Objectives: In this study, dental hygienists' perceptions of dental hygienists' communication and general public's mutual perceptions were compared to seek development directions and plans for improving dental hygienists' communication skills, and furthermore, communication to increase satisfaction between the general public and dental hygienists. This study was conducted to provide basic data on the development and direction of competency improvement education. Methods: From April 1 to April 31, 2023, a survey was conducted through an online link for the general public with dental treatment experience and dental hygienists currently working at dentists in Gwangju and Jeonnam. A total of 258 questionnaires were collected. Independence t-test and paired t-test were performed using SPSS Statistics (ver. 21.0; IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) Results: As a result of analyzing the accuracy of the communication ability of dental hygienists, from the dental hygienist's point of view, general publics perceived that the dental hygienist's underestimation of their own communication ability was actually lower than the dental hygienist's underestimated communication ability. From the general public's point of view, dental hygienists overestimated their communication ability. In fact, dental hygienists perceived their general publics as higher than general public's overestimated communication ability. Conclusions: Based on these results, it is necessary to develop education and operate various educational programs to improve the communication skills of dental hygienists, and to rethink educational accessibility to increase participation in education and to publicize the professionalism of dental hygienists.

지금까지 고속철도와 고속도로의 계획 및 건설은 시설 간 연계 환승에 대한 고려 없이 개별시설 확충 위주로 진행되었으며. 이로 인해 시설의 효율적 투자 및 활용은 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 고속도로 연계성 향상으로 고속철도 수단선택행태에 미치는 영향을 다항로짓모형(Multinominal Logit Model)과 이항로짓모형(Binary Logit Model)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 모형개발을 위한 설문조사는 고속철도, 고속버스, 장거리 승용차 이용자를 대상으로 통행실태조사와 진술선호조사를 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 고속철도와 연계 환승수단에 대한 수단분담모형을 구축하였다. 수단선택모형을 통하여 고속도로와 고속철도가 연계 시 동탄역을 대상으로 사례분석을 수행한 결과 서울~부산 간 약 2시간의 통행시간이 단축되었으며, 이로 인해 약 30%의 수요증가 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 고속철도와 고속도로의 계획 시 연계 환승을 고려하여 건설 및 운영이 이루어질 경우, 고속철도의 이동성 기능과 고속도로의 접근성 기능을 결합함으로써 수단간 효율성을 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify level of recognition of the importance, satisfaction and contribution of APNs' role by physicians, nurses, and advanced practice nurses. Method: Perceived importance and satisfaction were measured with a 23-item questionnaire on APN role with 5 subcategories. APNs' contribution was investigated using a 13-item outcome questionnaire developed by the researchers. Between August 15 and October 31, 2009, the researchers collected data from 68 physicians, 265 nurses, and 23 APNs all working in a single tertiary hospital. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Kruskal-Wallis Test with Bonferroni's Correction and scatter plot. Result: The importance (3.24~3.39, 4 point scale), satisfaction (3.02~3.13, 4 point scale), and contribution of APNs' role (3.39~4.12, 5 point scale) were well recognized by the health care professionals. All the three health care professional groups rated APNs' contribution high in medical service management, continuity of care, patient accessibility, improvement in patient satisfaction, and patient and family education. 'Importance-Satisfaction Analysis' showed that patient data management by APNs needed greater effort. Conclusions: The findings show that the importance, satisfaction, contribution of APNs' role are recognized, and indicate a need for further development of APNs' role through efforts to overcome the gaps identified through this research.

행정정보공표제도를 통하여 공공기관의 정보에 대한 접근성과 이용성을 보장받을 수 있고, 정부와 국민간의 원활한 소통의 장을 마련할 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 국민에 대한 국정 참여를 유도하여 굿 거버넌스를 실현 시킬 수 있다. 하지만 행정정보공표제도의 시행에 있어 대국민적 홍보 부족으로 이러한 제도가 있는지 조차 인식하지 못한 국민이 많고, 제도에 시행에 있어 다각적인 부분에서 미흡한 점이 많다. 그리고 행정정보공표제도의 시행에 있어서 행정기관들의 행정정보공표 기준은 수립하였으나 기준에 포함되는 항목에 있어서 표준화가 이루어 지지 않아 매우 혼잡한 모습을 보이고 있다.본 논문은 이러한 문제의식에 근거하여 행정정보공표 기준을 분석하고 행정정보공표제도의 개선방향을 제안하였다.

기능별 분류체계나 출처 중심의 탐색은 이용자들에게 쉽지 않으며 키워드검색도 이용자가 입력한 검색어와 기록물명의 단순 매칭 결과만 제시하여, 이용자의 기대에 부응하지 못하고 있다. 대통령기록관에서는 주제 분류체계를 개발하여 기록검색의 효율성을 높이고자 하였으며, 이와 연계하여 이용자들의 검색 과정을 돕고 기록관리 업무에도 용어통제 등 도움을 줄 주제 시소러스를 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 대통령기록물 건명을 형태소 분석하고, 관련 시소러스와 이용자가 웹사이트에 입력한 검색 용어 및 정보공개 청구용어 등의 현황을 면밀히 분석한 후, 주제 분류체계와의 매핑을 통해 주제시소러스를 개발한 과정을 제시한다. 또한 주제 시소러스의 업무 및 온라인 서비스에의 활용 방안을 제시하며, 앞으로의 발전방향을 제시한다.

줌(Zoom), 디스코드와 같은 온라인 화상 회의 시스템은 접근성이 좋고 공간의 제약을 받지 않아 주로 비대면 업무를 볼 때 쓰이고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 온라인 화상 회의 시스템은 양방향 상호작용이 어려워, 이를 이용하는 참여자들에게서 의사소통의 어려움, 몰입의 부재 등의 문제가 나타나고 있다. 반면, 공간 컴퓨팅의 발전과 함께 주목받게 된 메타버스는 청각과 시각, 촉각 정보를 활용하여 3차원 가상세계에서도 현실세계와 같이 원활한 상호작용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 기존 온라인 화상 회의 시스템의 몰입 부재 문제를 개선하기 위해 메타버스 플랫폼의 활용 방안을 제안한다. 제안 방법을 통해 플랫폼 이용자끼리 가상공간에서 서로의 업무 화면을 공유 및 확인하며, 다양한 자료를 교환할 수 있다. 참여자의 몰입 개선을 위해 메타버스 플랫폼의 환경과 개선안을 구성하고, 기존 온라인 화상 회의 플랫폼과 비교하였다.

Lung cancer is the most common primary tumor of brain metastasis. Metastasis to the brain is a frequent complication of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) occuring in 12 ~ 18% of patient. The incidence of brain metastasis is rising because of longer survival of cancer patients as a result of the increase in early diagnosis of primary tumors and aggressive management, and improvements in imaging quality and accessibility such as widespread use of MRI. The most common symptoms are gradual onset of headache, focal weakness, and mental changes. Surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and steroid therapy are treatment of NSCLC with brain metastasis. We report a patient with NSCLC metastasis to the brain. This patient underwent chemotherapy, radiotherapy and steroidtherapy. However, the patient requested oriental medical treatment for the patient's continuous headache and disease. We administered Banhabaekchulchoenma-tang gagambang with Allergen-removed Rhus Verniciflua Stokes(aRVS). The patient showed remarkable improvement in terms of frequency and severity of headache. Further study will be needed in order to determine the long-term effectiveness of oriental medical treatment on cancer patient with headache.

소셜 네트워크 서비스는 편리한 접근성과 뚜렷한 사용자 주관 점에서 사회 여러 분야에서 폭 넓고 유용하게 사용될 충분한 가능성을 가지고 있다. 그 중에서도 트위터는 사용자간의 네트워크 형성이 간단하고 개방적이며 실시간 전파력이 뛰어난 특징을 가지고 있다. 그러나 140글자로 제한된 글에서 의미 분석을 시도해야 한다는 점과 한글 자연어처리의 한계, 트위터 자체의 제약과 기술적 문제들로 실제 분석에는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문은 특정 계정이나 키워드에 의존하여 개별 트윗을 분석한 기존의 방법 대신 항구성을 띄는 인간의 정치적 성향을 분석에 적용할 경우 정확도 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 가정하고 2012년 4월 11일 제19대 국회의원선거 기간 동안 수집한 트윗 코퍼스에 적용한 실험을 통해 보였다. 실험 결과는 실제 선거 결과와 정확히 일치하였으며, 75.4%의 정확도와 34.8%의 재현율을 보인 개별 트윗 분석보다 사용자의 타임라인별 정치 성향 분석이 약 8%의 정확도와 5%의 재현율 향상을 가져옴을 보였다.

This research was designed to conduct research to apprehend fashion brand's mobile SNS characteristics in depth and the related consumer psychology and behaviors such as brand attachment and brand loyalty. The fashion brand's mobile SNS characteristics were differentiated from the web-based fashion brand's SNS. This study targeted women in their 20s using mobile Facebook and mobile Twitter, and residing in Seoul or Gyeonggi province. Total 412 observations were collected through online survey. The major findings of the study were as follows. First, as the characteristics of fashion brand's mobile SNS, ease of fashion data storage, fashion recentness, fashion usefulness, and fashion accessibility were extracted. As the factors of the flow, time distortion/focused attention and playfulness were extracted. Second, the fashion recentness and fashion usefulness showed positive influence to time distortion/focused attention factor in the flow. All four fashion brand's mobile SNS characteristics showed positive influence to playfulness factor in the flow. Third, time distortion/focused attention factor and playfulness factor both showed positive influence to brand attachment and brand loyalty from using fashion brand's mobile SNS. Fourth, brand attachment had positive influence to brand loyalty from using fashion brand's mobile SNS. Based on the above results, this study provided practical ways to develop effective mobile SNS marketing strategies in fashion brand. Also, this study demonstrated feasible future contents and necessary improvement for fashion brand's mobile SNS, which holds marketing implications.

본 연구는 '2010년도 해안마을 경관형성 시범사업'의 일환으로 국토해양부가 주관하고 고흥군이 시행한 '구룡 해안마을 경관형성 기본계획'을 다룬다. 해안마을 경관은 정주, 경제, 문화 활동을 포함하고 있는 시스템이므로 해안마을 경관형성 기본계획은 관광자원화와 정주환경조성, 문화 활동 간의 균형이 필요하다고 보았다. 이에 '주민들의 생활이 이루어지고 있는 경관의 잠재성과 생활문화방식을 존중하면서 경관의 개선 및 증진'을 주요 목적으로 설정했다. 연구 진행에 있어서는 주민참여 프로그램을 운영해 주민들 스스로가 자신들의 경관 인식과 아이디어를 이야기할 수 있도록 했고 경관 추진위원회라는 소통 창구를 통해 경관형성 계획과 관련된 의사결정을 진행했다. 경관형성 계획은 먼저 시간에 따라 훼손된 자연경관을 복원하고 정비하였다. 구룡산은 배후산으로서 역할을 할 수 있도록 나대지를 복원하고 산마루 지형을 활용하여 전망공간을 조성했다. 해안과 관련해서는 돌을 사용한 계단식 스탠드와 노두길 조성으로 접근성을 높였다. 마을 길 체계는 해안도로, 마을 안길, 산자락길, 노두길 등을 대상으로 사라진 길은 복원하고, 끊긴 부분은 잇고 연결하면서 경관 주제에 맞도록 재구성하였다. 또한 주민들의 외부활동 편의성 증진과 방문객이 체계적인 경험을 할 수 있도록 기존의 거점 공간을 정비하거나 새롭게 조성했다. 이와 함께 가이드라인을 통해 사적영역에서의 경관 개선이 이루어지도록 했다. 가이드라인은 건축물의 지붕 벽체 담장과 가로에 놓이는 컨테이너 박스와 어구를 대상으로 했다. 본 연구는 주민참여 프로그램과 주민들과의 협의를 통해 주민들의 생활에 밀착한 해안마을 경관형성 기본계획을 수립했다는데 의의가 있다. 연구를 진행하면서 해안마을 경관 형성 사업의 한계점과 과제도 발견할 수 있었는데, 첫째는 주민들의 인식과 실천 사이의 간극이다. 주민들은 마을경관의 문제점을 알고 있었으나 실제 행동으로 옮기는데 있어서는 한계를 나타냈다. 둘째는 마을 경관형성사업에 대한 이해와 인식의 부족이다. 지방정부와 주민들은 마을 경관형성 사업을 신규 건축이나 도로 확장 같은 개발 사업으로 이해하는 경향이 있었다. 셋째는 경관이 그러하듯이, 이러한 계획은 단시간에 이루어지지 않으므로 일회적인 사업보다는 지속적인 관심과 지원이 필요하다는 것이다.
