본 연구는 커피전문점 선택속성인 접근성, 상권, 공간성, 편의성, 신뢰성, 확신성이 만족에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 또한 만족, 전환비용, 재이용의도 간에 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 설문조사는 최근 1개월 이내에 커피전문점을 이용했던 경험이 있는 대학생을 대상으로 실시하였고 247부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구모형 검정은 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 기초통계분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 구조모형분석을 하였다. 분석결과 커피전문점의 선택속성요인 중 편의성만 제외하고 확신성, 접근성, 상권, 신뢰성, 공간성순으로 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였다. 만족과 전환비용은 재이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 선택속성의 만족은 대학생 고객의 행동의도를 높여 궁극적으로 커피전문점 성과향상에 기여하는 것을 보여준다. 따라서 대학생들을 대상으로 하는 커피전문점은 커피의 맛, 가격, 다양한 메뉴와 접근성이나 상권, 규모 있는 공간에 대한 많은 관심이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

도서관 웹사이트는 도서관 정보자원과 이용자를 연결해주는 수단이자 매개체이다. 그러나, 기존의 도서관 웹사이트와 검색시스템은 정보자원에의 검색방식 및 접근방법이 대부분 비장애인 이용자를 대상으로 설계되어, 장애인 이용자는 도서관 웹사이트를 통한 도서관 정보자원에의 접근과 이용에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이와 같은 도서관서비스는 장애인 이용자에게 도서관 웹사이트 및 정보자원에의 접근성을 저하시키는 요인으로 작용되기 때문에, 장애인 이용자의 도서관 정보자원에의 접근성을 향상시키기 위해서는 도서관 웹사이트에의 접근 편의성과 검색 용이성, 정보자원의 제공 충분성 등이 제공되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 장애인 이용자의 정보요구에 대한 만족도를 높이고, 도서관 웹사이트의 접근성과 검색 용이성 등을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이자 차후 장애인을 위한 도서관 웹사이트의 검색시스템을 구축하는 데 필요한 토대연구로, 우리나라의 국 공립 도서관 웹사이트의 검색시스템에 대해 현황조사 및 분석을 실시한다. 그리고 조사결과를 바탕으로 개선방안을 간단하게 나열한다.

본 연구는 한국의 40개 중소도시를 대상으로 도시의 물리적환경과 주민건강의 상관관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 개인의 사회경제적 속성과 함께 도시환경을 토지이용, 도시형태, 시설접근성으로 구분하고 다수준분석을 이용하여 지역주민들의 건강에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 인구밀도가 높을수록 지역주민들의 비만정도가 낮은 것으로 나타났으며 토지이용혼합도가 높을수록 지역주민들의 건강수준이 높고 고혈압 유병률이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 도로의 연결성이 높고 대중교통접근성이 낮을수록 지역주민들의 비만도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 오픈스페이스에 대한 접근성은 지역주민들의 건강수준(EQ-5D)에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 주민건강 증진을 위한 계획을 수립하는데 있어 토지이용혼합, 대중교통시설 및 오픈스페이스에 대한 접근성 등을 중요한 계획요소로 활용할 필요가 있다.

비장애인에게 IT 기술은 단순히 하나의 제품에 지나지 않을지 모르지만, 장애인에게는 비장애인과 동일한 사회 활동을 가능케 해주는 '또 다른 감각'이 될 수 있다. 장애인의 정보 접근을 돕기 위해서는 도서관의 장애인서비스가 필수적인데, 장애인을 위한 도서관 서비스는 그 규모와 수준에 따라 실효성이 결정된다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 인구의 10%에 달하는 독서장애인의 독서활동 및 정보 접근을 돕는 국내외 기술과 응용력의 현주소에 대해 알아본다. 문헌조사 및 국내외 도서관 탐방을 통해 독서장애인 지원 기술 및 서비스 현황을 살펴보고, 그에 따른 분석을 토대로 국내 실정에 맞는 발전방안을 제시한다. 이를 통해 독서장애인의 정보접근지원에 있어 국내 도서관에서 제공할 수 있는 서비스와 독서지원 보조공학 기술 관련 장기적 발전전략을 제안하였다.

Purposes: This study has the purpose to the improvement of health promotion for local residents through delivery of high-quality medical service by improving imbalance of medical use and seeking an improvement plan for accessibility of effective medical service by understanding the pattern of medical use by region. Methodology: As for the method, this study derived results at the significance level of p<0.05 through chi square test(χ² test) and Generalized Estimating Equation(GEE) SAS 9.4 version by using the data of the 7th Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing 2018. Findings: Study results show that local residents use medical service such as hospitalization care and outpatient visit more as compared to the residents in Gyeonggi-do/large or medium-sized cities. The more the number of chronic disease, the more they select hospitalization care rather than outpatient visit. Results also show that patients engaged in labour tend to select outpatient treatment rather than hospitalization treatment. Meanwhile, severity of disease turned out to be higher amongst medical care beneficiaries than that of national health insurance patients when comparing the types of medical security. Practical Implications: In stead of solving the problem of the difference in medical use by region from the aspect of income and economic level, an integrative solution shall be provided putting viewpoint on the social phenomenon suited to the changes of the times. This study suggests a plan for using a health and medical community care center that acts as a gate keeper of regional medical service.

Determination of dynamic parameters of a structure such as predominant frequency and damping ratio is one of the most important subjects in dynamics of structures. Different methods are used to determine predominant frequency. These methods are different in the cost, implement accessibility, accuracy, speed, applicability in different conditions, simplicity of calculations and required data accessibility. Calculation of damping ratio by using common experimental procedures is very difficult and costly, then it is assumed as a constant value in most calculations. Microtremor measurements and using spectral ratio method to determine the predominant frequency and damping ratio of structure is of interest in recent years. In this paper, as a case study, the effects of retrofitting on structural dynamic parameters of two four-story buildings by using microtremor measurements and also finite element analysis, is investigated. The results of this study show that microtremor measurements can be utilized to assess the improvement of dynamic behavior of the retrofitted structure and the effectiveness of the method of retrofitting.

Background: We aimed to provide basic data for improving the effectiveness of the invitational training and reflecting it in the program in the following year by identifying the satisfaction level of trainees who participated in the "Dr. LEE Jong-wook Fellowship Program" funded by the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare. Methods: A qualitative study was conducted using a questionnaire interview. In the first stage of analysis, only the interview contents related to the research topic were classified by the researcher for the conversations recorded at the interview site, and in the second stage of analysis, the interview contents classified in the first stage were classified into each of those mentioned in this study. Results: The longer the trainees participated in the program and the better the accessibility, the higher the satisfaction with the program. In addition, the level of achievement of the trainees' goals and the level of improvement in their competence affected their satisfaction, and their difficulty in language communication during the training period was identified as a factor affecting the trainees' satisfaction level. In addition, competency improvement and satisfaction were positively correlated (r=0.75, p=0.03). Conclusion: When organizing a rehabilitation workforce capacity training program, it is important to identify trainees' needs, ensure accessibility, organize courses effectively, enhance English proficiency, and expand practical lectures to increase trainees' knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation.

This paper presents improvement of consumer's access and convenience to Farmers Market(Local Food Shop). We analyzed case studies and proposed plans of Local Food Shop and related facilities. The results are described below. Thorough pre-education and public relations with extensive support for agricultural products in the area and external support are necessary. Most importantly, the consuming population was close. These factors were the factors of success. Tourists' visit is effective. Consumer distance should be within 10km. Long distance tourists need a way to attract tourists on weekends. It is an advantage that there are many consumers. And it would be nice to have a market in the vicinity. And it is necessary to develop various activities such as experience activities and programs. Also, a place convenient for cooperation with the government office, public health center, etc. is good. Accessibility is enhanced when ICs of frequent highway and highway are close to cars. As a suggestion of placing a direct sales place, we will set up a place for consumers to collaborate and relax and also consider the convenience of providers. For the convenience of consumers' shopping, including sales outlets, we set up booths for daily necessities and industrial products, and place other agricultural cooperatives (NACF banks), local cafes and farmer restaurants in front. Consider multifunction combined service center for consumers and farmers.

불특정다수인이 찾는 종합병원은 어떤 시설보다도 장애물 없이 이동 및 접근이 가능해야 하는 시설임에도 불구하고 물리적인 장애물로 인해 이용자를 불편하게 하고 있는 현실이다. 병원 이용자의 대부분은 치료에 목적을 갖고 방문하는 환자들이며, 그들은 일시적 혹은 영구적인 장애를 지닌 경우가 많으므로 이용자 모두 장애인이라는 시각으로 시설을 계획하여야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지체장애인이 종합병원으로 접근하기 위해 이용하게 되는 편의시설의 현황을 파악하기 위해 서울시 소재 종합병원 59개소를 방문하여 실태조사 하였으며, 접근성에 장애가 되는 요소들을 도출하여 개선의 방향을 다음과 같이 제시한다. 대지의 입구로부터 유효폭과 적정한 기울기가 확보된 보행안전통로를 연속되게 설치하여야 하며, 주출입구는 단차 없이 설치하거나 단차가 발생하는 경우 주출입문 전후의 유효거리를 충분히 확보하여야 할 것으로 나타났다.

An online suit-customizing system for the special accessibility needs of wheelchair users should be developed because the demand for business suits by wheelchair users involved in economic activities has increased. This study develops a user interface an online customizing system for men's suits specialized for wheelchair users. This study used a five-step approach: (1) search for online men's suits customizing system in web porter sites, (2) select three sites based on three terms, (3) heuristic testing with five web specialists, (4) development of a system user interface based on suggestions for improvement from the heuristic test, (5) usability testing of the user interface prototype by 10 disabled men in wheelchairs. The interface of Company S had high ratings on interactivity, accessibility, informativeness, and consistency in the heuristic test results; subsequently, a user interface was developed based on suggestions for improvement from the heuristic test. This online user interface for customizing men's suits provides better usability to wheelchair users than existing online interfaces aimed at the non-disabled and disabled; consequently, this study contributes to the commercialization of an online customizing system for men's suits specializing in serving wheelchair users.
