전라북도 남원시 천거동 78 일대에 위치한 광한루원은 광한루를 중심으로 6,000여$m^2$의 연못을 파고 월궁(月宮)을 상징하는 각종 상상환경요소들을 도입하여 조영한 조선시대의 대표적 관아정원(官衙庭苑)으로서 천문(天文)적 우주를 축소하여 상징적으로 조성한 역사적 공공정원이다. 또한 자연의 원리에 순응하고, 선도적 신선사상을 가장 구체적으로 표현한 정원이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 광한루 및 광한루원의 1) 점경물에 표현된 상상환경 요소, 2) 단청, 편액, 그림, 문양에 표현된 상상환경요소, 3) 시인묵객들의 시문에 표현된 상상환경요소의 사상적 배경과 상징성을 파악해 보고, 조경설계에서 서구의 과학적 접근에 의해 단절된 상상환경을 자연환경, 인공환경 외 제3의 환경으로서 그 가치를 강조하고, 현재 재조명되고 있는 상상환경의 중요성을 인식하여 한국전통조경에 내재된 상상환경을 현대조경교육에 계승 가능성을 가늠해 보는 기초자료를 삼고자 하였다.

In [7], it was shown that Euclidean rings R of imaginary quadratic integers admit unitary number systems. In this paper, as an application of the result, we obtain all self similar tiles arising from the unitary number systems of R.

For a ring R of imaginary quadratic integers, using a concept of a unitary number system in place of the Motzkin's universal side divisor, we show that the following statements are equivalent: (1) R is Euclidean. (2) R has a unitary number system. (3) R is norm-Euclidean. Through an application of the above theorem we see that R admits binary or ternary number systems if and only if R is Euclidean.

In this paper, we prove that the Hilbert 2-class field tower of an imaginary quadratic function field $F=k({\sqrt{D})$ is infinite if $r_2({\mathcal{C}}(F))=4$ and exactly one monic irreducible divisor of D is of odd degree, except for one type of $R{\acute{e}}dei$ matrix of F. We also compute the density of such imaginary quadratic function fields F.

In this work, the imaginary part of the inner modulation transfer function of the cutting dynamics is introduced for tool wear monitoring. Time-series method is utilized to construct the general three dimensional cutting dynamics whose imaginary part of the inner modulation transfer funcition shows the proportionality to tool wear at the natural frequency of the machine tool dynamics. Thus model is reduced to single-input single-output model without altering the proportionality characteristics to tool wear and implemented to the dual computer system in which one computer performs measurement while the other calculates the imaginary part of the inner modulation transfer function of the cutting dynamics by the batch least square method. The values of the imaginary part at the natural requency of the machine tool structure in the cutting direction are compared to the one calculated during machining with a brand new tool to decide the current status of the tool. The experiments shows the relevance of the proposed concept.

An imaginary bicyclic biquadratic number field K is a field of the form ${\mathbb{Q}}({\sqrt{-m}},{\sqrt{-n}})$ where m and n are squarefree positive integers. The ideal class number h_K of K is the order of the abelian group I_K/P_K, where I_K and P_K are the groups of fractional and principal fractional ideals in the ring of integers 𝒪_K of K, respectively. This provides a measure on how far is 𝒪_K from being a PID. We determine all imaginary bicyclic biquadratic number fields with class number 5. We show there are exactly 243 such fields.

Using the list of all imaginary quadratic fields with class number 1, 2, 3 and 6, we determine all imaginary bicyclic biquadratic number fields of class number 3. There are exactly 163 such fields and their conductors are less than or equal to 163 $\cdot$883.

In the new media age, the importance of personal style is highlighted, as the fashion recipients independently create their own images by transforming and recombining the fashion information gathered from the fashion blogs - the most representative form of social networks. The study aims to identify the types and styles of imaginary ego-images represented on the personal fashion blogs as a new space of self-expression, based on Lacan's gaze; the imaginary of the unconscious world and the ego-concept. According to literature search, the imaginary ego-image is classified as narcissism, regression, identification, and virtuality. In the case study, Narcissism is represented mostly as bloggers' satisfaction and beliefs about their fashion styles. The degeneration represents childhood images including a mother, as well as retro and vintage images that recreate the fashions of bygone eras - such as medieval, $19^{th}$ or 20th century fashion. Identification is the connection with the various areas of culture and art, especially movies and music. Virtuality represents hypothetical situations of mythical, fairy tale-like, surreal, or dreamlike atmospheres and hypothetical bodies that appear removed, disassembled, or crooked. The imaginary ego-images emerged on the personal fashion blogs are also classified into specific style depending on the attributes of the ego images-such as kidult style, retro style, ethnic style, and surreal style.
