  • This paper described an on-line condition monitoring device for rotating machines by measurement of unbalance current due to insulation deterioration. The device consists of a zero-phase current transformer (ZCT), a low-noise amplifying circuit, and a microprocessor unit. The prototype device measures current of $500\;{\mu}A\;{\sim}\;30\;mA$ in frequency ranges from 10 Hz to 3 kHz. An application experiment was carried out on 3-phase induction motors and we could measure current changes caused by a short-circuited turn.

  • In this paper, we represent both occurrence reason of Surge-voltage and Leakage current of AC drive system which is operated by Voltage-type PWM Inverter. It generates a compensating voltage which has the same amplitude as, but the opposite phase to, the common-mode voltage produced by the PWM inverter. The compensating voltage is superimposed on the inverter output by a common-mode transformer. As a result, the common-mode voltage applied to the load is canceled completely. The design method of the active common-mode noise canceler is also presented in detail. Therefore, we try to describe the method controling both of them and all of the proprieties are proved by our experiment.

  • 최근 용접분야에서는 용접성능을 향상시키기 위하여 인버터회로를 용접기에 적용한 인버터 용접기에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다,. 그러나 범용의 인버터 용접기의 경우 다이오드 정류기를 사용함에 저차의 전류고조파가 발생하고 시스템 역율을 저하시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인버터 아크 용접기의 역율개선을 위한 PWM 컨버터에 관하여 연구하여 입력전류의 저차 고조파를 저감하였고 전원전압과 동상으로 전원전류를 제어함에 의한 단위 역율형 인버터 용접기의 특성을 해석하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 에너지 절약, 용접 특성, 역율, 사용율, 크기 및 부피 등의 관점에서 인버터 아크용접기의 응용연구 및 실험적 분석을 수행하였고 용접기 시스템에서 발생하는 전기적 노이즈를 억제하고 전력용 반도체 소자를 보호할 목적으로 새로운 노이즈 차폐변압기를 채택하였다. 이상의 전체시스템은 싱글칩 마이크로 프로세서를 이용한 디지털 제어기로 구현함으로서 제어기의 유연성과 기능의 다양화를 추구하였다.

  • The DC/DC power converter increase switching frequency in order to achieve small size, a low noise, and light weight. However, the power switches have high power losses and switching stresses as the switching frequency is increased. Therefore in this paper, the author propose the Soft-Switching Forward-Flyback PWM DC/DC converter using assistant-circuit, based on forward-flyback operation of a high-frequency transformer. The proposed converter scheme is verified by simulation and experiment.

  • 최근 소득수준이 높아짐에 따라 쾌적한 주거환경에 대한 욕구가 높아짐에 따라 소음에 대한 민원이 증가하고 있는 추세이나, 아직까지 변압기 소음에 대한 체계적인 대책을 세운 사례는 전무한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 변전소의 주 소음원인 변압기의 소음을 예측하기 위하여 소음레벨을 수치적으로 해석하는 변압기 소음예측 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한 소음민원이 예상되는 한 변전소를 선정하여 소음예측 시뮬레이션과 실제 소음측정을 통하여 그 결과를 비교하였다.

  • In this paper discusses isolation driver of single phase AC-DC reversible power converter The reversible power converter driven by binary combination at different transformer winding ratio by BCD code level. It has a advantage that constructs a control system simply and obtain load current of good quality with out filter circuit and free from noise or isolation for lower switching frequency. In this research, study on current type converter and inverter circuit that consist for possibility of AC-DC/BC-AC multi-level reversible converter.

  • An auxiliary real-time train communications system among drivers, train-traffic controllers and field workers is necessary to share hazard information (i.e. rockfall detection, track maintenance) in low visibility zones (long tunnels and steep curved track). To develop the appropriate communication system, this paper proposes a new way of power line communication using the rail track (Rail - PLC), which has little noise and distortion of attenuation. Therefore, it is important to measure the impedance of the rail and to apply an impedance matching technique to increase the transmission characteristic of the Rail - PLC. This study would evaluate the reflection and the transmission characteristics of the rail using a network analyzer and an impedance matching transformer. The suitable impedance matching ratio was 1:3.28 from the result of back-to-back testing. The results confirmed that the transformer can improve the performance of the transmission signal in Rail - PLC using an impedance matching technique.

  • Guaranteeing the quality and integrity of structural health monitoring (SHM) data is very important for an effective assessment of structural condition. However, sensory system may malfunction due to sensor fault or harsh operational environment, resulting in multiple types of data anomaly existing in the measured data. Efficiently and automatically identifying anomalies from the vast amounts of measured data is significant for assessing the structural conditions and early warning for structural failure in SHM. The major challenges of current automated data anomaly detection methods are the imbalance of dataset categories. In terms of the feature of actual anomalous data, this paper proposes a data anomaly detection method based on data-level and deep learning technique for SHM of civil engineering structures. The proposed method consists of a data balancing phase to prepare a comprehensive training dataset based on data-level technique, and an anomaly detection phase based on a sophisticatedly designed network. The advanced densely connected convolutional network (DenseNet) and Transformer encoder are embedded in the specific network to facilitate extraction of both detail and global features of response data, and to establish the mapping between the highest level of abstractive features and data anomaly class. Numerical studies on a steel frame model are conducted to evaluate the performance and noise immunity of using the proposed network for data anomaly detection. The applicability of the proposed method for data anomaly classification is validated with the measured data of a practical supertall structure. The proposed method presents a remarkable performance on data anomaly detection, which reaches a 95.7% overall accuracy with practical engineering structural monitoring data, which demonstrates the effectiveness of data balancing and the robust classification capability of the proposed network.
