Purpose - This paper is to examine the work of a third party in the process of import and export management. In other words, the purpose of this paper is investigate the status and functional role of a third party in relation to each terms of the trade contract. Research design, data, methodology - This study consists of 5 chapters through literature survey. It will examine the involvement of the third party through each terms. Chapter 1 introduction, Chapter 2 deals with trade contracts, Chapter 3 investigates the shipping terms, payment terms, and insurance terms, and Chapter 4 reviews with commercial arbitration. And in Chapter 5, it looks at the conclusion and implications. Results - The relevant party in the import and export management process may be a third party through outsourcing, not the principal. At this time, in fulfilling each condition of trade, it can be seen that the implementation of tasks through the participation of a third party with high expertise can more smoothly and productively implement the overall import and export management. Therefore, it can be seen that the implementation of the trade business in which the third party participated can be interpreted in terms of derivative effects and at the same time can be a way to improve the principal's competitiveness procedurally. Conclusions -Through this study, in the import and export management, the performance of the work through the agent makes the entire process more smooth and efficient. Outsourcing of roles using the expertise of a third party, a subcontractor rather than a principal, is desirable and important.

Purpose: The objective of the study is to describe the experience of health care activities of the menopausal women through phenomenological methodology. Methods: Seven menopausal women participated in the study. Open in-depth interviews were used to collect data, and data were analyzed by the phenomenological methods suggested by Colaizzi. Results: The data were separated into 4 categories of uncomfortable life due to physical and emotional change, building consistency in daily life through regulating a routine rhythm, recovering normality, recovering stability, and 8 clusters of themes; securing regularity in daily life, securing availability in daily life, regulating through elimination and diminishment, regulating through supplementation, being patient and control self, expressing self, review the context and exchanging views, expending a world through one's faith. Conclusion: Participants accepted menopause not as a disease but as a natural course of life and realized that menopausal health problems could be naturally settled in general health care activities in daily life.

The "AR Campus Diary" project innovates in the realm of art through integrating augmented reality (AR) with interactive storytelling, fostering personal and interpersonal development through artistic expression. This artistic endeavor metaphorically represents the growth and fruition of individual stories, facilitated by a series of progressive art activities that emphasize continual interaction between self and others. Set against the backdrop of a university campus, the project employs AR markers designed to unfold stories in phases through a dedicated application, allowing participants to experience and influence the narrative uniquely. Diverging from traditional film editing techniques, "AR Diary" offers viewers the autonomy to navigate through story segments of their choosing, marking a departure from conventional cinematic storytelling by leveraging marker-based plot progression. This project not only showcases the fusion of technology and art but also pioneers a participatory form of art education based on engagement and play.

The result of variance decomposition through yield of Treasury of 30 year maturity of USA, S&P 500 index, stock price of KEPCO has 76.12% of impulse of KEPCO stock price at short-term horizon, but they have 51.40% at long-term horizon. After one year, they occupy 13.65%, and 33.25%. So their effects are increased. By the way, S&P 500 index and yield of Treasury of 30 year maturity of USA have relatively more effect for forecast of stock price oi KEPCO at short-term & long-term. The yield of Treasury of 30 year maturity of USA more than S&P 500 index have more effect for stock price of KEPCO. It is why. That foreign investors through fall of stock price of USA invest for emerging market is less than movement for emerging market of hedge funds through effect of fall of yield of Treasury of 30 year maturity of USA, according to relative effects for stock price of Korea companies. The result of variance decomposition through won/dollar foreign exchange rate, yield of corporate bond of 3 year maturity, Korea Stock Price index(KOSPI), stock price of KEPCO has 81.33% of impulse of KEPCO stock price at short-term horizon, but they have 41.73% at long-term horizon. After one year, they occupy 23.57% and 34.70%. So their effects are increased. By the way, KOSPI and won/dollar foreign exchange rate have relatively more effect for forecast of stock price of KEPCO at short-term & long-term. The won/dollar foreign exchange rate more than KOSPI have more effect for stock price of KEPCO. It is why. The recovery of economic condition through improvement of company revenue causes of rising of KOSPI. But, if persistence of low interest rate continues, fall of won/dollar foreign exchange rate will be more aggravated. And it will give positive effect for stock price of KEPCO. This gives more positive effect at two main reason. Firstly, through fall of won/dollar foreign exchange rate and rising of credit rating of Korea will be followed. Therefore, foreign investors will invest more funds to Korea. Secondly, inflow of foreign investment funds through profit of won/dollar foreign exchange rate and stock investment will be occurred. If appreciation of won against dollar is forecasted, foreign investors will buy won. Through this won, investors will do investment. Won/dollar foreign exchange rate is affected through external factors of yen/dollar foreign exchange rate, etc. Therefore, the exclusion of instable factors for foreign investors through rising of credit rating of Korea is necessary things.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to propose clinical criteria to differentiate patients who are able to perform the step-through-step gait pattern in chronic stroke patients. METHODS: Sixty patients with chronic stroke patients participated this study. To differentiate patients who could perform the step-through-step gait pattern, age, gender, and causes of stroke were noted, a Chedoke-McMaster (CM) damage list, Fugl-Meyer (FM) assessment scales and the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) were determined. A 10 meter gait test and Timed Up and Go (TUG) test were conducted to determine the differences in gait speed and dynamic balance between patients walking with or without canes in the step-through-step gait pattern group. RESULTS: There was no significant statistical difference in age, gender, and stroke type between all subjects. There were significant differences in the CM scale for postural and lower extremities, and FM scale for lower extremities and BBS. The dynamic balance ability and gait speed showed significant differences between the subjects in the step-through-step gait pattern with or without a cane during gait. CONCLUSION: CM and FM scales for the lower extremities and postural control, as well as BBS scales, can be used as criteria to differentiate patients who are able to perform the step-through-step gait pattern. These results can also be used to provide beneficial information to patients that are walking with canes.

본 연구는 영화 <라이프 오브 파이>(2013)을 통한 영화치유의 수업사례이다. 영화치유는 영화를 통한 동일시, 공감, 감정이입, 투사, 관찰학습 과정을 거쳐 진행된다. 연구를 통해 학생들은 영화 속 인물의 상황을 객관적으로 살펴보고, 이를 자신에게 동일시하고, 공감하게 된다. 학생들은 영화 속 인물의 상황을 평가하고, '내가 만약 주인공이라면 어떻게 할 것인지'에 대한 답을 통해 영화 속 인물이 당면한 고난을 간접 경험하고, 자신은 어떻게 할 것인가를 고민해본다. 주인공의 뛰어난 점을 동경하고, 자신의 삶을 성찰해본다. 이러한 과정을 통해 학생들은 자신의 감정과 문제의 상황을 살펴보고 해결할 수 있는 방법을 구체적으로 제시하게 된다. 결국 영화를 통해 학생들의 감정은 충분히 치유될 수 있는 것이다. 영화를 통한 치유는 치료자가 내담자를 고려한 영화선정에서 출발해야 한다. 이를 적용한 구체적인 방법도 충분히 제시할 필요가 있다. 영화치유의 방안은 앞으로 다양한 치유 방법의 제시로 더욱 발전할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

Previous works for detecting arrhythmia have mostly used nonlinear method such as artificial neural network, fuzzy theory, support vector machine to increase classification accuracy. Most methods require higher computational cost and larger processing time. Therefore it is necessary to design efficient algorithm that classifies PVC(premature ventricular contraction) and decreases computational cost by accurately detecting minimal feature point based on only R peak through optimal R wave. We propose an optimal R wave detection and PVC classification method through extracting minimal feature point in IoT environment. For this purpose, we detected R wave through optimal threshold value and extracted RR interval and R peak pattern from noise-free ECG signal through the preprocessing method. Also, we classified PVC in realtime through RR interval and R peak pattern. The performance of R wave detection and PVC classification is evaluated by using record of MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. The achieved scores indicate the average of 99.758% in R wave detection and the rate of 93.94% in PVC classification.

R&D innovation is based on the premises of gaining competitive advantage. Innovation is achieved not only through the development of technology for producing newer and better products, but also gaining and sharing information about consumer demands, changes in the market, and competitors actions. Investment in R&D can not adequately be fulfilled solely through market functions because of R&D activities imply high-risk, uncertainty, and because R&D has a public-good characteristic. Most past researches have concentrated on managerial methodologies through research of performance, thus the results are related to studies of innovation performance. This research looks into the effect given on R&D innovation by IT factors and provides a model, and further analysis on how IT factors are applied through this model. By developing a model through the process of re-structuring the model with variables based on the convergent and discriminant validity, and in turn confirming and concentrating on major IT factors through analysis, it will be possible to double the R&D Innovation Performance.

The Korean fuel cycle scenario has been modeled by using the dynamic analysis method. For once-through fuel cycle model, the nuclear power plant construction plan was considered, and the nuclear demand growth rate from the year 2016 was assumed to be 1%. After setup the once-thorough fuel cycle model, the DUPIC and fast reactor scenarios were modeled to investigate the environmental effect of each fuel cycle. Through the calculation of the amount of spent fuel, and the amounts of plutonium and minor actinides were estimated and compared to those of the once-through fuel cycle. The results of the once-through fuel cycle shows that the demand grows to 64 GWe and the total amount of the spent fuel would be 100 kt in the year 2100, while the total spent fuel can be reduced by 50% when the DUPIC scenario is implemented

The 3-dimensional(3D) chip stacking technology is one of the leading technologies to realize a high density and high performance system in package(SIP). It could be found that it is the advanced process of through-hole via formation with the minimum damaged on the Si-wafer. Laser ablation is very effective method to penetrate through hole on the Si-wafer because it has the advantage that formed under $100{\mu}m$ diameter through-hole via without using a mask. In this paper, we studied the optimum method for a formation of through-hole via using femto-second laser heat sources. Furthermore, the processing parameters of the specimens were several conditions such as power of output, pulse repetition rate as well as irradiation method and time. And also the through-hole via form could be investigated and analyzed by microscope and analyzer.
