  • PICOM (Piece of Information for COMmunication)은 논리노드 간에 교환되는 정보를 기술하기 위하여 정의되어 있다. 변전소의 기능은 여러 논리노드로 분할되어 서로 상호작용하며 동작한다. 변전소 자동화 시스템 검사는 단일 IED만의 기능 시험이 아니며 IED들간에 메시지를 교환을 통하여 변전소 기능을 정의된 성능을 만족하며 수행하는지 검사하는 것이다.

  • This paper investigates the problem of goodness of fit tests for no effect model. The proposed test statistic $Z_{mn}$ is obtained by multiplying constant on the model free curve estimation techniques. The small and large sample properties of$Z_{mn}$ are investigated and the good results of power studies for the proposed test are illustrated.

  • A remote drum grappling device coupled to the anti-swing crane has been developed by KAERI to cope with problems involved in manually treating low level waste drums. In order for this grappling device to be operated effectively, multi-sensors including CCD camera were employed. As an activity representation scheme of the device, Extended State Machine (ESM) was used to descibe its operation sequences. The performance testing of the device was conducted successfully, and consequently its application could be extendable to industrial operation environment.

  • 생산공정중에서 검사공정이 비교적 늦게 자동화되어 왔으나 Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM)과 computer의 결합을 통하여 Computer-Aided Testing(CAT)이 실현되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 CAT에 대한 전반적인 개념을 설명하였으며, CAD 및 CAM과 CAT의 결합, expert system을 이용한 측정계획의 수립, vision을 이용한 측정자동화의 경향을 설명하고 있다. 또한 CAD와 Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM)의 결합에 필요한 data교환 format을 소개한다. 그리고 현재 상용화 되어있는 CAT software들의 기능을 소개한다.

  • Composite material made of recycling paper and plastics was developed. The tension and bending testing result of developed composite material shows that the cellulose contained in paper contributes much to get high flexural rigidity. As an application example, the raised access floor for office automation purpose was developed by making use of developed composite material. Manufacturing process together with the extrusion die and the compression die for to manufacture the access floor have been developed.

  • The objective of this research is to investigate the problem of goodness of fit testing based on nonparametric density estimation with a data-driven smoothing parameter. The small and large smaple properties of the proposed test statistic $Z_{mn}$ are investigated with the minimizer $\widehat{m}$ of the estimated mean integrated squared error by the Diggle and Hall (1986) method.

  • Recently, a variety of window cleaning devices have been developed. There are, however, few cases of anticipated problems and countermeasures that may arise after these devices are installed. Therefore, in this study, the emergency condition was derived and the emergency scenario was derived for the rail-mounted cleaning device. Emergency scenarios and countermeasures derived from this study will be used for continuous improvement and supplementation of cleaning devices through prototyping and testing.

  • 인터넷의 폭발적인 성장은 웹 어플리케이션의 증가에 영향을 주었다. 웹 관련 기술의 발전과 다양한 비즈니스 요구사항은 웹 어플리케이션을 점점 더 복잡하게 했고, 따라서 품질과 신뢰성이 중요해졌다. 이 논문에서는 웹 사용자 인터페이스의 테스팅 자동화에 대한 방법을 제시한다. HTML페이지의 객체와 자바스크립트의 객체를 매핑시켜, 사용자 입력 폼에 대한 테스트 케이스를 자동으로 생성해서 UI 테스팅을 자동화하는 방법을 보여준다. 또한 제안된 방법으로 테스팅 자동화 사례를 보여준다.

  • Recently the development of design and automation technology and manufacturing method, has reduced the cost of chip, but it becomes more difficult to test IC chip because test technique doesn't keep up with these techniques. In case of IC testing, obtaining test vectors to be able to detect good chip or bad one is very important, but according to increasing complexity, it is very complex and difficult. Another problem is that during testing, there could be capability of physical and electrical damage on chip. Also there is difficulty in synchronization between CUT (circuit under test) and Test equipment〔1〕. Because of these difficulties, built in self test has been proposed. Not only obtaining test vectors but also reducing test time becomes hot issues nowadays. This paper presents a new test BIST(built in self test) method. Proposed BIST implementation reduces test time and obtains high fault coverage. By searching internal nodes in which are inserted test_point_cells〔2〕and allocating TPG(test pattern generation) stages, test length becomes much shorter.

  • Many structural evaluation procedures of road and airfield pavements use the Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) as a critical element of non-destructive deflection testing. FWD is a trailer mounted device that provides accurate data on pavement response to dynamic wheel loads. A dynamic load is generated by dropping a mass from a variable height onto a loading plate. The magnitude of the load and the pavement deflection are measured by a load celt and geophones. And database concerning pavement damage should be enhanced to analyze loss of thickness asphalt layer caused from the plastic deformation of pavement structure, such as cracking or rutting. The prototype FWD is developed, which consists of chassis system, hydraulic loading system, data acquisition and analysis system. This system subsequently merged to from automation management system and is then validated and updated to produce a working FWD which can actually be used in the field.
