포항 향토음식의 품질속성과 대중화 및 관광상품화 방안의 중요도와 만족도 분석연구 (Analysis of Importance and Satisfaction of Quality Attribute, Popularization and Tourism Commercialization Strategy of Pohang Local Food)

  • This study was conducted to examine the importance and satisfaction of quality attribute, popularization and tourism commercialization of Pohang local food. The purpose of this study was to provide useful information for establishing efficient marketing direction that serves the popularization and the activation of the Pohang local food. On the prospects and improvement of Pohang local foods and its use, 86.1% of subjects stated that the status quo was being maintained or only a portion of the foods was being transmitted. On the dissemination of local foods as world foods, subjects stated 'cooking methods' and 'simplified cooking methods' were required. In the IPA result of Pohang local food quality attributes, it is important to continuously keep 'health', 'nutrition', 'hygiene', 'preference (taste)', 'freshness', and 'credibility toward the ingredients', while 'service' needs to do intensive care and operation. The importance and satisfaction of attributes regarding plans for popularizing local foods and commercializing tourism differed, with importance and satisfaction on average being high, although attributes on plans for popularizing local foods and commercializing tourism was lower than the expectation of customers. Such results mean that residents have high expectations for Pohang local foods, on the other hand, the quality of local foods fails to satisfy the expectations of residents. Therefore, it is important to improve the quality of local foods overall.

스토리텔링을 통한 DMZ관광 상품화에 관한 탐색적 연구 (A Study on the Development of the DMZ Tourism Merchandising which Use Storytelling)

  • 본 연구는 평화 안보 문화 역사 생태관광측면에서 중요시되고 있는 DMZ지역 관광 상품화를 위하여 DMZ관광 시장전문가, 관광종사원등에 의한 조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 스토리텔링을 통한 DMZ관광 상품개발을 위해 필요한 중요사항과 DMZ관광 환경형성, 유치 및 개선방안에 대하여 실증 연구하였다. 연구 분석결과 DMZ지역별 관광테마 스토리를 주제로 한 독창적인 관광 상품개발과 지역특성을 고려한 다양한 관광 상품개발이 필요하다고 분석되었다. 또한 지속적인 DMZ관광 이미지 개선 노력과 아울러 스토리텔링 상품의 브랜드화를 통한 마케팅 전략 수립과 관련 관공서 및 협회의 대내 외적 홍보 등이 중요한 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 DMZ관광객을 위한 수용태세와 관련하여 중요하게 고려하는 사항은 숙박 이용, 음식제공과 특산품 쇼핑 및 기타 쇼핑 상품 구매에 대한 문제점 파악이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 DMZ관광 시장 전문인력 양성과 종사원의 서비스 질 향상, 교통 및 접근의 편리성을 위한 수용태세 개선이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 중앙정부의 지원노력(예산배정, 정책 제도개선)이 적극적으로 필요하며 DMZ관광 유치관련 업체에 대한 재정적 인센티브제도(세제혜택) 및 DMZ관광 가격의 투명성, 경쟁력 제고, DMZ 및 민통선 출입절차 개선 등 관광 환경적 형성에 대한 노력이 중요하다고 분석되었다.

남북한 향토음식에 관한 기호도 및 인지도 분석을 통한 향토음식 상품화 전략 - 서울·경기지역 소비자를 대상으로 - (Commercialization Strategy Based on Analysis of Domestic Consumers' Preference and Awareness on South and North Korean Regional Cuisine - Research on Consumers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province -)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the preference and awareness of consumers residing in the capital area with respect to South and North Korean regional cuisine to provide baseline data for developing effective commercialization strategies. Methods: This survey was conducted among adults over the age of 19 years who were residing in Seoul and Gyeonggi province area, and data analysis was performed using SPSS WIN 18.0. Results: Analysis of the survey participants' preference for South and North Korean regional cuisine showed that Hwanghae province had the highest preference by $4.35{\pm}1.72$ points, whereas Gangwon province had the lowest preference by $3.75{\pm}0.66$ points. Factorial analysis on general characteristics of Korean regional cuisine resulted in 2 factors - 'locality' and 'health'. Cluster analysis showed that participants could be sorted into two clusters by their awareness of Korean regional cuisine - 'the lower cognitive group' and 'the higher cognitive group'. Cluster analysis on the tourism commercialization strategy for Korean regional cuisines showed that 'the higher cognitive group' had significantly higher awareness regarding the following 3 items: 'merchandising strategy', 'popularization strategy' and 'marketing strategy' (p<0.001). Cluster analysis of the world commercialization strategy showed that 'the higher cognitive group' had significantly higher awareness regarding all items of the 'R&D support strategy' and 'Food culture promotion strategy' categories than the 'the lower cognitive group' (p<0.01). Conclusion: Popularization strategies such as value perception based on the well-being concept, and standardization of recipes; merchandising strategies based on storytelling; and food and culture promotional strategies such as Korean cooking classes and food tasting events, were rated as effective commercialization strategies to increase the popularity of Korean regional cuisine.

영천 향토음식에 대한 주민 인식과 관광상품화 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Residents' Recognition and Tourism Merchandising Intention of Native Local Foods in Yeongcheon Region)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the dietary attitude, popularization and merchandising intention of native local foods in the Yeongcheon area using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was answered by 322 citizens living in Yeongcheon. The findings are summarized as follows: 25.8% of the respondents stated that 'familiarity in taste' was the reason that they like local foods. 32.0% of the subjects said 'mass media' was the reason they knew about local foods. The most important aspect of local foods for tourism was 'taste' (44.7%). One of the main conditions for the popularization of local foods was 'holding various kinds of cultural events' (25.2%). The most recognized native local food in the Yeongcheon area was 'Ukhoe' (3.60 points), followed by 'Samsong-gun-mandu' (3.58 points), 'Dotorimuk-muchim', 'Hanu-sutbul-gui' and 'Chueotang'. On the other hand, the recognition score for 'Gompi-namul' (2.63 points), 'Piramijorim' (2.77 points), 'Sangeo-pipyeon', 'Muneochae-sukhoe' was very low. The most effective local food in developing tourism in Yeongcheon was 'Ukhoe' (3.70 points), followed by 'Hanu-sutbul-gui' (3.69 points), 'Dombaegi-gui-jjim', 'Samsong-gun-mandu', 'Someri-suyuk'. The results of this study indicate that the tourism commercialization intention of Yeongcheon local foods was significantly dependent on demographic factors (gender, age, education, dwelling period). Males had a high tourism product intention for 'Ukhoe', while female was high intention for 'Sogogi-jeongol' and 'Kongnip-kimchi'. The tourism commercialization intention for most Yeongcheon local foods increased as the dwelling period increased.

강원도형 치유관광의 과제 및 웰니스 상품화 방안 (The Commercialization Ways of Wellness Tourism and the Problems of Healing Tourism in Gangwon Province Model)

  • 최근 웰니스 문화 및 치유관광에 대한 사회적 수요가 증대되고 있는 가운데 문헌조사 및 사례연구를 통해 치유관광 목적지로서 강원도의 치유관광 여건을 검토하고, 강원도형 치유관광의 발전 과제 및 웰니스 관점의 상품화 방안을 고찰하였다. 조사 결과, 강원 영동권은 자연적 자원을 기반으로 한 우수한 치유기반 여건을 지니고 있는 것으로 파악되었으나, 지자체 간에 치유관광사업의 개발 컨텐츠나 사업 아이템이 중복되거나 계획단계에 머무르고 있어 중복투자를 방지하고 서로 연계하여 시너지 효과를 창출할 수 있도록 유기적인 협력이 요구되는 것으로 조사되었다. 주 사례지로 검토한 고성군의 경우, 실버치유관광으로서의 잠재력이 높은 것으로 분석되었으며, 지역의 특화된 자원과 연계한 테라피 프로그램을 중심으로 치유관광 대상별 웰니스 상품화 전략을 모색하고 강원 영동권의 지역별 강점을 효과적으로 연계 특화시켜 나간다면 실버 및 건강지향형 관광객을 타겟으로 하는 웰니스 관광상품 개발 운영의 지역적 성공 사례로 자리매김 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구에서는 전통차의 의미를 인식하면서 차문화를 확산시킬 한 방법으로 전통차의 관광상품화 방안이라는 연구의 주제를 선정하였다. 즉 우리의 전통차의 관광상품화를 위해서는 전통차가 지니고 있는 기본적 성질 못지 않게 전통차에 대한 인식제고가 필요함을 제시하고 있다. 결론적으로 전통차의 관광상품화와 병행하여 전통 다례, 학습기회 제공을 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발도 있어야 할 것이다.

  • Urban Air Mobility (UAM) is considered the future of transportation, offering solutions to urban challenges and reducing environmental issues through the use of electric power and leveraging the sky as a new transportation corridor. UAM has diverse applications, including passenger and goods transportation, emergency rescue operations, patient transfers, and urban tourism. Furthermore, it is poised to revolutionize the transportation landscape, impacting existing infrastructures such as roads and parking lots, along with autonomous vehicles. The UAM industry is anticipated to exert a significant impact on various sectors, including airframe manufacturing, the development of new materials (e.g., fuel cells and batteries), and even the defense industry, resulting in substantial economic benefits. Consequently, conducting proactive research and setting industry standards for UAM takeoff and landing infrastructure is crucial for securing market leadership. In this regard, the case of Pontoise-Cormeiles, France, stands out as it achieved the world's inaugural successful demonstration of a vertiport before the 2024 Olympics. This achievement has significant implications for our preparations for the commercialization of UAMs. Thus, a detailed review of the French vertiport construction case in this study will serve as a foundation for guiding the planning and operation of UAMs in South Korea, particularly in anticipation of upcoming demonstration tests.

A Study on Development of Main Producing Areas for Industrialization of complex and of fusion in Field

  • This research aims to developing new commercialization project of convergence agricultural industrial model. First, we established an inventory for the planning of convergence agricultural industrial model categorize the relevant factors identified, and then suggested three models which are the business profit model for convergence agriculture industrialization, the resource recycling complex and agricultural tourism model, and the smart agricultural model. Second, in order to investigate the feasibility of each industrial model, we investigated the willingness to participate in the project according to the pilot models such as related organizations and management agencies, and proposed the result of business feasibility analysis. Finally, we suggested the establishment of a demonstration complex through the systemization of element technologies at two models. The related systems and technologies was reviewed as a new commercialization plan through the modeling of convergence agricultural industrial types in main crop production complex presented, and set up mid- to long-term development direction. The results of this study can be applied to the design of convergence agricultural industrial model in main crop production complex.

空間活動保險法律問題及中國狀況:基於空間商業化最新發展的分析 (Legal Aspects of Insurance Regarding Space Activities and the Situation in China: an Analysis Based on the New Development of Space Commercialization)

  • Insurances of space activities are divided into satellite insurance, astronaut insurance and third party liability insurance. Against the background of the rapid development of space commercialization, especially the increasing participation of private entities in space affairs, the present international and domestic mechanisms of space insurance are challenged. As a space-faring state which is in the process of developing space businesses, the regulations of space insurance in China are deserved to be discussed. Satellites insurance is at present well-developed, the "pre-launch", "launch" and "in-orbit" phases of satellites are all possible to be insured by related companies. China created the CAIA in 1997 to provide insurance for Chinese satellites. However, with more private entities start to involve in space as well as satellite industry, the regime established under the framework of CAIA is necessary to be modified, and the mechanism relating to space insurance brokers should be promoted. The astronauts are recognized as the envoy of humankind, and relevant international regulations are made to provide assistance to them in emergency circumstances. From the domestic perspective, astronauts will be fully insured. China creates a particular type of insurance for astronauts. However, once space tourism becomes a business, the insurance of the tourist will be demanded to be created. In order to promote China's space tourism, it is recommended to take the "Astronaut Group Insurance" as an optional model to space tourists, if the tourists are customers of a governmental-owned space company. Once private involvement of providing orbital/suborbital tourism service becomes a reality, new rules are required. Getting a third party liability insurance is deemed as an indispensable precondition for an applicant to get a launch permission. Domestic space laws will include provisions for the third party liability insurance. China's "Interim Measures" of 2002 realizes the importance of third party liability insurance and requires the permit holder to get it before entering the launching site. This regulation is different from the practices of other states. Concerning that China is the sponsor of APSCO, for the purpose of promoting commercial space cooperation, a harmonized approach to domestic law is recommended to be found.

지역 특화 스포츠관광 발굴을 위한 환경 분석 (Environmental Analysis for Discovering Specialized Local Sports Tourism)

  • 본 연구는 지역 특화 스포츠관광 발굴을 위한 환경 분석으로 국내·외 스포츠관광 현황 분석과 해외 사례를 제시함으로써 춘천 지역의 스포츠관광 산업 발전을 위한 시사점을 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 따라서 SWOT 분석과 2차 자료조사를 통해 시설과 프로그램, 그리고 마케팅 부분에 따른 발전방안의 시사점을 도출하였다. 스포츠관광은 스포츠 참여나 관람을 중심으로 지역의 관광과 융합되어 지역경제 활성화에 기여하기 때문에 해당 지역의 특성을 고려하여 차별화된 상품으로 구성해야 한다. 국내·외 스포츠관광에서 중심이 되는 것을 찾아보면 메가 스포츠이벤트나 지역 특화 레저스포츠를 관광 자원과 연계하여 상품화하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 국내에서도 지역 특화 스포츠관광 육성사업을 통해 매년 3~4개 지역을 발굴하여 지원하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 춘천 스포투어 프로그램의 성과에 대한 평가와 분석을 통해 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 시설 부분에서는 자연환경과 어우러지는 숙박시설의 구축과 송암스포츠타운 연계 프로그램 개발, 장비의 보강이 이뤄져야 한다. 프로그램 부분에서는 의암호를 활용한 카누와 카약의 물길 코스 개발, 프로그램 운영 전문인력 양성, 참여 대상별 수준, 계절별 특색을 고려한 프로그램 개발이 이뤄져야 한다. 마케팅 부분에서는 ICT 활용과 장소의 인지도 상승 노력, 합리적인 가격 정책을 통해 경쟁력을 갖춰야 한다. 이와 같은 보완과 노력으로 지역에 특화된 스포츠관광 상품으로 발전시킨다면 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
