Clinical and genetic heterogeneity in association with overlapping spectrum is characteristic in pediatric neuromuscular disorders, which makes confirmative diagnosis difficult and time consuming. Considering evolution of molecular genetic diagnosis and resultant upcoming genetically modifiable therapeutic options, rapid and cost-effective genetic testing should be applied in conjunction with existing diagnostic methods of clinical examinations, laboratory tests, electrophysiologic studies and pathologic studies. Earlier correct diagnosis would enable better clinical management for these patients in addition to new genetic drug options and genetic counseling.

There is tremendous interest of research which surrounds the concept of 'osteoporosis,' as shown by the intense and growing research activity in the field. The urgency to advance knowledge in this area is motivated by the need to understand not only the causes, diagnosis and treatment but also need for early identification or detection of this silent disease. Despite the various researches work is going on, important issues remain unresolved. In this paper, Osteoporosis has also been discussed with respect to biological, engineering, biochemical and physical aspects. The diagnostic and therapeutic techniques have been described for osteoporosis, for better health care. The novelty of the review paper lies in clarifying several myths, explaining the disease in details with biomedical engineering aspects and focuses on the several detection techniques, providing a new direction for early diagnosis of this deadly disease and gives new directions for the POCT device for Osteoporosis.

Molecular imaging strives to visualize processes in living subjects at the molecular level. Monitoring biochemical processes at this level will allow us to directly track biological processes and signaling events that lead to pathophysiological abnormalities, and help make personalized medicine a reality by allowing evaluation of therapeutic efficacies on an individual basis. Although most molecular imaging techniques emerged from the field of oncology, they have now gradually gained acceptance by the cardiovascular community. Hence, the availability of dedicated high-resolution small animal imaging systems and specific targeting imaging probes is now enhancing our understanding of cardiovascular diseases and expediting the development of newer therapies. Examples include imaging approaches to evaluate and track the progress of recent genetic and cellular therapies for treatment of myocardial ischemia. Other areas include in vivo monitoring of such key molecular processes as angiogenesis and apoptosis, Cardiovascular molecular imaging is already an important research tool in preclinical experiments. The challenge that lies ahead is to implement these techniques into the clinics so that they may help fulfill the promise of molecular therapies and personalized medicine, as well as to resolve disappointments and controversies surrounding the field.

YAKCHIM is a clinical research of korean O.M.D's in the 1960's, and it was activated by experimental research and organization of the association after 1980. YAKCHIM in Korea is a new technical therapy that used the efficacy of traditional herb and the stimulation of meridian at points by needles. In order to search the original form of YAKCHIM and the significance of development in therapeutic methodology, reger to various documents. The results were obtained as follow : 1. The form of injection in YAKCHIM is a developed form of a aspirator which trace the cupping therapy(附缸) to its origin. 2. The injection techniques that used extracts of oriental herb can be found out original methodology in Bee-acupuncture(蜂針) and snake teeth etc. that have been used in far-eastern area from long time ago. 3. YAKCHIM in Korea is a developed form of techniques which was combined with the meridian theory, in consequence, it is difference with an injection syringe which only used to injection in modern medicine.

Cellular uptake of nanoparticles for stem cell labeling and tracking is a critical technique for biomedical therapeutic applications. However, current techniques suffer from low intracellular labeling efficiency and cytotoxic effects, which has led to great interest in the development of a new labeling strategy. Using silica-coated nanoparticles conjugated with rhodamine B isothiocyanate (RITC) (SR), we tested the cellular uptake efficiency, biocompatibility, proliferation or differentiation ability with murine bone marrow derived hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. The bone marrow hematopoietic cells showed efficient uptake with SR with dose or time dependent manner and also provided a higher uptake on hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. Biocompatibility tests revealed that the SR had no deleterious effects on cell cytotoxicity, proliferation, or multi-differentiation capacities in vitro and in vivo. SR nanoparticles are advantageous over traditional labeling techniques as they possess a high level of cellular internalization without limiting the biofunctionality of the cells. Therefore, SR provides a useful alternative for gene or drug delivery into hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells for basic research and clinical applications.

Hydrotherapy is aimed at evoking short-term and long-term adaptation-mechanisms of patients. This means that a patient should be able to adapt to the changed environment. both mentally and physically. Hydrotherapy is widely used to treat patients with generalised rheumatic discases. Hydrotherapy may be applied as a single therapy. in combination with other therapeutic interventions or as one pan of a complex series of stimuli as e.g. during spa therapy. A treatment regimen in water is constructed according to the same rules as dry land exercise. However, methods specifically designed or adjusted for hydrotherapy can be used. The Halliwick is suitale in particular to facilitate arthrokinetic reactions as a part of training postural stability. The Bad Ragaz Ring is a hydortherapy modification of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Patterns of arms. logs and trunk are used to increase muscle function and flexibility. Other techniques are applicable in water too: mobilization and manipulation techniques of the joints can be integrated in hydrotherapeutic methods. The continuous research is needed for many interesting issues of hydrotherapy in new future.

In the search of finding modalities that are widely effective, natural, and safe, acupuncture is a viable and cost-effective treatment for helping athletes achieve this goal. More direct related research is needed, but testimonials from pro athletes and the body of research that currently exists provides powerful evidence on acupunctures ability to help with enhancing recovery. Specializing in acupuncture and exercise science, Chris integrates acupuncture into musculoskeletal rehabilitation therapy or fitness training for pain modulation, speedy recovery, and enhanced performance. Clients can choose to focus on one-on-one corrective exercise therapy, manual and massage therapy, or acupuncture. However, for best results, Chris recommends all three. Other modalities that he uses in therapy are acu-taping, herbal therapy, nutrition supplementation, cupping, guasha, and stretching techniques. Amatoxin-induced mushroom poisoning starts with nonspecific symptoms of toxicity but hepatic damage may follow, resulting in the rapid development of liver insufficiency and, ultimately, coma and death. Accurate detection of amatoxins, such as α-, β-, and γ-amanitin, within the first few hours after presentation is necessary to improve the therapeutic outcomes of patients. Therefore, analytical methods for the identification and quantification of α-, β-, and γ-amanitin in biological samples are necessary for clinical and forensic toxicology. This study presents a literature review of the analytical techniques available for amatoxin detection in biological matrices, and established an inventory of liquid chromatography (LC) techniques with mass spectrometry (MS), ultraviolet (UV) detection, and electrochemical detection (ECD). LC-MS methods using quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry, time-of-flight mass spectrometry, and orbitrap MS are powerful analytical techniques for the identification and determination of amatoxins in plasma, urine, serum, and tissue samples, with high sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility compared to LC with UV and ECD, enzyme-linked immunoassay, and capillary electrophoresis methods.

The purposes of the study were to find the characteristics of spousal conflict, the characteristics of the origin of family in couple, the intervention techniques of the family therapist, and the processes of change in couple through family therapy. The total family counseling was 9 sessions, which included individual and couple therapy. The study used constant comparative analysis by using open coding method to find the factors. The study suggested the whole model for the study, which could be shown the processes of family therapy in this case study, by using graphical network display. The results of study showed the personal characteristics of husband and wife, the characteristics of the origin of family in couple, the intervention techniques of the family therapist, and the processes of change in husband through family therapy by using matrix. The results revealed that there were many differences in characteristics to cause spousal conflicts and characteriscts in family of origin to influence the crisis of divorce. The therapeutic intervention to treat the couples in the crisis of divorce were facilitation of communication between husband and wife, husband's differentiation of self from family of origin, and understanding about the perspectives of family members. As results of therapeutic intervention, there were showed the spousal change of recognition to each other, husband's differentiation of self, wife's growth of self, and improvement of communication.

One of the important things in the full mouth reconstruction is the determination of therapeutic position. Centric jaw relation is used as a therapeutic position for the full mouth reconstruction. There are several techniques associated with recording this position. Five clinically acceptable techniques are as follows: 1) Swallowing or free closure, 2) Chin point guidance, 3) Bimanual method 4) Myo-monitor technique, 5) Anterior deprogrammer. Centric relation obtained utilizing the anterior acrylic resin platform in this case. Another important thing in full mouth reconstruction is provisional restoration. Provisional restorations are an excellent diagnostic instrument, especially in full remain esthetics, phonetics, function, parafunction, and dysfunction after evaluation and acceptance through clinical trial with the provisional restorations should be accurately transferred to the final restorations to ensure the same clinical success. Especially, anterior guidance should be accurately transferred to the final restorations. An accurate anterior guidance is critical for optimal esthetics, phonetics, comfort, function, stress minimization, and longevity of teeth and restorations. To record optimum anterior guidance, customized anterior guide table is used in this case. Considering previously mentioned points, we did successive treatment. And it resulted in a better situation esthetically and functionally. Followings are what we cared in treating a patient in this case. 1) Accurate centric relation recording 2) Accurate transference of anterior guidance to the final restorations.
