아시아 패션업계의 모델 속성 요인과 이미지 인지에 관한 연구 -2017 F/W 서울패션위크와 홍콩패션위크 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on the Model Attribute Factor and Image Cognitive in the Asian Fashion Industry - Focused on the comparison of 2017 F/W Seoul fashion week and Hong Kong fashion week -)

  • This study examined trends in model perceptions in the Asian fashion industry through a survey on the current status of using models, model attributes, and image recognition for companies and brands participating in the Seoul Fashion Week and Hong Kong Fashion Week. The results of the study are as follows. First, an examination of the races of models used for public relations by clothing and accessory companies indicated that the use of Asian and black models was lower than white models. Second, intimacy, reliability, similarity, and professionalism were derived as attributes for a public relation model. Among these factors, only 'intimacy' showed a difference between the countries. Third, Seoul Fashion Week participants gave the highest marks for the strong individuality of the models used for their brands; however, participants in the Hong Kong Fashion Week most appreciated suitability with products and professional appearance. Fourth, the different trends of model image recognition were shown through various analysis results by country or race, in which Seoul Fashion Week participants highly perceived the global and luxurious image of white models, and were generally highly satisfied with the models. In terms of the Hong Kong Fashion Week, Asian models tended to be perceived as a more casual image, and the participants held contributions to brand recognition as the most significant factor when using Asian models.

진단/감응용 전하 이동형 색소의 합성 및 나노 섬유의 제조 (The Syntheses of charge transfer dyes and nanofiber formation for recognition and sensing)

  • 화학센서는 분석물질과 감응물질간의 화학적 반응을 통해 분석물질을 선택적으로 인지하고 이를 통하여 특정물질을 실시간으로 분석할 수 있는 기술이다. 최근 화학센서로 색소를 이용하여 음이온을 진단/감응하는 기술이 각광 받고 있으며, 더불어 음이온을 선택적으로 인지함에 있어 검출하고자 하는 특정 음이온에 대한 민감도를 높이기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있다. 감응물질로 이용되는 색소는 주로 분자 내 전하 이동형 색소(intramolecular charge transfer dye)로 주위 환경 변화에 민감하게 반응하며, 자극에 따른 변화를 흡수와 발광, 굴절률의 변화 등으로 나타낸다. 또한 다양한 음이온 중 분석물질로써 연구 가치가 큰 음이온에는 플루오린화물(fluoride)이 있다. 이는 플루오린화물이 치아 보호와 골다공증에 중요한 역할을 하는 순기능을 가지는 반면 고농도 상태에서는 불소증(fluorosis)을 비롯한 악영향을 잠재적으로 가지기 때문에 그 양을 인지하는 것이 중요하게 여겨지기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2-(3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-2-enylidene)-malononitirle과 indole-3-carboxaldehyde를 통하여 분자 내 전하 이동형 색소를 합성하고, $^1H$ NMR, GC-mas, EA로 합성된 색소의 물성을 분석하였다. 우선 반응물인 2-(3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-2-enylidene)-malononitirle을 합성하기 위해 dimethylfor mamide(DMF) 용매 하에서 isophorone과 malononitrile을 12시간 반응시키고, 얻어진 결과물을 정제한다. 이후 indole-3-carboxaldehyde와 10시간 환류시켜 색소를 얻는다. 합성된 색소는 F 이온 검출에 이용되며, UV-vis 분광법을 이용하여 분석물질에 따른 흡수 정도와 강도 변화를 살펴본다. 연구의 최종적인 목적은 비단 진단/감응 색소의 합성이 아니라 나노 섬유 소재와 색소의 접합을 통해 진단/감응형 나노 섬유를 개발하는 것으로 이를 위해 전기방사법이 이용된다.

Determinants of Talent Retention in Textile and Garment Companies in Binh Duong Province

  • This study investigates determinants of talent retention in textile and garment companies located in Vietnam's Binh Duong province to propose feasible actions for their sustainable development in the current context of competition on the labor market. This study uses self-completed questionnaires to collect data which are then analysed with statistical methods including scale reliability, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple linear regression. Specifically, results from an official survey of 129 people who are regarded as talents in related companies show that there are ten determinants, ranked in descending order of their importance, including: working environment; training and promotion opportunities; salary and benefits; personal loyalty; relationship with colleagues; nature of work; organizational recognition; type of ownership; relationship with superiors; and working experience. Moreover, it is also found that foreign companies are better in retaining their talents than private domestic ones. These findings suggest that, depending on their available resources, organizations need to focus on some of these factors to improve their talent retention; among them, it is critical to provide creative space or create conductive working environment by providing talents with proper tools and equipment for them to feel excited with their work and get things done in an optimal, efficient and effective manner.

백화점 독점 수입브랜드 자산 요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Asset Attributions of Exclusive Imported Brands at Department Stores)

  • This study aims to clarify the asset evaluation attributes of imported brands exclusively by department stores based on qualitative study. For the qualitative research, hands-on staff of the branch office who had at least 5 years experience in PB-related positions at one of the four domestic department stores(Lotte, Shinsegae, Hyundai, Galleria), and at least 20 years old adults who had purchased imported brand items exclusively by a certain department store(Shinsegae, Lotte) were included. The asset evaluation attributes of department store-exclusively imported brands were drawn up through the one-to-one in-depth interview method. As a result of qualitative study on the asset evaluation attributes of department store-exclusive importation brands, it turned out that there were 4 factors in view of business entity - stability, profitability, growth potential, and relationship, and that there were 6 factors in view of consumers - product quality, recognition, country of origin, image, preference, and reliability. In comparison with the existing preliminary study, it was notable that relationship in view of business entity, and country of origin in view of consumers were added to the asset elements.

미용종사자의 재교육 실태조사 및 문제점 (Re-Education Situation and Problem Point of Beauty Artist)

  • The purposes of this study were, a more systemic and desirable improvement method of retraining program was researched for cultivation of field beauticians through acknowledgement of the environmental change and phenomenon of beauty shops by time and through recognition of current retraining situation. 1) In terms of acknowledgement of the necessity for beautician retraining, the item on the necessity for beautician retraining showed beauticians' high requirement for retraining. 2) The main problem of reeducation was that reeducation curricular of each organization have not been programed. 3) Presence education was the main thing to be completed for reeducation program improvement. We also could know that the improvement and complement of work environment, the education extension besides technology education, and the rapid acquisition of information as improvement were recognized importantly.

스캐너를 이용한 직물의 색상검사기 개발 (Development of Color Inspection System of Printed Texture using Scanner)

  • It is very important to inspect the color of printed texture in the textile process. The standard colorimetric system used for the recognition of the color in the textile industry. It uses XYZ color system defined by CIE (Commission Internationale de 1Eclairage), but is too expensive. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a color inspection system of the printed texture using a color scanner. Because the scanner uses RGB value for color, it is necessary the mapping from RGB to XYZ. However, the mapping is not simple, and the scanner has even positional deviation because of the geometric characteristics. To transform from RGB to XYZ, we used a NN (neural network) model and also compensated the positional deviation. In real experiments, we could get fairly exact XYZ value from the proposed color inspection system in spite of using a color scanner with large measuring area.

패션상품기획자의 정보품질 인식에 대한 질적연구 : 이용정보에 대한 만족/불만족요인을 중심으로 (A Qualitative Study on Information Quality Recognition of Fashion Designers & Merchandisers : Focused on Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction Factors)

  • This study was fulfilled in the purpose of proposing construction strategies of fashion information industry through the analysis of information user's satisfaction/dissatisfaction on information quality. The research was performed through a depth interview. Data were collected from 18 fashion information users(designers and merchandisers) who were working at fashion apparel industry during October to November 2007. Results from the study showed that there were three dimensions and 18 components of satisfaction/dissatisfaction on fashion information quality: Information quality(understandability, value-added, level of detail, relevance, diversity, objectivity, completeness, accuracy, quantitativeness), Service quality(responsiveness, accessibility, cost efficiency, empathy, reliability), System quality(currency, ease of use, format, timeliness). And the information users were perceiving that there were some changes in notion of preferring information, searching for information and usage of information.

환경의식 함양을 위한 NIE탐구공동체 활동교수.학습과정안 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Application of Teaching-Learning Plan to NIE Community Activity of Inquiry for Cultivating Environmental Awareness)

  • 본 연구는 중학교 2학년 기술 가정 교과 '의복 마련과 관리' 단원에서 환경교육 학습 주제를 선정하고, NIE 탐구 공동체 교수 학습 과정안 및 학습자료를 개발하여 수업에 적용하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 환경의식함양을 위한 수업개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법으로 2007년 개정 기술 가정과 교육과정과 제 7차 교육과정 중학교 2학년 기술 가정 교과서 10종의 의생활 단원을 분석하여 환경교육과 관련된 내용요소를 추출하여 '의복의 소재', '의복 구입과 사용 및 보관', '의복의 세탁', '의복의 재활용과 폐기' 학습 주제를 선정하고, 총 8차시 분량의 NIE 탐구공동체 활동 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 부산광역시 소재의 E중학교 2학년 3개 학급 학생 97명을 대상으로 수업한 후 환경의식과 NIE 탐구공동체 수업에 대한 흥미도, 태도를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 중학생들은 다양한 신문 자료를 모으고 분석하여 비판적, 창의적, 배려적 사고를 강조하는 토론 위주의 탐구공동체 활동을 통해, 일반적 환경인식은 전체적으로 향상되었다. 학습주제 '의복의 소재', '의복의 구입 과 사용 및 보관' '의복의 세탁', '의복의 재활용과 폐기'와 관련된 환경의식도 유의미하게 높았다. NIE 탐구공동체 활동(신문토론 수업)에 대한 흥미도 및 태도도 매우 높게 향상되었다. NIE 탐구공동체 활동에 대한 학생의 평가는 그동안 접해보지 않는 새로운 내용구성과 NIE 탐구공동체 활동 학습방법이 교과서 중심의 강의식 수업보다 더 재미있어 학습 내용을 이해하고 환경의식을 함양하는 데 도움이 되었다 하였다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 NIE 탐구공동체 활동 교수 학습 과정안은 학습의 흥미도와 태도를 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 의생활 환경의식 함양에도 매우 효과가 있으므로 개발된 교수 학습과정안과 학습 자료는 교육현장에서 활용되기를 기대한다.

Recognition of substrates by membrane potential

  • 1. INTRODUCTION : Recognition and binding of organic substrates by biological molecules are of vital importance in biophysics and biophysical chemistry. Most studies of the application focused on the development of biosensors, which detected reaction products generated by the binding between enzymes and substrates. Other types of biosensors in which membrane proteins (e.g., nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, auxin receptor ATPase, maltose bining protein, and glutmate receptor) were utilized as a receptor function were also developed. In the previous study[1], the shifts in membrane potential, caused by the injection of substrates into a permeation cell, were measured using immobilized glucose oxidase membranes. It was suggested that the reaction product was not the origin of the potential shifts, but the changes in the charge density in the membrane due to the binding between the enzyme and the substrates generated the potential shifts. In this study, $\gamma$-globulin was immobilized (entrapped) in a poly($\gamma$-amino acid) network, and the shifts in the membrane potential caused by the injection of some amino acids were investigated.

온천관광지 이미지 포지셔닝: 국내 10대 온천을 중심으로 (Image Positioning for Spa Destinations: Focusing on the Top 10 Spa Destinations in Korea)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the image similarity and attribute recognition of the top 10 rated spa destinations (Chungnam Deoksan, Chungnam Dogo, Busan Dongrae, Daejeon Yuseong, Chungnam Asan, Gyeongbuk Bomun, Chungbuk Suanbo, Gyeongnam Jangyu, Chungnam Onyang, & Gyeongbol Bugok) in Korea based on the visits to these spa places by the customers. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey of this study was conducted on the visitors to the top 10 spa destinations in Korea from April 8 ~ April 21, 2017, and a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed. Of them, effective questionnaires used in the final study were a total of 241. In this study, empirical analysis was made through frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multidimensional scaling ALSCAL(spinning symmetry for image similarity and rectangle for attributes recognition) by using the Statistics Package SPSS 24.0. Results - According to the analysis result of spa destination image similarity, the stress level was 0.16453 and the level of the stress was good. Moreover, the coefficient of determination (RSQ) was, which had a description of each aspect of the spa destination, 0.79908. According to the results of attribute recognition, the stress value of 0.11805 represents a degree of conformity, and the coefficient of determination(RSQ) appeared at 0.98665. Therefore, the results of this analysis are that the similarities between spa destinations and the attribute recognition of the spa destinations is a suitable model that is properly expressed in two dimensions. Conclusions - First, according to the analysis result of image similarity, Deoksan & Dogo spa revealed similar images, as well as the Dongrae and Yuseong spa, while on the contrary Asan, Bomun, Suanbo spa has different images from the rest. Second, according to the results of attribute recognition, Asan and Onyang spa has competitiveness in terms of accessibility to spa destination; Yuseong, Dongrae, Jangyu spa in terms of spa facilities, spa tourism conditions, and service & shopping conditions. while spa water quality and spa costs showed low attribute reflection for all 10 spas. Therefore, the spa visitors cannot recognize the differentiation of spa water quality and spa costs.
