Nowadays in order to estimate safety diagnosis of bridge, a lot of data like static and dynamic displacement, accelerometer, wind velocity and so on are demanded. When it comes to measure these data, cabled sensor is essential equipment. But cabled sensors have also inefficient factors. From this point of view, considering practical aspects of using these expensive equipments which have been used to examine safety diagnosis, measuring by cabled sensors is restrictive in some respect. Recently to improve theses problems, Wireless sensor system was introduced. But this system can't perform intelligent reaction because database of this system is just based on internet. In this paper, the intelligent bridge safety management model which can be installed easily, measured at all times and dealing intelligently with various situations is developed to improve these problems.

KC Mark is one of the country's integrated legal force to the minimum mandatory certification mark system for safety. That is absolutely needed for manufacturing and sales of goods in Korea. This thesis intended to see what is prevalent for both imports and domestic products for illegal and defect and rebuild the ecosystem as soon as possible for the healthy development through public awareness. In this theses point out the seriousness of the problem based on the various kinds of press releases, data of KCA(Korea Consumer Agency), MOTIE(Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) and KCA(Korea Customs Service) to the problem of certification system of KC mark and propose a solution to that issue. This study is considered to make befit the nation's place in the world and sustainable development is possible about the system of certification KC. This study expect more research on this issue in order to make enhance the confidence of KC mark.

This Paper examines analytic studies of the evaluation system used for evaluating government-supported R&D Institutes (GSRIs), and designs a new model for analyzing the evaluation system's effectiveness. The analytic models in existing studies use the meta evaluation and balanced scorecard (BSC) models. However, theses studies focused on the structure and elements of the evaluation system for examples, the appropriateness of the elements within the evaluation system and the balance of the evaluation index. Accordingly, the effectiveness of the GSRI evaluation system, that is, the evaluation's influence on GSRI performance improvement was not analyzed. This study uses the institution theory and contingency theory perspectives as related to government organization management to develop an analytical model of GSRI evaluation system effectiveness. The new model proposes an analytical approach for improving the effectiveness of the GSRI evaluation system in an institutionalized environment.

Purpose: The study proposes extended application of reviewing and developing international quality assurance system for useful and practical quality stabilization of foreign military product. There are several problems with quality assurance activities for foreign military products. To improve theses problems, this study researches measures and effects of entrustment of quality assurance activities to suppliers group abroad by utilizing the system. Methods: In order to carry out the research, consignment system for international quality assurance activity of advanced country has been analysed through this study. By applying the consignment system to the case of foreign military product, the possibility and effects of consignment is researched. Results: Through this study the procedure and substance of the international quality assurance system is verified. The quality assurance activities were consigned to suppliers group by utilizing the system, thus application basis for international quality assurace activities is established. Conclusion: Defense Import through The Quality Assurance System of trade countries using the International Quality Assurance System suggests the solution to endemic problems. The Introduction Military Product with the Quality Assurance System of Korean Government improves the competitiveness of defense export.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of research related with unmarried mother. Method: 81 theses about unmarried mother from 1972 to 2003 were analyzed according to the theses' characteristics, sources by publication period, research design, nursing intervention effect of experimental study and theme of qualitative research. Results: 1. The number of studies related with unmarried mother has progressively increased by year from 1972, and that of theses was highest during the period between 2000 to 2003. 2 As for study design, the number of quantitative studies were 73 and that of qualitative studies were 8. The majority of research design were survey and correlational studies. 3. Nursing intervention used in the experimental design were stress management program, eco-system support group, group art treatment, career education program, musical activities, prenatal education. All of experimental design were used in the after 2000. 4. The themes of qualitative studies were childbirth experience, a participatory on the life, mother's keeping a child, experience of pregnancy and delivery, the self-group program, the process and experience of becoming unmarried adolescent mother, needs of single mothers with child and policy of social welfare service, lived experience of hope. All of these were used in the after 1999. Conclusions: The summary of the above results shows a tendency that the study has increased by year. Especially, experimental study proved affirmative effect. However, for the unmarried mother, more experimental and qualitative studies are to be required.

PL has been developed centering around England and America. Recently many countries are introducing PL system changing the world a single economic bloc based on the rapid development of Technology and Economy. This paper is studied with related literatures and theses, organizational consulting cases within the framework of the firm as the central operating bodies of PL system. In the past, Some papers about System Integration which was operated as a same Certificate System and enacted in a single organization, was studied and presented. But most of papers was a theoretical study related model and conception. In this situation Government supports PSMS of a single system at government expense to 100­200 companies for improving organizational confrontation ability of PL this year. This paper proposed a design and effect of Integration system model based on the analysis of ISO 9001：2000, KS, PSMS and ISO 14001. The integrated system has the following three distinctions. Firstly, KS is a national establishment, national leading certification and forcing standard. Secondly, ISO 9001：2000 and ISO 14001 are an international organization's establishment, non­official certification and optional standard. Finally, PSMS isn't a national law and forcing matter. And it isn't the concept of certification but the operational system by itself. Also if a lawsuit by defect is happened, it is very dangerous. This paper, which is integrated by four management systems and has many consulting cases, is the first in this department and is different from others. Also If people has the basic knowledge about management system, they can directly connect it to the organizational system according to this paper's guidance. It is very good result in this study because the law of PL is executed now.

웹 기반 학습시스템은 CGI를 기반으로 하는 절차지향에 따라 구현되었다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 시스템 개발의 경우 프로그램 코드의 중복에 의한 비효율성을 가질 수 있으며, 개발이후에도 운영 및 관리에 어려움을 준다. 따라서 웹 기반 학습시스템에서도 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법의 도입이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 컴포넌트 합성에 의한 웹 기반 성적처리 시스템을 구현하였다. 적용된 컴포넌트는 Java Beans로 구현하였으며, 합성 방법은 Chiron-2 아키텍처를 이용하였다. 이러한 방법에 의하여 본 연구는 구조적인 장점들뿐만 아니라 유지보수를 측정하는 사이크로매틱 복잡도에서도 낮은 수치를 나타냄으로서 보다 좋은 효율성을 가짐을 알 수 있다.

기존의 RFID 시스템은 서로 다른 회사마다 각자의 방식으로 태그 및 리더를 관리한다. 따라서 RFID 시스템 관리자들은 개별적으로 존재하는 회사의 고유 태그 이벤트, 데이터 포맷 등의 규격을 각각 이해하고 설계해야 하는 어려움이 생기게 된다. 이를 보완하기 위해 EPCglobal 표준과 ISO/IEC 표준 등 기존의 RFID 시스템에 구속되지 않는 정책 기반 RFID 서비스 관리 모델이 제안되었다. 하지만 기존에 제안했던 서비스 관리 모델은 이벤트 관리를 목적으로 하고 있기 때문에 장치 관리 기능까지 포함하고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 제안된 정책 기반 서비스 관리 모델을 보다 구체화하여 확장된 장치 관리 정책 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 장치 관리 정책 모델은 회사마다 상이하게 존재하는 미들웨어, 이기종 RFID 장치, 다양한 응용프로그램들에 대해 통합적으로 제어 관리를 수행 할 수 있도록 해준다. 또한 제안하는 정책 모델을 이용하여 RFID 장치 관리 정책이 RFID 시스템에서 실시간으로 변환되고 처리되는 과정을 예제를 통해 보인다.

최근 건설업의 불황에도 불구하고 고유가에 힘입어 해외 플랜트 시장 특히, 중동의 플랜트 시장은 크게 호황을 이루고 있다. 이는 고유가를 바탕으로 한 중동의 여러 국가에서 대규모프로젝트를 계속적으로 발주를 하고 있어 국내 건설사들은 이러한 플랜트 수주를 통하여 건설 불황을 타개하려 하고 있다. 현재에는 플랜트 시장이 전반적으로 호황을 이루기에 국내 건설사들이 해외 수주를 하는데 있어 큰 어려움을 겪지는 않고 있으나, 고부가가치이며 수익성이 높고 고도의 기술력이 요구되는 원천기술은 선진 엔지니어링 회사에서 과점 형태로 시장을 점유하고 있어 우리와 같은 후발 주자들은 단시간 내에 그 대열에 합류하기란 큰 어려움이 예상된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 기업의 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위한 방안으로써 플랜트 공사 구매조달 시 담당자의 지식 및 업무능력 범위 내에서 업무가 수행되는 것을 시스템화하여 모든 구매조달 관련자가 선진 수준에서 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 구매조달 시스템과 이에 연계해서 자원 운영을 최적화 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 현장 내 자재 관리 시스템을 구축을 제시하려 한다.

As having analyzed an advance research that had looked into how characteristics of information system affect use and success of the concerned system, the study determined that system quality, information quality and service quality are the fundamental requirements for a good accounting information system. In addition, based on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use that have been selected as major variables related to information system acceptance proposed by Davis[10], the study conducted an empirical analysis on how such factors would influence performance of the accounting information system. According to the results from the analysis, the system quality one of the characteristics of the accounting information system was observed to have a significant influence on the perceived ease of use while both the information quality and the service quality would positively affect the perceived usefulness. Not only that, the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness were confirmed to be a significant factor to the performance, and with those results, all the theses of the study have been selected. As proved even with the information system success model, the system quality, the information quality and the service quality are definitely the most necessary elements for business management, and it also turned out that those elements would play an important role in several stages of the information system.
