Aspergillus oryzae is a filamentous fungus classified in the group Aspergillaceae Ascomycetes. It is an important microorganism for industrial production of enzymes and fermented food productions. It secrets large quantities of proteins or enzymes into the culture medium which makes this organism appealing for the production of heterologous proteins. Recently Electric field-mediated transformation method, electroporation, has been applied to fungal transformation. In this study, fungal transformation was carried out by bypassing the protoplast isolation step, decreasing the culturing time and non-protoplast transformation for the increment of transformation efficiency. Transformants were obtained with electroporation in optimal condition 2,500 voltage, 1,540 ohm and 0.50 capacitance. More than 1,000 transform ants were obtained with 6-10 hrs cultured mycelia without enzyme treatment, called non-protoplast transformation.

Laccase catalyzes the oxidation and polymerization of aromatic compounds in the presence of molecular oxygen. The oxidative transformation of chlorophene with laccase was conducted in a closed, temperature controlled system. The optimal pH for transformation of chlorophene was proven to be about 5-6. As the temperature rose up to $55^{\circ}C$, the transformation of chlorophene increased. The chlorophene transformation was not enhanced in the presence of soluble polymers. The toxicity of the reaction mixture was increased two times than that of initial reaction mixture after the enzymatic treatment. ABTS has enhanced chlorophene transformation at 0.1 mM and showed negative linear relationship with residual chlorophene by the reaction.

The purpose of this study is to investigates the effect of SMEs' digital transformation efforts in O2O platforms on customer engagement. This study focuses on digitalization, which is a practically viable phase for SMEs using O2O platforms among the three digital transformation stages (digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation). This study specifically categorizes digital transformation efforts into three categories: information diversity, responsiveness to customers, and the degree of functional use. To analyze the impact of these efforts on customer engagement, we conducted a zero-inflated negative binomial regression using the dataset provided by Naver SmartPlace, a representative O2O platform in South Korea. The results present that the positive relationship between these aforementioned factors and customer engagement. Thus, this study demonstrates that utilizing O2O platforms can be an effective strategy for SMEs that lack the resources to achieve a successful digital transformation.

In case of analysis of discrete data, it shows by way of example orthogonal array experiment for o, 1 data. This paper introduced expirical logit transformation and the type of Freeman-Tukey inverse sine transformation. As the result of analysis of variance, empirical logit transformation turned out a mistake in application but it is possible for graphical analysis by normal probability paper.

The Box-Cox power transformation is generally used for variance stabilization. Recently, Shin and Kang (2001) showed, under the Box-Cox transformation, invariant properties to the original model under the large mean and relatively small variance assumptions in time series analysis. In this paper feedback linearization of valve-controlled nonlinear hydraulic velocity control system is studied. The $C^{\infty}$ nonlinear transformation T is obtained, and it is shown that this transformation is global one. Linear equivalence of nonlinear hydraulic velocity control system is obtained by this global nonlinear transformation, and linear state feedback control law is applied to this linear model. It is shown that this transformation method is to the linear approximation by simulation study..

We have investigated the feasibility of using cyclic ambident nucleophiles in s-triazine ring transformation reaction and found that they can replace the $N_{1}-C_{2-N_{3}$ fragment of s-triazine directly in basic conditions, yielding the corresponding bicyclic products. In this paper, we described the reaction and mechanistic aspects of s-triazine to pyrimidopyrimidine transformation by 6-aminouracil derivatives. This type of ring transformation is supposed to be first attempt that deals with the successful s-triazine to bicyclic heterocycle transformation.

The aim of this research is comparing the existing approximation models (e.g. Affine Transformation and Direct Linear Transformation) with Rational Function Model as a substitute of rigorous sensor model of linear array scanner, especially push-broom sensor. To do so, this research investigates the mathematical model of each approximation method. This is followed by the assessments of accuracy of transformation from object space to image space by using simulated data generated by collinearity equations which incorporate or depict the physical aspects of linear array sensor.

A simple type of Cohen's transformation consists of a polynomial and a linear fractional transformation. We study the effectiveness of Cohen transformation to find N-polynomials over finite fields.
