This study aims to add insight into the effectiveness of e-training, e-leadership, work-life balance, and work motivation on millennial generation employees' performance in today's work life amid the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic that requires to work more online. Unlike previous generations, millennials are technology-literate, intent on succeeding quickly, give up easily, and seek instantaneous gratification. The population in this study are millennial generation employees at one of Honda motorcycle dealers in Jakarta, Indonesia. The number of samples collected was 200. The sampling technique used is the side probability method, with proportional random sampling technique. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach through survey methods and Structural Equation Modeling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to millennial generation employees, with results then processed through the Lisrel 8.5 program. The results of this study show, first, that e-training, e-leadership, and work-life balance have positive effect on work motivation. Second, e-training, e-leadership, work-life balance, and work motivation have positive effect on employees' performance. The findings indicate that companies must pay attention to the factors of e-training, e-leadership, and work-life balance to keep employees motivated and to maintain optimal employee performance, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic through working online.

Purpose: This research compares self-leadership, team efficacy, problem solving processes and task satisfaction in response to teaching methods applied to nursing students, and determines whether variations exist. Method: This research experiments before and after the training of a nonequivalent group. The subjects were 36 learners of action learning methods and 39 learners of nursing course methods, and the research took place from October through December 2012. Results: Prior to the training, the general features and measurable variables of the two groups of subjects were similar, and self-leadership, team efficacy, problem solving process and task satisfaction in both groups were elevated compared to pre-training. In particular, in comparison with the nursing course, there was a notable difference in scores, the action learning method receiving high scores in the problem solving process (t=2.92, p=.005) and task satisfaction (t=2.54, p=.013) Conclusion: It is recommended that educators not only conduct the practice training course for teaching methods, but also incorporate action learning.

In the knowledge development of online assessment in learning management systems (LMSs), many assessments are evaluated weekly in the summer training course for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at King Abdul-Aziz University in Saudi Arabia. The number of performance assessments in the summer training course reaches 15 weeks. Many of them, however, are sent or done informally or through unreliable ways and cannot be verified by third parties. Therefore, applying the concept of digital transformation is essential. This research study reported herein used the action design research (ADR) method to build a new information technology system that could assist in the digital transformation. An electronic platform was designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated using the ADR method so that the main people involved in the summer training process (i.e., students, academic supervisors, and administrators) would have a high level of satisfaction with it. The study was conducted on 452 students, 105 academic supervisors, and 15 administrative staff and was conducted during the summer semester of 2020. All the training processes were digitally transformed and automated to control and raise the level and reliability of the training. All involved people were satisfied, thus, shifting the process to be in a digital form assist in achieving the high-level goal.

Virtual training is widely used based on safety and cost efficiency as a way to efficiently train based on virtual reality. In this paper, we propose the implementation and validation evaluation of life safety training, life training in closed area training, initial fire extinguishing training as a virtual training in maritime safety training. Specifically, we discuss how to implement virtual training to meet the goals of each training, and we propose training methods for evaluating trainees' effectiveness when implemented in this manner. The purpose of the study was to identify the general status of Kigong organizations introduced on Internet. We have used www.naver.com, the biggest portal site in Korea and www.nice114.co.kr, which has the longest list of the telephone numbers to look up the organizations with the index of "Kigong and Danhak" and "Mediation". Among them we screened the organizations to have the list of organizations which have been established for more than 5 years, with more than 100 trainees and whether they published books or booklets regarding Kigong by the means of telephone conversation or home page access. The number of organizations identified by telephone and Internet with the indexes of Kigongdanhak and mediation was 852. The number of organizations that passed the primary criterion was 22, and that passed the secondary criterion was 8. Among the primarily screened organization, there are 5 focusing on mediation, 5 focusing on breathing, 3 focusing on Haenggong, 4 focusing on mediation and Haenggong, 4 focusing on breathing and Haenggong and 1 focusing on mediation and breathing. In secondarily screened organizations, they called their training method as Seondo, Shinseondo or Seonhak and origin of the training method as Dangun and Hwangwung. As Sambeop training of Jigam, Josik and Geumchok provide training methods which are a little different each other, the utilization rate was low although there are some organizations that have special training using Three Bibles. It was identified that there were many texts and writings that they took as training methods other than Three Bibles. Kigong training organizations based on Korean traditional ideologies are grounded on the Three Textbooks such as , , and and the concept of Hongikingan. This ideological ground is the study of Completion of Human Beings through physical and mental training and goes with Seondo, Pungryudo and Hyunmyojido.

Recently, several studies have shown that linear representation based approaches are very effective and efficient for image classification. One of these linear-representation-based approaches is the Collaborative representation (CR) method. The existing algorithms based on CR have two major problems that degrade their classification performance. First problem arises due to the limited number of available training samples. The large variations, caused by illumintion and expression changes, among query and training samples leads to poor classification performance. Second problem occurs when an image is partially noised (contiguous occlusion), as some part of the given image become corrupt the classification performance also degrades. We aim to extend the collaborative representation framework under limited training samples face recognition problem. Our proposed solution will generate virtual samples and intra-class variations from training data to model the variations effectively between query and training samples. For robust classification, the image patches have been utilized to compute representation to address partial occlusion as it leads to more accurate classification results. The proposed method computes representation based on local regions in the images as opposed to CR, which computes representation based on global solution involving entire images. Furthermore, the proposed solution also integrates the locality structure into CR, using Euclidian distance between the query and training samples. Intuitively, if the query sample can be represented by selecting its nearest neighbours, lie on a same linear subspace then the resulting representation will be more discriminate and accurately classify the query sample. Hence our proposed framework model the limited sample face recognition problem into sufficient training samples problem using virtual samples and intra-class variations, generated from training samples that will result in improved classification accuracy as evident from experimental results. Moreover, it compute representation based on local image patches for robust classification and is expected to greatly increase the classification performance for face recognition task.

A public librarian is an occupation, which requires long-term. continuous training and difficult study to acquire and cultivate professional knowledge and skills. It is a necessity to achieve new knowledge, information and skills via appropriate retraining. A training system is the method which gives chances of retraining to public librarians. After examining some of the problems with the existing training system, it is apparent that the direction of training system needs to be decentralized. That is each local branch should be autonomous in terms of new training for librarians. For the method of training system, each autonomous unit would integrate the different theories to apply to the community-at-large and invite practical specialists from the local community to lecture. The training classes would be elective in that the each librarian could choose the classes he/she wants to take and give them credits for that, but the certificate for the class would also go towards completion for the required technical training. Finally, the utilization of cyber-education should be introduced, and the library association's role strengthened, to help public librarians cultivate their specialties.

Purpose : The aim of this study was to investigate Activities of Daily Living(ADL) function recovery of repeated measurement of stroke who received ADL training. Method : Twenty stroke patients were treated by ADL program therapy from May to June. All of in twenty stroke patients, 10 stroke patients take part in Occupational Therapy and 10 stroke patients take part in ADL training for 30 min five times a week during four weeks in M- hospital occupational Therapy treatment room, local in Changwon and Geoje. We used two assessment on is Motor Free Visual Perception Test-Third Edition(MVPT-3) for visual perception the other is Modified Barthel Index(MBI) for ADL. Result : First, Visual Short Term Memory(VSTM) score was changed statistical significance OT intervention group than compare with ADL training group(p<.05). Second, Visaul Closure(VC) score was changed statistical significance OT intervention group than compare with ADL training group(p<.05). Third, Spatial Orientation(SO) score was changed statistical significance OT intervention group than compare with ADL training group(p<.05). The fourth Motor Free Visual Perception Test-Third Edition(MVPT-3) score was changed statistical significance OT intervention group than compare with ADL training group(p<.05). The fifth Modified Barthel Index(MBI total) score was changed statistical significance OT intervention group than compare with ADL training group(p<.05). Conclusion : Therefore, ADL training can be on method the visual perception of stroke patients.

This study examined the reality of military counseling education applied by the Army and studied the effects of military counseling training using virtual reality. First, we explored the cases of virtual reality application related to counseling, reviewed the virtual reality technology that can be benchmarked in the Army military counseling education, and examined the applicable technology. We classified the education method and the curriculum for the students and tested the difference using the analysis of variance, which is a statistical analysis method, through the satisfaction measurement of the current education. In addition, after having students experience virtual reality contents, the effects of practical training applied with virtual reality technology were derived and the difference in actual training was compared and analyzed through T-test. Then, the reliability of the study was improved by analyzing the effects of practical training using virtual reality by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process for the expert group who can consider the overall situation. Based on the results of the analysis, the development plan of military counseling training combined with virtual reality technology and the supplements of current military counseling education were presented as policy implications.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to suggest a more effective method by comparing the effects of changes in pain intensity, muscle strength, and athletic performance after applying a 6-week eccentric training program (ET-MWM) or concentric training program (CT-MWM) with MWM for high school baseball players with shoulder internal impingement (SII). Methods : A total of 75 participants were randomly assigned to each group and divided into two groups, "ET-MWM group (n=35)" and "CT-MWM group (n=32)" according to the intervention method. Pain intensity, muscle strength (external rotation, internal rotation), and athletic performance were first measured before the intervention, and after the intervention 3 times a week for a total of 6 weeks, both groups were re-measured in the same way. Visual analog scale (VAS) was used for pain intensity, biodex dynamometer for muscle strength (60 °/sec.), and Kerlan-Jobe orthopedic clinic shoulder & elbow score (K-KJOC) for athletic performance. Results : As a result of analyzing the homogeneity of the pre-intervention characteristics and initial measurement variables of the study subjects, there was no significant difference between the two groups in all variable values. Pain intensity (VAS) was significantly reduced in the ET-MWM group than in the CT-MWM group (p<.05). In addition, the maximum muscle strength of external rotation & internal rotation of the shoulder (60 °/sec.) and athletic performance (K-KJOC) were significantly increased in the ET-MWM group than in the CT-MWM group (p<.05). Conclusion : Compared with the CT-MWM training program, the ET-MWM training program reduced shoulder joint pain and further increased the muscle strength required for throwing motion in high school baseball players. As the result showed better athletic performance improvement, the ET-MWM training program can be clinically recommended as a more effective intervention.
