Recently, for places with poor vegetating environment, such as slopes made of weathered soil or rocks, erosion tranquilizers, coverings and composite fertilizers have been mixed with seeds and sprinkled onto soil. Also, these plant revegetations have been mixed with nets and used to strengthen cohesion. However, this technique often obstructed plant growth and caused pollution because of not decomposing nets. This study has tested influence on plant revegetation B for slope of weathered soil and rocks and decomposition of naturally decomposing polyester filament yarn. In result, it was showed that plant revegetation B does not harm environment in case of applying it to soil slope and enhance protection capacity of slopes as time goes by. Also, naturally decomposing polyester filament yam was analyzed its physical properties with the passage of time and was known that naturally decomposing polyester filament yarn transformed into a structure easy to decompose by hardening. Thus it is considered that the revegetation method used this study was very effective method for plant establishment and stability of slope.

With improvement of speech recognition and natural language processing, dialog systems are recently adapted to various service domains. It became possible to get desirable services by conversation through the dialog system, but it is still necessary to improve separate modules, such as domain detection, intention detection, named entity recognition, and out-of-domain detection, in order to achieve stable service offer. When it misclassifies an in-domain sentence of conversation as out-of-domain, it will result in poor customer satisfaction and finally lost business. As there have been relatively small number of studies related to the out-of-domain detection, in this paper, we introduce a new method using a hierarchical Dirichlet process and demonstrate the effectiveness of it by experimental results on Korean dataset.

L형 터널링 전계 효과 트랜지스터 (LTFET)는 종래의 터널링 전계 효과 트랜지스터 (TFET)보다 우수한 소자로 고려된다. 그러나, 실험적으로 입증 된 LTFET은 트랩 상태의 존재로 인한 트랩-보조-터널링 (Trap-Assisted-Tunneling; TAT)에 기인한 열악한 임계 이하 기울기(SS) 특성을 나타내었다. 본 논문에서는 실험적으로 시연 된 LTFET의 저전압 바이어스에 TAT 메커니즘을 밴드 다이어그램과 TAT 재조합률 (GTAT)을 사용하여 조사한다.

코로나19의 장기화로 인해 온라인학습은 선택이 아닌 필수 학습으로 자리잡고 있다. 이러한 현실에서 수동적인 동영상 시청에 의지한 온라인 학습 방법은 학생들의 학력 저하 및 낮은 학습 성취도라는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 PBL 교수법에 PSC-Note를 수업에 적용하여 학습자의 문제해결능력과 자기주도적 학습능력을 향상시키고 또한 학습 성취도를 높이고자 한다.

Clustering plays an indispensable role for data analysis. Many clustering algorithms have been developed. However, most of them suffer poor performance of learning. To archive good clustering performance, we develop a hybrid neural network model. It is the combination of Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) and Adaptive Resonance Theory 2 (ART2). It inherits two distinct advantages of stability and plasticity from ART2. Meanwhile, by combining the merits of MLP, it improves the performance for clustering. Experiment results show that our model can be used for clustering with promising performance.

실리콘 태양전지 제조에 기판으로 사용되는 156 mm 실리콘 웨이퍼의 제작 공정에 적용하기 위한 오존수 세정 메커니즘에 대하여 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 생산 공정에 있어서 제품 불량 및 성능 저하를 유발하는 웨이퍼 표면 오염원을 분석하였으며, 이를 제거하기 위한 오존 세정공정에 대하여 실험하였다. 이 기술을 적용한 결과 미세입자는 94% 이상 제거 되었으며, 잔류 유기물도 45% 이상 더 제거되는 것으로 나타났다.

영상 데이타의 증가로 인해 여러 분야에 걸쳐 유사 영상 검색에 대한 수요는 계속해서 증가하고 있으며, 좀 더 정확한 유사 영상 검색을 위해 내용기반영상검색 기술 분야에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 내용기반영상검색에서는 유사한 영상을 검색하기 위해 색상, 모양, 질감 등의 영상 자체의 내용을 사용한다. 하지만 위성 사진과 같이 색상 정보의 사용이 어렵고 영상 자체가 매우 복잡한 영상의 경우는 내용기반영상검색 기술을 이용해도 유사성 검색이 쉽지 않다. 그 이유는 색상 정보의 사용이 어려워 모양 정보를 이용하려면 영상 세그멘테이션을 통해 물체의 모양을 분리해내야 하는데 영상이 매우 복잡한 경우 영상 세그멘테이션의 결과가 좋지 않기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 영상 세그멘테이션을 사용하지 않고 유사성 검색을 하는 방법을 제안하여 유사 위성 영상을 검색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 영상 세그멘테이션을 사용하지 않는 모양 기술자인 SIFT keypoint descriptor를 기반으로 영상의 유사도를 정의하여 유사성 검색을 한다. 실험을 통해 제안한 방법을 이용함으로써 색상 정보의 사용이 어렵고 영상 자체가 매우 복잡한 위성 영상의 유사성 검색의 정확성을 향상 시킬 수 있음을 보인다.

과학기술계 협회는 회원들의 산업기술활동 및 교류를 통해서 방대한 양의 정보를 생산하는 첨단 산업기술정보의 주요 생산집단이다. 현재 협회들의 정보화 현황을 살펴보면 정보 인프라 수준이 매우 열악하여 생산정보에 대한 체계적인 관리 및 서비스가 어려운 실정이다. 이에 한국과학기술정보연구원은 협회정보화지원사업의 일환으로 협회에서 발생하는 다양한 기술정보를 효과적으로 수집하여 가공하고 웹을 통하여 관리 및 유통할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 협회의 요구사항을 파악하고 모델이 될 수 있는 관련 사례들을 조사하였으며, 웹 기반 응용기술과 정보검색 시스템을 이용하였다. 결과적으로 협회 회원뿐 아니라 일반 정보이용자가 원하는 협회 기술정보를 인터넷으로 쉽고 빠르게 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 향후 대상 협회를 확대하고 시스템 기능을 고도화할 계획이다.

벅 컨버터 LC 필터의 라플라스 변환 회로에서 전압 분배 법칙을 사용하여 전달 함수를 구하였다. 참고문헌에서 제안된 Type2 제어기의 근 궤적과 시뮬레이션 파형으로부터 제어기 설계가 잘못된 것을 나타내었다. PI 제어기를 근 궤적 기법으로 설계하였다. PI 제어기를 연산 증폭기를 사용하여 구현하였다. 제대로 동작하는 Type2 제어기를 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 결과를 확인하였다.

Recently, it has been developed for Eco-environment, Super light, Multi-functional nano materials. As needed mobile parts in Smart phone or TV, computer, information communication for high pass signal, multi-function, Magnetic thin film materials have been developed. As last, magnetic powder, sintered and sputtering parts were thick and low purity than electroplating layer, low pass signal and noise were resulted, vibrated TV screen. Because chemical complex temperature was high and ununiform surface layer, it has been very difficult for data pass in High Frequency (GHz) area. Large capacity data pass is used to GHz. Above GHz, signal pass velocity is dependent on Skin Effect of surface layer. If surface layer is thick or ununiform, attachment is poor, low pass signal and cross talk, noise are produced and leaked. It has been reported technical trend of Electrochemically plating and Surface treatment of Metal, Polymer, Ceramic etc. by dispersion/complex for Multi functional nano-magnetic material in this paper.
