While the housing transaction price of Seoul tends to be stagnant or declining in line with the housing market recession since 2007, the jeonse price keeps continual increase. Such flow of jeonse price change has a serious influence on ordinary person's housing stability seriously. Therefore, it is very meaningful in terms of social policy to analyze the trend of recent jeonse price change. This study aims to have an empirical analysis of structural characteristics of the trend of recent jeonse price change. After the review of various previous studies, this study selected housing jeonse price index, non-sold house quantity, jeonse vs. transaction price rate, and housing construction performance as analytical variables, and employed monthly time series resources from January 2007 to April 2011. As a result, when the housing supply reduced, the potential quantity for jeonse market reduced that occurred unbalance of supply and demand in jeonse market. In turn, it caused the increase of jeonse price. And, in case of jeonse vs. transaction price rate change, the rate increased which means the increase of required rate of return of invested demand. As such, the increase of market risk degenerates the investment sentiment which caused the reduction of quantity for jeonse market as a submarket.

국내 자본시장의 개방으로 주가변동에 따른 위험분산 외국의 단기성자금에 의한 국내증권시장의 교란을 억제하고 투자활성화를 위해 도입된 주가지수선물의 헤징은 다른 종류의 금융선물 및 상품선물거래 도입을 촉진하게 될 것이고 이는 결국 국내 금융기관 국제경쟁력을 높이고 우리 금융시장 선진화를 앞당기는데 기여할 것이다. 또한 위험분산기능과가격발전기능을 통해 경제안정과 경제활동 원활화에도 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다. 결국주가지수선물시대가 열림에 따라 국내 주식시장에 따라 지수편입종목의 거래량 확대, 선물지수의 변동으로 초래될 주식시장의 변화에 대해서도 보다 높은 관심을 가져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, a design and implementation for direct deal distribution platform is proposed to bypass the complex traditional distribution structure of agricultural market, as one of the fields where distribution patterns have changed. In the case of domestic agricultural distribution, demand and supply are unstable since the sales market is excessively concentrated in the designated wholesale market. Besides sales must go through multiple stages of distribution leading to problems in freshness and stability of agricultural products and downward pressure on profit margins for producers. To solve the above mentioned issues, we propose a cloud service convergence direct deal distribution platform based on asynchronous-driven Node.js. The proposed platform can facilitate a variety of direct trading functions and also access to visualization information related to agricultural products, which may increase user confidence at an intermediary-free direct transactions platform. First, we describe the requirements of intermediary-free direct transactions of agricultural products and transaction entities. Next the database structure and transaction functions are designed and then implemented according to those requirements. Finally, an API based cloud convergence service structure is designed to provide the analyzed information to ensure a trustworthy system.

시스템의 장애와 재해로부터 기업의 자산을 보호하는 것은 IT 운영 관리자들이 가장 고려해야 할 사항들 중 하나이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 이러한 재해 복구를 위한 백업 시스템을 제안하였다. 기존의 백업 방식이 데이터베이스의 업데이트가 발생하면 그 이력이 개장 기록(redo log) 파일에 저장이 되고 이 기록파일이 예정된 파일의 크기를 넘어서면 순차적으로 기록보관소 기록(archive log) 파일들로 저장된다. 그러므로 데이터베이스의 변경이 생기는 동안 실시간 변경되는 데이터를 백업받는 과정에 데이터 손실의 오류가 발생할 수 있다. 제안한 백업 시스템은 온라인 개장 기록을 처리기록(transaction log) 데이터베이스로 실시간 백업하고, 기존 백업방법에서 누락 될 수 있는 자료보관소 기록(archive log)으로 백업된다. 그러므로 데이터의 복구 시 온라인으로 개장 기록까지 실시간 복구가 가능하여 데이터의 손실을 최소화 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 멀티스레드 처리방법으로 데이터 복제가 수행되어 시스템의 성능도 향상 시킬 수 있도록 설계하였다. 설계된 백업 시스템의 안정성을 검증하기 위하여 CPN(Coloured Petri Nets)을 도입 하였으며, 백업시스템의 각 수행 단계는 CPN의 그래픽으로 도식화 하고, CPN의 정의와 정리를 기반으로 안정성을 검증하였다.

This study examined the effect of waiting in a service queue on the evaluation of service quality focused on its overall process, mediators and moderators The conceptual model of this paper integrates key variables derived from previous studies of consumer waiting behavior. Data obtained from actual customers in service queue at a hospital was used to test the theoretical framework. First, results from the path analysis confirm that negative affect and acceptability of the wait function as mediators in the process that the perceived duration of the wait affects customer's evaluation of overall service quality. Second, the analysis of the data, with the use of moderate regression shows that disconfirmation of wait time expectations, transaction importance, stability of wait time and wait environment work as moderate variables for the relationship between perceived duration of wait and negative affect. For the relationship between perceived wait time and acceptability of the wait, on the other hand, only transaction import ante shows a significant effect as a moderator.

In this paper, we propose the concept of orthonormalized compressed measurement for the stability analysis of discrete linear time-varying Kalman filters. Unlike previous studies that deal with the homogeneous portion of Kalman filters, the proposed Lyapunov method directly deals with the stochastically-driven system. The orthonorrmalized compressed measurement provides information on the a priori state estimate of the Kalman filter at the k-th step that is propagated from the a posteriori state estimate at the previous block of time. Since the complex multiple-step propagations of a candidate Lyapunov function with process and measurement noises can be simplified to a one-step Lyapunov propagation by the orthonormalized compressed measurement, a stochastic radius of attraction can be derived that would be impractically difficult to obtain by the conventional multiple-step Lyapunov method.

A novel simulation scheme of transient phenomenon for the photovoltaic (PV) generation system under the real weather conditions has been proposed in this paper. A grid connected PV array is simulated using PSCAD/EMTDC. The transient changes of the output current of PV array under the real weather conditions is described and the output current of DC/AC converter flowing through the utility power network is also analyzed with the PWM switching width. Moreover, the MPPT control of PV generation system is combined to the system during the simulation for the comparison purposes of the control schemes. The outcome of the simulation demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed simulation scheme. The result shows that the cost effective verifying for the efficiency or availability and stability of PV generation systems and the comparison research of various control schemes like MPPT under the same real whether conditions are eventually possible.

As the construction of renewable energy generators is on the rise and gets bigger in size, researchers pay more and more attention to the impact of such facilities on the power market as well as on the stability of power grid system. In Korea, while studies on the latter, including calculating the marginal capacity of renewable energy generators, is being made, those on the former has not yet been performed. As such, this paper analyses the impact of a big renewable energy generators on the price and transaction cost of domestic power market and proposes ideas to minimize such influence by applying the technology of forecasting renewable energy.

This article studied on international trade dispute of enforcement procedure of foreign arbitral awards at Korean Supreme Court, which is especially related to New York Convention article 5, The key points of most enforcement procedure were about public policy according New York Convention article 5, 2, b and New York Convention article 5, 1. Particularly, Judgement of public policy from Supreme Court represented that the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral award is to present and protect basic moral conviction and social order from spoiling, and not only domestic situation but also international stability of transaction should be taken into consideration in judging on recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral award, which is construed under certain limitation. In this paper, an experiment for the active vibration control of a cantilever beam uses electromagnet as an actuator and uses a laser sensor to measure the position of the bending beam, constituting a non-contacting control system. A mathematical model of the overall system is derived to analytically design an appropriate controller. Dynamic equations of the electromagnetic actuator and the beam are combined to find the transfer function from the actuator to the sensor. The effectiveness of the obtained model is verified by various experiments and an improper PID controller is designed based on the obtained model. According to analysis, the coefficient of the derivative controller is the most important parameter for handling the performance and the stability margin of the control system. The experimental results of the active control system are compared with those of the open loop system.
