This study aims primarily to discuss the question 'What does the red fashion boom in Korean society during the 2002 World Cup mean\ulcorner' For this question, it describes fashion phenomena and characteristics that appeared during the time. Specifically, in order to understand the concrete essence of the red fashion boom in terms of clothing and textiles, this study classifies and describes the red fashion boom as 'object, process and symbol' concepts. It investigates each case within the context of fashion. Outside that context, then, the implications of the red fashion boom are examined based on cultural studies and other sociocultural perspectives. This question is considered by focusing on social pressures as ideology, looking at the voluntary behaviour of Korean people in this context and examining several other factors. This is an investigation of the relationship between fashion, society and culture pursuing fashion theory by reviewing the relevant theoretical backgrounds afforded by the humanities and the social sciences. Based upon the above theoretical discussions, it synthesises what factors contributed to the Korean red fashion boom. Finally, this study briefly states their applicability to cultural marketing in its practical aspects. This study has attempted to throw some light on the question 'What does the red fashion boom in Korean society during the 2002 World Cup mean\ulcorner' The Korean Red Fashion Boom emerged from its interrelation with each context of the World Cup, as in the dualism of 'Janus'. That is, the World Cup functioned as the positive face of a festival that collected deep emotions and passion and contributed to the integration of society. Whereas its negative face, ideologically speaking, personified the invisible capitalistic product produced by the nation, enterprises and the mass media. And the implications of the red fashion boom can be interpreted with reference to the two faced World Cup.

Architect's basic design concept is based on the combination of traditional korean symbolic form and ultra mordern high-tech.

While the progress of preparation for the 2002 World Cup games goes on the environment is changing by industrializations development of science and specialization of technology, because of that recently the crime has also became intellectual so the importance on countermeasure of safety has raised. The countermeasure for safety The stadium is a limited space where amount of population could be concentrated, so that in a moment there could be a great casualties by terrorism, specially there should be efficient countermeasures for bomb terrorism. So to be prepared for the problems that had been appeared on bomb terrorism activities of North Korea around the world, we should know about the inspection environment and special inspection environment, and for the prevention first of all I've studied on suitable way to inspect the stadiums secondly to plan on specialized training of the necessary personnel on inspection and finally efficiency of use on inspection equipment. With there following plans we could make perfect safety countermeasures focused on prevention for the successful World Cup games.

AI World Cup 환경은 다수 가상 에이전트들이 팀을 이뤄서 서로 상호작용하며 대전이 가능한 가상 축구 환경이다. 본 논문에서는 AI World Cup 환경에서 멀티 에이전트기반 학습/추론 기술을 사용하여 다양한 전략과 전술을 구사하는 가상 축구 에이전트 구현과 시뮬레이션 결과를 소개한다. 먼저, 역할을 바탕으로 협동하여 상대방과 대전할 수 있는 논리 기반 추론형 멀티 에이전트 기술이 적용된 Dynamic planning 축구 에이전트 9 세트를 구현하였다. 이후, 강화학습 에이전트 기반, 단일 에이전트를 조합한 Independent Q-Learning 방식의 학습형 축구 에이전트를 구현한 후, 이를 멀티 에이전트 강화학습으로 확장하여 역할 기반 전략 학습이 가능한 가상 축구 에이전트를 구현하고 시뮬레이션 하였다. 구현된 가상 축구 에이전트들 간 대전을 통해 승률을 확인하고, 전략의 우수성을 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 예제는 다음에서 확인할 수 있다 (https://github.com/I-hate-Soccer/Simulation).

The purpose of this study is considering about the fashion of Korean National Flag in the point of view of sociology and philosophy. The contents are the philosophy of the Korean National Flag-'Taegk', the Great Absolute in Korean philosophy, and the historical fashion trend of The Korean National Flag. The results of characteristics of The Korean National Flag are summarized as following; 1. The Korean National Flag contains 'Taegk' philosophy, the source of the dual principle 'Yn' and 'Yang'. 2. The design of 'Taegk' has been showed in Korean society traditionally. 3. The fashion of Korean National Flag dramatically is changed after Korea/Japan World cup 2002. 4. The Korean National Flag is the strong symbol of Korean society, affirmatively, same as the American National Flag.

In country, for 2002 World-cup the peak is to construct soccer playground. the stabilizing method by additives is mainly applied of permanent improvement for bearing capacity of structure foundation and for strength, durability and transformation of road pavement layer except for construction machine's trafficability and bearing capacity. This study is on soft ground improvement of $\bigcirc$$\bigcirc$ world-cup stadium field. construction field constitutes of very various layers and after construction the lawn grass should be planted on the surface of the earth and in addition, chemical effects should be limited from improved ground layer. Mixing soft clay in field with three domestic representative additives, it evaluated the unconfined compression strength. In the results, after curing during 28 days the objective strength has been obtained on about 5% combination ratio.

2002년 한국과 일본에서 공동으로 개최한 FIFA 2002 KOREAㆍJAPAN WORLD CUP 대회가 막을 내렸다. 2002년 6월의 한국은 붉은 티셔츠의 강렬한 색상만큼이나 흥분과 열광의 도가니였다. 세계인들은 한국 축구의 4강 진출이라는 신화창조에 놀랐고, 붉은 악마로 분한 700백만 대한민국 국민들의 질서정연한 거리응원에 찬사를 아끼지 않았다. 지난 FIFA 2002 KOREAㆍJAPAN WORLD CUP 대회를 매스컴을 통해 접한 세계인들은 자국의 선수들을 응원하면서 붉은 색의 상의를 착용한 한국인들을 지켜보며, 붉은 색을 한국인을 상징하는 색상으로 새롭게 인식하였을지도 모른다.
