This thesis explores Vitruvius and his impact upon other Renaissance architects who compare a city to a building or a building to a city, who match the city and the building into a human body, and who develop their own works. The objective of this study is to furnish an interpretation of their theory and practice through their literature and designs. In this point of view, this article takes notice of Vitruvius's six concepts coined from venustas and divides them into two parts: i.e. aesthetic quality (ordinatio, dispositio, and distributio) and technical activity (eurythmia, symmetria, and $d{\acute{e}}cor$) each. This thesis indicates that Vitruvius's successive impacts from the concepts bring about concrete design principles through proportional measurements, placing together, and hierarchic values for the former, as well as appropriate use through beautiful look, symmetrical harmony, and appropriate uses for the latter, tracking notions between a city as a house and vice versa, and either the ideas of the house or the city in the synthesis of the human body, which follows the perfect number and module based on the human body. The thesis shows that the representations of architecture and the city take place with the form of a circle and a square that express the religious belief and the cosmos, substantiating the connection between the proportions of the human body and numbers, and ultimately satisfying a concept of centrality, which is slowly extended to the enclosed plaza at the urban level from chambers, atrium, and corridors at the residence level.

This thesis analyzes the latest operating concept and status for Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) researching overseas ADIZ CONOPS, international legal basis for ADIZ, the intention & background of proclamation for China Air Defense Identification Zone(CADIZ). Firstly, ADIZ is lawful concerning international connivance for ADIZ where around 20 countries have operated, Article 56 "Rights, jurisdiction & duties of the coastal State" and Article 301 "Peaceful uses of the seas" on the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea(UNCLS). Secondly, ADIZ has been regarded as a support means for national interest & policy as well as military air defense one. Thirdly, Based on legal re-interpretation for UNCLS relating to ADIZ, China proclaimed CADIZ where can ensure national maritime policy and strategy including A2/AD(Anti-Access & Area Defence), inroad into the ocean, claim for Senkaku Islands possession, etc..

This article analyzes mathematics education from dialectical materialism acknowledging the objectivity of knowledge. The thesis that knowledge is objective advances to the recognition that knowledge will be internalized, and an idea of zone of proximal development(ZPD) is established as a practice program of internalization. The lower side of ZPD, i.e. the early stage of internalization takes imitation in a large portion. And in the process of internalization the mediational means play an important role. Hereupon the role of mathematics teacher, the object of imitation, stands out significantly. In this article, treating the contents of study as follows, I make manifest that teaching and learning in mathematics classroom are united dialectically: I hope to findout the method of teaching-learning to mathematical knowledge from the point of view that mathematical knowledge is objective; I look into how analysis into units, as the analytical method of Vygotsky, has been developed from the side of mathematical teaching-learning; I discuss the significance of mediational means to play a key role in attaining the internalization in connection with ZPD and re-illuminate imitation. Based on them, I propose how the role of mathematics teachers, and the principle of organization to mathematics textbook should be.

The purpose of this thesis is to develope buffer materials by the plasma polymerization method. In this article the buffer materials, plasma poly thiophene(PPTh) is used to study the interface of eter/organic in organic light emitting diodes(OLED). The interface of meter/organic materials is the important and critical objectives in development of OLED. The hole transport layer was N,N'-dipheneyl-N, N'bis-(3-methypheneyl)-1,1'dipheneyl-4,4'-diamine (TPD); the host material of mission layer was 8-tris-hydroxyquinoline aluminium (Alq3). When PPTh was inserted between ITO and TPD, emission efficiency increased.

Server-side scripting languages for web applications have a different environment from general programming languages. The reason is that some data in web applications should be transferred to a distinct file of a page or should be maintained for a physical time, that is for session time. SO JSP has four kinds of new scopes such as page, request, session, application. And every identifiers in JSP are classified and processed as one of the four scopes. This seems unavoidable to a scripting language because of the web environment. So when a JSP page using these new scope concepts is interpreted the procedure would be different from that of the general programming language's scopes. This thesis has studied the processing of the scopes which are considered in interpreting a script language code. This processing method of the scopes in this article can be applied not only to JSP interpreting but also to a data processing of similar ranges in web.

The purpose of this study had started from trying to look for a new standard in new media era and sounding out possibility of perspective of digital poetry, and had been extracting interpretational elements based on characteristics of otology in digital poetics research in technical method. Through examination of many documentary records, we suggested interpretive elements of medial space based on meaning and the theory of digital poetics. We deduced three perspectives based on relationship between the basic thesis in poetics and interpretive elements of medial space. We used them as tool for analysis of example. We chose as an example that change of program in space is clear through connection of media and space in where new form of creation happens through digital instruments and chose article as subject to which digital technology is applied and had been since 2000, The result of this study is as following: First, epistemological analysis about a space of digital media in new media era requires poetical approach unlike aesthetic approach. We can endow creative action and creation process with significance and pay attention to technical method of manufacturing, stating appropriateness of perspective in digital poetics. Second, the justice of digital poetics and its basic thesis help derive analytic elements from medial space and study purpose of production, technical method, ontological characteristics, which are three perspectives of digital poetics. Third, it analyzed characteristics of example according to three perspectives above and we can analyze characteristics of spacial expression in space of digital media into potential, trans-active, and semiosis space. It would be possible through analyzing examples in digital poetic perspective to overlook new methods of design in 21th and various perspectives and possibilities of medial space design.

마틴뢰프는 그의 직관주의적 유형론에서의 판단형식들에 관한 분석에 의거하여, 통상적인 논리법칙들과 수학의 흥미로운 판단들은 분석판단이 아닌 종합판단에 해당하며, 분석판단의 논리는 결정가능하고 완전하지만 종합판단의 논리는 결정가능하지 않으며 불완전하다고 주장한다. 이 글의 목적은 마틴뢰프의 논지를 보다 분명히 하여 검토하려는 것이다. 1절에서 필자가 이해한 단형 유형론의 기본 사항들을 검토한 후, 2절에서는 마틴뢰프의 분석/종합 구분을 보다 분명히 드러내고, 마틴뢰프의 구분에 대한 가능한 비판 및 '통상적인 논리법칙들과 수학의 흥미로운 판단들은 종합판단에 해당한다'는 논제를 검토한다. 3절에서는 '분석판단의 논리는 결정가능하고 완전하지만 종합판단의 논리는 결정가능하지 않으며 불완전하다'는 논제를 보다 분명히 드러내어 검토한다.

The purpose of this article is to delve into the problems of originality of the artwork by examining issues of reproduction within the contemporary art market. In contemporary arts, especially in terms of art production and consumption, we can't overlook society and its economic structure and its connection with of capitalism. As the purity of art creation has turned into an exchange value, art, especially an object as artwork, has fallen into the status of production in an economic marketing system. Walter Benjamin mainly referred to that point in his thesis Das Kunstwerk im Zeitalter seiner technischen Reproduzierbarkeit, which originated the sociology of plastic arts. This thesis, published in 1936, traced how the artistic functions of photograph and movie had been changed through the social development. His main concerns were movie and photograph but what I am concentrating from his point of view, is that even in the field of plastic arts, the manufacture of reproduction has been practiced as a primary method within the social and political contexts and development. Though I am referring to this in the main body of this article, reproduction in contemporary art strongly needs a new definition since it has been spread all over like a newest virus, not only by collector's personal taste or hut also by commercial circulations of these reproductions to the public. This relates to Benjamin's argument about the value of an exhibition at a museum(Ausstellungswert). Since the function of an artwork has been one of cultural industry, the manufacturing of reproduction raises unexpected problems, such as, the originality of the artwork, the value of an exhibition at a museum, its achievement as documentary and as a territory of art criticism. In this point of view, I want to inquire into the value and criteria of an exhibition in contemporary art through the review of the definitions and the intrinsic attributes of reproduction. Somehow in a broad sense, the reproduction is a product coming out of representation or copy (replica) of an original art work or an model. Therefore, the problems it presents differ from the Simulacre, which is an image without an original one. In terms of the Meanings of reproduction, we can distinguish it as reproductions, copies, and productions. These types of reproductions are not the original artworks reflected by the creative intention of the artists. For example, a publishing company reproduced some of lithographs of Salvador Dali in the 1960s. They are commercial copies in the form of representation or reproduction with no artistic and creative intention of the artist. However, In despite of this theoretical basis, reproductions of the famous artists are still displayed without any verification for of the public's quest for the artworks. Moreover, many commercial companies that are planning to exhibit art works of the world-famous artists only for their profits keep trying to speak ill of and judging by the law the honest art critics' articles which discuss the true values of exhibition. If freedom of expression is one of the ideals of democracy, even the judgment of the originality of the artworks should be freely expressed.

The conception of uniform is changing from function and economical efficiency of the past to symbolism and aesthetic sense So, in such a management strategical point of view as enterprises' PR, scouting talent, organization revitalization etc, this is required to settle uniform culture which is proper to each enterprise and design development. The purpose of this thesis is, first, to study to help distribution enterprises' CI or PR by examining the present condition of uniform design in domestic fashion distribution enterprise and planning uniform design on the base of real case and finally making a real thing in person. Second is to suggest to fashion enterprise security of competitive ability of uniform-producing enterprise by developing article design of worth. Third is to present academic area with how to do design education in a wide range not based on trend article development. Following is how and what to study to carry out these purposes. Details about necessity and how and what to study are in an introduction, the conception of uniform in theory through precedential records examination in chapter 2, the present condition of uniform design based on Changwon city in chapter 3, planning uniform design and making a real thing suitable for F enterprise in chapter 4, and the conclusion is in chapter 5. Through this study, I became to know that uniform in distribution enterprise who treats visitors face to face is very important. I supply material and information concluded from this study to uniform industry and hope this will be helpful in developing uniform. It is significant in that this study as being related with enlarged uniform and enterprise, beyond such a uniform area as school uniform and hospital one, expanded the study range of clothing. I already tell you that this study is based on visual expression of uniform and wearer's feeling in clothes is not included.

The primary objective of this thesis is to study, case by case, the international disputes for fishing rights between fishing nations and costal states never imagined till the introduction of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea adopted in 1982 and came into effect in November 16, 1994, which governs the high seas and EEZ in a new manner. Such a study is to provide help in the understanding on this new marine system and how to deal with. This is addressed by the perspectives of disputes (a) in the high seas between fishing nations having traditionally enjoyed the principle of the freedom of the high seas and costal states, (b) in the EEZ between fishing nations and costal states possessing the exclusive jurisdiction over living marine resources and sovereign rights for determining allowable catch and the surplus in its EEZ. The article can be divided into four main parts. First, both the general principles of the settlement of international disputes, and the nature and procedures described in the UNCLOS are introduced. Second, it gives cases of tuna long-liner, North Pacific trawler and squid jigger occurred in the coastal states EEZ, and analyses the problem in both terms of its background and final judgment. It further describes the possible issues in case it depends on the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea for its settlement. Third, closely tied to above, important points such as the right of hot pursuit, prompt release of vessel and crew, and the limits of cooperation with costal states inspector on board fishing vessels are considered mostly based on the UNCLOS, Bilateral Agreement and UNIA. Finally, the article concludes as follows ; The need for broad analyses on the nature of international suits and legal system for the settlement, to win the case before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea or coastal states court, is really acknowledged. However, considering the lack of previous studies about it, it is preferably recommended that governmental efforts for making legal standards to cover the judicial costs, for helping industry out of becoming bankrupt.
