To compute derivatives using matrix vector multiplication method, new algorithms were introduced in [1.2]n By these algorithms, we reduced roundoff error in computing derivative using Chebyshev collocation methods (CCM). In this paper, some applications of these algorithms ar presented.

A new single-stage/single-switched forward converter with magnetic coupled nondissipa-tive snubber is proposed. The proposed converter gives the good power factor correction (PFC), low current harmonic distortion, and tight output voltage regulation. The prototype shows the IEC 555-2 requirements are met satisfactorily with nearly unity power factor. This proposed converter with magnetic coupled nondissipative snubber is particularly suited for low power level power supply applications.

In this paper we introduce a multigrid method for solving the nonliear Urysohn integral equation. The algorithm is derived from a discrete resolvent equation which approximates the continuous resolvent equation of the nonlinear Urysohn integral equa-tion. The algorithm is mathematically equivalent to Atkinson's adap-tive twogrid iteration. But the two are different computationally. We show the convergence of the algorithm and its equivalence to Atkinson's adaptive twogrid iteration. in our numerical example we compare our algorithm to other multigrid methods for solving the nonliear Urysohn integral equation including the nonlinear multigrid nethod introduced by hackbush.

In this paper we present the computation of two kinds of cohomotopy groups $[{\Sigma}^n+^4{\mathbb{H}}P^2,S^n]$ and $[{\Sigma}^n+^5{\mathbb{H}}P^2,S^n]$ for a non-negative integer n, where ${\Sigma}^k{\mathbb{H}}P^2$ is the k-fold suspension of quaternionic projec- tive plane ${\mathbb{H}}P^2$.

This paper investigates congestion detection and control strategies for multi-path traffic (CDCM) diss emination in lifetime-constrained wireless sensor networks. CDCM jointly exploits packet arrival rate, succ essful packet delivery rate and current buffer status of a node to measure the congestion level. Our objec tive is to develop adaptive traffic rate update policies that can increase the reliability and the network lif etime. Our simulation results show that the proposed CDCM scheme provides with good performance.

In light of the problem of imported apparel that tends to increase rapidly this study was intended to inquire into the assessment of male and female college students about the brands of imported apparel relative to dom-estic apparel based on quality perception price pirceptionand social psychological perception. And it is concerned with making a compara-tive study of the difference in consumer's con-sciousness of clothing between subjects by dividing them into the group of preference for imported apparel the group of non-preference for it on the basis of their ratings. As a consequence the following study results were obtained. 1) As a result of comparing college students' ratings for quality perception price perception and social psychological perception of impor-ted apparel all three factors were shown to have the high average value in care of the group of preference for imported apparel and to have a significant difference between groups. 2) As a consequence of making a compara-tive study of the difference in the clothing at-titude between groups the group of prefer-ence for imported apparel showed the high av-erage value about brand preference and identi-fication clothing involvement and interper-sonal perception through clothing and to hjave a significant difference with the group of pref-erence for imported apparel in terms of the peripheral environment and the place of pur-chase. 3) As a result of making a comparison of the difference in demographic factors between groups it was analyzed that female clollege students especially college women in the departments of art and physical education had the higher preference for imported apparel. And it was shown that they had the higher preference for imported apparel the greater amount of pocket money they had. Broader and deeper studies are required to be made about imported apparel in a multifaceted way. Therefore follow-on studies will have to be actively conducted such as a study of con-sumer's evaluation about imported apparel and domestic apparel charged at th same range of prices and a study of the difference on con-sumer's consciousness of imported apparel found over age span of consumers.

Field experiments were conducted to find out the effec- tive control measures with some bases alone and in combination with Dichlorvos and Dimethoate for the whitefly Aleuroclava sp. Singh in the mulberry garden. Four common bases marketed in India Soda, Sunlight, Nirma and Surf at 1% concentration and their synergists with 0.02% Dichlorvos and 0.03% Dimethoate applied to mulberry plants reduced the whitefly by 46-95% (adults) 50-90% (nymphs) upto 15 days of application. Amongst the bases 1% Soda is more effective but, the mixing of 0.02% Dichlorvos with 1% Surf found more effective than 0.02% Dichlorvos With 1% Soda solution. As Surf and Dichlorvos mixture is costly for the control of whitely, Soda was found better (in combination with Dichlorvos) as it is cheaper and easily available to the farmers.

Volleyball has become one of the world's most popular participatory sports in recent years. There are many dynamic skills and movements needed to play the game. As a result, many acute and overuse injuries to the shoulder may occur. This article addresses the common injuries and rehabilitation recommendations for the shoulder injuries in the volleyball players. The glenohumeral instability, primary or secondary impingement, internal impingement, labral injuries, and suprascapular nerve lesions are common problems in volleyball players. A basic knowledge of the biomechanics and volleyball maneuvers (blocking, serving, and spiking) can help in the development of appropriate trainging and reha- bilitation protocols. Special emphasis must be placed on the knowledge of muscular patterns involved in serving and spiking, because they typically require a strenuous unilateral action of the dominant shoulder. It is therefore impera- tive to include adequate stretching and muscular training programme for the prevention, as well as for therapy, of shoulder pain in volleyball players.
