The setting of protective relays, which is critical to the system security, requires a huge volume of data and a lot of repetitive calculations. Therefore computerization of this process, named PROSET2000 is in progress in KEPCO. PROSET2000 is based on a power system protection database. The database must accomodate a variety of protective device data efficiently, which need be viewed and updated with ease. This paper suggests several database management functions for PROSET2000.

IMT-2000 서비스는 셀룰러나 PCS에서 대역폭 제한으로 제공이 불가능한 멀티미디어 서비스를 전세계 어디서나 제공받을 수 있도록 하는 차세대 이동통신 서비스이다. 본 논문은 IMT-2000 교환기에서의 BSC간 핸드오프 설계를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 IMT-2000 망 구조를 소개하고 IMT-2000 에서의 핸드오프 프로토콜, 핸드오프 주체, 핸드오프 형태를 살펴본다 또한, IS-634 기반의 BSC간 핸드오프 절차, IMT-2000 교환기의 시스템 및 소프트웨어 구조, 핸드오프시의 통화 경로를 기술한다. 그리고 IS-634 기반의 핸드오프 절차를 만족하는 IMT-2000 교환기 내부 소프트웨어 블록간의 호 흐름을 설계한다.

This paper presents the remote measurement of the ECU signals adopted with KWP 2000 protocol using the wireless communication technique of bluetooth. The bluetooth technology will be the most promising network paradigm which can open the new area in the information technology. Especially, bluetooth module is able to link all the electrical products and personal computers to cellular phone or PDA. This research has a try to design a wireless measurement model of ECU signal based on the car telemery system using bluetooth device. In order to measure the ECU signals, we designed the interface circuits which is able to communicate between the ECU system and the terminal circuits according to the ISO, SAE regulation of communication protocol standard. A microprocessor S3c341 OX is used for the system control and communication of ECU signals. The embedded system software is programmed to measure the ECU signals using the ARM compiler and ANCI C based on Micro/OS-II kernel to communicate between two bluetooth modules using bluetooth stack. The remote measurement of ECU signals using the bluetooth was designed and implemented to evaluate the performance of wireless network to the transmit measurement data. The possibility for the remote measurement of the self diagnosis signals of ECU adopted with KWP2000 protocol verified through the developed systems and algorithms in embedded system.

목적 : 현재, 많은 병원이 방사선과 의료영상정보를 기존의 필름형태로 판독하고, 진료하는 방식에서 PACS 를 도입하여 디지털 형태로 영상을 전송, 저장, 검색, 판독하는 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 한편, PACS 가 가지는 가장 큰 제한점은 휴대성의 결핍이다. 본 연구는 이동형 장치가 가지는 호스트의 이동성 및 휴대성의 장점들을 살리면서, 무선 채널 용량의 한계, 무선 링크 사용이라는 제약점들을 감안하여 의료영상을 JPEG2000 영상압축 방식으로 부호화한 후 무선 환경을 고려한 전송 패킷의 크기를 결정하고자 하였으며, 무선 통신 중 발생되는 패킷 손실에 대응하기 위한 자동 오류 수정 기능도 함께 구현하고자하였다. 방법 : Window 2000 운영체계에서 의료영상을 로드하고, 데이터베이스화하며, 저장하고, 다른 네트워크와 접속, 제어가 가능한 PC급 서버를 구축하였다. 영상데이터는 무선망을 통해 전송하기 때문에 가장 높은 압축비율을 지원하면서 에너지 밀도가 높은 JPEG2000 알고리즘을 사용하여 영상을 압축하였다. 또한, 무선망 사용으로 인한 패킷 손실에 대비하여, 영상을 JPEG2000 방식으로 부호화한 후 각 블록단위로 전송하였다. 결과 : PDA에서 JPEG2000 영상을 복호화 하는데 걸리는 시간은 256$\times$256 크기의 MR 뇌영상의 경우 바로 확인할 수 있었지만, 800$\times$790 크기의 CR 흉부 영상의 경우 약 5 초 정도의 시간이 걸렸다. CDMA 1X(Code Division Multiple Access 1st Generation) 모듈을 사용하여 영상을 전송하는 경우, 256 byte/see 정도에서는 안정된 전송 결과를 보여주었고, 1 Kbyte/see 정도의 전송의 경우 중간 중간에 패킷이 손실되는 결과를 관찰할 수 있었다. 반면 무선 랜의 경우 이보다 더 큰 패킷을 전송하더라도 문제점은 발견되지 않았다. 결론 : 현재의 PACS는 유선과 무선사이의 인터페이스의 부재로 인해 유무선 연동이 되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 이동형 JPEG2000 영상 뷰어는 PACS가 가지는 문제점인 휴대성을 보완하기 위하여 개발되었다. 또한 무선망이 가지는 데이터 손실에 대하여서도 허용할 수 있는 범위에서 재전송을 가능하게 함으로서 약한 연결성을 보완하였다. 본 JPEG2000 영상 뷰어 시스템은 기존 유선상의 PACS와 이동형 장치간에 유기적인 인터페이스 역할을 하리라 기대된다.

Natural image is nature, peaceful, purity, pastoral to the exclusion of artificiality and revert to natural, Romantic image is sensibility, fantastic, ornament, splendid from facing ideal world getting out of the reality, Vintage image is cozy, old, disorder, faden, freedom by expressing the flow of time and the mature beauty, Futurism image is future, experimental, avant-garde, man-made from positive perspective on future.

The Location Service (LCS) feature which provides the terminal UE’s geographical location information has been important issues in IMT-2000 system. The existing location positioning methods are classified into the cell ID based, OTDOA, and network assisted GPS. In this paper, a new hybrid location positioning method which combine three of these methods is proposed. Then the LCS protocol is developed under SDL (Specification and Description Language) development environment after designing a new LCS system architecture and behavior. This protocol design covers the LCS functional model and signaling procedure, system architecture, primitive and data structure, and process SDL diagrams.

Headache is one of the most common medical complaints. It is not so easy to manage headache. especially if it is chronic although it seldom cause serious problem. There are many psychological factor known to induce, maintain an aggravate symptom in patients with chronic headache. The purpose of this study is to investigate clinical characteristics with ABR-2000 was carried out for 57 patients who had been suffered from headache for 6 months from march to August 2000.The results were as follows:1. According to the statics, on the whole woman's rate was higher than man's, and the mean duration of the headache was 8.06 years.2. Common associated symptoms were nausea. dyspepsia, dizziness, palpitation, fatigue, depression, etc.3. According to oriental medical differentiation of symptoms and signs, the rate of stagnation of the liver-qi's fire-transmission(肝變化火), deficiency of blood(血虛) and plegm syncope (痰厥), these three types were hghest.4. Result of analyzing ABR-2000 is that the rate of low response is higher than high response's on each item. But result of Graph A is that the rate of high response in higher than that of low response only in deficiency of Yin(陰虛) and the rate of high response in stagnation of the liver-qi's fire-transmission(肝變化火) and deficiency of blood (血虛) is comparatively high. Result of Graph R is that the rate of high response in wind-heat(風熱), deficiency of blood(血虛) and plegm syncope(痰厥) is comparatively higher than in others.

The large portion of communication service areas move from a legacy wire-line voice service to mobile data service. For the purpose of satisfaction on market need, many communication systems should be installed and upgraded based on a mobile wide-band transmission facility. Recently, large part of communication service is based on internet protocol by packet switch techniques and required new technologies such as multimedia processing, QoS achievement, and mobility managememobile communication network such as IS-95A/B and CDMA2000-1X. In this paper, I analyzed the network architecture and service provision methods. in CDMA2000-1X nt. In korea, a CDMA communication technique is standardized for digital mobile communication systems. By using the analysed results, I will extract an efficient method for network evolution and a core technique for next generation mobile communication network.

This study analyzes historical drama costumes as a domain of popular culture through an examination of the changing process, factors, and design characteristics of historical drama costumes according to trend changes in historical dramas after the 2000s. Public interest in Korean traditional clothing has grown due to the historical drama fever. Research results are as follows. First, historical dramas are divided into: authentic historical dramas, popular dramas, and fusion dramas. Historical drama costumes show characters' status and roles to help viewers become absorbed in dramas and increase understanding the historical periods and knowledge. Second, the characteristics of TV historical drama costumes (according to changes of the historical dramas according to 2000) brought diversification as they are diversified by period, genre, and character and costumes which are suitable for them additionally resurfaced. Third, as for the design characteristics by type in TV historical costume after 2000s, authentic historical dramas' design was done by comparatively in-depth historical research based on historical materials to help public understand the past. Popular historical drama costumes are based on history, but the forms of costumes were emphasized (or exaggerated); in addition, colors, subjects, and patterns were modified to emphasize image beauty, dramas' atmosphere, and characters by reflecting intention. The fusion of historical dramas' costumes attracted the attention of the public about Korean designs that harmonized tradition with modernity to actively reflect current trends in past periods and show new types of creative design.
