitivity of over 56.25%, showing a high degree of tolerance.

Objectives : Primary dysmenorrhea is one of the most common female gynecological diseases. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy have been used to treat dysmenorrhea in Korea. The aim of this review was to examine the effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for primary dysmenorrhea as described in studies in Korea. Methods : A total of 8 databases were searched, with the search concluding February 15, 2015. These were the Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System, DBpia, Korean Studies Information Service System, National Digital Science Library, Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal, Research Information Sharing Service, and Pubmed. Randomized controlled Trails(RCTs) comparing acupuncture or moxibustion therapy with non acupoints stimulation or medication were selected. Data abstraction and assessment of methodology was conducted by authors and disagreements were resolved by discussion. Results : 7 trials were included in this review, with a total of 308 participants. 4 trials reported on acupuncture, 1 trial reported on acupress by magnet, 1 trial reported on pharmacopuncture, and the other trial reported on moxibustion. Quality of methodology was low. 2 trials showed that experimental therapy was effective for pain relief compared to the controlled group. However, 5 trials did not show a significant difference in pain relief. Conclusions : Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy may reduce period pain, however, it is needed for well designed RCTs in Korea.

Since Amazon announced plans to deliver goods to customers using drones, many countries and companies have become interested in drone logistics delivery services and have begun testing drone delivery for various goods based on service scenarios. Whenever there is news of a successful drone delivery anywhere in the world, people increasingly expect the delivery of goods through drones. Although delivery services using drones are currently in a trial-and-error stage, given technical limitations and institutional and social constraints, a complete shift to drone logistics delivery is not yet possible. In anticipation of the drone logistics delivery service, recent drone delivery tests, current service trends, and requirements for drone delivery service will be examined.

So far, almost all IP media services are targeted to the specific devices, for example, IPTV services are mainly for TV, and social community services are mainly for PC etc.. This paper describes newly developed media service platform in which the high quality video services can be provided not only to the TV or PC but also to the PMP(Portable Media Player) and even to the mobile phone. The major technical issues of the service platform are synchronization of contents among the different devices and high quality TV grade video display in PMP device. We confirmed successful operation of multi-device converged services in the developed media platform. We also have a trial service plan in Gwangju city at the end of this year.
