This study aims to provide guidelines for the selection of on-street parking spot on local streets considering conditions of surrounding area and characteristics of traffic generation. This guideline provides the method which determine required roadway width for planning and design of local streets. It is necessary to identify factors for the location selection analysis. This research team selects 12 case study areas to investigate traffic environment on the sites for this analysis. Most of factors which influence on-street parking are found to have a qualitative data format except traffic volume and pedestrian movement data. Quantification theory II which is known to be suitable for qualitative analysis has been applied to identify the meaningful variables for dependent variable. In addition, discriminant analysis has performed to verify the correlation for each variable with hit ratio. Road width, traffic volume, street traders and their heavy packages, and illegally parked vehicle are found to be most significant factors for selection of on-street parking location. Therefore, it is necessary to consider traffic volume generated from massive residential complex and traffic volume for outside and above-mentioned factors for installation of on-street parking facility in the case of new road construction or road width widen.
Our conuntry have come out to the phenomenon to the atrocity crimes, make into a intellecture crims and specialization with them due to various change to the expension of economy growth, drift of population to cities and sense of value is plunged in confution, Now that things have come to this day, since foundation of the security guard law it first begin, ten years, civilian securities guard law was include to the civil service securities law due to amendment fo the civility secuties law newly on Dec. 30, 1995. The demand for food safety has emerged as a major social issue due to changes in diet patterns and consumers' perceptions, along with the advancements in society and the development of the food industry. Consumers are demanding more information about the food they consume, and are sensitive to food scandals. With such interest in food safety, blockchain technology is attracting attention as a means of effectively responding to poor food management resulting in food fraud or unsafe distribution. By ensuring the accuracy of, and trust in, traceability in the food supply chain, it is possible to build trust between traders and to ensure safe food distribution. This paper proposes a next-generation agri-food distribution system that can provide and manage (for suppliers, consumers, and distribution officials) a variety of agri-food information, such as the history, distribution, safety, quality, and freshness of food. Information on product status and distribution status in all processes, including production, processing, distribution, sales, and consumption, can be monitored and controlled in real time (anytime, anywhere), and users can check the safety level of each type of food in real time through an app.

Although South Korea had managed fishery resources based on elements included in the fishery like fisheries licence, after agreeing on UN Convention on the law in 1999, it became inevitable to adopt TAC that regulates yield. Therefore, currently operating an indecisive system by maintaining the fisheries license system while applying TAC only to some fisheries. However, it became imperative to find ways to improve the current system as it dose not solve problems such as decrease of fishery resources and catch per unit effort, excessive input of fishing boats, rising costs for fishery management, and shortage of fishery population. For those reasons, it is time to review ITQs, which is recognized globally as the most innovative fisheries management system. To adopt the ITQs, it seems necessary to compare how the fisheries act of New Zealand which is currently most successfully operated and Fisheries Resources Management Act of Korea. To do so, in this study, the provisions on TAC of the two countries are compared to analyze the institutional necessity for Korea to adopt ITQs. The following conclusions have been made : First, it will be necessary to gradually expand the species and fisheries for which TAC is enforced, and accumulate correct data on fisheries resources. Second, while forcing traders to obtain license as well, the species and quantity of traded fisheries must be reported separately for cross-checking with the catch reported by the fisheries. Third, the number of observers must be increased and report the species and quantity of the catch to person in charge at the relevant port, and observers must check the report before disembarkation. Fourth, penalty for violating Fisheries resources management act must be enhanced, especially regarding false report of fishery activities and catch.

The purpose of this study was to examine the development trend of smart fiber by textile companies in Daegu/North Gyeongsang Province. This examination includes the development fields of smart fiber, investment size, information sources and the use degree of those, research-related infrastructure, relationship between companies' characteristics and their interests in smart fiber. Research data were collected by a survey. The definition and classification(4 areas and 12 development products) of smart fiber followed ones of Smart Fiber Technology Roadmap by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy. Data were analyzed using SPSS 11.0 program for frequency, means, t-test, and $X^2$-test. Among respondents, the numbers of dying and finish companies and export traders were the highest. It revealed that 19.6% of companies were developing smart fibers. Within 12 development products, vapor permeable/waterproof fiber showed to be most being developed, while medical fiber for human has not been developed and wasn't made an investment plan for developing. It was discovered that the biggest problem of smart fiber development was the lack of experts and the best outcome of smart fiber development was preoccupation of future market. It showed that companies got information from textile fairs but didn't often use information sources. The companies appeared to have a weak intention about research of smart fiber. The more important a company considered functionality of textile products and the more innovative and stabler the company was, the higher interest in smart fiber companies had. It was concluded that textile companies in Daegu/North Gyeongsang Province were aware of the importance of smart fiber development but they were not strongly interested in it and not enthusiastic in taking action on it.
This study aims to develop and analyze the performance of a selective option straddle strategy based on forecasted volatility to improve the weakness of typical straddle strategy solely based on negative volatility risk premium. The KOSPI 200 option volatility is forecasted by the SVM model combined with the asymmetric volatility spillover effect. The selective straddle strategy enters option position only when the volatility is forecasted downwardly or sideways. The SVM model is trained for 2008-2014 training period and applied for 2015-2018 testing period. The suggested model showed improved performance, that is, its profit becomes higher and risk becomes lower than the benchmark strategies, and consequently typical performance index, Sharpe Ratio, increases. The suggested model gives option traders guidelines as to when they enter option position.
This study examines the dynamic hedging performances of the Black-Scholes model and Heston model when stock prices drift with stochastic volatilities. Using Monte Carlo simulations, stock prices consistent with Heston's(1993) stochastic volatility option pricing model are generated. In this circumstance, option traders are assumed to use the Black- Scholes model and Heston model to implement dynamic hedging strategies for the options written. The results of simulation indicate that the hedging performance of a mis-specified Black-Scholes model is almost as good as that of a fully specified Heston model. The implication of these results is that the efficacy of the dynamic hedging performances on evaluating the specifications of alternative option models can be limited.
Online-ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) has been receiving attention from the international community as a means of alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes in both small and mass international e-commerce. The EU Parliament and the Council proposed the Online Dispute Resolution Regulation for Consumer Disputes (hereafter, "EU Consumer ODR Regulation") and the Directive on Alternative Dispute Resolution of Consumer Disputes (hereafter, "EU Consumer ADR Directive") as a legislative package, now scheduled to be adopted. Those efforts strengthen consumer protection by enhancing ODR in international e-commerce and improving of the functions of the e-commerce market. The EU Consumer ADR and ODR regulation package will operate in conjunction with the ODR platform as a single point across Europe, abandoning the ADR system of each member. Consumers and traders who need dispute resolution apply on the EU ODR platform linked website, and the applications are distributed to individual ADR institutions in accordance with the Rules and Procedure of ADR institutions in the respective country. Although there has been partial progress in Korea for ODR programs such as the establishment of the Online Administrative Trial and the procedures of individual ADR agencies operating through the website, existing norms do not fully support the system. At this point, we see many implications of the EU Consumer ADR and ODR regulation package on the direction chosen for domestic ADR and ODR policy and legislation. This study introduces the main features and content of the EU Consumer ADR Directive (draft) and ODR Regulation provisions, and describes the direction of domestic policy and legislation regarding Online-ADR.
This study examines the reason of a staggering trade deficit on the Korean agro-food industry. To achieve the goal of the study, this study suggests the policy implication for enlargement a trade deficit with foreign exchange rate. Despite the majority of grain importer does realize that there is a huge affection for price volatility on the business result, they are more likely to take flat pricing through the physical market to avoid risk of price volatility with exchange rate. Also the analysis of external and internal environments around the Korean agro-food export & import are conducted, particularly with the analysis of trade volume and food price affecting the export & import. Results from a survey show that the common factor to the effective use of overseas agricultural and foreign currency futures trading for grain traders in Korea.
