This paper discusses missing data processing using simple moving average (SMA) and kalman filter. Also SMA and kalman predictive value are made a comparative study. Time series analysis is a generally method to deals with time series data in photovoltaic field. Photovoltaic system records data irregularly whenever the power value changes. Irregularly recorded data must be transferred into a consistent format to get accurate results. Missing data results from the process having same intervals. For the reason, it was imputed using SMA and kalman filter. The kalman filter has better performance to observed data than SMA. SMA graph is stepped line graph and kalman filter graph is a smoothing line graph. MAPE of SMA prediction is 0.00737%, MAPE of kalman prediction is 0.00078%. But time complexity of SMA is O(N) and time complexity of kalman filter is O(D2) about D-dimensional object. Accordingly we suggest that you pick the best way considering computational power.
Based on the "Archives and Records Management of Public Agencies Act" enacted from the year 2000, the Korean local districts, in a near future, will establish local archives. According to this law, the archives of provincial states and municipal cities are to be conserved permanently, whereas the archives of local districts are to be conserved temporally. Subsequently, the important archives that are categorized as the permanent documents will be transferred to the provincial archives. However the Korean local districts, which are well known for long history of self-administration, are better to preserve permanent documents in their own archives. Moreover, it is necessary for the local archives to collect and compile public and private documents as well. Also it is advisable for the local archives to associate with local citizens by holding lectures and exhibitions which would endow the archives a status as the cultural centre for local districts. By doing so, the local archives could be more important to the population for their cultural and practical necessities than the remotely municipal archives. Furthermore, according to the rule of field preservation, it is better to conserve documents in the local archives. If the government will decide to transfer permanent documents to the municipal archives, the local archives are recommended to keep micro-film copy by themselves.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of children who visited the pediatric emergency department (PED) following an accident. Method: Data were obtained from the medical records of 4,010 children who visited the PED from January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2006. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 13.0 version. Results: The percentage of children who visited the PED for treatment following an accident was 14.9%. There were more boys (63.5%) than girls. The largest age group for children visiting the PED was preschool aged children. Slip downs were the most frequent accident (37.1%). The face was the most frequently injured area of the body (26.0%). Most (93.3%) of the children who visited the PED were classified as non-emergency, 6.5% as emergency and 0.2% as urgent. About 70.0% of children were examined and 50% of children were medicated. Fifty percent stayed in the PED department for less than 2 hours, and 88.0% of children were discharged to home. Nine percent were admitted, and 2.2% were transferred to other hospitals. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the need for accident prevention education for parents, and the need to develop effective education for clinical nurses working in PED.
RDBMS is a widely used database system worldwide, and the term dataset refers to the vast amount of data produced in administrative information systems using RDBMS. Unlike business systems that mainly produce administrative documents, administrative information systems generate records centered around the unique tasks of organizations. These records differ from traditional approval documents and metadata, making it challenging to seamlessly transfer them to standard record management systems. With the 2022 revision of the 'Public Records Act Enforcement Decree,' dataset was included in the types of records for which only management authority is transferred. The core aspect of this revision is the need to manage the lifecycle of records within administrative information systems. However, there has been little exploration into how to manage dataset within administrative information systems. As a result, this research aims to design a database for a record management module that needs to be integrated into administrative information systems to manage the lifecycle of records. By modifying and supplementing ISO 16175-1:2020, we are designing an "human resource management system" and identifying and evaluating personnel management dataset. Through this, we aim to provide a concrete example of record management within administrative information systems. It's worth noting that the prototype system designed in this research has limitations in terms of data volume compared to systems currently in use within organizations, and it has not yet been validated by record researchers and IT developers in the field. However, this endeavor has allowed us to understand the nature of dataset and how they should be managed within administrative information systems. It has also affirmed the need for a record management module's database within administrative information systems. In the future, once a complete record management module is developed and standards are established by the National Archives, it is expected to become a necessary module for organizations to manage dataset effectively.

Purpose: An increase in the demand for specialized Trauma Centers led to a government-driven campaign, that began in 2009. Our hospital was selected as one of the Trauma Centers, and we reviewed data on trauma patients in order to correlate the mortality at a regional Trauma Center with its contributing factors, such as the severity of the injury, the means of arrival, and the time duration before arrival at our center. Methods: Data on the patients who visited our Trauma Center from January 2010 to November 2011 were retrospectively reviewed using electronic medical records. The patients who had revised trauma scores (RTSs) less than 7 or injury severity scores (ISSs) greater than 15 were included. The patients were categorized as survivors and non-survivors, and the means of arrival as transferred or visited directly. Time durations before arrival of less than one hour were also taken intoconsideration. Results: Two hundred(200) patients were enrolled, and the mortality rate was 36.5%. The most common cause of the accident was an automobile accident, and the most common cause of death was brain injury. The RTSs and the ISSs were significantly different in the non-survivor and the survivor groups. The mortality rate of the patients who were transferred was not statistically different from that of patients who visited directly. However, a time duration before arrival of less than one hour was statistically meaningful. Conclusion: The prognosis of the trauma patients were correlated with the severity of the trauma as can be expected, but the time between the incidence of accident and the arrival at hospital and whether the presence of transfer to trauma center were not statistically significant to the prognosis.
Inlay (入絲), a poetic technique of digging grooves in the surface of crafts and decorating them with metal materials, was used throughout the royal daily routines, ceremonies and government officials of the Joseon Dynasty. The government-owned handicraft industry in the Joseon Dynasty was composed of craftsmen belonging to central and local government offices and was operated mainly by government-owned craftsmen. The inlay craftsman was transferred to the central government office and was in charge of inlay poetry for crafts. The current records of Korean inlay craftsmen are concentrated in the state-owned handicraft industry. In the state-owned handicraft industry, the government offices of inlay craftsmen can be divided into Kongjo (工造), Sangeuiwon (尙衣院), and the military. Here the election of a temporary government office for airspace is added. The government offices and military inlay craftsmen who use inlay crafts are assigned, and the inlay craftsmen are placed separately in the temporary office where the fine division of labor is developed. It can be made by utilizing craftsmen. The operation of these production systems was indispensable in pre-modern Korean society, where crafts had to be produced by hand. In this paper, we investigated the roles and job types of craftsmen in the state-owned handicraft industry during the Joseon Dynasty, focusing on inlay craftsmen. Although the details applied to the characteristics and materials of the field, labor supply and demand, etc. are different, Korea pursued crafts for various purposes through craftsmanship within the framework of the basic state-owned handicraft policy . The institutional equipment for implementation was almost common. We believe that adding and analyzing some literature records and relics will help us to study the crafts of the Joseon era in more detail.

Digital material transferred to the court for litigation shall be disposed by the procedure in the court records management regulations and the digital material collected by the investigator in order to prove the suspect's allegation shall be disposed by the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Regulation No.876(digital material's regulation of collection, examine and management). the court ordered the disposal of digital material that is the subject of litigation based on the related laws when criminal lawsuits and civil lawsuits are finalized. however, there is no specific procedure to enforce the disposal order of the court, and the enforcement order stipulates that the enforcement agent is not a professional officer who has proven expertise but a related public official. there is a problem in the enforcement of digital material that the court ordered to disposal because it is not specified. therefore, this is paper proposes a procedure for effectively enforcing the court's order to revoke digital material.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the toxicologic characteristics of two groups of patients with acute intoxication for two different time periods and to make recommendations based on the results of this study. Methods: We reviewed retrospectively the medical records of patients with acute intoxication in our emergency center from June 1997 to May 1998 (group A) and from June 2000 to May 2003 (group B), and we evaluated differences in the epidemiologic and the toxicologic characteristics between the two groups. Results: The ratios of the number of patients with acute intoxication to the total numbers of patients who visited our emergency department were $0.49\%$ and $0.52\%$ for groups A and B, respectively. In both groups many poisoned patients visited our emergency center from 4:00 pm to midnight. The interval between the time of intoxication and arrival at the hospital was significantly shorter in group B. The number of patients transferred to our emergency center was larger in group B. Attempted suicide was the major cause of acute intoxication in both groups. Major toxic substances in both groups were centrally active drugs and insecticides. The number of comatose and mechanically ventilated patients was larger in group B. However, there was no statistically significant difference in the mortality rates. Conclusion: Emergency physicians who manage intoxicated patients should recognize regional characteristics and differences in the toxicologic characteristics of poisoning. In addition, the establishment of a poisoning control center in the regional emergency center is necessary to integrate data control and to enhance specialized management of intoxicated patients.
The contrast medium is very commonly used in more than 90% of computed tomography(CT) scans. It is difficult to predict the occurrence of adverse reactions and the degree of adverse reactions are diverse from mild urticaria, itching, nausea, vomiting to even cardiopulmonary arrest. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the symptoms, occurrence rate and risk factors of the adverse reactions in patients after contrast injection during CT examinations. Two hundreds sixty-five patients showed symptoms of adverse reactions out of 71,117 adult patients who received intravenous contrast administration during CT scans from January 2003 to December 2003 at a general hospital. Data was collected by reviewing adverse reaction records and electronic medical record. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Adverse reactions occurred in 265 out of a total of 71,117 patients(0.37%). Clinical symptoms of adverse reactions were most commonly dermatologic problems such as urticaria(69.81%) and itching(63.02%), followed by dyspnea(14.34%), dizziness(11.70%), nausea(6.79%), and vomiting(7.17%). 2. Anaphylactoid reactions occurred in 47 out of a total of 265 patients, and their pattern of symptoms were most commonly related to cardiovascular system(90.91%), followed by respiratory system(82.22%), gastrointestinal system(51.72%), and dermatologic system(16.51%). Eleven patients were transferred to emergency room for further treatment and two patients needed cardiopulmonary resuscitation. 3. The adverse reactions were significantly more common in women than in men(0.46% vs.0.32%, p=.003) and in type D contrast medium than the others(p<.001). The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was not significantly different according to the age and infusion speed of the contrast medium.

We surveyed the discordance rate of principal diagnosis made at emergency room(ER) & made at ward on discharge of the patients. Subjects were four hundred eighty cases who came to the ER of one third-line hospital from January 1, 1998 to January 31, 1998. The discordance rate was higher in patients admitted to medical department(8.2%) than surgical department(1.5%). If the patients were transferred to other department during hospital stay, discordance rate increased from 3.3% to 6.3%. In conclusion, discordance rate of principal diagnosis made at ER and made at ward was higher in patients with complicated problems. Medical record department should keep these findings in mind if it has a plan to support the management of ER record.
