Clausewitz's On War is a very difficult classic. Because its manuscript was not completed by him, and the Korean translations are hard to understand. Seven Korean translations of the twelve, all of the Korean translations of On War, are the plagiarisms or very alike to the former translations. It remains only five translations, to that is worth reading. Even the five are composed of Korean, difficult to understand. Because they are full of japanese and chinese terms, the sentence structures too long and complex, and many of terms too 'military'. Now is the time to translate the book new, that is understandable with easy and simple terms and short sentences.

In this paper, we first adapt Runge's Theorem to work on certain domains in any complex Banach space. Then, using this result, we extend Birkhoff's Theorem on the hypercyclicity of translations on $H(\mathbb{C})$ and Costakis' and Sambarino's result on the existence of common hypercyclic functions for uncountable families of translations on $H(\mathbb{C})$ to subs paces of $H_b(E)$ (in some cases all of $H_{b}$(E)), E being in a large class of Banach spaces.

In this paper, we propose an automatic extraction model for unknown translations and implement an unknown translation extraction system using the proposed model. The proposed model as a phrase-alignment model is incorporated with three models: a phrase-boundary model, a language model, and a translation model. Using the proposed model we implement the system for extracting unknown translations, which consists of three parts: construction of parallel corpora, alignment of Korean and English words, extraction of unknown translations. To evaluate the performance of the proposed system we have established the reference corpus for extracting unknown translation, which comprises of 2,220 parallel sentences including about 1,500 unknown translations. Through several experiments, we have observed that the proposed model is very useful for extracting unknown translations. In the future, researches on objective evaluation and establishment of parallel corpora with good quality should be performed and studies on improving the performance of unknown translation extraction should be kept up.

The Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO) is the de facto standard ontology to describe human phenotypes in detail, and it is actively used, particularly in the field of rare disease diagnoses. For clinicians who are not fluent in English, the HPO has been translated into many languages, and there have been four initiatives to develop Japanese translations. At the Biomedical Linked Annotation Hackathon 6 (BLAH6), a rule-based approach was attempted to determine the preferable Japanese translation for each HPO term among the candidates developed by the four approaches. The relationship between the HPO and Mammalian Phenotype translations was also investigated, with the eventual goal of harmonizing the two translations to facilitate phenotype-based comparisons of species in Japanese through cross-species phenotype matching. In order to deal with the increase in the number of HPO terms and the need for manual curation, it would be useful to have a dictionary containing word-by-word correspondences and fixed translation phrases for English word order. These considerations seem applicable to HPO localization into other languages.

This study analyzed the translation strategies of four Chinese translations of 『Who ate all the Sing a?』. As is well known, Park Wan-seo's works contain many psychological descriptions, abstract vocabulary, idioms, proverbs, dialects, etc., so when translating into Chinese, various translation strategies such as translation, interpretation, and creative translation are required. Although all four types studied in this paper are somewhat different depending on the translator, all translation strategies were used in a comprehensive way. As a result of the study, all four translation strategies used a strategy of direct translation of Chinese characters when translating geographical namesand names of people. The interpretational translation strategy was used for the translation of vocabulary that requires historical, social, cultural, and geography background interpretation. was utilized. The creative translation strategy was used when translating overlapping issues, political and historically sensitive issues, and issues related to Korean pronunciation and grammar. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that translation strategy research on various Chinese translations of Korean modern literature as well as various Chinese translations of Park Wan-seo will be expanded.
