The concepts of Yeongwi(營衛) were made from "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)" the most ancient and important book in East Asian Traditional Medicine, that have been used basic theories for the purpose of explaining physiology and pathology of The Oriental Medicine. In this article, through comparing with concepts of Yeongwi(營衛) in Onbyeonghak(溫病學) of Qing[淸] dynasty, some problems were investigated, through what process of thinking the unique pattern identification[辨證] of Wigiyeonghyeol(衛氣營血) had been made although there could be another inductive way, and what is the difference of concepts of Yeongwi(營衛) between "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)" and Onbyeonghak(溫病學).

'Sabine Pass Liquefaction Project (SPL Project)', a case study in this report, is the first construction project of a U.S. liquefaction facility for shale gas export overseas. This study analyzes the SPL Project to give understanding and a guideline to Korean EPC companies by benchmarking about effective risk-sharing strategies on EPC contracts. This study consists of three parts. The first summarizes the liquefaction process adopted on the SPL Project, named the 'ConocoPhillips Optimized Cascade Process', and compares it with other competitive liquefaction processes. The second introduces the unique features of the SPL EPC contract by comparing it with two other EPC forms of contracts: a FIDIC Silver Book for onshore plant projects and a contract of an offshore oil production (FPSO) project. The third focuses on the complexity of project financing (PF), especially lenders control and impact on the EPC contract such as covenant provisions to constrain variations and changes on the EPC Contract. From these conclusions, it is anticipated that this case study can provide a guideline for successful performance of Korean EPC contractors overseas.

I found evidence that Kim Y$\breve{o}$ng (金泳, 1749-1817) is the author of the Korean Poch'$\breve{o}$n'ga with New Charts published in 1792 by the Astronomical Bureau of the Chos$\breve{o}$n dynasty. I reconstructed a history of Kim Y$\breve{o}$ng from various literature remained in other persons' anthologies and governmental records. My findings on the author and publication year can help to solve the problem on the origin of star charts in the Poch'$\breve{o}$n'ga with New Charts. I also considered the changes of Chinese Bu-Tian-Ge and their star charts after Chongzhenglishu (崇禎曆書). I found that the new charts in the book of Huantiantushuo published by Li Mingche (李明徹, 1751-1832) in 1819 are approximately the same to those in the Poch'$\breve{o}$n'ga with New Charts by Kim Y$\breve{o}$ng in 1792.

Despite recent changes in life style, the content called bookstore has steadily stood by our side, changing its shape. In this environment, This manuscript is a quantitatively empirical study that individual innovation affects a combined bookstore's service design factors and the user's intention to word of mouth. Researchers believed that individual innovation would affect a combined bookstore's service design factors. It was also assumed that there would be considerable causality between the combined bookstore's service design factors deduced through prior study. Furthermore, the assumption that these parameters would affect internal variables, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction, word of mouth intentions was presented, and verified using An Integrated Model of Extended Technology Acceptance Model and Post Acceptance Model. Researchers expect that this research will contribute significantly in that it is a developer's approach to the combined bookstore that are seen as major tenants in large retail facilities.

Objective : I will study about similarities and differences of furunculus section between Sonjininchungeumbang and Bigeupchungeumyobang. Method : I compare furunculus section of Sonjininchungeumbang with Bigeupchungeumyobang to investigate changes of texts. Result : I can find significant differences of furunculus section between Sonjininchungeumbang and Bigeupchungeumyobang, specially the 3rd prescription of Balbae(發背方第三), the 6th prescription of Pyojeo(瘭疽方第六). Conclusion : Sonjininchungeumbang is a prescription book which is compiled in Dang dynasty. And Bigeupchungeumyobangis is a revised version of Sonjininchungeumbang which is compiled by the Bureau for Revising Medical Texts(校正醫書局) in Song dynsasty. Bigeupchungeumyobangis shows the added medical knowledge about furunculus in Song dynsasty.

A torque transmission system, which is composed of several gears and couplings, is flexible. Therefore, the torsion vibration occurs when the motor speed abruptly changes. Consequently, for Accuracy characteristic response of motor, we must suppressed vibration. Therefore, vibration suppression is very important motor control. To vibration suppression, various control method have been proposed. Specially, one method of vibration suppression used disturbance observer filter. This method is torsion torque passing disturbance observer filter. By feedback of the estimated torsion torque, the vibration can be suppressed The coefficient diagram method is used to design the filter and proportional controller.

"Hyegukji (惠局志)" was written in 1719 by Gwanguibing (姜渭聘), who was Hyeminseo (惠民署) medical bureaucrat. This book contains rare data such "sigrye (式例)" which shows Hyeminseo medical bureaucrat living during the 18th century. This is unique data related to Hyeminseo in detail and affluence. The purpose of this study is to introduce and analyze the formation and contents of "Hyegukji". Also content comparison between "Hyegukji" and law books as "Daejeon tongpyen (大典通編)" shows changes in medical bureaucracy of the Joseon Dynasty.

Due to the rapid advancement of information technology and changes in the reading environment, the readers' advisory services provided by public libraries are facing challenges and opportunities. Recognizing the need for public libraries to respond and propel their services forward, this study analyzed the current status of online readers' advisory services offered by public libraries in Korea and discusses areas that require improvement. To achieve this, the study analyzed the online readers' advisory services in 50 public libraries located in Seoul and six metropolitan cities (Incheon, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju, Busan, and Ulsan) across seven categories. These categories encompass various aspects, such as announcing reading programs and new books, identifying and addressing reader needs, developing content by librarians, generating content by readers, providing guidance on external reading information, connecting with professional book review databases and online websites, and utilizing social media services. Through this analysis, the study identified areas for improvement to enhance online readers' advisory services in public libraries and ultimately improve reader satisfaction. It suggested enhancing activities such as librarians' book recommendations and reviews for individual readers, reader participation, and interaction.

This analysis of the portrayal of characters in 74 picture books used in kindergarten focused on the gender types and roles of girls and boys, adult females, adult males, and feminist perspectives or sexism. Results showed that girls were rewarded according to their abilities and accomplishments, and they were considered to have equal rights; boys were depicted as dominant, positive, logical, courageous and having initiative; adult females, especially mothers at home, were responsible exclusively for housekeeping and child rearing; adult males, including fathers, were depicted as dominant characters in a variety of professional occupations and social activities, nonetheless, in many books, children were depicted as androgynous personalities having human rights. Though these results show changes in gender stereotypes from the 1970s and 1980s, subtle biases of gender still remain in children's books.

We apply The classics of the Orient as a way of solving the problems calling for immediate solution in the changes of these times by reconstructing a wisdom from the Oriental literature which are complementary cooperation and great capacity on the basis of convenient scientific knowledge and thought of the Western. In this context, I would like to search the inflection and application about The classics of the Orient throughout the leaders all ages and countries who make use of "Sunzibingfa", the art of war by Sunzi. So, It is charged with a mission in translation of the oriental thoughts and values how to make a shining example its way in the current of time. In this aim to introduce the classics of the Orient. We can see the classics publication which is translated by many scholars. I recommended "Sunzibingfa" among the classics in this my thesis. Because I want to look into how to use of this book which has the thoughts by the leaders all ages and countries. Under this intention, I will introduce three leaders who are famous for using the book "Sunzibingfa" in "Sanguozhi(三國志)"-Records of Three Kingdoms, Caocao(曹操), Zhugeliang(諸葛亮) and Simayi(司馬懿) in ancient times and Luiz Felipe Scolari and Liddel hart, one is famous for using the book as the coach of the Republic of Portugal soccer team the 2006 World Cup Soccer and the other is a strategist of England in these modern days. We can see how to use this "Sunzibingfa" in their places and circumstances. Therefore We can have a chance how to use The classics of the Orient. This is my purpose to write this thesis.
